Abstract

The goal of this study is to create multi-business cooperatives in the Great River Islands, Bengkayang Regency, in order to develop the potential of resource exploitation based on innovative economic empowerment and local coastal communities' wisdom. This objective is accomplished by: 1) promoting the process of empowering coastal communities' economies through cooperatives for coastal lighting; and 2) examining the application of effective creative economic models in empowering communities of fishermen in the coastal regions of the Sungai Raya islands through cooperatives. 3) Examining the barriers that prevent coastal lighting cooperatives from being more powerful. This study's initial focus is on empowering vibrant creative economy communities to respect the local coastal communities' wisdom and promote the creation of cooperative economic institutions. Via three stages-the design stage, the trial stage with a narrow focus, and the larger experimental validation stage-this research was conducted using a quantitative and qualitative approach. The study's findings show that cooperative members' economic empowerment and the creative economy owned by the neighborhood have both been very successful, and cooperative members have made an effort to diversify their product offerings by catching different kinds of fish. Fish crackers, fish floss, and other processed fish products are among the innovative goods that cooperative members attempt to manage

Abstract

To satisfy customers by effectively meeting their demands. businesses must be able to develop benefits for the goods and services they provide. The goal of this study was to ascertain how customer happiness at Toko Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang was impacted by service quality. In this study. a descriptive quantitative research methodology was applied. With a sample size of 100 respondents. the population in this study consists of customers of the diamond shop located at the cross-Melawi sintang market in 2020. employing incidental sampling for sampling. A questionnaire is the method of data collecting that is utilized. Using a Likert scale. study factors are evaluated. Validity and reliability tests are used to evaluate the questionnaire instrument. Testing the correlation test. simple linear regression test. and coefficient of determination are all included in data analysis. From the research results, it can be inferred that there is a substantial correlation between customer satisfaction and service quality, depending on the criteria. The findings of the t test and significance indicate that at Toko Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang, there is a strong relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The determination test findings reveal that the independent variable contributes 37.30% to the dependent variable, with other variables accounting for the remaining 62.70%.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive research that consists of fifty samples. The sample respondens were chosen from several countries. they were chosen randomly and have visited Old Town. Old town is chosen because of its popularity. The data collection used was questionnaires which are shared in two ways (online and offline). Then the questionnaires were collected and tabulated to find the percentage of respondents’ acceptance and rejection to the implementation of Halal tourism in Old Town (Stare Miasto). Due tot to the implementation of Halal tourism in Old Town (Stare Miasto) according to the result percentage of all respondents results from the respondents agree to the implementation of Halal tourism in Old Town with half of the percentage. Though some percentages also are neutral and disagree to the implementation with more than one four of the percentage. Thus, the implementation of Halal tourism in Poland is accepted by tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the state of Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, and Purchase Interest and to find out the influence of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction with Online Ticket Purchase Interest as an Intervening Variable in the Bandung City KAI Access Application, both partly or simultaneously. The technique used in this study is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The populace used in this take look were users of the KAI Access application, totaling 100 respondents using the no-probability sampling technique, purposive sampling. The verification analysis uses path analysis. Based on The outcomes of the study, it was found that Service quality effective and extensive impact direct effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has an effective and extensive impact on direct effect on buying interest. Consumer pleasure has an effective and significant direct impact on buying interest, primarily based totally on the results of research that companies that provide excellent and high-satisfactory offerings without delay feel the blessings provided so that consumers can choose the quality of offerings provided by the company provides satisfaction so that it will increase buyer interest

Abstract

Intense competition has led to competition between companies and led to the emergence of various similar companies that compete strictly in showing their existence. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand image and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty of Energen Breakfast Cereals Study at Surabaya State University. The type of research used is quantitative. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The population in this study were consumers who had bought and consumed Energen products. The sample used was 100 students at state universities in Surabaya. Primary data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires. Influence test using regression test with hypothesis testing using t test and F test. Based on the results of data processing it can be concluded that Brand image, Product Quality and Trust simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty of energen breakfast cereals; Brand image partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty of energen breakfast cereals; Product Quality partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty of energen breakfast cereals; Trust partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty of energen breakfast cereals

