Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perfectionism, academic pressure, and fear of failure on the stress levels of Generation Z students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, North Sumatra State Islamic University (FEBI UINSU). The study employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results showed that partially, perfectionism had a negative and significant effect on student stress, while academic pressure and fear of failure had a positive and significant effect on student stress. Simultaneously, all three variables also had a significant effect on academic stress. These findings indicate that adaptive perfectionism can help students manage academic demands in a more structured manner, whereas academic pressure and fear of failure tend to increase students’ psychological burden. Therefore, students’ academic stress is influenced by how they respond to the academic demands and challenges they face. This study is expected to serve as a basis for formulating more effective academic stress management strategies and supporting student well-being in higher education environments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Wordwall media on the learning activeness and learning outcomes of third-grade students at SD Negeri 28 Kelakik. The research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using a one-group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample consisted of 20 students selected through total sampling technique. The research instruments included multiple-choice tests, observation sheets of student activeness, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using normality test, paired sample t-test, and N-Gain analysis. The results showed that the data were normally distributed, and there was a significant effect of the PBL model assisted by Wordwall on learning outcomes (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The N-Gain value was categorized as moderate (0.63). The average student score increased from 58 to 84. Therefore, it can be concluded that the PBL model assisted by Wordwall is effective in improving students’ activeness and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of disruption, the factors influencing resilience, and the reconfiguration strategies of Global Value Chains (GVCs) in the post-COVID-19 era amid increasing global geopolitical pressures. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology following the PRISMA guidelines. The literature search was conducted using the Scopus database with keywords related to global supply chain disruptions, the COVID-19 pandemic, and geopolitical tensions. Of the 368 articles initially identified, 89 met the inclusion criteria and were included in the final synthesis. The findings reveal that post-pandemic GVC disruptions can be categorized into six major types: production disruptions, logistics disruptions, trade disruptions, geopolitical disruptions, energy disruptions, and environmental and climate-related disruptions. Factors influencing GVC resilience include operational, organizational, network, and technological dimensions. Furthermore, the most frequently identified reconfiguration strategies in the literature include supplier and production location diversification, supply chain regionalization, interorganizational collaboration, enhanced risk management, and supply chain digitalization. These findings suggest that scholarly attention has shifted from an efficiency-oriented perspective toward strengthening the resilience of global value chains in response to increasingly complex uncertainties. This study provides a comprehensive synthesis of the evolving literature on GVC disruption, resilience, and reconfiguration and offers valuable insights for future research and policymaking.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of audio-visual teaching materials in Pancasila Education learning at the elementary school level and to examine their role in enhancing students’ learning participation. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The participants consisted of Pancasila Education teachers and elementary school students involved in learning activities utilizing audio-visual teaching materials. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using an interactive analysis model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that the use of audio-visual teaching materials created a more engaging, interactive, and contextual learning environment. Through the utilization of instructional videos, animations, and other visual media, students became more actively involved in the learning process, as indicated by increased attention, confidence in asking questions, ability to express opinions, and participation in group discussions. Furthermore, audio-visual teaching materials helped students understand Pancasila values more concretely, as the content was presented through examples closely related to their daily lives. Although several challenges were identified, particularly regarding the availability of technological facilities and the preparation of learning media, the use of audio-visual teaching materials proved effective in supporting student-centered learning and optimizing student participation. Therefore, innovation in audio-visual teaching materials can serve as an alternative strategy for improving the quality of Pancasila Education learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The high rate of turnover intention in the food industry’s SME sector poses a serious problem that threatens the operational stability of companies. This study focuses on the continuous employee turnover at UD Sekar Arum Sidoarjo, particularly during its peak resignation month. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, workload, and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention, both simultaneously and partially. The approach used is descriptive quantitative with the multiple linear regression method. The sample consist of 55 employees of UD Sekar Arum, selected using a saturated sampling technique or census. Data were collected via a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire supplemented by field observations and unstructured interview and subsequently analyzed using IBM SPSS 25. The results indicate that, simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, the work environment does not have a significant effect because employees perceive the work environment such as air circulation, lighting, and noise levels as adequate. Workload has a negative and significant effect, meaning that aligning workload with employees’ capabilities, coupled with clear SOPs and sufficient rest periods, has been shown to reduce turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how leading telecommunications companies in Indonesia, PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Tbk (IOH), PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk, and PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (Mitratel) transform internal resources and capabilities into market-based assets as a basis for sustainable competitive advantage in the period 2022–2025. Using a qualitative document analysis on official annual reports, the framework combines Resource-Based Theory and VRIO Framework with Resource-Advantage Theory of Competition, market-based assets, brand equity, customer equity, marketing capabilities, and service-dominant logic. Findings show that competitive differentiation is increasingly determined by market-based relational and intellectual assets, rather than solely physical asset ownership. IOH built its advantage through "AI-Native TechCo" brand positioning and a volume-to-value strategy, increasing ARPU by 19% and improving customer equity. XLSMART achieved a post-merger jump in customer equity but faces brand integration challenges. Telkom maintained its brand equity and large converged service cross-selling opportunities, while Mitratel relied on its neutral provider reputation and ESG credentials to strengthen long-term B2B relationships. Socially complex brand and customer equity provide a stronger foundation for sustainable competitive advantage. The theoretical contribution is positioning marketing capabilities as the connecting mechanism that transforms RBT resources into market value.
