Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the protection of restitution rights for child victims of sexual abuse at the Kuningan District Court and to identify the factors hindering its implementation. This research employed an empirical juridical method using statutory and case approaches. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and examination of relevant legislation and court decisions, and were subsequently analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the implementation of restitution rights has not been fully effective due to the offender's financial incapacity, the limited understanding of victims' families regarding restitution procedures, and the lack of optimal coordination among law enforcement agencies from the investigation stage onward. The study concludes that improving the effectiveness of restitution rights protection requires stronger interagency coordination, enhancement of administrative mechanisms, and optimization of asset tracing and seizure to ensure the fulfillment of victims' recovery rights. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of policies and legal protection practices that prioritize the best interests of the child. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the industrial extension communication strategies employed within the Halal Certification Program for food-based Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Balangan Regency. A qualitative approach with a case study design was adopted. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results indicate that the effectiveness of the communication strategy is determined by systematic communication planning, collaboration between industrial extension officers and Halal Product Process Facilitators (PPH), the formulation of adaptive messages, and the utilization of both interpersonal communication and digital media. These findings extend the application of John Middleton’s Communication Planning Theory by integrating VRIO and PESTEL analyses to explain extension communication strategies within the context of halal certification policy implementation. Abstract

This study analyzes its multiplatform broadcasting strategy, identifies supporting and inhibiting factors, and examines its effectiveness in disaster communication using Morissan’s broadcasting media management theory, Henry Jenkins’ media convergence theory, and Terry Flew’s new media theory. A qualitative approach was employed through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that the program performs its disaster communication function through information dissemination, disaster mitigation education, and collaboration with stakeholders. Its multiplatform strategy utilizes FM radio, online streaming, the RRI Digital application, and social media, but remains constrained by limited human resources, internal coordination, and digital media management. Overall, the strategy is sufficiently effective, although strengthening human resources, coordination, and digital platform optimization remains necessary. Abstract

This study examines the effects of business model innovation and management knowledge on business performance and tests environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable among coffee shop SMEs in Mataram City. A quantitative survey design was applied to 70 coffee shop owners or managers selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings show that business model innovation and management knowledge each have a positive and significant effect on business performance. Environmental uncertainty weakens the effect of business model innovation on business performance, whereas it strengthens the effect of management knowledge on business performance. The model explains 79.2% of the variance in business performance. These findings extend the Resource-Based View by showing that the value of internal resources is contingent on the firm’s ability to align innovation and managerial knowledge with environmental dynamics. Practically, coffee shop owners should balance business model renewal with stronger analytical and decision-making capabilities when environmental uncertainty rises.
