Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the effect of the project baset learning model on the ability to write poetry for class VII students of SMPN 2 Sepatan, Tangerang Regency. This research method is a quantitative method. The research sample was taken in 2 classes, the experimental class and the control class with 40 experimental class students and 40 control class students. The results of the study, from data analysis using the t-test the pooled variance medel t-test pretest experimental class and pretest control class obtained ρ a value of 0.02 which means that Ho is rejected, meaning that there is no difference in the experimental class pretest and the control class pretest, the experimental class posttest and the control class posttest are rejected, while H1 is accepted, meaning there is a difference between the experimental class posttest and the control class posttest using the model project base learning in writing poetry. Through the calculation data it can be concluded that there is an influence of the project baset learning model on the ability to write poetry. Abstract

This study aims to produce Islamic-based Student Worksheets (LKS) on reproductive system material for class XI students that are valid and practical. This research method uses the development method, using the 4-D (four D) model, define, design, develop, and deploy. Given the limitations of the authors, this study only uses three stages of development, namely the define, design, and develop stages. The results of the study explain the processing of questionnaire validation data, resulting in a percentage of 97.3% belonging to the very valid category. The results of the practicality questionnaire test for teacher responses were 88% in the category of very practical results and 85% of students' responses to practicality were in the very practical category. In conclusion, the worksheets developed have very valid qualities and are very practical for use by teachers and students, so they are suitable for use as learning worksheets in the subject of Islamic Biology Reproductive Systems Keywords: Biology Student Work Institute, Islam, Reproductive System

Abstract

Islamic religious guidance is not only important to be given to children, but also for the elderly in order to achieve the degree of khusnul khotimah. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of Islam for the elderly at the Harapan Kita Panti, Palembang City. This study uses qualitative research methods, with research subjects namely the Chair and staff of the Harapan Kita Nursing Home in Palembang city as many as 17 people, 2 coaching staff, clients (elderly) as many as 48 people. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Islamic religious development at the Harapan Kita Nursing Home in Palembang is a process of reintegrating the elderly. It is considered necessary because it is to help the condition of the elderly who experience various kinds of mental and spiritual disorders. All kinds of disturbances can only be overcome by drawing closer to Allah. Meanwhile, the process of one's approach to God needs to be nurtured. The activities that are part of the program in the context of fostering the Islamic religion at the Harapan Kita Nursing Home in Palembang city include recitation, congregational prayer and fasting. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine PPKN learning strategies in instilling character values in students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 19 Bone in XI. Data collection techniques using the approach of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses a type of qualitative research. Data reduction was carried out then analyzed and verified using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that, PPKN learning strategies in instilling character values in students are by identifying changes in students' behavior and personality, choosing an appropriate approach system in the learning process, choosing and establishing teaching and learning policies and techniques to guide teachers in carry out teaching activities, establish conditions for success as a benchmark for success standards so that they can be used as a guide for teachers to evaluate the results of teaching and learning activities. In conclusion, the implementation of Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning in instilling character values in students at SMAN 19 Bone, namely through the stages of learning in class, such as praying together before starting lessons, applying discipline by arriving on time, giving assignments and motivating students after learning is finished. Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the edutaiment-based water learning model at SD Negeri 1 Sukamaju to the ability to understand mathematical concepts of fifth grade students. This study used a Quasi-Experimental Research type. The results showed that the use of the AIR learning model could improve the ability to understand mathematical concepts of class V-A students at SD Negeri 1 Sukamaju in the 2022 academic year, this was demonstrated by an increase in the test results for understanding the ability of concepts from pretest to posttest. The average ability to understand mathematical concepts in the experimental class was 76.68, after being analyzed using the two average similarity test formula (t test) it showed that the value was > (2.4677 > -1.67722). In conclusion, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the hypothesis can be concluded that the average ability to understand mathematical concepts of elementary school students increases. Abstract