Abstract

The quality of human resources should improve and become more competitive as education levels rise. A high level of education is essential to developing high-caliber labor. In contrast to other nations, Indonesia's participation rate for students who continue their education in tertiary institutions is still low. This research is motivated by the lack of interest of students to continue their education to tertiary institutions. This study aims to determine the effect of parents' socio-economic conditions on students' interest in continuing their education to tertiary education in class XI students of SMK Telkom Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were 206 students. The research sample used a simple random sampling technique of 67 students. This research data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that there was a positive and significant influence on the socio-economic conditions of parents on students' interest in continuing their education to tertiary institutions in class XI students of SMK Telkom Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a major factor in the economic development process that can overcome the problem of unemployment. An entrepreneurial mindset must be instilled to increase the number of participants becoming entrepreneurs who ultimately expand employment opportunities. The main driver in developing an entrepreneurial mindset is the existence of entrepreneurship education based on Bandura's social cognitive theory. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of curriculum design and extracurricular activities on entrepreneurial mindset through the role of inspiration at SMK Negeri 1 Wonogiri. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with survey type. The population of this study were all XII grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Wonogiri. The sample respondents were 161 students with sampling techniques using simple random sampling techniques. Data were collected using questionnaire techniques and analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS version 25.0. Based on the test results, the curriculum design variables directly have an inconsistent positive or negative and insignificant effect on the entrepreneurial mindset, while the extracurricular activities and entrepreneurial inspiration variables directly have a consistent positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial mindset

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is frequently defined as the act of developing something with the intention of adding value to the economy. The results of entrepreneurship can be found in both products and services. Lessons in entrepreneurship should be taught in higher institutions since they are predicted to be able to lower the high unemployment rate, particularly among educated people. In addition, innovative concepts and the most recent advancements are anticipated to surface to encourage student interest in entrepreneurship. MSMEs, the engine of the economy, are the entrepreneurial sector that is currently in the spotlight. Because the time required to manage a business is more flexible and can be self-regulated according to demands, so it doesn't conflict with study time, students can participate as MSME players. Using a sample of 56 students as respondents, this study intends to ascertain the contribution of entrepreneurship learning in generating interest in entrepreneurship among students at the Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau Islamic Institute. A survey is the quantitative method that was used. By sending online surveys in the form of Google Forms with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 4, data was gathered. Both quantitative and descriptive data analysis was done. According to the study's findings, entrepreneurship education helps students develop an interest in the field

Abstract

Teachers must be more than just facilitators in the era of independent learning, they must also be innovators and agents of change. The purpose of this study is the Analysis of the Effects of Organizational Justice, Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy on achievement motivation through the physical work environment between public and private school teachers. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and inferential analysis methods. Sampling Technique Simple Random Sampling. Likert Scale Scaling Technique. The analysis used is Patial Least Square, namely variance-based SEM. PLS testing includes: Indicator Tests measured by the criteria: Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, and Composite Reliability; and Model Fit Test. The difference test was carried out using an independent sample t-test. Test the hypothesis in the form of an Inner Model or a structural model. The conclusion from this study is that organizational justice has no effect on the achievement motivation of public and private school teachers. Ki Hadjar Dewantara's Leadership Trilogy influences the achievement motivation of Public and Private School Teachers. The physical work environment influences achievement motivation. Organizational justice has no effect on the physical work environment. Ki Hadjar Dewantara's Leadership Trilogy influences the physical work environment. There is no difference in the effect of Organizational Justice, Ki Hajar Dewantara's Leadership Trilogy on Achievement Motivation Through the Physical Work Environment Between Public School Teachers and Private School Teachers

Abstract

The country in developing its economy cannot be separated from debt, especially debt originating from abroad. This causes countries to depend on foreign debt from other countries, namely developed countries. This study aims to explain the determinants of foreign debt in Indonesia. The research method used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method using annual time series data for 32 years from 1990-2021 and analyzed with the help of Eviews 10. Secondary data was obtained from the World Bank and Bank Indonesia (BI). The results of the study reveal that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a positive and significant effect on Foreign Debt (ULN), Foreign Investment (PMA), and the exchange rate (KURS) has a negative and significant effect on Foreign Debt (ULN), as well as exports (EKS) has a negative and insignificant effect on Foreign Debt (ULN). Simultaneously, the variables PDB, FDI, EKS, and KURS have a positive and significant effect on Foreign Debt (ULN)
