Abstract

This study discusses the implementation, factors and leadership efforts of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Rasyid Sungai Rawa, Batang Tuaka District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The main resource persons in this study were the Head of Madrasah and Teachers. The results of the study determined the first finding that the implementation of the leadership skills of the Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Rasyid Sungai Rawa in general was quite good, but there were still several categories that had not been fulfilled optimally including increasing mastery of the educational foundation, using media and learning resources, and evaluating learning outcomes, for factors that impede the improvement of teacher performance including mastery of teaching materials, class management that has not been maximized, lack of use of learning methods, inadequate use of media or learning resources and supervision or assessment activities that have not been carried out optimally so that it hinders teachers in improving their performance as educators. and efforts made by the head of the madrasa include providing counseling to teachers in the madrasa providing training and motivation in the use of learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: the effect of the quantum teaching learning model on student learning outcomes in theme 1 the beauty of togetherness, sub-theme 2 of togetherness in diversity in class IV elementary school 091421 empl bah butong t.a 2022/2023. This research is a quantitative research using the test method. The population of this research is 33 students. While the samples in this study were 33 students. The instrument used is in the form of a multiple choice test that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study at the 0.05 level show that: there is an influence of the quantum teaching learning model on student learning outcomes in theme 1 sub-theme 2 togetherness in diversity in class IV sdn 091421 empl bah butong based on test analysis shows that the value of sig (2-tailed) is 0, 00 <0.05, where ho is rejected and ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

One of the test criteria used in ability testing is a test that is free from Differential Item Functioning (DIF). Tests containing DIF can harm certain groups and benefit certain groups as well. However, sometimes the standard tests used are unknowingly containing DIF. The National Examination must meet the DIF-free criteria to avoid erroneous decision-making regarding the results of the exam. The purpose of this study is to detect Differential Item Functioning (DIF) through a unidimensional-based item response theory approach using explorative quantitative research. The results of the national mathematics exam as data for detecting DIF. The analysis technique uses the Mantel-Haenszal and Logistic Regression. In addition, DIF detection focused on gender, namely groups of men and women. Estimation of item parameters was carried out with the help of BILOG-MG, and the identification of DIF content using the R program tool. The results of the analysis showed that of the 21 items analyzed using Mantel-Haenszal and Logistic Regression, one item (Number 27) was suspected to contain DIF. This item is likely or suspected to benefit the male group, because in completing it the students first illustrate it in the form of an image, making it easier to calculate the height of the building, so that a long enough analysis is needed to be able to answer it.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Science Subject Class V UPTD SD Negeri 122353 Pematangsiantar by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Learning Model. Researchers used Pre- Experimental Design (limited number of samples to be studied) using One group pretest and posttest, namely one experimental group measured the dependent variable (posttest) without any comparison group. The sample used in this study were 30 students. The data collection instrument used was a multiple choice question sheet which was given through a pretest and posttest. The data from this study were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis techniques. From the results obtained from the t-test, the tcount value is 13.77 and t_table is 2.048, (count)> ttable = 13.77 > 2.040, the difference between the pretest and posttest results is significant and it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. , which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely that there is a positive influence of the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model on student learning outcomes in science lessons in class V UPTD SD Negeri 122353 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is considered important in developing entrepreneurial skills and preparing individuals to start their own business. One of the factors that influence an individual's ability to start a business is the family's role in supporting entrepreneurship education. This research aims to discuss the role of family in supporting entrepreneurship education and provide useful information for individuals, families, and educational institutions in improving entrepreneurship education. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The study concluded that the family plays a very important role in developing entrepreneurship, especially in providing the support and learning needed for individuals who want to start a business. The role of family also helps strengthen the development of social and managerial skills in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education can help improve one's ability to innovate, build businesses and create jobs. However, not everyone has the ability to become a successful entrepreneur. Therefore, it is important for those who want to enter the business world to have a mentor who can help them achieve success. This research aims to provide new insights in the development of entrepreneurship education and the role of mentors in achieving business success. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study concluded that in entrepreneurship education, the role of mentors is crucial in helping aspiring entrepreneurs develop the skills and knowledge needed to start and manage a business. Mentors can provide direction, guidance and moral support to young entrepreneurs to help them overcome the challenges and difficulties faced in starting and running a business.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is field case study research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings from this study are that, first, management innovations carried out by school principals are in the areas of curriculum management, infrastructure management, and staffing management. Second, the leadership innovations carried out by the principal seem to be reflected in the principal as an innovative leader, with the dominant character being a friendly, democratic, intelligent principal who is good at seeing opportunities and building relationships. Third, innovation is carried out by school principals through three stages, namely initiating innovation programs, compiling innovation programs, and implementing innovations.

Abstract

This study's objective is to show how organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among teachers in academic institutions. A quantitative methodology is used in this research, employing the causal relationship research method, with path analysis in answering the hypothesis. A questionnaire and a documentation study were used to gather the data, and a sample of 42 teachers was chosen using a simple random sampling approach. Based on the data processing and calculation results of SPSS Version 22, statistical testing resulted in Ho being rejected and Ha being accepted, it shows that in educational institutions, organizational commitment has a 0.727 influence on instructors' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The results of the t-test, which had a significance level of 0.000 5% and a t-count of 6.689 > t-table, or 2.021 (0.05). As a result, the hypothesis also establishes that organizational commitment has a considerable impact on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in educational institutions. According to the computation of the coefficient of determination, the organizational commitment variable accounts for 52.8% of the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable. Variables not examined account for the remaining 47.2% of the variance.

Abstract

South Korea is one of the countries that has become a foreign tourism destination for the people of Indonesia. Every year the Korean Tourism Organization (KTO) Jakarta records an increase in the number of visits to the country of ginseng. This figure dropped dramatically during the Covid -19 pandemic, due to travel bans from the Indonesian people and also the closure of the border. However, KTO Jakarta continues to carry out promotions using several Youtubers to introduce tourism destinations in South Korea. The Youtubers invited to collaborate are Indonesian Youtubers who are currently domiciled in South Korea and South Korean Youtubers who have lived in Indonesia, who use the Indonesian language in their content. The research method used in this study is qualitative content analysis of Youtuber content, Jang Hansol and Kimbab Family, which are the unit of analysis in this study. The results of this study indicate that in order to create effective tourism content, in addition to attractive and aesthetic visuals, accuracy must also be considered, transparency (complete, relevant, and meaningful for the audience), and credibility (credibility and trust). From the results of this study, it can be seen that KTO Jakarta has selected the right Youtuber according to the audience they want. This research is expected to contribute to educational content for tourism destinations for content creators and also the Government to promote Indonesian tourism destinations.

Abstract

Physiology is very important to study, especially in basketball. One of the functions of knowing the physiological parts of the sport of basketball is to ensure the health and performance of athletes during practice to competition, and can help achieve optimal results in competition. The purpose of this research is to analyze how physiological in the sport of basketball. The method used in this research is literature study by collecting information from various sources such as scientific articles from accredited journals. The results of this study are that the physiology of basketball can be divided into several aspects, including the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, musculoskeletal system, metabolic system, nervous system, and endocrine system. Through this understanding of physiology, athletes can adapt their training and diet to improve performance, prevent injury and achieve optimal results in competition.
