Abstract

The success of education, whose main goal is to increase human resources, is influenced by various factors. Factors that influence participation in this success are the teacher's ability to carry out and utilize assessments, evaluation processes and learning outcomes. The development of LKPD is part of printed teaching materials which serve as a guide, complement or means of supporting the implementation of learning plans in the form of worksheets containing material, summaries and instructions for implementing learning tasks that must be carried out by students, including solving and solving activities. problems through experimentation. This research uses research and development methods. This research design uses a 4-D development model, namely defining, designing, developing, disseminating. Research instruments include observation sheets, questionnaires and tests. Analysis of the resulting data is processed using descriptive percentages. From this research, it can be concluded that the LKPD based on Local Economic Empowerment that was developed is suitable for use for social studies learning, namely at SMP Nusantara Indah Sintang, SMP Panca Setya 2 Sintang and SMP Negeri 1 Sintang 86% are in the very appropriate category. The percentage of student responses in the very interested category was 65,71% and teacher responses in the very interested category were 83,33%.

Abstract

Corporate Value is the condition or condition of a company that has been achieved during the operating process of public appreciation of the company. Increased corporate value is an achievement that reflects improved welfare for shareholders. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital (VAIC), Company Size (Ln Size), Capital Structure (DER) on the Company Value projected with Price Book Value (PBV) with Profitability (ROE) as an intervening variable on mining companies listed in the BEI period 2018-2020. This research uses a type of quantitative research with sampling using purposive samplings. Based on the defined criteria obtained 34 samples of companies with a total of 102 data and data analysis using SmartPLS Software 3.2.9. The results of the research showed that intellectual capital had a significant positive impact on the company's value, the size of the company had a substantial negative impact on its value, capital structure had a non-substantial positive influence on the corporate value, profitability had an insignificant negative effect on the value of the enterprise. Results of variable mediation show that profitability cannot mediate the size of the corporate intellectual capital nor the capital structure of the company's value.

Abstract

Single parents face numerous challenges in ensuring their children stay in school, besides managing household responsibilities and ensuring their children feel accepted in their surroundings. They also need to provide financial support for their children's education. This research aims to explore the supportive and inhibiting factors for single parents in motivating their children's learning. The research methodology employed is a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation by the researcher, with data validity tested using data triangulation. The study was conducted in several locations, including Pontianak, Kubu Raya, Singkawang, and Sambas, involving 5 informants who are single parents of students in the Economics Education program at FKIP Untan. Data analysis consisted of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that single parents motivate their children's learning by providing encouragement, love, attention, financial support, and important values. However, they also face obstacles such as financial issues and time constraints, underscoring the crucial role of single parents in motivating their college-going children.

Abstract

Currently, the development of the four-point o (4.0) era is the development of digitalization to create a system that is more efficient, flexible, and connected. The progress of internet usage around the world is increasing rapidly. One of the utilizations of technological advances in sales by using social media. The purpose of this research is through social media PUSKUD Riau can build expand networks with customers and business partners. Thus, it is expected to increase sales. This research uses qualitative methods through interviews and direct observation. The data used in this research is to use primary and secondary data. The location of this research was conducted at the Riau Village Unit Cooperative Center (PUSKUD Riau) on Jalan Jendral Sudirman. Where the object of research was conducted to Mr. Dedi Sahputra as Marketing Manager and Mrs. Mitra Rahayu as marketing. Research results show that social media is a promotional event in providing information to KUD-KUD. Utilization of social media can be an advantage for business people and businesses such as PUSKUD Riau so that they are able to sell their merchandise through online in an unlimited manner with the aim of increasing turnover or profit as well as the limitations of the knowledge of researchers who are still beginners so as to have an impact on the results of research that is less thorough and obtain limited information.

