Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the consumption patterns of the majority of the population of Sidokerto Village, Buduran Subdistrict, Sidoarjo and to find out the factors that influence the consumption behavior patterns of Sidokerto villagers, Buduran Subdistrict, Sidoarjo. This type of research is a qualitative study using a case study approach study. The results of the study show that it is undeniable that with the increasing economic conditions in the family, the consumption patterns of the family of Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) in Sidokerto Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo will change. There is a difference in consumption patterns before and after a family member who becomes a TKI (Indonesian Worker) abroad is becoming more consumptive. Where before there were family members who became migrant workers income was only enough to meet their daily food needs. Abstract

Pesantren that live in the midst of society certainly have a great influence on people's lives. In Law no. 18 of 2019 concerning pesantren that there are three roles of pesantren in the implementation of educational functions, da'wah functions and community empowerment functions. Pesantren with its business entities certainly provide great opportunities and become a forum for community empowerment. The success of this empowerment affects the improvement of people's living standards and can even realize welfare through the roles of pesantren. However, there are several problems experienced such as low human resources, low income, there are some pesantren businesses that are not developing. Therefore, it is necessary to design a strategy to compile a business design systematically balanced with mentoring, training and evaluation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research location in a business entity owned by the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Islamic boarding school, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. Data collection is done through interviews, conservation and documentation. The results of this study show that the strategy of economic empowerment of pesantren in pesantren-owned enterprises is carried out with three strategies including: strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. Strategy formulation includes: first, formulation of policy direction for economic development of pesantren.

Abstract

Program Pentingnya Sekolah yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN kelompok 117 ini sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak dan orang tua, tentang pentingnya pendidikan formal. Pendidikan merupakan kunci utama dalam membentuk karakter, mengembangkan keterampilan, serta meningkatkan taraf hidup seseorang. Namun, di beberapa daerah, masih banyak anak yang belum mendapatkan kesempatan bersekolah karena berbagai faktor, seperti ekonomi, kurangnya kesadaran, atau akses yang terbatas. Adapun tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah menyadarkan masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan formal dalam kehidupan pribadi dan sosial, membantu meningkatkan jumlah anak yang bersekolah, terutama di daerah yang tingkat partisipasi sekolahnya rendah. Memberikan informasi terkait beasiswa, bantuan sekolah, serta solusi bagi keluarga yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyekolahkan anak mereka, mengembangkan karakter anak-anak yang siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan bekal pendidikan. Sosialisasi Pentingnya Sekolah ini dilakukan pada tiga lembaga yang ada disekitar desa Pondok Dalem, diantaranya MI Zainul Ihsan, SDN Pondok Dalem 1, dan SDN Pondok Dalem 2.

Abstract

Sharia banking is currently viral and its name is soaring, including the Baktimakmur Indah Surabaya Rural Bank (BPRS). There are lots of products in BPRS that are of interest to the people of Surabaya. Therefore, so that customers in BPRS continue to grow and not run to other BPRS, there must be an effective strategy to increase customers. The importance of services at BPRS has an impact on increasing customers. With the strategy especially on service or service makes the customer increase. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the right service strategy at BPRS Baktimakmur Indah Surabaya. In this study, the research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The strategy in providing services must be further improved and provide extra services for customers who have long been members of BPRS Baktimakmur Indah Surabaya. BPRS uses strategies in carrying out services, namely the basic strategy which includes BPRS staff must be able to be friendly and communicative when serving customers, and neat appearance is a form of good service to customers and prospective customers. While the main service strategy includes excellent service, responsiveness, honesty, innovation, and credibility.ABSTRAKPerbankan syariah saat ini memang sedang viral dan namanya sedang melambung tinggi, tak terkecuali Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Baktimakmur Indah Surabaya. Banyak sekali produk-produk di BPRS yang diminati oleh masyarakat Surabaya. Oleh karena itu, agar nasabah di BPRS terus bertambah dan tidak lari ke BPRS lain, maka harus ada strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan nasabah. Pentingnya pelayanan di BPRS berdampak pada peningkatan nasabah. Dengan adanya strategi khususnya pada pelayanan atau service membuat nasabah meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pelayanan yang tepat pada BPRS Baktimakmur Indah Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Strategi dalam memberikan pelayanan harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi dan memberikan pelayanan ekstra bagi nasabah yang sudah lama menjadi anggota BPRS Baktimakmur Indah Surabaya. BPRS menggunakan strategi dalam melakukan pelayanan yaitu strategi dasar yang meliputi pegawai BPRS harus mampu bersikap ramah dan komunikatif saat melayani nasabah, dan berpenampilan rapi merupakan bentuk pelayanan yang baik kepada nasabah dan calon nasabah. Sedangkan strategi pelayanan utama meliputi pelayanan prima, daya tanggap, kejujuran, inovasi, dan kredibilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence lifestyle, religiosity, and prizes for the decision of members of KSU Setia Hati , Buduran Sidoarjo in choosing Takop savings. The formulation of the problem in this study is does lifestyle partially influence the decision of cooperative members to choose Takop KSU Setia Hati Buduran, Sidoarjo?. Is religiosity partially significant to the decision of cooperative members to choose Takop KSU Setia Hati Buduran, Sidoarjo?. Does the prize partially influence the cooperative member's decision to choose Takop KSU Setia Hati Buduran, Sidoarjo?. Does lifestyle, religiosity, and prizes simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision of cooperative members to choose Takop KSU Setia Hati Buduran, Sidoarjo?. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The population of this study is members of the Cooperative savings (Takop) in 2020-2021, totaling 105 members. The sample used is saturated sampling using the entire population. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle has a positive effect on members' decisions, religiosity has a positive effect on members decisions, and rewards have a positive effect on members decisions. Meanwhile, lifestyle, religiosity, and prizes simultaneously affect the members decision to choose Takop in the Setia Hati Sidoarjo Multi-Business Cooperative (KSU).

