Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership style on the performance of State High School teachers in East Baturaja District; and explore the influence of work motivation on the performance of State High School teachers in East Baturaja sub-district. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 OKU, SMA Negeri 4 OKU, and SMA Negeri 5 OKU. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with total sampling data collection with the samples taken in this research being all ASN teachers in three schools, namely 104 teachers. As for each school: SMA Negeri 1 has 41 teachers, SMA Negeri 4 has 32 teachers and SMA Negeri 5 has 31 teachers. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the research found that the principal's leadership style (X1) influences the performance of teachers (Y) of state high schools in East Baturaja District, with a percentage of 55.5% (correlation table). There is an influence of Work Motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) Public High School in East Baturaja District, with a percentage of 52.8% (correlation table). The results of the f test (simultaneous) show that the variables Principal Leadership Style (X1), and Work Motivation (X2) influence teacher performance (Y) State High School in East Baturaja District, The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained were 0.382, this shows that the contribution of the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation to teacher performance was 38.2% while the remaining 61.8% was influenced by other external variables. This research is about understanding insight, fulfilling needs, and differences, and achieving values. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance. Keywords: Motivation, Principal Leadership Style, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This research aims to explore innovative strategies in Christian education management implemented through a servant leadership approach to educate a generation of faith and integrity. The servant leadership approach emphasizes servant leadership, where the leader focuses on the needs of others and inspires them to reach their maximum potential. This study uses qualitative methods with case study analysis in several Christian educational institutions. The research results show that the application of innovative strategies based on servant leadership is able to increase student motivation and involvement, strengthen spiritual values, and form characters with integrity. Implementation of this strategy involves holistic curriculum development, training and professional development for educators, as well as active participation from the school community. In conclusion, Christian education management that adopts servant leadership principles can effectively educate the younger generation who not only excel academically but also have strong faith and high integrity. Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the Effectiveness of Electronic Procurement of Goods and Services (E-Procurement) at BPBJ SETDA Central Mamberamo Regency, to describe and analyze what factors support and hinder the Effectiveness of Electronic Procurement of Goods and Services (E-Procurement). Procurement) at BPBJ Central Mamberamo Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that achieving goals in BPBJ services in Central Mamberamo Regency has been effective as seen from the achievement of work targets that have been achieved. So that the process of using the e-Procurement application has been maximized by all users and the auction process runs smoothly, integration in the Central Mamberamo Regency Regional Secretariat's BPBJ services has been carried out well, where the socialization carried out by BPBJ is direct and routinely carried out periodically, Central Mamberamo Regency Regional Secretariat's BPBJ has not yet fulfill aspects of good adaptation, because it is still constrained by inadequate internet networks and human resources. Supporting factors include increasing human resource capabilities, intensive training, and introducing a program to targets and factors. The obstacles to using e-procurement are PBJ Regional Secretariat of Central Mamberamo Regency, namely: Inadequate internet network, Medan in the Kobakma area which is difficult to reach, and virus problems which can interfere with the running of the application. Abstract

This research aims to partially test and identify the influence of work motivation on performance; to test and determine the impact of leadership style on performance partially; and to test and identify the influence of work motivation and leadership style on performance simultaneously at the Nduga Regency Agriculture and Food Security Service. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sample of 49 respondents. The research instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The research results show that work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on performance; Leadership style partially has a negative and significant effect on performance, work motivation, and leadership style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the assessment of 13 components of superior POLRI cultural human resources at POLRES Jayapura and what factors support and inhibit the implementation of the Implementation of the policy of assessing 13 components of superior POLRI cultural human resources at POLRES Jayapura. This study adopts a qualitative method. Data collected through interview distribution techniques. Data analysis techniques using the help of the N-Vivo application consist of word frequency, coding comparison diagrams, data presentation, drawing conclusions and checking validity, compiling conclusions and data validity. The results of the study prove that the factors that influence the success of the implementation of 13 components of superior Polri culture, the current level of implementation success is not optimal due to the lack of concern from personnel and personnel have the perception of feeling interfered with by the assessment of 13 components through real-time applications but they admit that application-based performance assessments are objective so they feel that the system is fair and can inhibit corruption in the Polri. Furthermore, supporting factors from work facilities and organizational climate as supporters of the realization of the implementation of the assessment of 13 components of Superior Human Resources of the Indonesian National Police, inhibiting factors consist of excessive work autonomy and gaps in insight between one personnel and another, as supporters of the realization of the implementation of the assessment of 13 components of Superior Human Resources of the Indonesian National Police. Abstract

