Abstract

Keipeimimpinan adalah proseis uintuik meimpeingaruihi peirilakui orang lain agar meincapai tuijuian teirteintui. Peingaruih peimimpin pada kineirja guirui dapat meinciptakan iklim seikolah yang meinghambat eifeiktivitas keirja guirui. Gaya keipeimimpinan keipala seikolah dapat meimbeirikan dalam baik ataui buiruiknya kineirja guirui. Tuijuian dari peineilitian ini adalah uintuik meingeitahuii gaya keipeimimpinan keipala seikolah dan kineirja guirui di SDN XYZ. Juimlah informan dalam peineilitian ini adalah seibanyak 11 orang. Peineilitian ini meingguinakan peindeikatan kuialitatif deingan meingguinakan meitodei peinguimpuilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi non partisipan. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proses triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Thei puirposei of this stuidy is to find ouit thei leiadeirship stylei of thei principal and thei peirformancei of teiacheirs at SDN XYZ. Thei nuimbeir of informants in this stuidy is 11 peioplei. This stuidy uiseis a quialitativei approach by uising thei data colleiction meithod uiseid is inteirvieiws and non-participant obseirvations. Thei validity teist of thei data uiseid in this stuidy uiseis a trianguilation proceiss. Thei reisuilts of thei stuidy show that thei leiadeirship stylei applieid by thei principal is obtaineid baseid on thei reisuilts of inteirvieiws with teiacheirs, which is an auithoritarian leiadeirship stylei that disciplineis leiarning timei, and obeiys thei ruileis that apply in thei school einvironmeint. Conclusion, this stuidy also shows thei reisuilts on teiacheir peirformancei baseid on thei reisuilts of inteirvieiws with school principals showing teiacheir peirformancei that still doeis not meieit and is beilow standard in teiacheir peirformancei asseissmeint. Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the partial and simultaneous influence of managerial competence and work discipline of school principals on teacher performance in state junior high schools in West Prabumulih District. The population in this study were all teachers at Public Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District, namely Public Middle School 4 and Public Middle School 9 in Prabumulih City, totaling 116 people and a total sample of 90 people. The sampling technique in this research is random. This research uses a descriptive analysis method and a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques use data using observation, questionnaires, and documentation analysis using t-test and F-test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the principal's managerial competence on teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District; the school principal's work discipline influences the performance of teachers in Public Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District; and the principal's managerial competence and principal's work discipline simultaneously influence teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District by 82.6%. The remaining 17.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. In conclusion, there is a partial and simultaneous influence of managerial competence and work discipline of school principals on teacher performance Keywords: Managerial Competence; Work Discipline; Teacher Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of management, strategy, and competency of school principals together on teacher performance in SMP Negeri Sekecamatan Prabumulih Barat. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri Sekecamatan Prabumulih Barat with 2 (two) schools, namely SMP Negeri 4 Prabumulih and SMP Negeri 9 Prabumulih. The method used in this study is a research method with a quantitative approach. The population unit is all teachers spread across the State Junior High School in West Prabumulih District with a total of 116 people. After calculations were carried out with the Slovin formula, the number of samples taken was 90 people. The data collection technique in this study uses questionnaires, observations, and documentation methods. The test of the instrument was carried out to determine the level of validity and reliability of the research instrument. The data prerequisite test uses the Normality Test and the Linearity Test. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression, F Test (Simultaneous) and Coefficient of Determination. The result of this study is that the strategic management of the principal and the competence of the principal together have a significant effect on the performance of the guu in the State Junior High School in West Prabumulih District. The conclusion, of all independent variables on the quality of teacher teaching was 90.4% and the remaining 9.6% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. Abstract

This research was carried out with the following aims, among others, to determine the influence between workload and stress for guidance counselors; to assess the effect of workload on the principal's leadership style; To determine the influence between the work environment and stress for guidance and counseling teachers; To determine the influence of the work environment on the leadership style of school principals; To assess the influence of the principal's leadership style on guidance and counseling teacher stress. This research is quantitative research with a purposive sample of 84 guidance and counseling teachers in the East Jakarta research area. The research results found that the path coefficient value of workload on work stress was 0.166 with P-Values ​​of 0.195 > 0.05 and stat of 1.296 <1.96. Thus, workload does not affect work stress, the path coefficient value of workload on leadership style is 0.049 with P-Values ​​of 0.672 > 0.05 and tstat 0.424 <1.96. Thus, H2 workload does not affect leadership style, the path coefficient value of the work environment on work stress is 0.343 with P-Values ​​of 0.047<0.05 and tstat 1.987>1.96. Thus the work environment influences work stress, the path coefficient value of the work environment on leadership style is 0.438 with P-Values ​​of 0.000<0.05 and tstat 1.601>1.96. Thus, the work environment influences leadership style, the path coefficient value of leadership style on work stress is 0.267 with P-Values ​​of 0.083<0.05 and tstat 1.734>1.96. Thus, leadership style influences work stress, the path coefficient value of workload on work stress is 0.013 with P-Values ​​of 0.739 > 0.05 and tstat 0.334 <1.96. Thus, leadership style does not mediate the influence of workload on work stress. In conclusion, there is an influence of workload, leadership style, and stress on guidance and counseling teachers. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the performance of employees in structural positions with functional positions after the issuance of the additional income allowance policy at the Mappi district education office. The method used in this research is qualitative. Based on interview data, the research results show that 1).Quality of work. In particular, there is no difference in performance achievements pre and post TPP administration. 2.) Quantity of work. There are differences in the quantity of work pre and post TPP in structural positions and functional officials. For structural officials, work is assigned in a quantity of 12 points post-TPP from 10 points pre-TPP, this means that there is an additional workload after the TPP is implemented. Furthermore, for functional officials, there has been a change in the provision of TPP from 12 workload points during pre-TPP to 10 TPP weight points, meaning there is a decrease in workload. 3). Supervision of structural positions. The obstacle is in the form of a lack of readiness of officials due to changes in workload which has increased more than after the TPP was given, then another obstacle is that the TPP program is not attractive. 4.) Attendance. The TPP program provided is unable to increase employee motivation to improve their performance because the amount of TPP received refers to work performance achievements, not based on discipline or the level of attendance of officials. 5) Conservation. Abstract