Abstract

Ethics is a polite attitude that must be owned by everyone in carrying out various activities, whether trading, teaching, asking questions, including in business we must also prioritize ethics. Ethics are attitudes, knowledge, morals that must be considered in organizing and managing a business. Attitudes that reflect ethics in trading or doing business include being honest, kind, respectful of others, indifferent, responsible, considerate, and so on. Pagerwojo is one of the villages where the majority of the population trades eggs. They usually have horen or free-range chicken farms close to where they live. So they usually sell their livestock chicken eggs to the Krempyang market around where they live. The focus of the problem here is how is the implementation of islamic business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in Pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which means research with a qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market, Pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. This research discusses at length the stages of human awareness of the application of business ethics in their daily trade from an Islamic perspective. It takes time and process for the chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market to develop ethical awareness in trading or doing business. Related to how the implementation of business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market, pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. The results of the study show that, egg traders in the Krempyang market, Pagerwojo, Buduran, Sidoarjo have understood islamic business ethics, and have believed that Islamic teachings have regulated all human activities or activities, including in matters of trading or egg business, the sole purpose of which is to gain the blessings of Allah the creator. Egg traders have implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely monotheism, balance, free will, responsibility, honesty, fairness, and so on.

Abstract

The economy is part of human life, and a source in living life. The government in Indonesia has launched various rural development programs. Some people are starting to realize the importance of a change, by utilizing the plantation land into agro-tourism. One of the places where plantation land is used as an agro-tourism idol for Bumdes is in Sambi Bulu, Taman, Sidoarjo. The focus of the research is, How is the plantation management process becoming a Bumdes idol agritourism in Sambi Bulu, Taman, Sidoarjo?, What is the role of the Bumdes idol agro-tourism in realizing an increase in the community's economy in Sambi Bulu, Taman, Sidoarjo?, The research objectives were to describe the process of managing plantations to become idol Bumdes agritourism in Sambi Bulu, Taman, Sidoarjo to describe the role of agrotourism idol Bumdes agrotourism to realize economic improvement in the community in Sambi Bulu, Taman, Sidoarjo. The research methodology is a qualitative approach and this type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using unstructured interviews, passive participatory observation and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The validity of the data in this study uses source triangulation. The results of this study are: the management process carried out is to make changes, make fishing ponds, planted commodities, care for plants (fertilizing irrigation and others), maintenance of fish ponds, making game rides. and planting suitable plants, as a place of study and tourism based on artificial open agriculture, The role of idol-owned agro-tourism in improving the rural economy is to provide job opportunities, communities around agro-tourism are given the freedom to sell in agro-tourism, provide counseling, transmit knowledge through various training -training. However, the existence of agro-tourism cannot increase the income of workers and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a strategy to revive an organization that has sunk for a long time. a strong and resilient organization has an influence on individual employee behavior, meaning that the more employees are given information and given values about organizational culture in the company, the stronger the employee's commitment to the company. Research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kuda Laut Mas, Sidoarjo, namely 23 employees. The sampling used is saturation sampling technique. Based on the analysis of the results of the research and discussion that has been described previously, it can be concluded in this study Organizational culture has no significant effect on the motivation of employees of PT. Kuda Laut Mas Sidoarjo. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Kuda Laut Mas Sidoarjo. Abstract

Pada dasarnya, UMKM adalah usaha atau bisnis yang dilakukan oleh individu, kelompok, badan usaha kecil, maupun rumah tangga. Keberadaan UMKM di Indonesia sangat diperhitungkan, karena berkontribusi besar pertumbuhan ekonomi. Adapun pengertian UMKM adalah usaha produktif yang dimiliki perorangan maupun badan usaha yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro atau usaha dengan skala kecil. Gedung jember nusantara adalah tempat atau wadah bagi UMKM yang ada di jember meliputi Lantai 1 merupakan produk UMKM yang mengelola makanan berat dengan berbagai macam varian, seperti nasi ayam bakar, soto, rawon dan berbagai macam minuman rempah, Lantai 2 merupakan produk UMKM yang mengelola makanan ringan dan oleh oleh khas jember. Optimasi Digital merupakan sebuah kegiatan memanfaatkan kecanggihan dan kemajuan teknologi berbasis digital untuk menjangkau informasi yang lebih luas dengan akses yang cepat, atau untuk kepentingan tertentu dalam sektor perekonomian, politik, sosial, budaya, pengetahuan, game, dan sebagainya. Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) saat ini dapat dilihat telah mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ketersediaan informasi yang beragam. Perkembangan ini merupakan peradaban manusia yang diakibatkan oleh adanya kemudahan dalam pemerolehan informasi. Dalam kegiatan ini peneliti mengambil metode SWOT dalam pelaksanaan praktek pengalaman lapangan ini dengan mempertimbangkan hasil dan diharapkan para pelaku UMKM dapat memperbaiki kekurangan yang ada untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal dalam jangka waktu yang lama.
