Abstract

This classroom action research entitled Acrostic Technique as an Effort to Increase the Motivation and Ability to Write Poetry for VIII Grade Students of SMP Negeri 14 OKU. This study involved 24 eighth grade students who have different backgrounds and abilities in writing poetry. By using acrostic techniques, this classroom action research is planned to use two research cycles with a KKM value of 75 and a success rate of above 75%. Based on the results of the data analysis of classroom action research in the first cycle, it was found that the teacher's observation score was very good with a value of 3.33, the value of student observation also reached 62.5% success, and the student's poetry writing score reached 66.6%. In the second cycle, there was a very significant increase. The teacher's observation value increased to 3.55, the student's observation score also increased, making the success rate 100% and the value of writing poetry, all students succeeded in exceeding the KKM score of 75 so that the success percentage was 100%. Thus the classroom action research was declared successful and was stopped in the second cycle. From these results, it can be concluded that acrostic techniques can improve students' ability to write poetry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the relationship between learning outcomes and student management, 2) the relationship between the motivation to learn to write in Indonesian and student management, 3) the relationship between learning outcomes and motivation to learn to write using Indonesian language against student management. The results of the study stated: 1) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Student Management; 2) there is a relationship between the Motivation of Learning to Write Using Indonesian and Student Management; and 3) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Learning Motivation on Student Management at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Jirak Jaya.

Abstract

This study is limited to the investigation of the correlation between students’ learning strategy, and reading comprehensionof the ninth grade students at State Junior High School 01 Buay Rawan, OKU Selatan. There were 85 students who has been selected as the sample of the research. The writer used correlational study and formula to see the correlation between two variable stated. Correlation about Students’ Learning Strategies (X2) and Reading Comprehension (Y) for 0.028. Sig. Value 0.797 was higher than Alpha value 0.05 (0.797 >0,2146), Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. In other words, there was no a positive correlation between Students’ Learning Strategies (X2) and Reading Comprehension(Y). It can be stated that Students Learning Strategies (X) simultaneously have no significant correlated the reading comprehension(Y).

Abstract

In this research, the problem that is being researched is the use of learning in the digital age. The center of the study focuses on teachers' use of information technology in learning. ai The aim of this research is to: understand the application of IT and the application of IT to the effectiveness of learning in MTs Se-Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method for 5 MTs with a sample of 120 teachers in the Musi Banyuasin district. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran powerpoint yang mudah digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran tema 6 subtema 1 pembelajaran 1, 2 dan 3. Media pembelajaran powepoint ini diharapkan dapat menarik minat belajar siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model pembelajaran ADDIE. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga tahapan yaitu, (1) tahap analysis yaitu analisis terhadap kurikulum, analisis guru, dan analisis situasi. (2) tahap desain yaitumelakukan rancangan terhadap produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Selain merancang produk, peneliti juga menyusun lembar penelitian yaitu lembar validasi, (3) tahap development yaitu melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran powerpoint berupa memasukkan materi ke dalam template powerpoint, penyuntingan media pembelajaran powerpoint, dan uji validitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian ahli bahasa, ahli materi dan ahli media pada pemelajaran 1, 2 dan 3 sangat layak digunakan tanpa revisi dengan persentase 95,3%, 95,1%, dan 95,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan oleh hasil pengamatan penulis mengenai pengaruh pengawasan kepala sekolah tentang pelaksanaan pendidik di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Solok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data tentang pengaruh pengawasaan kepala sekolah terhadap kemampuan pendidik di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Solok dilihat dari penanda manajemen kepala dan pelaksanaan pendidik. yaitu; (1) merencanakan kegiatan pengawasan kepala sekolah; (2) pelaksanaan pengawasaan akademik; (3) menindaklanjuti hasil supervisi akademik; (4) kuantitas; (5) kualitas; (6) bekerja sama; (7) tanggung jawab. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat korelasional dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini memiliki populasi semua pendidik yang ada pada SMK Negeri 1 Kota Solok yang berjumlah 174 orang guru maka besar sampel yang diambil adalah 64 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi pengujian purposive dan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian kuantitatif dan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian pasti. Pengumpulan data dalam investigasi ini menggunakan survei dengan skala Likert yang telah dicoba untuk legitimasi dan ketergantungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa eksibisi guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Solok berada pada kelas cukup dengan ketercapaian sebesar 78,99%, jumlah penunjukan berada pada klasifikasi diterima dengan laju ketuntasan 81,82%, penanda mutu dengan tingkat ketuntasan. sebesar 77,91%,, indikator bekerja sama dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 79.04%, dan indikator tanggung jawab dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 77.20%. Supervisi kepala sekolah pada SMK Negeri 1 Kota Solok ada pada bagian cukup dengan presentasi 77.15%. Petunjuk untuk menyusun latihan manajemen skolastik berada pada kelas cukup dengan tingkat ketuntasan 78,28%, petunjuk untuk melaksanakan pengawasan ilmiah dengan kecepatan pencapaian 76,28%, petunjuk melingkari kembali hasil pengawasan skolastik dengan tingkat ketercapaian 76,90%. Dilihat dari hasil estimasi uji hubungan antara faktor kepengurusan kepala sekolah dengan pameran guru, maka nilai kepentingannya adalah 0,004 dan tingkat kepentingannya adalah 5% atau pada taraf 95%. Ada hubungan antara faktor manajemen kepentingan dengan pameran instruktur di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Solok. Dari hasil estimasi uji hubungan, 0,004 lebih rendah dari 0,05. Langkah-langkah dalam menguji teori menyatakan bahwa dengan asumsi efek samping dari kepentingan lebih rendah dari 0,05, ada hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara faktor pengawasan kepala sekolah dengan presentasi guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Solok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem informasi parkir otomatis, agar dapat mempermudah menentukan posisi parkir berbasis Telegram. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengetahui informasi parkir dan menentukan posisi parkir yang dapat diakses oleh penghuni apartemen apabila ingin memarkirkan kendaraannya yang dapat diakses melalui telegram pada smartphone. Metode pembuatan alat dimulai dengan perancangan blok diagram, pemilihan spesifikasi komponen sesuai dengan blok diagram, pembuatan flowchart, mengintegrasikan hardware, dan pemograman sistem. Hasil perancangan dan pembuatan sistem informasi parkir otomatis ini dapat bekerja dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Mega2560 sebagai pengontrolnya. Data sisa parkir diperoleh dari pembacaan data kendaraan yang masuk ke area parkir dan kendaraan yang keluar dari area parkir, proses pembacaan menggunakan dua sensor ultrasonik. Sistem dibuat berbasis Telegram, yang berarti sistem terhubung kejaringan internet dengan modul ESP8266 dan mikrokontroler Arduino mega2560. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa sistem yang telah dibuat mampu memberi informasi parkir dan menentukan posisi parkir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher professionalism, 2) the effect of work ethic on teacher professionalism, 3) the influence of head leadership style and work ethic on teacher professionalism. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of the study state that: 1) there is an influence of the Principal's Leadership Style on Teacher Professionalism; 2) there is an influence of Work Ethics on Teacher Professionalism; and 3) there is an influence between Principal Leadership Style and Work Ethic jointly on Teacher Professionalism.

The results stated: 1) there is a relationship between learning strategies and student learning outcomes; 2) there is a relationship between interest in learning and student learning outcomes; and 3) there is a relationship between learning strategies and interest in learning towards student learning outcomes.
