Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the consumption patterns of the majority of the population of Sidokerto Village, Buduran Subdistrict, Sidoarjo and to find out the factors that influence the consumption behavior patterns of Sidokerto villagers, Buduran Subdistrict, Sidoarjo. This type of research is a qualitative study using a case study approach study. The results of the study show that it is undeniable that with the increasing economic conditions in the family, the consumption patterns of the family of Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) in Sidokerto Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo will change. There is a difference in consumption patterns before and after a family member who becomes a TKI (Indonesian Worker) abroad is becoming more consumptive. Where before there were family members who became migrant workers income was only enough to meet their daily food needs. Abstract

This rice cracker business can actually improve the economy of rice crackers residents of Sidokerto Village, Buduran , Sidoarjo. Even this business opens up jobs for the residents of Sidokerto, especially mothers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which is to present a complete picture of a phenomenon for exploration or clarification. The results of data or research results are as they are, without any manipulation or other treatment processes. The results of the research carried out concluded that: 1) The role of the small puli cracker industry in improving the economy of Sidokerto, Buduran, Sidoarjo is to provide and increase work motivation, work resilience by providing training and skills to the surrounding community. The existence of a small puli cracker industry is very important and can help people with job opportunities to become laborers in helping to make puli crackers. With this industry, people's income will increase and it can improve the village economy. The small puli cracker industry has a good influence on the economic growth of the local community. 2) The inhibiting factors for the small puli cracker industry include: limited capital, limited technical ability, limited marketing ability.

Abstract

Reference to work enthusiasm in improving employee performance applied by PT Romi Violeta. Compensation and motivation need to be given to employees so that they have work enthusiasm and prosperity in order to achieve targets and prosperous employees. The formulation of the problem of this research is: 1) How is the application of compensation to the performance of employees of PT Romi Violeta Sidoarjo. 2) How is the application of motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Romi Violeta Sidoarjo?, 3) What are the implications of applying compensation and motivation to improving the performance of employees of PT. Romi Violeta Sidoarjo. The aims of this study are: 1) To describe the application of compensation to employee performance at PT. Romi Violeta. 2) Describe the application of motivation in PT. Romi Violeta. 3) To describe the implications of applying compensation and motivation to increase work at PT. Romi Violeta. In preparing this thesis, the author uses a qualitative approach research method. This type of research uses a type of field research (field research). The results of this study conclude: The application of compensation carried out by PT. Romi Violeta Sidoarjo to his employees is very kind and appropriate. Compensation provided such as allowances,reward, and others according to regulations. Compensation and motivation are a unit that are interrelated and influence the improvement of employee performance. However, in January–June 2021 PT. Romi Violeta experienced a decrease in employee performance by 5% because some employees considered compensation in the form of bonuses to be inappropriate, but in fact the bonuses given were in accordance with company regulations. Therefore, the company/industry needs to provide another understanding of the bonuses received so that misunderstandings do not occur.

Abstract

Industri bisnis yang semakin berkembang pesat membuat perusahaan harus dengan cepat mempersiapkan perubahan yang terjadi agar target dalam tujuan perusahaan tetap terjaga. Salah satu yang menjadi motor dalam memenangkan kompetisi bisnis yakni sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki loyalitas tinggi terhadap perusahaan. Salah satu teori dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yakni dengan diterapkannya teori perilaku individu dalam organisasi (PIO) yang berfokus pada pembahasan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku individu dalam organisasi melalui motivasi kerja pada PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk wilayah Jember. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatf asosiatif dengan analisis jalur/ path analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku individu dalam organisasi (PIO). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku individu dalam organisasi (PIO). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku individu dalam organisasi (PIO). Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Perilaku Individu dalam Organisasi (PIO), Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

Ethics is a polite attitude that must be owned by everyone in carrying out various activities, whether trading, teaching, asking questions, including in business we must also prioritize ethics. Ethics are attitudes, knowledge, morals that must be considered in organizing and managing a business. Attitudes that reflect ethics in trading or doing business include being honest, kind, respectful of others, indifferent, responsible, considerate, and so on. Pagerwojo is one of the villages where the majority of the population trades eggs. They usually have horen or free-range chicken farms close to where they live. So they usually sell their livestock chicken eggs to the Krempyang market around where they live. The focus of the problem here is how is the implementation of islamic business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in Pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which means research with a qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market, Pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. This research discusses at length the stages of human awareness of the application of business ethics in their daily trade from an Islamic perspective. It takes time and process for the chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market to develop ethical awareness in trading or doing business. Related to how the implementation of business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market, pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. The results of the study show that, egg traders in the Krempyang market, Pagerwojo, Buduran, Sidoarjo have understood islamic business ethics, and have believed that Islamic teachings have regulated all human activities or activities, including in matters of trading or egg business, the sole purpose of which is to gain the blessings of Allah the creator. Egg traders have implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely monotheism, balance, free will, responsibility, honesty, fairness, and so on.

