Abstract

This research uses qualitative research type methods with a library research approach, namely (library research) or literature studies by exploring information through literature regarding characteristics and transformational leadership to answer the focus of the study in this research. This study examines the definition of transformational leadership, the four dimensions of transformational leadership, the characteristics of transformational leadership and the measurement instruments of transactional and transformational leadership. Leadership is one of the most important things that everyone must have because oneself is actually a leader for our own body, for that leadership is very important. The characteristics of transformational leadership include: 1) Idealized influence (or charismatic influence) 2) Inspirational motivation. 3) Intellectual stimulation. 4) Individualized consideration.

Abstract

Bibliometrics is an analysis method that uses Mathematical and statistical tools to measure the interrelationships and impact of publications in a particular research area. Bibliometric analysis is a popular method used to analyze large amounts of scientific data and this analysis is rigorous in nature with the aim of exploring that data. The use of this analysis in research allows researchers to uncover the evolutionary nuances of a particular field, while highlighting emerging areas in that field, including the field of education. In this paper, the researcher will use a type of literature research or literature review with the descriptive research method, which is to describe regularly and in detail the data obtained related to the bibliometric method, so that finally the readers get a clear understanding of the descriptions and explanations presented. The focus of this study is on the fundamental question in research methodology, which is what is bibliometric analysis and how is it used in education research? What are the key metrics and indicators used in bibliometric analysis for education research? What are the challenges and limitations associated with using bibliometric analysis in education research? And the final question is what are the best practices for conducting bibliometric analysis in education research?

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research methods with a type of approach, namely library research or literature studies by exploring information through literature related to William Dunn's version of wisdom in modern Islamic boarding schools to answer the focus of the study on this research. This study examines the definition of education policy analysis, forms of public policy analysis, Dunn's version of the policy analysis theory model, the application of William Dunn's policies in pesantren. Policy is one of the most important things that everyone must have in making decisions. Policy can affect something in determining an action. William Dunn's version of policies includes: 1) problem formulation. 2) forecasting the future of the policy. 3) policy recommendations. 4) determination of policy outcomes 5) evaluation of policy performance

Abstract

Against the background of climate phenomena, people who rely on fishing are greatly affected by climate change. This phenomenon occurs due to global warming which causes the earth's temperature to continue to increase, thus affecting a prolonged dry season. This phenomenon is known as climate change. Alue Bi Pusong Village, which is located on the coast of Jangka District, Bireuen Regency, is a fishing community. As coastal communities, fishermen rely on the sea as a resource to supply various needs. This problem raises a study question, "How do fishing communities respond to the impacts of climate change on socio-economic life," based on these problems. This study uses a qualitative methodology. The researcher intends to provide comprehensive analysis and data through in-depth interviews and observations. This study uses the community as informant subjects by means of snowball. The results of the study have an impact that climate change causes fishermen to experience socio-economic problems. From an economic perspective, the impact of climate change has made fishing communities unable to meet their daily needs and vulnerable to poverty, while social problems, particularly the inability of fishermen to predict the season due to uncertain weather, the distance traveled to find additional fish, has reduced fishery resources.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in activity and student learning outcomes in learning Indonesian in class XI. GPA 1 MAN Pessel through the implementation of the TAPPS strategy. This type of research uses classroom action research. This research is reflective in nature by increasing classroom learning in a more professional manner. The main goal is that the problems that occur can be overcome so that they can increase the activity and learning outcomes of class XI students. GPA 1 MAN 2 Pessel academic year 2020/2021 in learning Indonesian. The subjects in the study were class XI students. GPA 1 for the 2020/2021 academic year, a total of 29 people. The results of the study show that the implementation of the TAPPS strategy can increase student learning activities according to the indicators that are the object of observation. In addition, the implementation of the TAPPS strategy can improve student learning outcomes, namely in the implementation of cycle 1 the average student learning outcomes increase to 79.65 to 87.58 in the implementation of cycle 2.

