Abstract

This study aimed to enhance the science learning outcomes of Grade 5 students at SD Negeri 5 Padangsambian by implementing the Flipped Classroom Model. This study is an example of Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study's data were collected by administering a multiple-choice scientific learning achievement examination. In analyzing the obtained data, descriptive analysis was utilized. This investigation generated pre-cycle data, cycle I data, cycle II data, and cycle III data. From the data collected prior to the cycle, it was determined that the average class value was 60.42 and the learning completion rate was only 47%. Given that the KKM for science subjects at this institution is 70, this data falls far below expectations. In cycle one, there was an increase, with the class average reaching 72.11 and the mastery learning rate reaching 76%. In cycle two, the class average for learning has reached 79.47, and the completion rate has reached 82%. In cycle three, an average of 85.53 was attained with a 95% completion rate. In conclusion, the application of the Audio Visual-assisted Flipped Classroom Model can enhance science learning outcomes for students in the first semester VA class at SD Negeri 5 Padangsambian during the Flipped Classroom model's school year. Abstract

This article examines the application of behaviorism to the study of learning. This article employs a literature study methodology to seek and discover solutions through a literature evaluation of books, journals, and researchers' direct observations. The study's findings demonstrate that the behaviorist perspective acknowledges the significance of stimulus input and response output. Behaviorism is a learning theory that stresses the study of behavior formation based on the relationship between observable stimuli and response and awareness and mental constructions. In conclusion, behaviorism learning theory contrasts with cognitive theory, which contends that the learning process is an invisible mental process. The behaviorist learning theory lays a strong emphasis on observable, measurable, and quantifiable behavioral changes as learning outcomes. Keywords: Understanding, Implementation, Behaviorism Theory

The research method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The research subjects were 60 students. The research technique used simple random sampling with data collection using questionnaire techniques. The results showed a positive and significant influence between the learning management system (LMS) and student learning motivation. Based on significant testing obtained t count (4.382) > t table (1.67155) on Y1 (learning motivation) means Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. The results showed a positive and significant influence between the learning management system (LMS) on the level of student satisfaction. Based on significant testing, t count (5.406) > t table (1.67155) means Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that learning using learning management system (LMS) has a significant effect on student motivation and satisfaction level. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning style profile of students of the STBA YAPARI-ABA Japanese Language Studies Program in Bandung. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. The number of respondents in this study were 100 Japanese language study program students from 4 levels of study who were selected by random sampling technique. The results of this study are the mapping of student learning styles from level 1 to level 4. Although the tendency for learning styles in each dimension can be observed, there are several dimensions with respondents without a tendency showing a dominant number. When viewed from the profile of each respondent's study level, the profile combination is different. Level 1 has a learning style profile sensing - visual - reflective - sequential - introverted - inductive, level 2 has a learning style profile sensing - visual - active - global - extroverted - inductive, while levels 3 and level 4 have the same learning style profile, namely sensing – visual – reflective – global – introverted – deductive. In conclusion, from this study, the learning style profiles of students of the STBA YAPARI-ABA Bandung Japanese Language Study Program obtained a sensing – visual – reflective – global – introverted – inductive pattern. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of PowerPoint learning multimedia on increasing motivation and student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject in class XII IPS 2 MA Daarul Abroor Tasikmalaya. The method used is pre-Experimental Design. With the form of One-Group Pretest-Postest Designs, which compares the results of the pre-test and post-test. The sample of this research was 32 students, namely class XII IPS 2 MA Daarul Abroor Tasikmalaya. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of pre-test and post-test. From the results of this study, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) The use of PowerPoint learning multimedia was effective in increasing student motivation in Indonesian language subjects in Class XII IPS 2 MA Daarul Abroor Tasikmalaya. This is proven by the Wilcoxon Test that z = -4.940 and the value of Asym.Sig (2-tailed) -0.000 because the resulting value of Asym.Sig (2-tailed) is smaller than the alpha used, which is 0.05, then Ho is rejected or Ha accepted; and (2) The use of PowerPoint learning multimedia is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject in Class XIl IPS 2 MA Daarul Abroor Tasikmalaya. This is proven by the Wilcoxon Test, the value of z = -4.939 and the value of Asym.Sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 because the resulting value of Asym.Sig (2-tailed) is smaller than the alpha used, which is 0.05, then Ho is rejected or Haha accepted. This study concluded that the use of PowerPoint learning multimedia effectively had a significant influence on the motivation and learning outcomes of class XII IPS 2 MA Daarul Abroor Tasikmalaya.
