Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe morals with the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education students of STKIP Abdi Pendidikan Foundation. The method used is the correlation method. The sampling method was using cluster random sampling technique with a total of 36 students. The results of the study found that there was a significant relationship between student morals and learning outcomes of Islamic religious education because the results of hypothesis testing based on r 0.38, obtained tcount 1.697 with degrees of freedom n-2(34-2=32) with a significant level of 0.05. The hypothesis is accepted that tcount is greater than ttable that is, 2.315>1,697. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between morals and learning outcomes of Islamic religious education students of STKIP STKIP Foundation Abdi Pendidikan Payakumbuh. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the activity of online learning during the covid-19 period and to find out the efforts made in overcoming obstacles to online learning at SD Parulian 2 Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely by means of observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study show that there are still some students who do not focus on the online learning system, lack of online learning facilities such as the internet and so on. Then also the unpreparedness of the guardians of students and teachers in facing the online learning. In the implementation of online learning, teachers often use WhatsApp to communicate with students and their parents. In addition, WhatsApp is used by teachers to share information related to learning materials. In conclusion, the implementation of online learning at iSD iParulian i2 Medan was not carried out properly, it can be seen from the results of the study due to the constraints of the lack of active students, limited internet facilities and the use of other learning media besides WhatsApp which is still lacking. The solution to overcome this obstacle is the readiness of parents, such as accompanying children when learning online and providing online learning facilities such as cellphones and internet quota. Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of mothers towards children in Islamic education in the era of globalization. This research is classified as library research, namely research carried out using literature. The data collection technique is to conduct a review study of books, records, and reports that have to do with the problem being solved. Analysis of the data is by searching, collecting and examining more deeply from various materials or references related to the problems in this research, and then drawing conclusions, namely explaining the descriptions of the data in several sentences containing a brief and concise understanding. The results of the study indicate that the role of mothers towards children in Islamic education in the era of globalization is very important to continue to be considered and intensified. Because seeing the era of globalization which is full of various kinds of challenges and threats that arise due to the development of increasingly sophisticated technology. In conclusion, based on the results of the study obtained information, namely, the role of the mother as an educator, the role of the mother as a guide, the role of the mother as a caregiver or nurse, the role of the mother as a source of affection, the role of the mother as a motivator and the role of the mother as a role model for children. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the students' attention to become teachers at the 2018 Economics Education Study Program students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya with 65 students as respondents. This research is calculated quantitatively using the procedure for collecting information in the form of a questionnaire. The information obtained is processed using SPSS type 25. The results of this study indicate; 1) the variable of School Field Identification has an important influence on the variable of student interest in becoming a teacher (2) the self-design variable has an important influence on the variable of student interest in becoming a teacher (3) and has an important effect together with the variable of School Field Identification and self-scheme on the interest of students to become a teacher . In conclusion, the introduction of the PLP School Field has a positive and important impact on student interest in becoming a teacher at the 2018 Economics Education Study Program students at the State University of Surabaya. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of the implementation of the Inquiry model with Animated Film Media in Learning to Write Review Texts. This research was carried out in SMA Negeri I in class XI. The sampling technique was carried out by simple cluster sampling. The sampling technique was divided into two groups, namely the experimental class group of 30 students and the control class as many as 30 students, in order to obtain a total sample of 60 students. Ink's research used a two group posttest experimental design. To obtain the data used the assignment of writing a review text. From the analysis, the students' ability to write review texts in class XI of SMA Negeri I Pegajahan without using animated film media obtained the lowest score of 50 and the highest score of 87, with an average score of 63.5. The ability of students to write review texts in class XI of SMA Negeri I Pegajahan using animated film media obtained the lowest score of 60 and the highest score of 89, with an average of 72.23. Based on the results of the calculations, it was obtained that tcount = 3.757 and ttable = 2.042 with a significant level of 0.05 indicating tcount > ttable, then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. In conclusion, the use of the inquiry model with animated film media affects the ability of students to write review texts for class XI students of SMA Negeri I Pegajahan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to test the effectiveness of educational game-based digital learning media in improving grade IV elementary school English learning outcomes. The pre-experimental design and One Group Pretest-Posttest were used in this study with a sample of 20 students in a school in Makassar. Pretests and posttests are given to learners to obtain data on improving learning outcomes, which are then analyzed using t-tests and N-Gain. The results showed that there was a significant difference in test results between pretest and