Abstract

This research aims to analyze the clarity of objectives, achievement strategies, planning, and preparation, as well as facilities and infrastructure prepared to support the community empowerment program in managing the sago commodity in Obaa District, Mappi Regency which is to be achieved. This type of research is qualitative research. Data analysis in this research used the N-vivo software tool. The results of research, programs, and strategies for community empowerment through sago processing aim to eradicate poverty, empowerment planning is an action to meet food needs and planning actions to increase community and regional income, preparation of a community empowerment program in managing sago commodities in Obaa District, Mappi Regency is a program design sago as food for the Mappi community and sago as a source of income for the Mappi community and area, the facilities and infrastructure provided are 7 units of sago production house, 1 unit of packing warehouse, 5 units of sago dewatering machines, 6 dismal machines (floating machines), 6 press machines sago, 9 units of chain saw machines, 1 unit of 3-wheeled vehicle, 2 units of Viber 15 PK boats, 5 units of permanent sago grating machines while there are 13 units of potable ones. Conclusions, objectives, achievement strategies, planning, preparation, as well as facilities and infrastructure prepared to support the community empowerment program in managing the sago commodity in the Obaa District, Mappi Regency, which are to be achieved have been well planned. Abstract

This research aims to examine factors that are predicted to influence the success or failure of the performance of Dishub civil servants, discuss the suitability of the ongoing TPP program, and examine changes that occur in the performance of Papua Dishub civil servants pre and post-implementation of Papua Provincial Gubernatorial Regulation No.31/2022 concerning the Second Amendment to the Top. Papua Gubernatorial Regulation No.6/2022 concerning Additional Electronic-Based Income for ASN in the Provincial Government Environment. Papua Fiscal Year 2022. This type of research is qualitative research. The research results show that the success factor for pre-TPP performance is due to the presence of complete work facilities. The ongoing system of providing TPP via electronic information has achieved an element of justice where officials and ASN can find out the reasons for receiving TPP and not receiving TPP in real-time and based on the ratio of output and input from the results of their work. The changes that occurred in the performance of civil servants at the Papua Transportation Department after the implementation of the TPP were a decrease in the quality of work, such as many work errors occurring due to work stress which arose due to the high workload ratio and the relatively very short time for completing the workload in obtaining the TPP. In conclusion, complete work facilities can increase discipline, while a conducive work environment can increase work comfort, this has a good impact on performance. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan Implementasi Kebijakan Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru SMA Negeri 1 Ketungau Hulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data Sekunder berupa dokumen data-data yang mendukung untuk memperkuat Analisis Kebijakan Sekolah dalam Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru SMA Negeri 1 Ketungau Hulu. Hasil penelitian, 1) pelaksanaan kegiatan MGMP, PKB, Diklat, pengembangan kurikulum dari ketiga sekolah tersebut masih kurang, karena tidak semua guru-guru dikirim dalam kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut. Serta kurangnya kesiapan kompetensi professional guru pada sektor pengembangan diri dan pemanfaatan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi. 2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan profesionalisme guru adalah pengembangan keprofesionalan secara berkelanjutan yaitu kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap materi ajar, dan kurangnya kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan sebagai penunjang menjadi guru profesional. 3) Upaya terhadap kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan profesionalisme guru sudah dilaksanakan terkait pelaksanaan PKB, MGMP, pengembangan kurikulum, diklat pada tingkat sekolah, daerah, maupun provinsi tetapi pencapaian tersebut belum sepenuhnya maksimal. Simpulan, Analisis ini berdampak pada terciptanya penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang lebih baik, meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas guru untuk menjadi guru yang professional, dan terwujudnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pendidikan. Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of transformational leadership, spiritual leadership, and motivation on employee performance at the Class IIB Sorong Correctional Institution. This type of research refers to a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire filled out by prison employees as respondents—data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis. Research results show that transformational and spiritual leadership have a significant influence on employee performance, while motivation is also proven to play an important role in increasing performance effectiveness. In conclusion, transformational leadership, spiritual leadership, and motivation have a very significant influence on employee performance. Training that focuses on communication skills, strategic vision, and the ability to motivate teams can increase the effectiveness of transformational leadership. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance at RSUD Dr. Hadrianus Sinaga Pangururan. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach from an associative research strategy. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Simple Linear Regression. The results of the research show that the leadership style consisting of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and Laisses Faire leadership has a very positive and significant effect of 85.3% on employee performance, the rest is influenced by other variables. Job satisfaction consisting of salary, working conditions, company policies, interpersonal relationships, supervision, achievement, recognition, own work, and responsibility has a negative and significant effect of 40% on employee performance at RSUD Dr. Hadrianus Sinaga Pangururan in Samosir Regency. This means that the better the performance satisfaction, the weaker the employee's performance. In conclusion, leadership style and job satisfaction both influence employee performance in the form of improving employee performance (working according to targets, on time, and responding to patient complaints). Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of teacher pedagogical competence and work motivation on the teaching performance of state elementary school teachers in Bakongan Timur District, South Aceh Regency. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The results of the study prove that the Pedagogical Competence variable (X1) is 4.971 with a t table of 1.675, indicating that t count > t table (4.971 > 1.675), with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05) so that teacher pedagogical competence (X1) partially influences significant to teacher performance (Y) and the teacher work motivation variable (X2) of ) of 2.206 with a t table of 1.675 shows that t count > t table (2.206 > 1.675), with a significant value (0.002 < 0.05) so that teacher work motivation (X1) partially has a considerable influence on teacher performance (Y). With the calculated F value and F table or calculated F value of 19.109 > 2.786 and a significant probability of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion is that the variables of pedagogical competence and teacher work motivation have a simultaneous influence on teacher performance variables in state elementary schools in Bakongan Timur District, South Aceh Regency. Abstract

