Abstract

This research is Clash Action Research (CAR) which aims to improve ability to solve math problems through the application of the Direct Instruction model to class II MI Esa Nusa Islamic School students. This research was conducted in two research cycles. Data collection in this study was carried out using participant observation and written tests. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of the Direct Instruction model could improve students' ability to solve math problems. This is supported by the existence of research data which shows an increase in the percentage of completeness of the written test conducted at the second meeting in each cycle. During the pre-cycle, the students' completeness was only 52.17%, after the implementation of the first cycle with the Direct Instruction learning model, the completeness of students' math problems was 65.21%, then in cycle II, the completeness of the ability to work on math problems reached 91.30%.The use of the Direct Instruction learning model can improve indicators of the learning ability of class II B students at MI Esa Nusa Islamic School Tangerang Regency in 2021/2022. The average evaluation of student learning outcomes after implementing CAR with the Direct Instruction learning model was originally 65.22 to 75.65 in Cycle I and 89.13 in Cycle II.

Abstract

According to the results of this study was to determine the feasibility of job sheet media and learning outcomes after using the job sheet on the basic competence of making women's pants patterns for class IX custom made clothing at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon. This study used a Research and Development (R&D) approach which was carried out through several stages of development with a one shot case study as a research plan. The research subjects were class XI TB 2 at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon. Data collection techniques use validation sheets and product assessment observation sheets. The results showed that: the subject matter expert validator score obtained a percentage of 100%, the language expert validator score obtained a percentage of 83.3%. the media expert validator score obtained a percentage of 88.2%. The average validation value for all job sheet media is 90.5%, thus the feasibility of the job sheet media being developed is stated to be very feasible (SL). The completeness of student learning is declared complete if it reaches a KKM score of 75, the average student completeness score has a score of 90.5% so that the completeness of learning outcomes after using the media job sheet on average is declared complete.

Abstract

Different human backgrounds must have different language styles, as well as in conveying communication or information. From a different person's background, different language variations or varieties of languages ​​arise. The style of language varies depending on the background of the speakers, both educational and professional backgrounds and the interests of the speakers. For example, when a football coach explains something to the players, where the teams face each other, and each team has eleven players. Outdoor and indoor communication must be different, not to be equated because it affects the volume, so speakers must pay attention to volume. For example, a football coach in an open room must use a loud voice, but not only that, persuasive or motivational language will increase the enthusiasm of the football players. The data collection technique in this study analyzed data and recorded data containing language styles in the speech acts of football coaches. The method used is descriptive qualitative.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information about the orientation and function of the curriculum in education. The type of research used in this research is library research. And the results of the research show that the orientations and functions curriculum in education are very comprehensive. First, cultural orientation, the results of the learning process in schools are expected to be able to inherit the cultural foundations of society to the next generations. Second, personal orientation, the results of the learning process are expected to equip students with the basic needs of individuals and groups. Third, vocational orientation, the results of the learning process can equip students to actively participate in the real world. Fourth, social orientation, the results of the learning process are expected to enable functional students in society to help create shared prosperity. Fifth, economic orientation, the results of the learning process carried out are also expected to enable individual student abilities to contribute the progressing of the nation/country as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of exploring natural materials (shellfish, sand, seawater and gravel) through scientific activities in early childhood. The problem is the lack of educators in utilizing natural materials as learning media for early childhood. This activity children observe objects around the beach such as shells, sand and gravel as a vehicle for children's learning. Ask questions related to shells, sand, seawater and gravel, and communicate things that have been observed. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. the subjects and objects of the study were 8 children, aged 4-5 years in the Buton area. Methods of data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data display and verification. Based on this, it can be concluded that natural product exploration activities are carried out through scientific activities with the steps of observing, asking, gathering information, reasoning/associating and communicating. Children observe natural materials in coastal areas, such as children's activities collecting shells, sand, seawater and gravel, after that children distinguish between many and few, and classify objects based on size. In this activity it was concluded that children are able to carry out exploration activities with natural materials (shells, sea water, gravel and sand) with scientific activities.

