Abstract

Introduction: According to the results of the 2020 Population Census (SP2020) conducted in September 2020, Indonesia has a population of approximately 270 million people, making it the fourth most populous country in the world. With such a large population, the government needs to address various societal needs, including those in the fields of law, economy, education, and especially healthcare. Objective: This study aims to examine the relationship between the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) and nurse performance at Husada Hospital Jakarta. Method: This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design. Results: Chi-square test results show a significance value of 0.012, which is less than 0.05, indicating that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This suggests a relationship between HMIS and nurse effectiveness. The Odds Ratio (OR) of 8.000 indicates that nurses who do not use HMIS effectively are 8 times more likely to be ineffective compared to those who use HMIS effectively. Conclusion: Optimal implementation of HMIS should be a priority to achieve operational efficiency and improve service quality in hospitals.

A total of 2,007 individuals were sampled using the purposive sampling method. A digital sphygmomanometer and questionnaire sheet were used to collect data. The chi equation is used in data analysis. Results: The study's findings indicate that there is a relationship between lifestyle and cases of hypertension in adolescents. Based on the chi-square statistical test results, the P value is 0.000 (? = 0.05), and the P value is 0.05, which indicates that there is a relationship between lifestyle and cases of hypertension in adolescents. Conclusion: According to the results of the chi-square statistical test, there was a relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension in adolescents in the Kiajaran Wetan Community Health Center Work Area. P value = 0.000 (? = 0.05). In the villages supported by the Kiajaran Wetan Community Health Center, health workers must carry out a comprehensive youth posyandu

Abstract

Introduction: ARV therapy is crucial for the survival of person living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). As a result, PLWHA routinely visits VCT clinics to avoid losing track of them (LTFU). One of the factors influencing the presence of PLHIV in VCT clinics is socio-economics status. Objective: The research objective was to determine a correlation between socioeconomic factors and the occurrence of LTFU in ARV therapy. Method: This type of research employed quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 475 respondents and the sample was 35 respondents using accidental sampling. The data normality test used the Shapiro-Wilk test followed by the Chi-Square test to analyze the correlation. Results: The univariate test results revealed that the majority of PLWHA had lower socioeconomic factors, while the majority of LTFU were on antiretroviral therapy. The Chi-Square analysis obtained p value = 0.901 > a (0.05). indicating that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected and that there is no correlation between socioeconomic factors and the incidence of loss to follow-up ARV therapy. Conclusion: There is no correlation between socioeconomic factors and the incidence of loss to follow up antiretroviral therapy at VCT Sehati clinic because it is supported by other influencing factors, namely family support, peer support, self efficacy and motivation.
