Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya terbit 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan April dan September. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan artikel hasil penelitian tentang pendidikan dan pengajaran, dan artikel yang masuk hendaknya bukan hasil plagiat dan belum dipublikasikan di tempat lain. Artikel akan di review oleh reviewer dan hasilnya akan dikomunikasikan kepada penulis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital untuk mengurangi dampak negatif teknoligi digital pada kualitas pembelajaran siswa khusunya di kota Palu Sulawesi Tengah. Adapun permasalah pokok penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana tingkat pemahaman literasi digital siswa SMAN di Kota Palu sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan didgital. 2) Bagaimana dampak negatif teknologi digital pada pembelajaran siswa SMA di kota Palu sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan literasi digital. 3) Apakah pelatihan literasi digital dapat meningkatkan pemahaman literasi digital pada siswa SMAN 1 Palu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaf kuasi-eksperimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Partisipan penelitian adalah siswa SMA yang terlibat dalam sebuah program pelatihan literasi digital selama dua hari yaitu SMAN 1 Palu, SMAN 4 Palu dan SMAN 5 yang berjumlah 58 orang di pilih secara random sebagai perwakilan dari sekolah SMA yang ada di kota yang dipilih secara purporsif berdasarkan letak geografis. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan angket literasi digital dan angket dampak negatif teknologi digital pada kualitas pembelajaran. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t Paired Samples Test dan Regresi Linier Sederhana dengan bantuan statistik SPS versi 26. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 1) Tidak ada perbedaan literasi digital siswa sebelum dan sesuadah diberikan pelatihan digital. 2) Berdasarkan Tabel Model Summary ditemukan bahwa ada pengaruh pelatihan literasi digital terhadap dampak negatif teknologi digital pada siswa SMA di kota Palu dengan nilai R sebesar 0, 025 < 0,05. 3). Pelatihan literasi digital tidak meningkatkan pemahaman literasi digital pada siswa SMA di kota Palu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the validity of learning media, to determine the practicality of learning media and the effectiveness of learning media developed on human respiratory system materials. The type of research is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of validation by material experts on Baamboozle's interactive quiz-based learning media obtained a score of 92% with the criterion of "Very Feasible". The results of validation by media experts obtained a score of 95% with the criterion of "Very Feasible". The results of the media assessment by teachers obtained a score of 95% with the criterion of "Very Practical". Meanwhile, the results of the students' responses obtained a score of 88% with the criterion of "Very Practical". Based on the results of the implementation, it was found that there was an increase in student learning outcomes, where the average learning outcome in the pre-test was 35.75 while the average in the post-test was 85.5. Learning using Baamboozle's interactive quiz-based learning media in class V on human respiratory system material was effectively used. This is evident from the average N-Gain score of 78.33 percent in the category of "Highly Effective".

Abstract

This research explores the variation of greetings in Indonesian Textbook Class X Revised Edition by using Sociolinguistic approach. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of greetings and identify the factors that influence their use in the learning context. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of reading and recording, and analyzed using Spradley's model. The findings of this study show that there are six forms of greeting variations, namely proper names, persona pronomina, kinship, title, rank or position, and profession. In addition, the selection of greetings is influenced by situational factors, age, social status, familiarity, and kinship. This finding confirms that the variety of greetings in textbooks reflects the social and cultural dynamics of society, and has an important role in supporting effective, contextual, and polite Indonesian language learning. This research contributes to the development of teaching materials towards social context and communication.

Abstract

New students often face complex academic and social adaptation challenges, which require academic resilience to survive and succeed. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and academic resilience in new students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale for self-esteem and an academic resilience scale on 338 new students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University, as a sample, which was then analyzed using Spearman's bivariate correlation test with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results of the study show that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, which means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-esteem and academic resilience in new students. These findings indicate that the higher the self-esteem of students, the higher their academic resilience in facing challenges in college. These results are expected to be the basis for the development of intervention programs to improve the adaptability of new students in a college environment

