Cross sectional design was adopted to sample three hundred and fifty-three (male=47.9 % female=52.1 %) with age range of 22-54 years from Counselling Psychologists in Nigeria.  Web-based survey was utilized as platform to distribute the google link containing the questionnaire.  Product Moment Correlation (PPMC), Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) and t-test for independent samples were used as statistical tools and the margin of error for testing the hypotheses was .0.05. The result showed that there was significant difference in psychological adjustment of respondents based on gender (t (351) = 2.141, p<.05). The females were more psychologically adjusted (=34.86) than their male counterparts (=32.73). Further, psychological adjustment was positively correlated with counselling self-efficacy r=(df=351) = .519 P < 0.05), emotional maturity; r (df=351) =.557 P < 0.05) and religiosity (r (df=351) = .397 P < 0.05).  Regression analysis indicates that the three variables can jointly account for 38 % of variance in predicting the psychological adjustment of counselling psychologists in Nigeria. Counselling self-efficacy was most potent (β =.281, p<0.05). The result provided evidence to suggest that the factors considered in this contributed positively to the psychological adjustment of counselling psychologists during the peak period of covid 19 in Nigeria. Abstract

The routine of students is to go to school and get their education at school. Of course, students have faced academic, non-academic tasks, friendships, teacher staff and other school equipment that trigger students' school satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parental support for autonomy, self-esteem and school climate on school satisfaction in high school students. This goal is strengthened by the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. To test this objective, the researcher tested 82 students of SMAN 1 Ambarawa, Pringsewu, Lampung Regency. The instrument used is four scales, namely the scale of parental autonomy support, self-esteem scale, school climate scale and school satisfaction scale. The finding of this study is that there is a positive correlation between parental support for autonomy, self-esteem, and school climate on school satisfaction for high school students. The data has a significance level of 0.001. Implicitly, this study finds school satisfaction is influenced by parental support for autonomy and a positive school climate. Individuals are able to feel satisfaction with the school which is an indication of a healthy school. Parental support that allows children to choose every decision and knows the risks taken is able to maintain children's school satisfaction. Children become comfortable with their environment. The implication of this research is that this school familiarizes the behavior and attitudes of students with polite and good words so that there is no bullying or aggressiveness that supports the satisfaction of students, teachers and principals.

Abstract

Everyone, especially frontline workers, feels the impact of COVID-19. In dealing with COVID-19, the family has a role that can impact the quality of life of health workers and non-health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic; a good role for the family will result in better health services and increased work engagement. Research on workers in the non-health sector in pandemic conditions is still rare, making researchers choose to take two groups of subjects. It is hypothesized that there is an influence between family coherence and family functioning on the quality of life of the subjects, and there are differences between the two groups of subjects. This study's results indicate an influence between the family sense of coherence and family functioning on the quality of life of health workers and non-health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic (F= 38,978; p>0,05; adjusted R2=0,276). There is no difference in the level of quality of life between health workers and non-health workers (p=0,307; mean differences = 1,63; 95%CI[-1,52; 4,77]), but there were differences in other variables. The implication of this research is the need to strengthen the family base so it can become a source of coping for family members.

Abstract

A cyber affair is an affair in the form of emotional or sexual, carried out through virtual contacts. Cyber affair has various factors, including personality traits and relationship satisfaction. This study aims to determine the role of relationship satisfaction as a moderator of the relationship between personality traits and cyber affairs in young adult dating individuals. This study uses three measurements: Social Media Infidelity-Related Behavior, IPIP-BFM-25 dimensions of extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and Relationship Assessment Scale. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling, with 734 participants obtained. Statistical analysis includes descriptive statistics, correlations, covariates, and moderation to answer the research questions. As a result, the conscientiousness personality trait has a significant negative correlation with cyber affairs. Moderation analysis indicates no moderating effect of relationship satisfaction on the relationship between personality traits and cyber affairs. It is thought to be caused by a reduced correlation between personality traits and cyber affairs due to the influence of relationship satisfaction.

Abstract

Impulse buying is irrational buying behavior because it is less able to make careful consideration before buying, which is supported by a strong desire from within without thinking about its use. Impulse buying is influenced by several factors, one of which is selfregulation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between selfregulation and the impulsive buying of young K-pop fans in purchasing K-pop merchandise. The participants in this study were 204 young K-pop fans aged 18-21 years. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique. The scales used in this study are the SelfRegulation Questionnaire (SRQ) and Impulsive Buying Tendency (IBT scale), and the questionnaires are distributed online. The results of research using the Pearson Product Moment Technique showed that there was a weak correlation with a negative relationship between self-regulation and impulsive buying, with a value of r = -0.352 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the more individuals have higher self-regulation higher, the lower the impulse buying, or vice versa. So it can be concluded that to have low impulsive buying behavior, young K-pop fans need to have high self-regulation.