This study aims to explain the steps or efforts of the public relations team from SMA Al-Kamal in increasing interest in learning, image and public trust in the school. Given the condition of the school which has been facing land disputes for quite a long time. This study used the case study method with observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of the research show that there are several efforts that have been made by schools through the public relations team, these efforts are by using word of mouth techniques and providing additional or extracurricular activities at school. These two efforts have had a positive impact on increasing student interest in learning, the quantity of prospective new students and public enthusiasm for enrolling their children at Al-Kamal High School. In conclusion, the public relations team at Al-Kamal High School implemented several efforts to increase student learning interest, image and audience trust in Al-Kamal High School, these efforts included the application of word of mouth and the provision of extracurricular activities at school. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe the importance of considering the capacity of the number of students in the learning process so that the learning process becomes effective. This study uses the literary method, by exploring theoretical studies and expert opinions and looking for literature reviews as material for analysis to draw conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that effective learning is a process of producing students' absorption of learning material and changes in student behavior that are useful for their lives. The success of learning is not only focused on student achievement academically which is symbolized by numbers but also concentrated on how to make students smart, well-behaved and broad-minded. The number of students can affect the task-oriented classroom climate, increase student participation in class, make it easier for teachers to monitor students and achieve learning goals properly and according to plan. Conclusion, an important factor in effective learning is class organization including the number of students in one class, a number that is too large is less effective in achieving learning goals. Abstract

This study aims to increase the activity and results of learning Indonesian during the Covid-19 pandemic through a multi-strategic method in class XI MIPA 2 students of SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng. The research conducted was a classroom action research regarding the application of multi-strategic methods that aimed to increase student learning activities and outcomes in learning proposal texts at SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng, Soppeng Regency. This study used 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II which consisted of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques used test and non-test techniques. Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, this research was considered sufficient and successful, because the students' learning outcomes had reached 75% of the KKM and mastery in class had reached ≥75%. In conclusion, the multi-strategy method can improve the quality of learning. This increase was caused by an increase in student learning activity which was created by good interaction and collaboration between teachers and students, as well as students and students in a democratic manner so that the learning process was very dynamic. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the validity and reliability of the Maritime English proficiency test organized by PUKP (Seafarer Expertise Exam) 02 Banten and its surroundings. Research method was used is descriptive analysis because it aims to explain the level of difficulty, discriminatory power, as well as the validity and reliability of exam questions for 3rd grade students at the Maritime School. The results showed that there were 43 valid exam questions in the Nautical department or about 71.66% of the total questions, with a correlation value greater than Rtable 0.1071 with a significance level of 5%. As for the Engineering department, there are 41 valid exam questions or 68.33% of the total questions, with a correlation value greater than Rtable 0.2483 with a significance level of 5%. For the reliability of the test questions in the Nautical department of 0.5968 and the Engineering department 0.6789 with an interval between 0.40 to 0.70 with moderated interpretation. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Maritime English exam questions used are quite valid and reliable. Keywords: validity, reliability, proficiency test, maritime English.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of animated video media on literacy and symbolic thinking abilities of group A children in Aisyiyah Kindergarten, Ngunut Tulungagung District. This research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design through a quantitative approach. The experimental design used is a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were group A children of TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 3 Ngunut and TK Aisyiyah Pulosari, with a total of 30 children in the experimental group and 30 children in the control group. The data analysis technique in this study used non-parametric statistics, the Mann Whitney test. The results of the study, there are differences in the average value of literacy skills. The average value of literacy ability of the experimental group at the time of the pretest was 1.58 and after being given treatment, the posttest average value of 3.30. While the average value of the ability to recognize patterns in the control group during the pretest was 1.54 and after being treated, the posttest was 2.55. In conclusion, there is an effect of animated video media on children's literacy skills and there is an influence of animated video media on the symbolic thinking ability of group A children in Aisyiyah Kindergarten, Ngunut Tulungagung District.