This study aims to determine The results of this study indicate that from the aspect of communication, regional asset management reflects the communication network outside the organization, namely in the organization of regional asset management and users of regional assets. Resource aspects. Resources include comprehension and understanding of administration are still very minimally related to the implementation of the elimination of unproductive regional assets, this can result in failures that occur in the Mappir Regency Government, thus inhibiting the regional autonomy of the Mappir Regency Government because unproductive assets do does not provide benefits for the Mappir Regency Government but drains maintenance costs. Distribution aspects. The attitude of the administration has not reflected the marginal commitment related to the implementation of SOP in the implementation of assertive and unproductive administration. Bureaucratic Structure Aspect. The bureaucratic structure of the administration does not have overlapping authority because the organization is led by one leader, so that only one leader directs and the decisions made are clear. In addition, the organizational structure has been in accordance with the division of labor and the objectives of the organization, the division of labor is to prevent shifts between members of the organization and work can be done with mutual cooperation with the respective divisions. The function of the division of labor is also to facilitate the work of each division and can be evaluated regarding the tasks and responsibilities of the division of labor will also reduce complexity because there is a grouping of work. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determilne the conditions of motivation, work environment and employee performance, the influence of motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance, the influence of motivation and work environment partialy on employee performance. The research design used al qualitative-quantitative approach or a mixed method wilth descriptive and specific methods, and used secondary data. The subject of this research is PT Arkha Jayanti Persada Citeureup-Bogor and the object of this research ils permanent employees at PT Arkha Jayanti Persada Citeureup-Bogor. The analysis tool uses multilple linear regression, F test and t test with a probability level of five percent. The results showed that the responses of employees regarding motivation were in the high category, the responses of employees regarding the work environment were in good categories and the responses of employees regarding the performance of employees were in good categoriles. Conclusion, Silmutaneousy motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the evaluation of strategic planning in an effort to improve the quality of services at the Sanjiwani Gianyar regional general hospital. This research method was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach using interview data collection methods and document review. The preparation of strategic planning at the Sanjiwani Gianyar Regional General Hospital begins with establishing a vision and mission, then a SWOT analysis is carried out, consisting of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the gradual implementation of a business strategic plan carried out over five years every year. The process in implementing the annual strategic planning work program carried out by the hospital includes the procurement and improvement program for hospital facilities, maintenance of hospital infrastructure, purchase program for health support equipment, formal education and training, procurement of room equipment, building rehabilitation program. This is related to the quality of services provided such as BOR (bed occupancy rate), BTO (bed turn over) LOS (length of stay), TOI (turn over interval), NDR (net death rate), GDR (gross death rate), Implementation of strategic planning begins with socialization to units in the hospital and each unit has duties and responsibilities in carrying out strategic planning in accordance with the main tasks and each unit. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership behavior and work motivation of school principals on the quality of teacher teaching. This research was carried out at Public Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District which consists of 2 (two) schools, namely Public Middle School 9 Prabumulih and Public Middle School 4 Prabumulih. The time used to conduct this research is 4 (four) months, namely December 2023 to March 2024. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 116 people consisting of teachers, school principals, and community leaders. After calculating using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 90 people. Data collection techniques in this research are questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Test the analysis prerequisites using the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Linearity Test. Data analysis uses an Inferential Statistical Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that the principal's leadership behavior and work motivation together have a significant effect on the teaching quality of teachers in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District. A significance value of 0.00 was obtained, which means it is smaller than 0.05. The influence of all independent variables on the quality of teacher teaching is 92.2% and the remaining 7.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The conclusion is that the principal's leadership behavior and work motivation influence the quality of teacher teaching. Keywords: Leadership Behavior; Teaching Quality; Work motivation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Brand Experience and Brand Awareness on Patient Satisfaction Mediated by the Quality of Panoramic X-Ray Servives at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. The population of this study is 100 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 100 people. This type of research is quantitative research. The statistical instrument used is regression analysis using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The results of the research have the influence of brand experience on the quality of Panoramic X-Ray patient service at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. There is an influence of brand awareness on the quality of Panoramic X-Ray patient service at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. There is an influence of brand experience on patient satisfaction with Panoramic X-Ray at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. There is an influence of brand awareness on patient satisfaction with Panoramic X-Ray at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. There is an effect of patient satisfaction on the quality of Panoramic X-Ray services at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital. There is an influence of brand experience on service quality with Panoramic X-Ray patient satisfaction as a mediating variable at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital, this means that if the brand experience improves, the quality of service will also experience a significant increase accompanied by an increase in patient satisfaction. There is an influence of brand awareness on service quality with Panoramic X-Ray patient satisfaction as a mediating variable at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital, this means that if brand awareness increases, then the quality of service will also experience a significant increase accompanied by patient satisfaction.