This research aims to analyze how big the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, competence is on the performance of PT employees. Bhineka Mitra Sejati Semarang City. This research involved 93 employees from PT Bhineka Mitra Sejati as the population. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with the criteria that the respondent had worked for at least 1 year at PT Bhineka Mitra Sejati. The number of samples taken in this research was 82 respondents, in accordance with the application of Roscoe's theory. Data analysis in this study used respondent description tests, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests, F tests, coefficient of determination (R²) tests and hypothesis test results. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion is that there is an influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and competency on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of government employee performance on community satisfaction in Bojongsoang District. The performance of government employees has a crucial role in providing services to the community, and community satisfaction is the main benchmark in assessing the effectiveness of public services, this research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are 41 community members. in the Bojongsoang District environment. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression with SPSS V27. to identify the relationship between government employee performance variables and community satisfaction. The research results show that the performance of government employees has a significant positive influence on community satisfaction in Bojongsoang District. Performance aspects, such as employee responsiveness, expertise, and service attitudes, have a significant contribution to the level of community satisfaction. Apart from that, external factors such as communication between the government and the community also influence the perception of community satisfaction. In conclusion, there is an influence of government employee performance on community satisfaction in Bojongsoang District. Abstract

This research aims to influence librarian competence and librarian performance on the quality of IAIN Curup library services. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is an approach to testing objective theories by testing the relationships between variables. The population in this research is the academic community at IAIN Curup, such as students entering 2021. The population of students entering 2021 at IAIN Curup is 577 students. The sample in this research was 85 students. The results of the research show that the level of competence of librarians influences the quality of IAIN Curup library services with a significant value of 0.024. Meanwhile, the performance of librarians has no effect on the quality of IAIN Curup library services with a significant value of 0.001. The influence of librarian competence and librarian performance simultaneously (together) influences the quality of IAIN Curup library services, with F count 148.189 > F table 3.11 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that the independent variables in the form of librarian competence and librarian performance simultaneously or jointly influence the dependent variable, namely the quality of IAIN Curup library services. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of academic supervision, school culture, and teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMPN Pandih Batu and Kahayan Hilir Districts, Pulang Pisau District. This research approach is quantitative. The population of this study consisted of all SMPN teachers in Pandih Batu and Kahayan Hilir Districts, Pulang Pisau Regency with a total of 171 teachers. Through sampling using proportional random sampling techniques, a sample of 120 people was obtained. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to the sample. Analysis of research results using descriptive statistics, regression test, t-test (partial), path analysis, and coefficient of determination using SPSS Windows Version 29.0. The results of the research show that there is an influence between: (1) academic supervision on teacher performance of 0.120, (2) school culture on teacher performance of 0.100, (3) job satisfaction on teacher performance of 0.119, (4) academic supervision on job satisfaction of 0.119. 1.149, (5) school culture on job satisfaction of 0.482, (6) academic supervision on teacher performance through job satisfaction of 0.136, (7) school culture on performance teachers through job satisfaction of 0.057. In conclusion, there is a significant direct and indirect influence between academic supervision, school culture, and job satisfaction on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Pandih Batu and Kahayan Hilir Districts, Pulang Pisau District.