posttest seen from the sig.2-tailed value of 0.000, where this result was smaller than 0.05. In addition, an N-Gain of 0.49 indicates a moderate category and indicates that the trial of educational game-based digital learning media can improve student learning outcomes. Educational games can be used as an effective learning medium in the learning process and need to be developed in a better direction. Keywords: Learning Media, Educational Games, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the evaluation of apprenticeship programs using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model at PT Jambi Prima Coal. This study used a quantitative method with a gradual pre- and post-test evaluation approach to apprentice participants at four levels, namely 1) the level of satisfaction of the participants with the implementation of the training, as measured by a questionnaire for the participants; 2) the participants' level of understanding of the training material, as measured by the pre-test and post-test questions for the participants; 3) changes in the work behavior of the training participants after returning to work, as measured by a questionnaire for the participants' superiors and subordinates; 4) the impact of changes in the work behavior of the training participants on the company's productivity level, as measured by the reduction in waste due to decreased absenteeism and tardiness of staff led by the training participants. The first three levels of data are processed using Kirkpatrick's weighting formula. The results of the evaluation show that the satisfaction level of the participants ranges from 77-83%. The pre-test average value was 46.58%, while the post-test average value was 58.50%. Of the 20 participants, 16 people had better work behavior according to their superiors, and all of them according to their subordinates. The data shows that there is no decrease in the lateness rate but there is a decrease in the absenteeism rate. In conclusion, the satisfaction level of the training participants showed a positive reaction, most of the participants showed an increase in understanding of the material, most of the training participants were quite able to apply the training material well in the workplace and there was a decrease in absenteeism which had an impact on saving the company. Abstract

This study aims to determine learning and learning strategies in improving language skills so that they can provide good results and achievements for generations of nations and countries. This study uses a qualitative method. The emphasis on the components of the teaching program includes centered on the teacher (teacher), students (students), the techniques used are discussion lectures, and team teaching techniques. The results of the study obtained several important points, namely regarding the concept of learning strategies, language skills strategies. Strategies that relate directly to teachers and students so as to generate stimulus and response play an important role. Components of teaching programs centered on teachers, students and teaching materials also need to be implemented so that learning can be carried out properly. A student-centered strategy is a learning strategy that provides opportunities for students to be active so that the teacher only acts as a facilitator and motivator. In conclusion, learning strategy is a major factor in improving the learning process and language skills. Abstract

This study aims to get an overview and at the same time evaluate the implementation of the Musi Rawas SKB Foster Package C Program. This type of research is an evaluation research that uses a quantitative approach supported by a qualitative approach. The evaluation model used is the CIPP model (context, input, process, product). Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation with informants from learning residents, organizers, and tutors. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) the level of community need for the Package C Program in SKB is high and most of the learning residents state that it is relevant to the learning needs of the community; (2) learning residents in terms of educational background and age have met the criteria, tutors and administrators in terms of educational background and experience have met the criteria; (3) the activities of learning residents in class and at home are quite good, although not optimal, the activities of tutors in learning in class are in the good category. Most of the learning residents state that they do not get skills education; and (4) the academic achievement of the learning residents in the form of an average odd semester score in 2022 is in the sufficient category, and almost all learning residents state that the Package C Program provides benefits. The conclusions based on the results of the study are that the needs of the learning community for Package C are classified as high, the characteristics of the tutor have met the criteria seen from their educational background and teaching experience, the infrastructure used is quite good. The majority of learning residents stated that the Package C Program at the Musi Rawas SKB was quite useful, namely being able to increase knowledge, skills, change the attitude/mental of learning residents, and open up opportunities to be able to continue higher education. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how PAI teachers implement the 2013 curriculum in implementing learning so that students are more active in the learning process. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted by taking the research subjects of Islamic religious education teachers of class XI and class XII, curriculum assistants, school principals, and students of class XI and class XII at SMA Negeri 9 Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research obtained some information such as the teacher's strategy in implementing the 2013 curriculum, learning planning, learning implementation and learning evaluation. In conclusion, the learning strategies applied by PAI teachers in implementing the 2013 Curriculum at SMA Negeri 9 Bengkulu City are discovery learning strategies, and problem based learning strategies. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in learning Religious Education is said to have run smoothly and perfectly, in accordance with the characteristics of the 2013 curriculum, namely that it has gone according to the procedure, namely by compiling learning tools which include compiling prota, promissory notes, weekly programs, daily programs and compiling lesson plans (RPP).
