Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge sharing, and leadership on the effectiveness of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) achievement among employees at PT Gracia Utamajaya. The research method used was a quantitative census approach, with the entire population of 82 employees serving as respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The results also included instrument validity and reliability tests. The results indicate that SOPs, knowledge sharing, and leadership simultaneously significantly influence KPI achievement. Partially, knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on KPIs, while SOPs and leadership showed a significant negative effect, indicating that overly rigid SOP implementation and a less adaptive leadership style can hinder the effectiveness of KPI achievement. The conclusion is that improving KPI achievement at PT Gracia Utamajaya is more effectively driven by strengthening a knowledge sharing culture, accompanied by adjusting SOP implementation and leadership style to be more flexible, innovative, and in line with the company's operational dynamics.   Keywords: SOP, Knowledge Sharing, Leadership, KPI, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of emotional attachment in mediating the influence of tourist experience on revisit intention of tourists at Pangandaran Beach using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework, which includes attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control. The research method used was a quantitative survey approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 130 respondents who had visited Pangandaran Beach. Data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that tourist experience had a positive and significant effect on attitude toward behavior and subjective norm. Furthermore, attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control were proven to have a significant effect on emotional attachment and revisit intention. Furthermore, emotional attachment also had a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, thus acting as a mediating variable in the relationship between TPB factors and revisit intention. The conclusion of this study is that a positive tourist experience can shape attitudes, social norms, and perceived control in tourists, which in turn strengthen emotional attachment and encourage tourists' intention to revisit Pangandaran Beach.   Keywords : Tourist Experience, Emotional Attachment, Theory Of Planned Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand sensory experience and brand cognitive experience on repurchase intention through attitude toward behavior and subjective norms, as well as the influence of perceived behavioral control on repurchase intention, both directly and through attitude toward behavior, among consumers of 600 ml bottled AMDK Club in Cimahi City. The research method used a quantitative survey approach, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study sample consisted of 130 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of having consumed AMDK Club at least five times and being at least 17 years old. Data analysis was performed using variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that brand sensory experience had a positive effect on subjective norms and attitudes toward behavior, and an indirect effect on repurchase intention through these two variables. Brand cognitive experience had a positive effect on subjective norms and an indirect effect on repurchase intention through subjective norms, but not through attitudes toward behavior. Furthermore, perceived behavioral control has a positive influence on attitudes toward the behavior and repurchase intentions, as well as an indirect influence on repurchase intentions through attitudes toward the behavior. The conclusion of this study is that AMDK Club consumers' repurchase intentions are significantly influenced by sensory and cognitive brand experiences through psychological mechanisms within the Theory of Planned Behavior framework. Therefore, brand experience enhancement and ease of consumption are important factors in increasing consumer repurchase intentions.  Keywords: Brand Sensory Experience, Brand Cognitive Experience, Perceived Behavioral Control, Repurchase Intention, Theory of Planned Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the human resource (HR) management strategies employed by the Jombang Village Hall in addressing post-pandemic challenges, including the implementation of flexible work practices, improving employee welfare, and digital transformation. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation analysis. The results indicate that HR plays a strategic role as an agent of change by implementing a hybrid work policy, providing psychosocial support through internal communication and counseling, and conducting digital training to improve the competency of village officials. The findings also indicate that obstacles such as limited technological infrastructure, resistance to change, and psychological stress impact the effectiveness of HR management. The conclusion of this study confirms that post-pandemic HR management at the Jombang Village Hall requires a holistic and adaptive approach, integrating flexible work practices, employee welfare, and digital transformation to support village official performance and the quality of public services.   Keywords: HR Management, Crisis, Post-Pandemic, Human Resources, Village Government
