Abstract

This study aims to develop valid, practical, and effective Student Worksheet (LKPD) teaching materials for Biology Learning for Grade XI Students of Muara Lakitan State Senior High School. This research is a Research and Development study using the ADDIE model. Based on the validation analysis of the guided inquiry-based LKPD teaching materials using a five-point scale calculation, the language validator scored 27 (high), the media validator scored 29 (high), and the material validator scored 28 (high). The analysis of the teacher and student practicality sheet assessments met the practical criteria with an average score of 90.31%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness assessment analysis obtained an average N-Gain score of 0.77, categorized as high. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Guided Inquiry-Based Student Worksheet (LKPD) teaching materials for Biology Learning for Grade XI Students of Muara Lakitan State Senior High School are proven to be valid, practical, and effective, making them suitable for use in Biology learning for Grade XI Students of Muara Lakitan State Senior High School.   Keywords: Biology, LKPD, Development, Senior High School

Abstract

This study aims to examine conflict management as a means to enhance the performance of the educator team in elementary schools in Lubuklinggau City. The study employs a qualitative approach using a phenomenological method. The results indicate that factors such as communication, mediation, negotiation, and deliberation are crucial in managing conflict to improve teacher performance; these elements enable the school principal to identify the information regarding school issues that trigger conflicts while working to resolve them. In conclusion, conflict management—specifically through communication, mediation, negotiation, and deliberation—plays a vital role in enhancing teacher performance.   Keywords: Management, Conflict, Team Performance

Abstract

This study aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR)-based diorama learning media to improve students' understanding of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) material for grade V of SD Negeri 59 Lubuklinggau. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, including the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The media was tested in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The validation results showed that the media had a high level of validity, with an average score of 92% from language, media, and material experts, including the very valid category. The practicality of the media was assessed by teachers and students with scores of 92% and 93%, respectively, indicating a very practical category. The effectiveness of the media was demonstrated through pre-tests and post-tests, with an average score increasing from 64 to 83, and an N-Gain value of 0.52, including the fairly effective category. The results of this study indicate that AR-based diorama learning media is feasible, practical, and effective in improving students' understanding of science and natural sciences material, particularly on the topic of the environment and environmental degradation.   Keywords: Augmented Reality, Science and Natural Sciences, Learning Media, Diorama, ADDIE Model

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Pancasila education in preventing radicalism among students at the Abdi Pendidikan Foundation Teacher Training College (STKIP). This study used a quantitative approach with a survey design. The results indicate that Pancasila education has a significant effect on reducing radical attitudes among students, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The higher the level of student understanding of Pancasila values, the lower the tendency towards radicalism. In conclusion, strengthening Pancasila education is an effective preventive strategy in countering radicalism in higher education.   Keywords: Students, Pancasila Education, Radicalism

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies implemented by Fiqh teachers to increase student learning interest and the factors influencing student interest in Fiqh learning at MTs DDI Muara Pagatan, Tanah Bubu Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the learning strategies implemented by Fiqh teachers to increase student learning interest include the use of discussion methods, contextual approaches, interactive learning media, reward giving, and evaluation and feedback. The discussion method can create active learning and improve students' critical thinking skills. The contextual approach helps students understand Fiqh material by connecting it to everyday life. Interactive learning media such as videos, PowerPoint presentations, and quizzes make learning more engaging, while reward giving can increase student motivation and self-confidence. Furthermore, evaluation and feedback help students continuously improve their understanding. Factors influencing student interest in Islamic jurisprudence include the role of the teacher, student preparedness, the use of learning media, and the condition of facilities and infrastructure. Teachers who have a good understanding of the material and are able to implement engaging learning strategies can increase student engagement in the learning process. In conclusion, the implementation of appropriate learning strategies and the support of a positive learning environment can increase students' interest in Islamic jurisprudence.   Keywords: Learning Interest, Islamic Fiqh Learning, Learning Strategies

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the differences between the CIRC model with pictorial series media, CIRC without media, and conventional learning on the writing skills and self-efficacy of students at SMK Negeri 3 Kepahiang. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The results showed differences in writing skill improvement in each class. The class with the CIRC model with pictorial series media experienced the highest improvement, from a pretest average of 25.69 to 82.41 on the posttest. The CIRC class without media increased from 28.97 to 65.34, while the conventional class increased from 27.06 to 59.71. In conclusion, there are differences in students' writing skills and self-efficacy. The CIRC class with pictorial series media significantly differs from the CIRC class without media and the conventional class. Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia based on problem-based learning (PBL) on viruses to improve the learning outcomes of tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. This study employed a research and development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model. The results showed that the developed product was valid, with an average validity score of 4.72, and the practicality assessment sheet analysis by teachers and students met the practical criteria with an average percentage of 91.22%. The effectiveness assessment obtained an average n-gain score of 0.75, classified as high. Based on the results, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia based on problem-based learning has proven valid, practical, and effective in improving learning outcomes in biology learning for tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau.   Keywords: ADDIE, Interactive Multimedia, Problem-Based Learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Crossword Puzzle Media in Biology Learning for Class X of SMA Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau. This research method uses the research and development method (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the study showed that the validation analysis of the crossword puzzle media obtained a value from linguists of 4.29, media experts of 4.86, and material experts of 4.86 which indicates that the crossword puzzle media developed meets the valid criteria with an average score of 4.67. Meanwhile, the results of the practicality sheet analysis obtained a value of 96% from educators, 86.66% in the one-to-one test and 91.33% in the small group test which shows that the crossword puzzle media meets the practical criteria with an average percentage of 91.33%. In the field trial, an N-Gain of 0.74 was obtained with a high classification. In conclusion, the crossword puzzle media has proven valid, practical, and effective in improving learning outcomes in biology learning for 10th graders at SMA Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau.   Keywords: ADDIE, Crossword Puzzle, Biology, Learning Media

Abstract

This study aims to develop valid, practical, and effective flashcard-based teaching media for the digestive system to improve learning outcomes for eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the developed flashcard-based teaching media was categorized as very feasible by media validators, material validators, and language validators. Practicality tests based on teacher and student questionnaire responses indicated that the media was categorized as very practical for use in learning. Furthermore, effectiveness tests demonstrated improved student learning outcomes, as evidenced by increases in pre-test and post-test scores, with an N-Gain score of 0.79, which is considered high. In conclusion, the QR Code-based flashcard-based teaching media for eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau is valid, practical, and effective, making it suitable for use in biology learning.   Keywords: ADDIE, Flash Card, QR Code, Digestive System and Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of audio-sensor-based number box media on the understanding of basic number concepts in third-grade children with Down syndrome at SLB Negeri 1, Blitar City. The method used was a Single Subject Research (SSR) with an A-B design, consisting of a Baseline (A) and an intervention (B) phase. The results showed a significant increase in ability from 28.57% - 35.71% in the baseline phase to 42.86% - 92.86% in the intervention phase, with 0% overlap. The conclusion is that audio-sensor-based number box media is effective in improving understanding of basic number concepts through a multisensory approach (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile).   Keywords: Down Syndrome, Number Concepts, Multisensory Media, Audio Sensors, SSR