Abstract

Kotler and Armstrong state that competitive advantage is an advantage gained by offering lower value or by providing greater benefits due to higher prices. Ironically, the importance of competitiveness has faded with decades of great expansion and prosperity, resulting in many companies losing sight of competitive advantage in the struggle to further develop in pursuit of diversification. Porter pointed out that there are several strategies that can be developed by companies such as increasing product differentiation, cheaper prices than competitors, good delivery systems, and easier payment systems as well as alternative strategies that can be developed, namely by increasing capital for business development, adding production equipment machinery, and training programs for employees. Abstract

Consumers buy goods or services to fulfill their needs. In the process of fulfilling these needs, consumers employ various methods. One of them is seeking information related to the product they intend to purchase, such as its price and availability in the store they plan to visit. This is because the majority of consumers opt for affordable items with comparable quality, thus saving time and effort. This research adopts a qualitative approach, focusing on hypothesis testing with measurable data to draw conclusions that can be generalized. The population in this study is infinite, encompassing all consumers of the BASMALAH store in Jember Regency. The sampling method used is incidental sampling, which selects samples based on chance. The representative sample size for the study is 21 x 5 = 105 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using path analysis, developed from regression analysis, and hypothesis testing is assisted by SPSS version 23. The analysis results indicate that the price variable has a significant influence on consumer buying interest, with a standardized coefficient of 0.219. The inventory variable also significantly affects consumer buying interest, with a standardized coefficient of 0.346. The brand image variable has an effect, but it is not significant in influencing consumer buying interest, with a standardized coefficient of 0.158. The price variable significantly influences consumer purchase decisions, with a standardized coefficient of 0.384. The inventory variable has an effect, but it is not significant in influencing purchase decisions, with a standardized coefficient of 0.207. Brand image has an effect, but it is not significant in influencing consumer purchase decisions, with a standardized coefficient of 0.188. The price variable significantly influences purchase decisions through buying interest. The inventory variable has an effect, but it is not significant in influencing purchase decisions through buying interest.

Abstract

The obstacle faced so far, especially the Koperasi Wanita Srikandi Buduran Sidoarjo, is problematic financing; not a few customers have participated in the Koperasi Wanita Srikandi. The focus of the problem raised is how to implement the 7C principle (character, capital, capacity, collateral, condition of economy, constraint, and coverage) in reducing problematic financing in the Koperasi wanita srikandi? The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the 7C principles in reducing problematic financing in the Koperasi Wanita Srikandi. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach in describing most of the contents of the research where the type of research used is phenomenological which is thus also categorized as field research. The results of this study state that the implementation of the application of the 7 C principles in analyzing financing applications can minimize the risk of financing even though it turns out that financing is still substandard to jam but in small numbers, and the principle aspect Character become more dominant than other principles

Abstract

Dilihat besarnya peranan dan kontribusi UMKM dalam kebangkitan perekonomian Indonesia maka sangat diperlukan perlindungan usaha, salah satunya adalah legalitas usaha. Legalitas usaha adalah aspek utama dalam pengembangan usaha mikro. Hal ini berdasarkan fungsi dari legalitas tersebut yang sangat menguntungkan bagi UMKM antara lain memudahkan para pelaku usaha dalam mendapatkan permodalan yang  digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan usahanya untuk bisa lebih besar dan dapat bersaing dikancah pasar global.salah satu legalitas yusaha yang merupakan dasar adalah kepemilikan Nomer Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Inzin Usaha Mikro Kecil (IUMK) yang bisa dibuat melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Desa Pepe, Kecamatan Sedati, Kabupaten Sidoarjo adalah salah satu desa yang memiliki 130 UMKM yang 125 UMKM nya masih belum memiliki NIB. Tujuan Kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan membantu UMKM agar bisa mendaftarkan secara mandiri legalitas usahanya di webside OSS agar dapat memiliki NIB dan juga IUMK.Dalam kegitan pengabdian kali ini tim UIN KHAS Jember berkolaborsi dengan Tim DInas Koprasi dan UKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah Sosialisasi, Pelatihan dan juga pedampingan pembuatan NIB dan juga IUMK.Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan jumlah peserta yang memahami tata cara pembuatan NIB secara mandiri, dan semua peserta yang mengikuti kegiata ini sudah memiliki NIB dan juga IUMK. Legalitas usaha ini sangat penting bagi perkembangan UMKM dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini membantu UMKM dalam memperkuat usahanya baik secara permodalan maupun hukum

Abstract

Dalam pembukaan tabungan haji ini Bank Mega Syariah KCP Jember memiliki setrateginya sendiri, strategi pemasaran adalah suatu kegiatan yang berhubungan langsung dengan nasabah dengan harapan dapat menguntungkannya. Maka dari itu untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut perihal strategi pemasaran peneliti akan memebahas tentang Strategi Marketing Yang Dilakukan Bank Mega Syariah Kcp Jember Untuk Menarik Minat Nasabah Membuka Tabungan Haji Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR). Hasil penelitian yaitu Strategi marketing yang dilakukan oleh bank mega syariah dalam produk tabungan haji ialah diantaranya : a. Pengiklanan, Pengiklanan produk tabungan haji yang dilakukan oleh Bank Mega Syariah KCP Jember yaitu dengan memanfaatkan media sosial, karena dengan media sosial dapat dengan mudah di ketahui oleh masyarakat karena hampir semua orang di dunia saat ini mengunakan media sosial. b. Hubungan Masyarakat, Hubungan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan menjaga nama baik bank agar dapet mempertahankan reputasinya. C. Promosi , Promosi yang digunakan Bank Mega Syariah KCP Jember untuk menarik minat nasabah itu diantaranya : bank membuat program Top Up tabungan haji membuat spanduk dan brosur dengan tampilan semenarik mungkin. Penerapan strategi marketing pada bank mega syariah disini mampu memberikan dampak positif bagi Bank seperti halnya mempermudah segala aspek yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan nasabah dan meningkatkan jumlah nasabah produk tabungan haji.
