Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the work environment on the performance of employees of PT Renobsindo Jayaraya Mandiri Banjarbaru both simultaneously, partially and together. The population and sample in this study are all employees, totaling 32 people. The type of research conducted was correlational which emphasized the statistical tests of multiple linear regression analysis, instruments, Likert scale obtained from direct interviews and from questionnaires distributed to all employees of PT Renobsindo Jayaraya Mandiri Banjarbaru. The results of this study indicate that there is a percentage level of 75.7% stating that work stress and the work environment can affect employee performance. The variables that can influence outside the variables in this study are the remaining 24.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCU Malang is influenced by the adversity quotient and work stress, with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The research method is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Questionnaires were distributed to 83 respondents for data collection and processed using SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that work stress and adversity quotient did not affect employee performance but did affect organizational commitment, which impacted employee performance. Meanwhile, through organizational commitment, the adversity quotient affects employee performance but does not affect work stress.

Abstract

Plastik sudah menjadi bagian keseharian manusia dan sering menggantikan bahan-bahan tradisional seperti kayu, logam, gelas, kulit, kertas dan karet. Desain kemasannya yang menarik serta fungsinya yang serba guna menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa plastik digemari oleh masyarakat. PT Citra Jaya Plastik atau Kiara Brand adalah salah satu merek dari peralatan rumah tangga yang terbuat dari plastik, termasuk di dalamnya wadah penyimpanan, wadah penyajian dan beberapa peralatan dapur yang diperkenalkan untuk masyarakat umum sejak tahun 2008. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, Corporate Image, dan Perceived Value terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial dan simultan, serta pengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap customer loyalty melaluhi kepuasan pelanggan di PT Citra Jaya Plastik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling dengan mengambil sampel purposive sampling. Instrumen pengambilan kuesioner pada 50 Responden distributor yang representative di PT Citra Jaya Plastik. Data penelitian diolah secata Kuantitatif deskripsi dengan teknik Analisa Outer & Inner Model  menggunakan software aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, Corporate Image, dan Perceived Value berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty. Hasil lainnya kualitas pelayanan, Corporate Image, dan Perceived Value berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty dengan mediasi Customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Effective employee satisfaction management is crucial for enhancing employee performance, particularly in container loading and unloading activities at PT Seroja Cabanag Banjarmasin. This study explores the relationship between employee satisfaction and performance in the demanding logistics sector. The primary focus of the research is to analyze how employee satisfaction impacts productivity, work quality, as well as absenteeism and turnover rates. Data was collected through employee satisfaction surveys and performance analysis, examining aspects such as working conditions, rewards, training, and communication between management and employees. The findings indicate that high employee satisfaction is positively associated with increased productivity and work quality, and contributes to reduced absenteeism and turnover. These results underscore the importance of managing employee satisfaction in creating a better and more efficient work environment, which supports operational success at PT Seroja Cabanag Banjarmasin. Implementing strategies focused on enhancing employee satisfaction is expected to lead to more optimal performance in container loading and unloading activities

Abstract

PT. Bintang Borneo Metalindo Banjarmasin who interact directly with the leadership, it can be concluded that the leadership applies a transformational leadership style. However, the implementation of this leadership style is not optimal. The leadership has not fully utilized the appeal and charisma in inspiring vision and enthusiasm, and is lacking in helping to solve problems, paying attention to the individual needs of employees, and providing training and advice. The leadership's busyness with company affairs makes time to share and provide motivation limited.This research method, the researcher must first decide on the research method to be used. The research method is the approach chosen by the researcher to achieve the research objectives. Based on this, this study uses the census method, which means that the entire population consisting of 67 people is taken as the object of research. To collect the necessary data, this study uses several techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, and observations.Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: Transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Bintang Borneo Metalindo Banjarmasin. Work discipline has a significant and positive effect on motivation at PT. Bintang Borneo Metalindo Banjarmasin.Transformational leadership has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Economic growth is a process of continuous change in the economic condition of a country towards a better situation over a certain period. An economy is said to experience a change in its development if the level of economic activity is higher than previously achieved. This study is used to analyze the effect of regional income on gross regional domestic product in East Java. The independent variables in this study are local revenue, revenue sharing funds, general allocation funds and special allocation funds, while the dependent variable in this study is gross regional domestic product. This type of research is explanatory research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Regional Original Revenue (PAD) had a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) had a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), General Allocation Fund (DAU) had a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) while Special Allocation Fund (DAK) had no significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Koperasi Tirta Lestari. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data from Koperasi Tirta Lestari employees. Data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) and processed with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that leadership style has a significant positive effect on both employee performance and job satisfaction at Koperasi Tirta Lestari. Organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance, but it does have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction at Koperasi Tirta Lestari. Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance at Koperasi Tirta Lestari. Furthermore, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, nor does it mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance at Koperasi Tirta Lestari

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem that stock returns are influenced by micro and macro investment risk factors of an investment portopolio. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the impact of micro and macro investment risk factors from an investment portfolio in the wetland plantation sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2021-2023. The independent variables used are BI interest rates, Inflation and Financial Risk on Stock Returns as the dependent variable.   This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 24 companies, a sample size of 21 companies using a purposive sample method. The analysis method applied is Descriptive Statistical analysis, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The result of this study is that all classical assumptions pass the test. In the T test (partial test) on hypothesis H: 1 BI interest rate has a significant effect on stock returns in the wetland plantation sub-sector, while H: 2 and H: 3 Inflation and Financial Risk have no effect on Stock Returns in the Wetland Plantation sub-sector

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Decorindo Inti Alam Wood. The research method used is quantitative. The population under study comprises all employees of PT. Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, totaling 250 individuals. Sampling was conducted using the Slovin formula calculation technique, resulting in 71 employees of PT. Decorindo Inti Alam Wood as respondents. The research findings indicate that, partially, leadership style significantly affects employee performance at PT. Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, confirming the first hypothesis. Similarly, work discipline partially significantly influences employee performance, confirming the second hypothesis. Furthermore, the research results demonstrate that, collectively, leadership style and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, confirming the third hypothesis. As a recommendation, the researcher suggests that PT. Decorindo Inti Alam Wood make improvements based on the research findings to enhance the quality of employee work and production, thereby achieving company goals and improving employee performance

Abstract

This study aims: (1)To describe the variables of work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance at the village office in the Kepanjen District area; (2)To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction on employee performance at the village office in the Kepanjen District area; (3)To determine and analyze which of work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction has a dominant effect on employee performance at the village office in the Kepanjen District area. This research data uses primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires using Likert scale research instruments. The questionnaire was distributed using the census method to all employees of the village office in the Kepanjen District of Malang Regency with a sample of 36 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test and f test. The results of data analysis show that work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, it was found that work motivation has the most dominant influence on employee performance compared to work discipline and job satisfaction variables
