Abstract

Long time ago, if someone wants to run a business, he/she must prepare and has all resources started from the capital, product, business place, until the marketing strategy. Now all of those is not needed anymore. A businessman can just prepare the product only, without business place in order to display their product and vice versa because the sellers can intertwine cooperation among them in selling the product with console system. This research was conducted at Sushi in Production House which is a culinary company. This research investigated, first; how is the practice of sushi food commerce withs its console system at Sushi in production house, second; how is the positive legal perspective and Islamic law perspective towards the practice of sushi commerce with its console system. Analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis and data obtained were from literature study and analyzed qualitatively. Data collection was conducted through interview, observation, and documentation. The purpose of this research is to know the positive legal perspective and Islamic law perspective towards the practice of sushi food commerce with its console system at sushi in production house at Larangan District Tangerang City. The research results in the field show that the practice of sushi commerce at Sushi in production house with its console system has been in line with the positive legal perspective and Islamic law. This can be seen from the agreement applied by using Wakalah bil ujrah agreement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the form of transfer of the remaining change in the sale and purchase transaction at Indomaret Wijaya Kusuma 2 and to find out how the consumer's legal protection against the transfer of the remaining change in terms of Islamic law in Indomaret Wijaya Kusuma 2. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach that describes a situation in society, and uses data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The use of data sources is to use primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with manager, cashier and consumers of Indomaret Wijaya Kusuma 2 Bekasi City, while secondary data were obtained through books, journals or other library materials related to the object of research. The results showed that the form of transfer of the remaining change at Indomaret Wijaya Kusuma 2 was donations. According to UUPK Number 8 of 1999, the transfer of the remaining change made by the cashier of Indomaret Wijaya Kusuma 2 which with the knowledge of the consumer is legal, because the consumer in this case has been notified by the cashier from the start if there is no availability of small money, then it is classified as non-existent. coercion because consumers are asked for their sincerity or approval of what is done by the cashier as a business actor so that the money is given voluntarily and not a unilateral action carried out by business actors. Meanwhile, viewed from Islamic law, the practice of diverting the remaining change in the form of donations at Indomaret Wijaya Kusuma 2 Bekasi City can be said to be legal, because the cashier and the consumer mutually accept this.

Abstract

Determine the relationship between organizational communication, training, and development, and teacher performance is one of the objectives of this study. 58 people totaled as respondents in this study, which used a saturation sample method. The basic data used in this study was collected through giving teachers questionnaires. The analysis approach used in this study, multiple linear regression, is carried out using the SPSS 22 program. The findings of this study suggest that training and development, organizational communication, and teacher effectiveness are all significantly impacted. Teachers' performance is concurrently greatly impacted by organizational communication, training, and growth.

Abstract

This research is entitled Perceptions of Islamic Communities towards Christianity in Labuhan Ruku, Talawi Sub-District, Batu Bara District. In this research, the writer wanted to find out how the relationship between Islamic society and Christian society was, whether it was peaceful and peaceful or whether there was conflict in it. This study aims to examine the religious life of the community in Labuhan Ruku and also to examine the perceptions of Muslims in Labuhan Ruku towards Christians and to examine the impact of this perception on religious life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, namely by conducting interviews with the Islamic community living in Labuhan Ruku. This research was conducted in December 2022. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that not everything is true, if Muslims and Christians cannot live together without conflict, because in Labuhan Ruku Muslims and Christians can live side by side in peace, harmony and mutual tolerance. Muslims do not regard Christians as enemies and vice versa, problems that occur outside their area such as conflicts between religions do not affect the harmonious relationship between them. If we want to improve relations between Christians and Muslims we must deepen our knowledge. We have to avoid stereotypes, we have to learn more about other religions so that we understand how their lives are and how we can respect each other so that we can coexist together in peace and tranquility

