Abstract

performance effectiveness; (2) Mutations have a positive and significant effect on performance effectiveness; and (3) Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on the performance effectiveness of the employees of the Sulawesi - Maluku Region Employment BPJS. This means that job rotation is supported by the ability to complete work, experience and insight, adequate level of knowledge, high work performance. Then the implementation of mutations is objectively related to the accuracy of the position according to the level of education, career opportunities are based on ability. Furthermore, leadership style with the ability to make decisions, able to motivate, be communicative, able to control subordinates, responsible and able to control emotions. The independent variable with its indicators can encourage the achievement of employee performance effectiveness which is useful for the development of work productivity at the Sulawesi - Maluku Region Employment BPJS. Research Recommendations: (1) The need for Employment BPJS to play an active role in controlling, directing, guiding, and increasing cooperation among fellow employees; (2) So that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan carries out objective mutations or according to the rules and criteria that have been determined.

Abstract

The application of differentiated learning helps in knowing the cognitive development of students. Because it refers to the child's development in thinking and the ability to give reasons. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of the application of differentiated learning to the cognitive development of elementary school students. This type of qualitative research with the literature review method. This literature comes from the results of research within the last 10 years. The conclusion from this study is that differentiated learning can support the cognitive development of students, especially in the learning success of each student.

Abstract

To enhance student learning results, this study makes use of Canva-based instructional materials. This study aims to ascertain how SMP Negeri 1 Botomuzoi students react to canva-based learning materials and the viability of such materials. Research and development (R&D) is the methodology employed in this study, and the model used is ADDIE. A questionnaire used for data collection in this study was approved by linguists, media specialists, and material experts. The results of validation received from material specialists showed that 85% of them indicated very valid, 87.5% of them indicated extremely valid, and 85% of linguists indicated very valid. 92% of students scored extremely well on the student response form, though.

Abstract

One of the media that supports learning is video, video provides positive things in learning. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to analyze the use of video media in learning PPKn Class IV SDN Plamonngansari 02. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this study is the teacher. class and all fourth grade students at SDN Plamongansari 02. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques used include starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of the research that has been done, the results show that from the formative evaluation of PPKn on the meaning and meaning of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, students who score 80-90 have 18 students in the good category and a percentage of 65% of all students, there are 10 students who get a score of 60-79 with an adequate category and a percentage of 35% of all Class IV students. These results state that during Civics learning using video media students can absorb the material well. From the evaluation results, interviews and observations it can be seen that the use of video media in class IV SDN Plamongansari 02 can foster interest in learning and students' understanding of learning PPKn material. The response from the use of video media in learning received a positive response from students at SDN Plamongansari 02. Even though in its application there were several obstacles faced by the teacher

Abstract

The research aims to examine and to describe independent learning by using learning outcomes of 4th grade in SDN Sendangmulyo 02, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The researcher used a quantitative correlation research to analyze the data. The data were taken from 28 students of 4th grade in SDN Sendangmulyo 02. Sampling technique that the researcher used is a saturation sampling technique. The researcher collected the data through sampling i.e questionnaire and documentation as a main source. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, simple correlation analysis, significant test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the results, it can be stated as follow there is a positive and significance relationship between independent learning and learning outcomes and it categorized as a strong relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the PBL model to improve student learning outcomes in grade 1 at SDN Sendangmulyo 02 Semarang. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 28 students. The research design used a quasi-experimental design for grade 1 students. The research data were analyzed by using the effectiveness test on the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method using the normality test, t test, homogeneity and n gain with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The test results, significant t test pretest 0.921 > 0.05, for the homogeneity test shows that the score is 0.92 > 0.05 then Ho is accepted. The t test obtained a tcount of 8.858 and a significance value of 0.000. The value of tcount > ttable (8.858 > 1.697) and n gain n gain score 0.6 is in the medium category, because ≥ 0.3 and ≤ 0.7. Students respond to the use of PBL very well, because learning is not boring and becomes more meaningful. So it can be concluded that the PBL learning model is effective for grade 1 student learning outcomes in material symbols and values ​​of Pancasila.

Abstract

Berpikir kritis menjadi salah satu kemampuan yang dapat dikembangkan melalui penerapan proses pembelajaran pemecahan masalah. Dengan demikian, sudah seharusnya guru-guru mulai untuk mengubah pendekatan pengajaran dari yang berfokus pada keterampilan berpikir rendah ke pembelajaran yang menekankan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh penerapan metode problem solving dan problem based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dilihat dari tingkat minat belajarnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan factorial design. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan metode problem based learning lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Selanjutnya, minat belajar juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari perolehan nilai F pada bagian minat belajar sebesar 22.610 dengan angka signifikan 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0,05. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran akan berdampak positif pada siswa yang memiliki tingkat minat belajar yang tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan siswa dengan minat belajar tinggi cenderung lebih terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan lebih mudah beradaptasi dengan metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of RUPINTIF media on the literacy of group B children at RA Ar-Roudhloh Tenggaro, Keluang District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The problem that researchers encountered in this study was the effect of using RUPINTIF media on group B literacy at RA Ar-Roudhloh Tenggaro, Keluang District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research method is a Pre-Experimental Design (Non-Design) with the form of a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population is 15 children and the research sample is 10 children. Data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been conducted by researchers, it shows that the use of RUPINTIF media has an influence on literacy in group B children at RA Ar-Roudhloh Tenggaro. RUPINTIF media playing activities can improve literacy skills because in this game children can play with fun and can also recognize letters into syllables and can arrange letters to make it easier for children. Based on the posttest data obtained 96.5 (very suitable) then the pretest data obtained was 64.2 (not appropriate). This shows that RUPINTIF media has a significant effect on literacy in group B children at RA Ar-Roudhloh Tenggaro. Then testing this hypothesis has the effect of RUPINTIF media on children's literacy in group B at RA Ar-Roudhloh Tenggaro.

Abstract

The case in this study, that flexibility in soccer players is still not optimal. Due to the lack of movement in the back muscles of the players. The aim of this research is to see the effect of the Inch worm exercise on the flexibility of soccer players. This type of research is a quasi-experimental to see the effect of the form of training. The population in the study were all junior SSB Pekanbaru soccer athletes, totaling 17 people. The method of taking illustrations is by total sampling, which means that all populations used as illustrations so that the illustrations in this study totaled 17 people. The instrument in this research uses the Sit and Reach test to see flexibility. The analysis was attempted using the t-test. Based on the analysis of data and reviews, it can be concluded that there is an effect of inch worm training on flexibility in soccer players tested with a tcount of 6,738 ttable1. 748 at α = 0.05. This ensures that by doing the inch worm exercise, flexibility gets better results so that athletes can easily understand how to play soccer by producing good flexibility.

Abstract

This research was conductedto increase student interest in fantasy story material for class VII by developing flipbook-based e-module learning media. The objectives in conducting this research were: to determine student responses to flipbook-based e-modules on fantasy story text material for class VII N 1 Botomuzoi and to determine the feasibility of flipbook-based e-modules on fantasy story material that has been developed. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the development model used is the ADDIE development model flow developed by Dick and Carry (1996) with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. To obtain data from this study, the researcher used a material expert validation questionnaire, media and student response questionnaires. This development research resulted in the feasibility of the product being developed, validation tests were carried out involving material expert teachers with an average score of 93.06%, media experts with an average score of 92.38% and trials on students with an average score of 88, 75% with very valid and proper criteria to use.
