Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of transformational leadership and organizational climate together on employee performance at the Manokwari Class III Women's Penitentiary. This research uses a quantitative approach because it tests hypotheses objectively. This research was carried out at the Class III Women's Penitentiary in Manokwari. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that transformational leadership and organizational climate have a strong and significant influence on employee performance at the Class III Women's Penitentiary in Manokwari. In conclusion, transformational leadership and organizational climate influence employee performance at the Manokwari Class III Women's Penitentiary. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the school principal's leadership style and spiritual approach in conducting Alaskan. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression methods. The target population in this research is Lubuklinggau City elementary school principals, totaling 53 respondents. The sampling technique uses a stratified random sampling technique, namely, taking proportional random samples from each group in the school. As a result of the research, it was found that the correlation coefficient between the independent variable leadership style (X1) and the dependent variable blusukan (Y) or r x1y = 0.501, the coefficient of the principal's spiritual approach (X2) with the dependent variable blusukan performance (Y) or the correlation r x2y = 0.493 and The correlation coefficient between the leadership style variables (X1) and the principal's approach (X2) is r x1x2 = 0.429. Meanwhile, the r table value at the 5% significance level = 0.325 and the 1% significance level = 0.413. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role and leadership model of the school principal in managing the implementation of the main duties of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Sepauk District, Sintang Regency. This type of research is research with a case study approach. The results of this research show that the principal's exemplary leadership in influencing teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Sepauk District, Sintang Regency, where the role of the principal in influencing educational policy in the school prioritizes the discipline of teachers and students who do not use arrogant but humanist methods. with discipline, the education and learning process at school can be achieved well so that it can produce graduates by the school's goals. The principal's exemplary leadership in influencing teacher performance in State Middle Schools. The principal's good example of leadership in influencing teacher performance in State Middle School 3, Sepauk District, Sintang Regency, where the principal's task in directing the process of educational regulation in schools regarding teacher performance generally involves teachers or teachers. to participate in preparing or coaching which aims to increase teacher understanding and abilities to improve teacher performance for students at SMP Negeri 3 Sepauk District in achieving good learning achievements. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital on company value with financial performance as an intervening variable. The population in this study includes companies registered in LQ45 consecutively during the 2018-2022 period. The analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression and the Sobel test using financial performance as an intervening variable. The research results show that Intellectual Capital has a positive effect on Financial Performance, Financial Performance has a positive effect on Company Value, and Intellectual has no effect on Company Value. It is concluded that the results of this research prove that Intellectual Capital has a positive effect on Company Value and mediates Financial Performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the organizational performance of regional work units in managing regional assets in BPKD Malianau Regency. The research method was carried out qualitatively, using purposive area sampling. The subjects in this research were the Head of BPKD, the Secretary of BPKD Malinau Regency, the Head of BPKD Assets, and the BPKD Staff of Malinau Regency. The research results obtained through a series of in-depth interviews with key informants indicate a significant level of conformity between the program of activities carried out by the Regional Asset Management Sector and the targets and objectives set. The accountability for the Regional Asset Management Sector is created by making a report on the asset manager. Regions to the head of the Agency and the Regional Secretary as property managers, as well as the implementation of asset management by applicable rules and regulations. In conclusion, the organizational performance of regional work units in managing regional assets in BPKD Malianau Regency is good in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and transparency. Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the application of SIMDA at the Sukamara Regency Public Housing and Settlement Area Service. Qualitative research approach methods always start from social phenomena captured by researchers. This research was conducted within the Sukamara Regency Public Housing and Settlement Area Service. Data analysis techniques in the field in this research were carried out using the Miles and Huberman model. The research results show that in terms of input, process, and output it is as expected, namely timely planning and accrual-based SAP implementation, but SIMDA does not make financial planning and reporting more transparent. Conclusion, as expected, namely timely planning and accrual-based SAP implementation, SIMDA does not make financial planning and reporting more transparent. Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of disciplinary policies for the State Civil Apparatus within the Ministry of Religion of Sukamara Regency. This research was conducted using Field Research. The analytical technique applied describes and analyzes the implementation of disciplinary policies for State Civil Apparatus within the Ministry of Religion of Sukamara Regency. The research results show procedures or mechanisms for implementing discipline, sanctions, monitoring and evaluation, information, and complaints. Conclusion: All of these things support and inhibit factors in implementing government policies in the discipline. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ship crew knowledge, supervision, and waste management facilities on ship crew performance by mitigating the prevention of marine pollution at Tanjung Priok Port. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to analyze the data obtained. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 crew members from 10 ships operating at Tanjung Priok Port. The analysis results show that the knowledge of ship crews has a positive and significant effect on their performance, which is mediated by mitigation efforts to prevent marine pollution. Strict supervision of ship operations also has a considerable positive impact on improving crew performance. In addition, adequate waste management facilities are proven to play an important role in supporting the performance of ship crews through the mitigation and prevention of marine pollution. In conclusion, the influence of ship crew knowledge, supervision, and waste management facilities on ship crew performance through mitigating the prevention of marine pollution at Tanjung Priok Port. Abstract

This research aims to examine the efficiency, effectiveness, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness of employees, and accuracy of the South Papua Provincial Inspectorate in implementing the WBS policy. This type of research is qualitative research. The research instrument is in the form of an interview guide. Data analysis techniques in qualitative research use the N-Vivo software tool. The results of the research show that efficiency in strengthening WBS applications is achieved with high benefits while minimal costs. The inspectorate's adequacy in strengthening WBS applications has not resolved the WBS problem at all. The distribution of regional inspectorates in strengthening the WBS does not meet the element of fairness because there has not been programmed compensation for policy targets, namely WBS users or employees in regional government agencies who make complaints. The responsiveness of employees from government agencies is negative and the accuracy of the WBS program is assessed as having the right objectives. In conclusion, efficiency, effectiveness, adequacy, leveling, employee responsiveness, and accuracy of the South Papua Provincial Inspectorate in implementing the WBS policy have been assessed as having the correct objectives, but there are several indicators which are not fulfill the element of fairness because there has not been programmed compensation for policy targets. Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of the school committee in improving the quality of services at SMA Negeri 1 Sepauk, Sintang Regency. This research uses a case study type of research. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Sepauk, Sintang Regency. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation using the data analysis technique Analysis Interactive Model from Miles and Huberman. The results of the research show that the role of the committee is to provide consideration for its implementation in the form of giving input on the education management process in schools. The role of the school committee as a supporting body for the implementation and efforts to improve the quality of services, especially Islamic religious education, can take the form of financial support, energy, and mental support. The role of the committee as a mediator so far takes the form of relationships between the principal and the community, the principal and the education board, and the principal and the school itself. In conclusion, the role of the school committee in improving the quality of service at SMA Negeri 1 Sepauk Sintang Regency can act as a consideration provider, a supporter, and as a mediator.
