Abstract

Physics Learning is always related to mathematical calculations problem. In this study it could be seen that students have mistakes that made them couldn’t solve physics questions correctly. The physical mistakes which consist of representing verbal and physical as well as mathematical mistakes in representing problem solving in form of mathematical became the evidence that students have not completely understood the concept of Archimedes' law and not only mathematical problems that affected the solving Archimedes' law questions. In this qualitative research, which aimed to look at student mistakes in representing the completion of Archimedes' law questions, verbal representation results were obtained with the students’ mistake average was 60%, then there were mathematical mistakes with the students’ percentage was 44% and finally physical mistakes was 33%

Abstract

Accounting is a subject that requires high understanding and concentration to analyze and answer various accounting questions, so it takes a high interest in studying accounting, but due to the emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic, learning activities are carried out online, so media or digital platforms are needed that can arouse students' interest in accounting subjects. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Quizizz media on students' learning interest in accounting online learning. The method used in this study is the systematic literature review method by searching for the keywords "effectiveness" AND "Quizizz" AND "interest in learning" AND "accounting online learning" OR "online learning" in journals published in the last 10 years. The approach used to analyze the data uses planning, conduction, and reporting. The research results of students or students agree that Quizizz is easy to use, exercises with Quizizz are fun, help students review learning material and stimulate their interest in learning accounting. The limitations of this study are related to the limited literature that directly discusses the use of Quizizz media. So, it is hoped that there will be more research on this topic and literature discussing the effectiveness of using Quizizz media in online accounting learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how inservice training has an influence on improving the quality of teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods and is included in survey research. Data collection techniques in this study were through the dissemination of questionnaires. The sample used in this study was 88 teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in East Prabumulih District. Based on the findings of the study, it shows that inservice training has an influence on improving the quality of teacher performance. Research related to inservice training has never been studied before at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Prabumulih City. In addition, the novelty in this study is related to inservice training research conducted after the Covid 19 pandemic. This research contributed to the Head of Madrasah, Islamic Education of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, and Teachers.

Abstract

This research started with the need the implementation of Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) at SD Negeri 138 Geger Kalong Girang with the condition that computer and internet network infrastructure was not available, but the implementation of ANBK had to be carried out independently. The purpose of designing this computer network infrastructure is in addition to implementing ANBK well as supporting the learning process for teachers and students for the availability of adequate internet access which can be used for learning purposes. Design of computer network infrastructure to support learning and internet facility infrastructure standards in schools is applied using the PPDIOO concept, namely, Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize. The results of this study indicate that the computer network infrastructure planning is as expected. The ANBK implementation running normally, the results of the bandwidth usage test as a whole running normally and the internet could be accessed very well in the school environment.

Abstract

Exploration of Mathematical Knowledge can be developed as task material in democratic learning. The principle of democratic learning emphasizes the importance of conformity of material and student activities with the experiences and needs of children. This research develops the community's mathematical knowledge to be integrated with materials and activities outside of regular class learning. This study aims to identify mathematical concepts related to agricultural land management and formulate conceptual and procedural application aspects using a context-concept approach. This research quantitatively describes the process indicators and student achievements in learning. The research results include a description of some of the research results showing a significant positive relationship between the mastery of a good relationship between the concept/task material and the concept. The democratic learning concept context approach can increase students' creativity and activeness as well as increase students' understanding of the relationship between mathematical concepts and the context in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Early childhood education has a very important role in early child development. Education provided in early childhood must be comprehensive, covering various aspects such as social-emotional, cognitive, physical and language skills. However, social-emotional skills often do not get enough attention in early childhood learning. So, this research will discuss the development of effective learning strategies to improve social-emotional skills in early childhood. The focus of this study is primarily qualitative. Listening to and recording pertinent information is a data collection method that can then be used in data analysis steps like summarization and visualisation. Study ii came to the conclusion that developing effective learning strategies can improve social-emotional skills in early childhood. Some strategies that can be implemented and are potentially effective include implementing learning programmes based on children's needs and interests, using interactive and collaborative learning methods, and facilitating a safe, comfortable and supportive learning environment.