Abstract

Human resources can be said to be internal suppliers who play a very important role in producing goods or services. The loyalty of employees in an organization is absolutely necessary for the success of the organization itself. Having quality human resources and having high loyalty to the company can empower its resources effectively, efficiently and productively. This research aims to determine the influence of democratic leadership style, intrinsic motivation, compensation and work environment on employee loyalty. This research is quantitative. The population in the study was 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sample (census). Data were collected using a questionnaire, data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, T-tests and F-tests. From the results of this research, the work environment influences employee loyalty. Compensation has no significant effect on the employee loyalty variable. Intrinsic motivation influences employee loyalty. Leadership style influences employee loyalty. Simultaneously, the influence of the work environment, compensation, intrinsic motivation and democratic leadership on employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The attitude, spirit, and ability to create something new that is very valuable and useful for oneself and others is a form of entrepreneurship. The Role of entrepreneurship learning, higher education is intended to be able to form students who have an entrepreneurial mentality, in which there is a spirit of never giving up, good at seeing opportunities, brave to take risks, creative and innovative, apart from that, it can produce graduates who are ready to enter the world of work, and are even able to create jobs. This research aims to determine the growth of students' interest in entrepreneurship at the Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau Islamic Institute students who have taken entrepreneurship courses using a sample of 56 students as respondents. The method used is quantitative in the form of a survey. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online in the form of a Google Form with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 4. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of the study found that entrepreneurship learning plays a role in fostering student entrepreneurship interest. The research implications emphasize the importance of a holistic entrepreneurial learning approach and practical experience in increasing students' entrepreneurial interest. This highlights the active role that educational institutions can play in preparing students to become successful entrepreneurs and innovate.

Abstract

Tourism is an important sector in the Indonesian economy, especially agrotourism which combines agriculture with tourism. Keling Kumang Agrotourism is a tourist location which is the tourist destination most frequently visited by the people of Sintang. Therefore, this research the study was undertaken with the objective of. obtaining information on the influence of marketing strategies on tourist visits to Keling Kumang Agrotourism. The type of research carried out in this research is quantitative using a causal associative approach. The type of data used is primary data. The population for this research is tourists who have visited and are currently visiting Keling Kumang agrotourism. The sample was 30 tourists using an unintentional checking strategy. The information gathering the strategy was implemented via the execution of predetermined plans and tactics use of a survey using a Likert scale which was tried to investigate speculation. Information from this research was handled using SPSS 26.00. The results of the research show that marketing strategies can be categorized as good with an average classification value of 77. Visiting Decisions are categorized as fair with an average classification value of 73. There is a significant influence by marketing strategy on Visiting Decisions through an R square value of 60, 8, and significant 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is 39.2 influenced by other factors.

Abstract

One of the businesses developed by Gojek is Go-food. Go-food is a service feature provided by Gojek which provides food delivery services. Go-food services provide convenience in terms of mobility and the food ordering process. Apart from that, the simple payment system also makes Go-food a favorite choice among the public. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on the level of satisfaction of users of food delivery services (Go-Food) in Cirebon City. Quality in this context includes aspects such as delivery speed, order accuracy, food quality, and customer service availability. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to Go-Food users in Cirebon City. The population of this research is people in the Cirebon City area who have used Go-Food services) with an unknown population size. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Using questionnaire data collection techniques. Test analysis uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a significant positive effect on the level of satisfaction of Go-Food service users in Cirebon City. This means that the higher the quality of service provided by the company, the higher the satisfaction that consumers will feel.

Abstract

Mekaar syariah financing is financing to meet the need for increased production both quantitatively and qualitatively. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of Mekaar reguler Sharia financing at PT. Madani National Capital (PNM) Mekaar North Rupit Musi Rawas Branch, supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and verification. Test the validity of the data using Triangulation. Research respondents consisted of: area heads, branch heads, deputy branch heads, FAO, accounts officers. The research results found that PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah North Rupit Musi Rawas Branch conducted a financing analysis in 2 stages. The first analysis is analysis of the financing process, which consists of 4 stages in the form of preparation, identification, analysis and verification, finally monitoring. The second analysis is analysis of customer needs, in this case PNM carries out analysis in the form of Working Capital Turn Over (WCTO), Project Cost, and based on the Cost Budget Plan (RAB).

Abstract

The ability to think creatively is a fundamental aspect in achieving excellent learning outcomes aligned with curriculum goals. Students' creativity is crucial for optimizing the attainment of the Merdeka Curriculum Learning Objectives Criteria. This study aims to analyze creative thinking abilities through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. The research location was selected using purposive area sampling method and conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Jember, specifically in the 10th grade of Digital Business Department for the Basic Principles of Marketing subject, focusing on the Learning Achievements of Marketing Goods and Services in the Academic Year 2023/2024. The study population comprised all 10th grade Digital Business students, with the sample selected from Digital Business 1 class. This quantitative research employed a descriptive approach with a Pre-Experimental Design of the One Shot-Case Study type. Results from creative thinking ability tests indicated that students achieved 80% (creative) in project tasks and 79% (creative) in essay tasks. Findings demonstrate that the PjBL model can effectively measure and analyze students' creative thinking abilities.