Abstract

Existentialism is a school of philosophy that wants the learning process to take place at the will or interest of students, and educators act as facilitators who will provide convenience to students in learning process activities. For this reason, this study aims to determine the philosophical basis of existentialism in the independent learning curriculum. This study used a qualitative research method with a library research approach. Source of data consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data are books or scientific works related to existentialism and independent curriculum. The secondary data is everything that can support the primary data. Data is collected through observation and documentation. Data validity is done by means of triangulation. And data analysis techniques are carried out with the principles of Miles and Huberman, firstly data reduction, secondly presenting data, thirdly providing conclusions. The research results obtained show that, in the independent curriculum, the learning method used refers to the interest and talent approach. With this method, students can choose what subjects they want to learn according to their passion. Thus, this is in line with the principle of existentialism, namely freedom. Where students are given the freedom to develop themselves according to their interests and talents through the subjects they choose for themselves.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who are lacking in intellect, but have the ability to manage emotions, understand emotions, motivate themselves, empathy and the ability to build relationships with others. Emotional intelligence is one of the internal factors that affect learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes of Civics Students of SMK IT Al Izhar Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using proportional random sampling technique with a population of 136 students of SMK IT Al Izhar Pekanbaru and a sample of 34 people. The results of the research from the documentation obtained the mean or average value of the odd midterm exam scores of students of SMK IT Al Izhar Pekanbaru Civics subject of 84.5 and the questionnaire was analyzed using simple linear regression with the regression equation Y = 9.651 + 0.772X. Based on the results of the F test obtained, namely Fhitung> Ftabel (122.497> 4.15) which means that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence on Civics Learning Outcomes of Students of SMK IT AL Izhar Pekanbaru with R Square of 0.932. This means that the contribution of the influence between emotional intelligence on learning outcomes is 93.2%, while 6.8% (100-93.2%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. So the conclusion that there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes of Civics Students of SMK IT Al Izhar Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Local colors have an influence on the development and introduction of the local culture of an area. The purpose of the study describes the local colors of Minangkabau in the novel Dayon by Akmal N Basral. Data collection techniques include reading techniques, note-taking techniques, and library techniques. The collected research data is analyzed through three stages including, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that there is a local color content in the novel Dayon by Akmal N Basral, including: a) Inyiak Tiger Beliefs, b) Minangkabau Community Customs, c) art, d) language, e) livelihood of foodstuffs, f) local animals, and g) Traditional Houses. The existence of local color content in Dayon's novel shows that the author photographed the activities of the Minangkabau people. The local content is able to become a characteristic of regional communities and is useful in shaping the character of the nation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze capacity building and resource management in micro, small and medium enterprises, village-owned enterprises, namely in the field of human resource development and training in several villages by providing ongoing assistance and collaborating with various parties. The study used a systematic literature review approach through several stages, namely identifying research questions, establishing a data base for research results, selecting relevant research results and indexing data extraction, synthesizing results using narrative methods and presenting data. Methodology This research was conducted with a search engine (Google Chrome) using the address https://scholar.google.com/ chosen according to the address of the largest open database website that can be accessed by many parties who search with the search term "UMKM BUMDES. PDFs”. From the results of a literature review search found 31 articles with topics related to MSMEs using BUMDes then the results of the analysis show that creative industry synergy is needed, this synergy requires a support system, namely the state, universities, the media and the business world. state support is very important in this case then the university can help with concept development and further assistance the mass media is a means of publication and village products then the community can become successful and the company can become a productive partner in the village. Then it is then managed by several regions in Indonesia starting from planning to controlling BUMDes so that it continues to run well then it is regulated in regulations and based on the approved articles of association. As for how to start a business such as services and trade as well as BUMDes management can be done digitally so that management can function optimally.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of picture and picture-based fable text writing modules in class VII students of MTs Al-Bukhary Rantauprapat. This type of research is development with a 4-D development model. The development steps carried out by the researcher are 1) the definition stage (define), 2). Design stage (design), 3). Stage of development (development), 4) Stage of deployment (disseminate). This study designed learning modules and administered tests to determine the ability to write fable texts. The instruments used in this study were media expert and material expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires and tests of the ability to write fable texts. After the module is made, the module for writing fable text based on picture and picture is validated by the expert. The validation was carried out by media experts and material experts so that the module for writing fable texts based on picture and picture was declared feasible for testing. The trial was carried out by asking for responses from teachers and students as research subjects. From the results of the post-test conducted at the end of the learning activity, it was obtained 90.3%, the student scores reached the minimum completeness criteria very well. And the results of the student response questionnaire analysis show the "very feasible" category. This means that the picture and picture-based fable text writing module that has been made has answered the problem formulation, so that the picture and picture-based fable text writing module is suitable for use by teachers and MTs students, especially in learning fable text material.