Abstract

This study aims to Analyze Online Learning And Learning Difficulties In The Covid-19 Pandemic Period In Grade X Geography Subject At Sma Negeri 2 Balige Academic Year 2021/2022 Even Semester. Data collection techniques used by researchers are library research and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative analysis techniques and conclusions were drawn after all the answers to the questions were transcribed and tabulated. The results showed that the learning difficulties of students towards online learning at SMA Negeri 2 Balige, Toba Regency, namely that some students did not have the facilities or cellphones to access online learning due to the inability of the students, the internet network which was sometimes less stable because they were in areas that did not support the network, it is difficult to focus on online learning because students do not really understand the material taught by the teacher, limited data credit or internet city, and some students do not understand about online learning applications.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the pattern of social relations between Muslims and non-Muslims in Bincar Village, Padang Sidempuan City and to examine the factors that influence the social relations of Muslim and non-Muslim communities in Bincar Village, Padang Sidempuan City. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, namely by conducting interviews with Muslim and non-Muslim communities in the Bincar Village. This research was conducted in December 2022. Based on the results of the research, it shows that: I. Patterns of social relations between Muslim and non-Muslim communities, Kel. Bincar Kota Padang Sidempuan consists of an associative process and a dissociative process. The associative process includes: a) Collaboration, such as community service, helping and condolences carried out by Muslim and non-Muslim communities in Bincar Village, b) Assimilation in this case mixed marriages that have occurred in Bincar Village between Muslims and Non-Muslims -Muslims, c) Accommodation, Muslim and non-Muslim communities can place issues of religion and society according to circumstances. The dissociative process includes: competition, contradiction, and conflict/dispute. However, of the three dissociative parts, there is only competition. Contraventions and conflicts/disputes do not occur. The competition in question is healthy and sporty competition. A form of competition in terms of the economy, where Muslim and non-Muslim communities compete in terms of meeting their needs by trading. II. Factors that influence social interaction: a) imitation factor. The people in the Bincar Sub-District are used to the prevailing customs and customs, therefore the Non-Muslim community who are migrants to the Bincar Sub-District respect and respect each other such as when there is a party they attend, grieve when there are neighbors or bereaved relatives. b) sympathy factor. Muslim and non-Muslim communities care for each other, be it when neighbors or relatives suffer a disaster, they help each other. The implications of this research are based on research, namely: For Muslim communities and non-Muslim communities in Bincar Village, to continue to establish cooperation between fellow religious communities so that a harmonious life can be created which leads to tolerance because it is seen as a buffer for survival in times of will come.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the role of Civics subjects carried out by teachers is to build the character and social behavior of students. The research method used in this study was a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, namely by conducting interviews with several teachers at the UPTD SD Negeri 122332 Pematangsiantar and filling out questionnaires related to social behavior which were distributed to 24 low-grade students. This research was conducted in November 2022. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that Civics is actually a noble program because there are moral values ​​in shaping the character of students. Therefore, realizing the importance of the role of Civics in the process of cultivating and empowering students, then through Civics in schools it should be developed as a socio-cultural vehicle for building a democratic life. But in reality, so far Civic Education still has many weaknesses and shortcomings and aspects of social behavior in low-class students at UPTD SD Negeri 122332 Pematangsiantar in general, including helping behavior, cooperation, giving, sharing, honesty and considering the rights and welfare of others almost all were carried out and many were approved by low-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 122332 Pematangsiantar. The presentation aspect of the social behavior of UPTD SD Negeri 122332 Pematangsiantar students reached the high category with a presentation of 48% with a total of 12 students out of 24 of the total number of students. It can be concluded that the number of students who have social behavior in the low class UPTD SD Negeri 122332 Pematangsiantar has shown a very good category.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the benefits of the school library as a learning resource for high school students. In achieving this goal, it is necessary to have facilities and infrastructure that can support the availability of learning resources and one of these learning resources is the library. The research method used is research. Literature (Library Research) is a type of Qualitative Research, Research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books as a data source. Reading, analyzing and analyzing various literatures. teaching and learning in realizing educational goals. in Law no. 2 of 2003 concerning the National Education System in Article 3 states that the purpose of education is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, have faith, are capable, creative, independent and become citizens of a democratic and responsible. In achieving these goals, facilities and infrastructure are needed that can support these goals through the availability of learning resources and one of these learning resources is the library. Formal or schools run by the government or the community or informally must provide learning resources. One of the most important learning resources in schools is the school library. The school library not only provides reading material to increase knowledge and insight for students, but is also an integral part of learning. The use of school libraries in the world of education is very important, namely to assist the implementation of quality education. Because the school library is one of the learning resources in schools, therefore, the library must carry out its function properly to provide information needed by students and teachers.

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of motivation on teacher performance at SDN 091561 Afd.A Pagar Jawa. motivation is an action taken to encourage one's morale with the aim of increasing performance in achieving a goal. By increasing the performance of teachers in carrying out their duties as teachers, mentors and educators, they can improve the quality of graduates in accordance with the educational goals of educating the nation's children. This study uses a qualitative approach by describing and explaining motivation in improving teacher performance. To describe and describe the data by reviewing some of the expert opinions that have been described. So by using a qualitative approach this research is expected to obtain comprehensive facts about the effect of motivation on teacher performance at SDN 091561 Afd. A Java Fence. Performance is the result achieved from an action taken by a person both individually and in groups, which can be in the form of achievement or failure in achieving the set goals. Teachers are Educators who have the task of educating, teaching and guiding students both formal and non-formal education with the aim of increasing the intelligence of students. Meanwhile, according to Sugiyono (2019: 69) the independent variable (independent variable) is a variable that influences or is the cause of the change or the emergence of the dependent (bound) variable. The independent variables (X) in this study are: Motivation. The dependent variable (tied) is the variable that is affected or becomes the result, because of the Free Variables. As for the Dependent Variable in (Y) in this study is Teacher Performance. The data collection technique used in this study is library research (Library Research) where library research is the activity of collecting research-related materials from scientific journals, literature, and authors.

Abstract

The problem encountered in the study was that the lack of ability in short story writing skills in grade IV students at SD Negeri 195 Palembang properly. This study aims to determine the effect of using audio-visual media on the ability to write short stories in grade IV students at SD Negeri 195 Palembang. The type of research used is experimental and using a one-group pretest-protest design experiment. The population of this research is SD Negeri 195 Palembang. The sample in this study was fourth grade students at SD Negeri 195 Palembang with a total of 23 students. Collection techniques in this study using tests. The instrument used is the short story writing test. The criterion for success in this research is what if the minimum average value is 76. Data analysis techniques are processed by hypothesis testing and t-test. Based on the results of the analysis conclusions show that there is a significant effect of the use of audio-visual media on the ability to write short stories in grade IV students at SD Negeri 195 Palembang, with a tcount of 3.689 > ttable of 2.079. So it can be concluded that there is an influence in the use of audio-visual media in short story writing skills in class IV elementary school students.
