Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the Ambarawa Railway Museum as a learning resource in improving the creative thinking skills of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa. This study employed a qualitative research method using observation and in-depth interviews with students involved in learning activities at the museum. The findings showed that the use of the museum provided a contextual and meaningful learning experience. Through direct interaction with the museum's collections and environment, students were able to develop creativity in observing, connecting, and interpreting historical evidence. In addition, students demonstrated the ability to generate ideas and reconstruct historical events based on the findings obtained during the learning process. The conclusion of this study indicates that the Ambarawa Railway Museum is an effective learning resource for enhancing students' creative thinking skills and strengthening their understanding of history. Therefore, the museum can be used as an alternative learning resource that supports more active and innovative history learning. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how CNN Indonesia and Tempo.co frame the issue of AI and coding in the Indonesian education curriculum. This study uses a qualitative content analysis method with the framing model of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. The research data consists of news articles from CNN Indonesia and Tempo.co discussing the integration of AI and coding in the national curriculum. Data selection was carried out using purposive sampling. Analysis was conducted using four framing structures: syntactic, script, thematic, and rhetorical. The results show that both media construct ambivalent framings towards AI in education. CNN Indonesia tends to highlight AI as an educational innovation that can improve the quality of learning and student creativity. Meanwhile, Tempo.co focuses more on social and moral challenges, such as the changing role of teachers and the impact of AI on the learning process. The conclusion of this study shows that media framing plays a significant role in shaping public understanding and the direction of AI-based education policy in Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of character education values ​​in history lessons in grade 10 students at SMA Negeri 1 Parakan, identify the applied character values, and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which includes data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of character education has been carried out in an integrated manner through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of learning. The character values ​​developed include religiousness, nationalism, discipline, responsibility, honesty, mutual cooperation, communication, independence, social awareness, and environmental awareness. Successful implementation was supported by teacher commitment, school culture, and facilities and infrastructure. Challenges encountered included differences in student character and motivation, limited learning time, use of gadgets, and family background. The study indicates that history lessons are an effective medium for internalizing character education values ​​through an integrated and sustainable learning process. Abstract

This study examines agrarian conflict in Kedamean Village related to the sale of state-owned land by the village government, which has triggered a peasant movement aimed at maintaining access to agricultural land. The state-owned land plays an important role as the economic foundation of a community that depends on the agricultural sector; however, it is threatened by a planned housing development project by PT. Prima Damai Permai, despite the unclear legal status of land ownership. The objective of this study is to analyze the peasant movement organized under AMPTN in defending state-owned land and to identify the strategies employed in responding to village government policies. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, employing observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings show that AMPTN represents a collective peasant movement focused on rejecting the allegedly non-transparent process of selling state-owned land and pushing for legal action against parties involved in the village administration. The movement has also succeeded in building support networks with non-governmental organizations, mass media, and regional legislative institutions such as the Gresik Regency DPRD, as part of its strategy to strengthen bargaining power in the agrarian conflict. In conclusion, the AMPTN movement reflects a form of social resistance by rural communities in maintaining access to agrarian resources that are vital for their livelihood sustainability. Limited financial resources have influenced the movement’s strategy, leading mobilization to rely more on social solidarity and external network support rather than formal legal assistance such as lawyers. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Social Sciences teachers in instilling the character values of the second precept of Pancasila in grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 11 Semarang in the digital era, as well as identify the strategies and challenges faced in the process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through non-participatory observations, semi-structured interviews with social studies teachers and students, and documentation. Data is analyzed using thematic analysis by organizing, categorizing and interpreting findings from various data sources. The results show that social studies teachers play a strategic role in instilling human values through the integration of character values into learning materials, the use of contextual social case discussions related to digital life, role models for teachers, and school culture habituation such as the implementation of the 5S program (smile, greeting, respect, politeness, and friendliness). However, this process faces several challenges, including the influence of uncontrolled social media use, student character differences, and limited parental supervision. Nevertheless, social studies learning contributes positively to strengthening students' empathy, tolerance, and responsible behavior both in real interactions and digital spaces. Therefore, the role of social studies teachers is crucial in developing human and ethical character in the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the meaning of the blessing of sustenance in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 261 and its relevance to the practice of charity in the digital economic era. This research employs a qualitative method using library research and a thematic interpretation (maudhu’i) approach. Primary data were obtained from the Qur’an, particularly Surah Al-Baqarah verse 261, as well as classical and contemporary tafsir books, while secondary data were collected from books, journals, and reports related to Islamic economics and digital philanthropy. Data analysis was conducted through documentation study and content analysis. The findings reveal that charity is one of the main means of obtaining blessed sustenance, which is not only oriented toward material multiplication but also encompasses spiritual and social dimensions. In the digital economic era, charitable practices have transformed through digital platforms that facilitate access, increase public participation, and broaden the distribution of assistance. This study concludes that the concept of blessed sustenance in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 261 remains relevant as an ethical and spiritual foundation for digital charity practices amid the development of the modern economy. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi UMKM berbasis pariwisata halal, faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, serta perannya terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus instrumental, melibatkan 21 informan (10 pelaku UMKM homestay, 10 pemandu wisata, dan 1 perangkat desa) yang dipilih secara purposive dan snowball, melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi partisipatif, serta dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña (2014). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa strategi UMKM homestay bertumpu pada kualitas layanan, promosi digital, dan harga dinamis musiman, sementara pemandu wisata menerapkan diferensiasi rute dan produk. Penerapan nilai halal bersifat gradual, mulai dari komitmen penuh hingga akomodasi terhadap permintaan wisatawan non-Muslim. Faktor pendukung meliputi citra destinasi halal, dukungan pemerintah desa, dan jejaring antarpelaku UMKM; faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan modal, minimnya literasi sertifikasi halal, dan sosialisasi yang belum merata. Informan melaporkan peningkatan pendapatan dibandingkan sumber penghidupan sebelumnya serta manfaat ekonomi tidak langsung bagi warga sekitar, meskipun pendapatan tersebut masih dipengaruhi fluktuasi musiman dan belum merata antarpelaku usaha. Abstract