Abstract

In facing current educational challenges, mobile learning can be an alternative solution to facilitate the teaching and learning process. It is mobile because mobile learning can be accessed via devices such as smartphones and tablets, which are almost always in the hands of students and teachers. However, to achieve effectiveness in developing mobile learning, needs analysis is essential. By conducting a needs analysis, we can understand the characteristics of the learner, learning materials, as well as the learning environment and conditions. The purpose of this article is to analyze the needs for developing mobile learning applications for learning mathematics for junior high school students on the topic of area and perimeter of quadrilaterals. This research is a descriptive exploratory study. The research subjects were seventh grade students at SMPN 4 Kerinci. A random sample of 15 students was selected. Data were collected using observation sheets of the mathematics learning process and student questionnaires. The observation results show that the mathematics learning material is still in the form of textbooks. The results of the needs analysis questionnaire show that students need learning media that can guide them to study independently by reviewing lessons anytime and anywhere in the form of mobile learning.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused distance learning in Indonesia to not be optimal, with challenges for teachers, students and parents in terms of the effectiveness of online learning and the formation of student character. Student honesty in distance learning is an important concern for building integrity and good relationships with teachers and classmates. This study aims to evaluate the process of distance learning at SMPN 26 Kerinci, especially in the formation of students' honest character in mathematics. A qualitative case study approach was used, with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The results of observations of remote mathematics learning via Zoom show indications that it is necessary to increase the application of honest character of students, with some students turning off the camera, using substitute images, and cheating. Obstacles faced include teacher difficulties in ensuring student attention, lack of social interaction between students and teachers, and the impact felt by parents. Thus, more intensive efforts are needed to form the honest character of students in distance learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of teaching style and motivation on learning the results of dribbling in a soccer game. In addition, this study also aims to determine the effect of motivation on both teaching styles. The teaching style in this study is the opposite of the teaching style in practice, and learning motivation is high and low. Research conducted at SMPN 2 Manado Education Development, Manado City, North Sulawesi, class VIII, 2021–2022. The research method is an experiment with a treatment-level 2x2 design and a sample size of 52 people. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Overall, there is a difference between teaching style and practice teaching style as opposed to dribbling learning outcomes; (2) for students who have high learning motivation, provide an inclusive teaching style to give a better effect than the practice of teaching style on dribbling learning outcomes; (3) for students who have low learning motivation, the provision of practice teaching style gives a better effect than the opposite of inclusive teaching style for dribbling learning outcomes; and (4) there is an interaction between styles of teaching and motivation towards the learning outcomes of dribbling.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning motivation and student learning outcomes of MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan applying the TGT (Teams Game Tournament) cooperative learning model. The approach used in the research here is a qualitative approach and the type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). PTK is an examination of learning activities in the form of an action, which is deliberately raised and occurs in a class together (Arikunto, 2006:3). The research will be carried out in 2 cycles, each consisting of 4 stages. The research design used consisted of 4 components, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects were students of class XI IA3 at MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan in the odd semester of 2018/2019, a total of 36 students. The results of the study show that first, the application of the TGT (Teams Game Tournaments) cooperative learning model can increase student motivation in MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan. Second, the application of the TGT (Teams Game Tournaments) cooperative learning model can improve student achievement at MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan.

Abstract

The research aims to issue a bank guarantee bank KCP BRI Kelapa Gading so that there is no transfer of obligations due to default. Any default will result in the withdrawal of capital which affects the liquidity of the bank's capital. Concerning collateral, both movable and immovable assets are not easy to sell quickly. If there are many defaults, the bank will lack capital to support banking performance. The lack of defaults maintains bank security so that the banking industry does not quickly collapse and maintains public trust.Normative legal research method, qualitative method approach, the case study of KCP BRI Kelapa Gading. Primary data was obtained directly from research results based on available data. Secondary data include books, journal publications, written laws, and regulations. interview data collection techniques, data validity checking techniques triangulation techniques.The results of the solution research did not occur in default in granting bank guarantees, in addition to following banking regulations in issuing bank guarantees, the 6C policy of bank guarantee applicants. This process is not enough because in practice there are still many defaults. Bankers and banking human resources need to improve their scientific abilities, and expertise in the fields of accounting, law, and economic politics, as individuals who are moral, ethical and have good character, have a professional mindset, and can work well in teams. On the part of the applicant for the bank guarantee, it must be based on good intentions, bound by a legal agreement as evidence in the event of default in the future.