Abstract

This research's objective was to ascertain how motivation and job satisfaction affected every junior high school teacher's performance. The saturated sampling method was used to select 35 teachers for this study. Analysis is conducted using multiple linear regressions. The findings of the study demonstrate that instructors' motivation and job satisfaction significantly affect their performance. At the same time, job happiness and motivation have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

At the elementary school level, science learning outcomes contain the competencies and essential content which so far have focused more on aspects of cognitive competence. The competence of understanding and practicing religion is often forgotten. In fact, the goal of national education is to develop the potential of students to become human beings of faith and piety to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become citizens of a democratic and responsible state. To make human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, and have noble character, it is necessary to apply the Al-Qur'an based science learning model with the Project Base Learning approach, so that students can understand that all knowledge including science originates from Allah which is contained in the Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to describe the steps for implementing the Qur'an based science learning model with the Project Base Learning approach at Al-Hikmah Mampang private elementary school, South Jakarta. The research method used a survey method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation of teachers and students of grades V as well as documentation studies. The results showed that the steps for implementing the Al-Quran-based science learning model with the Project Base Learning approach at Al-Hikmah Mampang Private Elementary School, South Jakarta started from the Learning Implementation Plan, namely the materials to be taught were given the spirituality of the contents of the Al-Quran, then explained in detail through Project Base Learning as well as deepening through learning evaluation.

Abstract

Ethics is a polite attitude that must be owned by everyone in carrying out various activities, whether trading, teaching, asking questions, including in business we must also prioritize ethics. Ethics are attitudes, knowledge, morals that must be considered in organizing and managing a business. Attitudes that reflect ethics in trading or doing business include being honest, kind, respectful of others, indifferent, responsible, considerate, and so on. Pagerwojo is one of the villages where the majority of the population trades eggs. They usually have horen or free-range chicken farms close to where they live. So they usually sell their livestock chicken eggs to the Krempyang market around where they live. The focus of the problem here is how is the implementation of islamic business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in Pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which means research with a qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market, Pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. This research discusses at length the stages of human awareness of the application of business ethics in their daily trade from an Islamic perspective. It takes time and process for the chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market to develop ethical awareness in trading or doing business. Related to how the implementation of business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market, pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. The results of the study show that, egg traders in the Krempyang market, Pagerwojo, Buduran, Sidoarjo have understood islamic business ethics, and have believed that Islamic teachings have regulated all human activities or activities, including in matters of trading or egg business, the sole purpose of which is to gain the blessings of Allah the creator. Egg traders have implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely monotheism, balance, free will, responsibility, honesty, fairness, and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and produce a teaching material product in the form of an E-Module in Integrated Thematic Courses Using the MIKiR Active Learning Approach and Project Based Learning (PJBL) in the Basic Education Study Program which can be used effectively, easy to learn, simple and of course flexible for various circumstances. In addition, the developed E-Module can be used for a variety of learning approaches both synchronously and asynchronously so that it is able to accommodate lectures that are carried out in online and offline modes and also in Blended Learning mode. The development method used in the development of this E-Module is the Borg and Gall research and development method. While the expected results of the research are the birth of an integrated thematic Learning Lecture E-Module which consists of 7 constituent components namely titles, study guides, basic competencies or subject matter, supporting information (Additional Information, Supporting Videos in the form of links and QR Codes), exercises, tasks or work steps, and assessment. This e-module is validated by 3 validators who are experts in their fields. The validity of the product is based on the expert assessment of Thematic Learning conducted by Dr. Husni Mubarak, M.Pd.I with a score of 91.33% with the "very good" criteria, the linguist was conducted by Dr. Hurmaini, M.Pd with a score of 89% with the "good" criteria, the media expert was conducted by Dr. Buyung, M.Pd with a score of 93% "very good" criteria. The results of the field trials in the form of a recapitulation of student response questionnaires to the E-Module obtained a score of 93.75% with the criteria of "very good".
