Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of Instructional Leadership of school principals and teacher professionalism together on the quality of learning of public junior high schools in West Merapi District. held at SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Merapi Barat which consists of 2 (two) schools including: SMP Negeri 1 Merapi Barat and SMP Negeri 2 Merapi Barat. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The population and sample in this study amounted to 70 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t tests and F tests. The result of this study is that there is a significant influence together between the principal's instructional leadership and teacher professionalism on the quality of learning in West Merapi District. Conclusion: There is a significant joint influence between the principal's instructional leadership and teacher professionalism on the learning quality of State Middle Schools in West Merapi District. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of differentiated learning methods and teacher professionalism on the development of literacy skills of SLB students in Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted at the Special School (SLB) in Banyuasin Regency consisting of 4 schools, namely, SLBN Banyuasin, SLB Rimba Asam, SLB OPI Jakabaring and SLB Adhyastha. This research is a type of quantitative research. The research design used in this study is a correlational research design. The population and sample in this study amounted to 34 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t tests and F tests. The result of this study is that there is an influence of differentiated learning and teacher professionalism on the literacy ability of SLB students in Banyuasin Regency. The figure obtained by the R Square (R2) coefficient of determination is 0.296 which means that the influence of differentiated learning and teacher professionalism is able to contribute to the literacy ability of SLB students in Banyuasin Regency by 29.6%, while the remaining 70.4% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this study. In conclusion, there is an influence of differentiated learning methods and teacher professionalism on the development of literacy skills of special school students in Banyuasin Regency. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: The influence of principal management on teacher performance; The influence of teacher professionalism on teacher performance; and The combined influence of principal management and teacher professionalism on teacher performance. This research is a quantitative study using partial correlation methods. The study was conducted at SMP IT Izzatuna Putra and Putri Palembang with 52 teacher respondents. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Validity and reliability tests utilized internal validity and reliability measures. Prerequisite analysis tests included normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test, with data analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that: there is a positive and significant influence of principal management on teacher performance with a correlation value of 2.013 and a relationship percentage of 0.2%; there is a positive and significant influence of teacher professionalism on teacher performance with a correlation value of 2.048 and a relationship percentage of 2.0%; and there is a positive and significant combined influence of principal management and teacher professionalism on teacher performance with a correlation value of 4.172 and a relationship percentage of 31.2%. In conclusion, the joint influence of principal management and teacher professionalism on teacher performance at Izzatuna Palembang IT Middle School. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Additional Income Allowance policy in Mappi Regency and analyze the supporting and inhibiting aspects of the Additional Income Allowance policy in Mappi Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative with a data collection process through interviews. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely Data Display and Conclusion Drawing/Verification, Data Reduction. The results of the study show that in the communication aspect, 3 important aspects in communicating the additional income policy are language selection, media selection, and type of communication. In providing messages related to the contents of the additional income policy, leaders use verbal language that is easily understood by communicants (employees). Based on the research results, this article concludes several important points, namely that the implementation of the additional income policy is running well and cannot be separated from communication using media, both vertically and horizontally, both print and social media. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the public service performance of the TTU Regency Regional Drinking Water Company (Perumnda). This research uses qualitative research methods with observation and interview methods. From the research findings, it was found that environmental quality greatly influences the quality of service provided. Environmental quality conditions related to demographics hurt the continuity of water that can be distributed and give rise to various complaints from the public. However, on the other hand, Perumnda Drinking Water District TTU continues to promote efforts to improve the quality of service results by increasing the number of customers by improving the quality of interactions through acceleration, accuracy, and transparency. The conclusion is that the performance of the public services of the TTU Regency Regional Drinking Water Company is greatly influenced by the environmental quality of the North Central Timor Regency.. Abstract

The research aims to determine the main duties and functions of the role of women in the Fisheries Service of North Central Timor Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This type of research is used to describe or analyze the role of women in executive institutions in the Fisheries Service of North Central Timor Regency. Women play an important role in formulating policies in the TTU District Fisheries Service. The role of women as administrators of government affairs has become the duty and responsibility of the department so that those who serve as administrators always support the TTU district community optimally by the vision and mission of the department. The role of women as administrators is very important. Plays an important role in the world of work, especially offices, so that administrative implementation does not deviate from the corridors of the agency. The role of women as supervisors of implementing units is also very important in the world of work because without supervisors the tasks they carry out will not be carried out well. In conclusion, the role of women as administrative implementers plays a very important role in the world of work, especially in offices, so that administrative implementation does not deviate from existing corridors within the agency. Implementing unit coaches are also very important in the world of work because without a coach the tasks carried out will not be carried out well. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and competence on the performance of Talang Tangsi Village officials, Lahat Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 randomly selected village officials. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to identify the extent to which work discipline and competence influence performance. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of village officials, with a regression coefficient value of 0.45. This indicates that increasing work discipline will improve the performance of village officials. Competence also shows a significant positive influence on performance, with a regression coefficient value of 0.38. These findings underline the importance of competency development as a key factor in increasing the effectiveness of village officials' performance. Overall, this research concludes that both work discipline and competency play an important role in determining the performance of Talang Tangsi Village officials. In conclusion, based on the research results, it can be concluded that work discipline and competence have a significant effect together on the performance of Tangsi Village officials, Lahat Regency. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of human resource (HR) potential and the obstacles faced in seaweed production in Sumenep Regency. Sumenep Regency has great potential in the seaweed sector, but the development of this sector is faced with various challenges that hinder the optimization of production results. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation studies. The main focus of the research is to evaluate the capacity of human resources involved in seaweed production, as well as identifying obstacles that hinder the development of this sector. It is hoped that this research will provide useful insights for formulating better HR development strategies and overcoming production constraints. The recommendations resulting from this study will become the basis for policies and intervention programs aimed at increasing the effectiveness of seaweed production in Sumenep Regency, as well as encouraging sustainable growth of this sector. The conclusion, from the analysis of potential human resource development and obstacles faced by Sumenep seaweed production, shows that although there are major obstacles such as limited capital, access to training, extreme weather, and lack of technical marketing knowledge, they can hinder the achievement of production targets. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of the principal's leadership and the independent curriculum together on the performance of vocational teachers in Banyuasin III District. This research was carried out at SMK located in Banyuasin III District which consisted of 4 schools, namely, SMK Unggul Negeri 2 Banyuasin III, SMKN 1 Banyuasin III, SMKS Muhammadiyah Pangkalan Balai and SMKS PGRI Pangkalan Balai. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 116 teachers and principals. After calculating using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 55 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t tests and F tests. The results of this study are There is a positive influence of the principal's leadership and independent curriculum together on teacher performance at SMK in Banyuasin III District by 81.2%. This can be seen from the results of the Fhitung>Ftabel test the influence can also be seen from the results of the thitung> ttabel test which means Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected. Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the influence of the principal's academic leadership and supervision, both simultaneously and partially, on teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District. The population in this study were all teachers at Public Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District, namely Public Middle School 4 and Public Middle School 9 in Prabumulih City 116 people, totaling 90 people. The sampling technique in this research is random sampling technique. This research uses descriptive analysis methods using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques use data by means of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis using the t test and F test. The results of the research show that: (1) there is an influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District; (2) the principal's academic supervision influences teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District; and (3) the principal's leadership and the principal's academic supervision simultaneously have an influence on teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District of 79.2% and the remaining 20.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
