MSMEs in Surabaya City are business sectors in the city of Surabaya which are categorized into two fields, namely: food and non-food fields. The study used three variables including: personal branding variables, purchase intention and influencer credibility. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of personal branding on purchase intention mediated by influencer credibility in MSMEs in Surabaya City. This study used a nonprobability sampling technique with a sample of 108 people. This research is included in quantitative research using the PLS-SEM method. This study has several findings including: 1) personal branding affects influencer credibility, 2) influencer credibility affects purchase intention. The results of the study concluded that the availability of personal branding from MSMEs is important to provide.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, mengkaji peran dan dampak Pendapatan Asili Daerah (PAD, Belanja Daerah dan dana perimbangan pada kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah kabupaten Karawang.Penelitian ini menggunakan mentode dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana peneliti melakukan review dari beberapa artikel untuk membandingkan temuan temuan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan.Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi unit analisisnya adalah Pemerintah Kota Karawang (sebagai kasus) dan sampelnya yaitu laporan keuangan pemerintah Kota Karawang berupa laporan keuangan selama 3 periode yaitu dari tahun 2018 s.d 2021. Dasar penting dalam melakukan penelitian kualitatif, bertujuan untuk eksploratif mengenai variabel yang diteliti.Hasil penelitian ini mengarah pada bahwa pendapatan asli daerah memiliki peran dan berdampak pada kinerja keuangan daerah.Belanja daerah berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuanagan daerha serta dana perimbangan memiliki pengaruh dan berperan penting terhadap kinerja keuanagan daerah pemerintahan kabupaten karawang.

The purpose of this research is to determine the appropriate strategy for the Jakarta D-Box business so that it can continue to grow and compete in the future. This study applies a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique in which the total population is unknown. The decision on the number of samples is determined by the Lameshow formula. This study uses an analytical tool in the form of a SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the IFAS calculation, a total value of (+) 0.96 was obtained, then the EFAS calculation obtained a total value of (+) 1.25. So that D-Box Jakarta is in quadrant 1 which is a very favorable situation. This condition supports aggressive growth policies (growth oriented strategy). Therefore, to develop the D-Box Jakarta effort, an alternative SO strategy can be used, using strengths to take advantage of the opportunities it has. Follow-up research uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to provide convenience to D-Box Jakarta business owners in understanding the business model being run

This research was conducted to examine and discuss how hedonis shopping motivation, price discount, and product quality can affect impulsive buying at HM Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. This study used quantitative research methods and the sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. This research data collection was distributed to 200 respondents who had made a purchase at HM Pakuwon Mall Surabaya at least once. Data obtained through online questionnaires. The online questionnaire here refers to the google form as a media for administering the questionnaire. The collected data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 (Statistical Package for Social Science) Software. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that hedonic shopping motivation has a prositive and significant effect on impulsive buying at HM Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, price discount have a negative effect and significant effect on impulsive buying at HM Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, and product quality has a positive but not significant effect on impulsive buying at HM Pakuwon Mall Surabaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio and debt to equity ratio on firm value moderated by stock prices in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2023. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique and 19 company samples were selected from 37 populations of transportation and logistics sector companies. The data collection technique used is secondary data with data analysis techniques using panel data regression analysis with Eviews 10 software and the best model is obtained, namely the fixed effect model (FEM). Based on the results of this study, it shows that the current ratio and debt to equity ratio partially have a positive effect on firm value. Simultaneously, current ratio and debt to equity ratio affect firm value. Then, stock prices can moderate the relationship between current ratio and firm value. In addition, stock prices cannot moderate the relationship between debt to equity ratio and firm value.

AbstractThis research aimed to determine the extent of the influence of liquidity using the Current Ratio (CR) proxy andThis research aimed to determine the extent of the influence of liquidity using the Current Ratio (CR) proxy and profitability with the Net Profit Margin (NPM) proxy on stock price, both partially and simultaneously. The study focused on three samples of tobacco companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2012 to 2021 period. The sumpling method employed was purposive sampling and the data utilized were secondary. The data analysis method involved multiple linear regression analysis, as well as partial and simultaneous tests. The result indicated that, partiallty, the net profit margin had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while the current ratio, on the other hand, did not have a significant impact on stock prices. Simultaneously, both the current ratio and net profit margin had a significant impact on stock prices.

AbstractThe research aims to find the effect of skills (X1) and capabilities (X2) on the work effectiveness of the employees at PT. Amarta Motor Honda in the City of Gorontalo. The research uses 45 employees as samples by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, which will then be examined through two stages of test: the validity and reliability test. Then, the result will be continued by conducting the hypnothesis test using the Path Analysis as the analyzing tool. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on Kenangan Kopi customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as a mediating variable. The approach used is quantitative research with a questionnaire method. The questionnaire was distributed online with the help of google from media. 173 respondents were obtained with an age range of 15 to 30 years, live in Surabaya, and are consumers of Kopi Kenangan. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of distributing questionnaires were analyzed with the help of the smartPLS 3.0 application. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), namely the outer model and inner model. The tests carried out prove that there is product quality, promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, product quality, promotion and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. What is particularly interesting is that purchasing decisions mediate the effect of product quality and promotion on customer satisfaction. These findings encourage Kopi Kenangan companies to focus on maintaining product quality and promotion to increase customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and motivation on the work productivity of employees of High Speed Railway Jakarta-Bandung Section 2 . This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The sample used in this study used total sampling or used the entire population totaling 85. The results of this study indicate that part there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee work productivity, and work motivation has a significant effect on work productivity of High Speed Railway Jakarta-Bandung Section 2. While the simultaneous test results show that work discipline and work motivation affect the work productivity of employee of High Speed Railway Jakarta-Bandung Section 2.

The use of digital technology by the public has increased, including for online Travel Agent Websites. This study aims to determine the role of Usability in increasing Customer Satisfaction, Trust, and Brand Image on the Pegipegi Online Travel Agent Website. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from questionnaires while secondary data is obtained from journals and books. In this study, sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method of 171 respondents. The analysis method in this study uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study state that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on trust and brand image, and trust has a positive effect on brand image. While usability has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and trust, it does not have a significant effect on brand image. Indirectly, usability affects brand image through satisfaction and trust. This shows that usability can improve a brand image if consumers are satisfied and trust the online travel agent's website.