Abstract

Professional educators are a vital component of the education system and a prerequisite for educational institutions. In both formal and informal educational settings, teachers play a central role in teaching and learning activities. Therefore, to achieve better learning outcomes, teachers must consistently improve the quality of their work. The objective of this study is to investigate work motivation and how it influences the performance of junior high school teachers. This study analyzes various academic sources, including reference books, scientific journals, and relevant research articles, using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology with qualitative descriptive technique The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive impact on the performance of junior high school teachers. Work motivation drives productivity, teaching enthusiasm, and teachers readiness to face learning challenges, thereby enhancing teacher performance especially when supported by motivational factors such as the desire to succeed, hard work, and a sense of responsibility. However, this effect is not always consistent, as some studies also indicate that work motivation has a, low orinsignificant impact, likely due to other factors that more strongly influence teacher performance, such as needs, attitudes, and abilities. Thus, work motivation not only encourages educators to improve the quality of their teaching but also fosters a strong sense of discipline and responsibility, both of which directly enhance work productivity and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Educational reform in early childhood education units requires adaptive and systematic change strategies to be able to meet the challenges of modern developments. However, research specifically examining the integration of facilitative, persuasive, and coercive approaches in educational reform in early childhood education units is still relatively limited. This study aims to describe and analyze educational reform strategies through facilitative, persuasive, and coercive approaches at Yunico Kindergarten in Jambi. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations with the principal, teachers, education staff, and parents of students. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the facilitative approach is realized through the provision of learning facilities and infrastructure and improving teacher competency. The persuasive approach is carried out through dialogic communication, providing motivation, and strengthening a collaborative culture. Meanwhile, the coercive approach is implemented through internal regulations, supervision, and performance evaluation to maintain the consistency of the implementation of educational innovations. The integration of these three approaches forms a comprehensive and sustainable educational reform strategy at Yunico Kindergarten in Jambi.

Abstract

This study analyzes public relations management at SDN 1 Jungakre Klaten as an effort to strengthen collaboration among the school, parents, and the community to improve the quality of learning. The research is grounded in the importance of the community’s role as a facilitator, partner, and learning resource that supports educational goals. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed to explore public relations practices in depth. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, public relations staff, teachers, and the school committee, as well as documentation of activity records. Data analysis was conducted inductively through the processes of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity reinforced by source and method triangulation. The findings show that the active involvement of parents and the community—such as local farmers serving as resource persons—enhances students’ motivation and academic achievement while enriching contextual learning experiences. The planning, implementation, and evaluation of public relations programs that engage multiple stakeholders foster harmonious two-way communication and a sense of ownership toward the school. Joint evaluations with the school committee strengthen continuous improvement efforts and cultivate a collaborative culture.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Independent Curriculum management in elementary schools and analyze its supporting and inhibiting factors, focusing on learning planning, implementation, and evaluation. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including interviews with principals and teachers, observations of learning activities, and analysis of documents such as learning outcomes, teaching modules, and school programs. The results show that curriculum planning is carried out through the development of contextual and differentiated teaching modules according to student characteristics. Learning implementation emphasizes project-based learning to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile, the application of active learning strategies, and the use of digital media as support. Evaluation is carried out continuously through formative and summative assessments, accompanied by teacher reflection for continuous improvement. The discussion reveals that the successful implementation of the Independent Curriculum is influenced by teacher competence, principal support, parental participation, and the availability of infrastructure. However, obstacles still exist in the form of limited time for teachers to develop teaching modules and adapt to diagnostic assessments. The study's conclusions emphasize the importance of planned, collaborative, and student-needs-based curriculum management for optimal implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Recommendations focus on improving teacher training, utilizing educational technology, and strengthening school-stakeholder collaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of group guidance services with self-management techniques on increasing the learning independence of SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru students. The approach used is quantitative with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design experimental design. The research sample consisted of 9 grade VIII students who had a low level of learning independence based on the results of the initial questionnaire. Data collection was carried out using a Liker-based learning independence scale which included five main aspects: self-motivation, time management, learning strategies, critical thinking skills, and social and emotional skills. Data analysis was carried out through the Wilcoxon test and the normalized N-Gain test . The results showed a significant increase in students' learning independence after being provided with group guidance services with self-management techniques, with an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.008 (< 0.05) and an average N-Gain score  of 0.59 which was in the medium category. All aspects of learning independence have increased, especially in self-motivation (38.89%) and learning strategies (33.34%). These findings show that the application of group tutoring services with self-management techniques is effective in helping students develop the ability to organize, control, and motivate themselves to learn independently, disciplinedly, and responsibly for their learning process.

Abstract

Career exploration plays an important role in helping students determine the direction of their future education and career choices. This study aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR)-based career guidance media through digital posters as an interactive tool to increase student engagement in the career exploration process. The study uses the Research and Development model ADDIE on tenth-grade students. The resulting product was deemed highly valid by media and material experts and highly practical based on trials by students and guidance counselors. Thus, this AR media is suitable for use as an alternative career service medium. The contribution of this research lies in the innovation of using AR in guidance and counseling services to support the strengthening of student career exploration
