Abstract

Penulis melakukan analisis terhadap PT. ZCC Indonesia, yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang otomotif yang terus berusaha untuk memaksimalkan kinerja internal yang artinya perusahaan dalam hal ini pimpinan harus bisa memberikan motivasi setiap karyawan dalam bekerja yang akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat bantu penelitian adalah software SPSS versi 26. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi (X) dan kinerja (Y). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PT.ZCC Indonesia sebanyak 80. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja yang baik.Kata Kunci: Motivasi ; Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The author tries to do an analysis of PT. FCC Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacturing sector, which continues to strive to maximize internal performance, which means that the company must understand the workload of each employee at work which will improve employee performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload on employee performance. The method used in this study is to use path analysis using a quantitative approach. The research aid is SPSS software version 26. The variables used in this study are workload (X) and performance (Y). The sample used in this research is PT. FCC Indonesia as many as 90. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant influence on good performance.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on corporate reputation and financial performance in the banking industry. With increasing public attention to ethical and sustainable business practices, this study aims to identify the relationship between CSR implementation, public image, and bank financial results as measured by Return on Asset (ROA). The methodology used is a quantitative approach with regression analysis of data obtained from the annual reports of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the CSR index. The results show that banks that actively implement CSR tend to have a better reputation in the eyes of the public and stakeholders, as well as show an increase in long-term financial performance as measured by revenue and net profit growth. In addition, the analysis shows that CSR contributes positively to ROA with a significant correlation coefficient. These findings suggest that CSR not only fulfills social responsibility but is also an important strategy to improve banks' financial performance. This study emphasizes the need for bank management to integrate CSR as part of their long-term strategy.

Abstract

AbstractThe study was to assess how organizational culture affected the job motivation of civil servants at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City. A quantitative approach was employed with a sample of 34 people and uses multiple linear regression method. The findings suggest that that organizational culture had an effect on the work motivation of Civil Servants at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City. The technique of collecting is a questionnaire, interview, observation and literature review. Those indicate that there is a considerable correlation between organizational culture and work motivation, as described by the value of t count t table (2.102 1.693) than Ho is rejected. With this, the hypothesis of research on the effect of organizational culture on civil servants' motivation for their task is answered at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City. Leaders at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City should further improve the application of the values and rules of organizational culture that have been set so that employee motivation will increase. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Motivation  Abstrak Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengali bagaimana budaya organisasi mempengaruhi motivasi kerja PNS di DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi. Regresi linier berganda dan metodologi kuantitatif digunakan dengan jumlah sampel 34 peserta. Hasil studi membuktikan jika budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja PNS di DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Terdapat hubungan yang cukup besar antara budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja dari nilai t hitung t tabel (2,102 1,693) dan Ho ditolak. Dengan ini maka terjawab hipotesis dari penelitian pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja PNS pada DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi. Pimpinan pada DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan penerapan nilai-nilai dan aturan budaya organisasi yang telah ditetapkan agar motivasi pegawai semakin meningkat. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the organizational culture “Total Action – Total Solution (TATS)” as an instrument to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public services, with a focus on the Amateur Radio Examination (UNAR) at Loka Monitor SFR Gorontalo. The study aims to (1) describe the stages and mechanisms of TATS implementation, (2) identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its application, and (3) analyze the relationship between TATS and the improvement of UNAR service performance. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through interviews, documentation, and observation, and analyzed thematically. The results show that TATS has been internalized by employees and translated into actions emphasizing speed, accuracy, transparency, and accountability. Supporting factors include leadership commitment, digital technology adoption, and teamwork, while challenges remain in terms of limited human resources, network instability, and participants’ digital literacy. The implementation of TATS has proven to increase service quality, particularly in responsiveness, reliability, and user satisfaction. This research contributes to the discourse on public sector organizational culture by demonstrating how cultural values can be institutionalized through regulation and practice to strengthen good governance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi (1) context, (2) communication, (3) collaboration, dan (4) connection pada akun Instagram @viccostore_official tahun 2024 dengan penelitian kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa implementasi (1) context melalui konten yang berfokus pada produk, (2) communication melalui jawaban yang to the point dengan bahasa yang sederhana, (3) collaboration melalui kerjasama dengan pameran besar, JFC (Jember Fashion Carnaval). dan Pemda Jember, (4) connection melalui pemanfaatan Instagram dan promosi lebaran. Hasil implementasi dimensi social media marketing pada peneleitian ini adalah promosi hampers dan promo lebaran. Pada penelitian ini, implementasi dimensi social media marekting juga telah memenuhi inidkator yang ada pada tiap dimensi. Vicco Java Heritage telah berhasil mengimplementasikan dimensi social media marketing dan indikatornya pada akun @viccostore_official. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan dapat terus membuat konten yang menarik dan interaktif pada akun @viccostore_official dengan memanfaatkan kemudahan fitur yang ada pada aplikasi Instagram.Kata Kunci: Dimensi Social Media Marketing; Instagram

Abstract

The airport  business is a growing and promising business. The increase in the number of trips will automatically have an impact on airport revenues. Currently, airport revenue is still dominated by revenue from the aeronautical sector, while the potential for non-aeronautical revenue is also quite promising. The retail business at the airport is one of non-aeronautical businesses that has big opportunities with potential to be a significant alternative income for the  airport. This study was addressed to examine the effect of store layout and price perception on retail purchasing decisions at the airport mediated by consumer satisfaction. It  uses a quantitative method, with 100 respondents, where they fill out online questionnaires. The analytical technique used is SEM-PLS. The results showed that the store layout and price perception have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and on consumer satisfaction at the same time, whilst consumer satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Store layout and price perception have an indirect influence on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction. Based on these results, airport managers are expected to pay more attention to marketing strategies that focus on creating attractive store layouts and competitive prices, so that consumers feel satisfied and decide to make a purchase.Keyword: consumer satisfaction, buying decision, price perception, airport retail, store layout

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji secara mendalam efektivitas pengelolaan intelijen di Lapas Kelas IIB Boalemo dalam mencegah gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban (kamtib). Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk memahami bagaimana kegiatan intelijen berkontribusi pada terciptanya lingkungan Lapas yang aman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan petugas Lapas, narapidana, pihak eksternal terkait, serta analisis dokumen seperti laporan kejadian, catatan intelijen, dan data statistik kamtib. Hasil penelitian menyoroti peran signifikan pengelolaan intelijen dalam mencegah berbagai gangguan kamtib, termasuk perkelahian antar narapidana, upaya pelarian, dan peredaran narkoba di dalam Lapas. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi sejumlah tantangan yang menghambat efektivitas pengelolaan intelijen, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan anggaran, koordinasi yang kurang optimal antar unit kerja, serta resistensi terhadap perubahan dan inovasi dari sebagian petugas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi upaya peningkatan pengelolaan intelijen di lembaga pemasyarakatan secara umum, serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang tertarik untuk mendalami isu serupa.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Intelijen, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan, Pencegahan Gangguan Kamtib, Efektifitas Intelijen, Deteksi Dini, Koordinasi Intelijen