This conceptual article aims to examine and map the role of regional folk songs as a learning medium in arts education for fostering an "ecology of consciousness"—a holistic understanding connecting learners to themselves, others, culture, and the natural environment. The study employs a qualitative-descriptive approach with a conceptual research design based on a literature review. It utilizes an interdisciplinary framework integrating theories from arts education, ethnomusicology, ecopedagogy, and the philosophy of education and culture, achieved through critical synthesis and the triangulation of secondary literature. The findings indicate that regional folk songs serve as cultural and ecological texts embodying values, local cosmologies, and environmental ethics. Integrating these songs through reflective and experiential learning approaches can transform arts education beyond mere technical-musical aspects, while simultaneously creating a space for critical reflection where students can respond to environmental crises and the challenges of globalization. In conclusion, regional folk songs hold strategic potential as a sustainable pedagogical medium that strengthens students' cultural identity and ecological awareness. Effective implementation requires support through curriculum integration, teacher capacity building, and the use of digital technology for the documentation and reinterpretation of these works. Abstract

This study aims to understand the phenomenon of running buddies in the Galuh Mas Karawang area in a healthy lifestyle. This study discusses the motives of individuals participating in running buddy activities, individual experiences during community activities, and the meaning of running buddy activities as part of a healthy lifestyle. This study uses a qualitative research method with Alfred Schutz's phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that individual motives for participating in running buddy activities are divided into because motive and in order to motive. Because motive arises from past experiences, interest in running, the need to reduce stress, and the desire to have a positive social environment. In order to motive is related to the goals of maintaining health, improving discipline, expanding social relations, and achieving personal goals. Individual experiences in the community show a sense of togetherness, social support, comfort, and positive experiences that impact mental health and social relationships among members. Running buddy activities are also interpreted as part of a healthy lifestyle that focuses not only on physical health but also mental health, discipline, a healthy diet, and consistency in engaging in positive activities. Abstract

This study examines the communication experiences of female baristas working in coffee shops in Karawang using a phenomenological approach. The research is motivated by the increasing involvement of women in the coffee shop industry, while gender stereotypes and biases toward female baristas’ professional abilities still persist. The study aims to explore communication motives, interaction experiences, and the meanings constructed by female baristas throughout their work and interactions with customers. A qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively, consisting of female baristas with considerable work experience and active customer interaction. The findings reveal that communication is interpreted as a means of creating comfort, building interpersonal relationships, and enhancing customer experiences within coffee shops. The communication experiences encountered by the informants also contributed to the development of adaptability, empathy, patience, and professionalism in dealing with diverse customer characteristics. Beyond serving as a form of customer service, communication for female baristas also represents a process of social learning and professional identity formation within the workplace.