This research aims to determine the school principal's strategy in improving student achievement through an achievement development program. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik, which is the favorite school in Gresik district. Hundreds of SMAN 1 Gresik students have won various competitions at district, provincial and national levels. Various kinds of achievements, both academic and non-academic, have been achieved every year. This research aims to explore more deeply the principal's strategy for improving student achievement through achievement development. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology with a case research type. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. After verification, restatement, or reduction of the data obtained, conclusions are presented. Conclusion,that the achievement development program implemented at SMAN 1 Gresik to improve student achievement through the principal's strategy in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising is very effective in preparing students to take part in various achievement events, both academic and non-academic, both at district, provincial and national levels. Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of principals' instructional leadership and work culture on teacher performance through a literature study approach. This research method uses a literature study method with a narrative review model. The research results show that effective instructional leadership from the principal has a positive impact on teacher performance and effective instructional leadership from the principal creates a better work culture. With good instructional leadership, school principals can encourage improvements in teacher performance through appropriate supervision, direction, and support. In conclusion, showing that the influence of instructional leadership is significant in building a positive work culture and supporting increased quality of performance in the school environment. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on employee performance which is mediated by customer satisfaction at the Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this research were all employees at the Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique. The sample in this research was 100 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The research results show that service quality influences employee performance at the Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. This means that the higher the quality of service, the higher the employee performance; There is an influence of customer satisfaction on employee performance at the Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. This means that the higher the customer satisfaction, the higher the employee performance; Customer satisfaction mediates the influence of service quality on employee performance at the Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. This means that customer satisfaction can strengthen the impact of service quality on employee performance at the Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence needs status of work tipe, role conflict and temporal leadership on vigor and job performance on employement relationship. Quantitative research was carried out using Structural Equational Model (SEM) methods in 2023 with a focus on respondents working in the manufacturing sector (ceramics and the like) in Tangerang and Jakarta. Data collection was carried out randomly online use google form which resulted in 212 respondents. Respondents were dominated by men at 70% and women at 30% with a working age of 20-30 years. Research findings show that needs status have no impact on vigor worker. Role conflict shows a negative relationship to vigor and job performance, while temporal leadership shows that it only influences job performance, not vigor. This research provides managerial implications for company management that companies should manage workers, especially leaders, in several ways, including implementing a strict and selective recruitment system, as well as conducting training programs. This is so that a work system with minimal role conflict and a good temporal leadership style can be formed vigor and job performance of worker will increase as will company performance. Abstract

This research aims to discover the strategy for developing the Darul Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic Boarding School in Rejang Lebong through HR cadre formation which is very necessary. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In this research, the management of the Darul Ma'arif Nahlatul Ulama Islamic Boarding School acted as an informant. The results of implementing good strategic management starting from preparation, coaching, processing, and supervision have provided positive results in improving the quality of human resources and development of the Darul Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama Rejang Lebong Islamic Boarding School. These include: First, Optimizing Character, Second, Optimizing Caring, Third, Optimizing Collaboration, Fourth, Optimizing Critical Thinking. However, the implementation of this strategy still faces many obstacles, such as a lack of funds for cadre formation training, as well as inadequate time management. In conclusion, the Darul Maarif Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic Boarding School development strategy through HR cadre formation has implemented optimal strategic management, which is an important step in the process of maximizing an activity carried out, so that this step is expected to be able to realize the desired or desired benefits.
