Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which teacher certification plays a role in improving the quality of learning and classroom management. This research design is a literature study using a qualitative approach. This research describes the role of certified teachers synergizing with each other to carry out duties and responsibilities such as to carry out learning evaluations in formal education units consistently through daily test assessments, assignments, midterm and semester tests. Certification is a motivation for teachers to improve the quality of learning this is because teachers perform well in their fields. In line with that, teachers who have certification are also able to do good classroom management, because certified teachers are professional teachers in carrying out the learning process, so they are able to create a conducive, effective and comfortable classroom atmosphere. So that the teacher's job is not only to teach and educate, but also as a good classroom manager by acting as a facilitator, motivator, demonstrator, mediator and evaluator. All of this has been done well by certified teachers in applying discipline to manage learning and improve the quality of learning professionally in each.

Abstract

This research is qualitative, with the aim of being able to build a healthy young generation by looking at the word and science about healthy food. From the beginning of creation until now, God has created a variety of healthy foods for us to enjoy together. With the view of science, we can more easily judge what food is proper and nutritious for our bodies. God provided his people with nutritious food in the Old Testament from the beginning of creation until the flood. By following the views of science, we are also more convinced of which foods we should eat properly. With these foods, we can have a healthy and strong body. The Bible's opinion about healthy food also agrees with the scientific view about the foods that are good for our bodies. Our body is a holy temple of God. For that reason, it is important to protect our bodies from foods that damage them. To be able to get a healthy body, we must regulate eating patterns that are not excessive so that these foods can nourish our bodies and not damage them.

Abstract

This research purpose to determine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of using Bulletin Board Display media in thematic learning Theme 6 Sub-theme 1 Learning 1 for class III students at SDN 091349 Tigarunggu. This research is a type of R&D (Research and Development) research that uses the ADDIE model. This research consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were all 25 students of class III SDN 091349 Tigarunggu. Data collection techniques in this study are using interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The feasibility test was aimed at FIP ​​PGSD UNIMED expert lecturers, the practicality test was aimed at class III teachers at SDN 091349 Tigarunggu, and the effectiveness test was aimed at class III students at SDN 091349 Tigarunggu. The results of research and development of this media are: 1) Learning media Bulletin Board Display on Theme 6 Subtheme 1 Learning 1 is stated to be very valid with a score of 88% for material experts, 66% for media experts in stage I and 88% for material experts in stage II . 2) The teacher's assessment of class III SDN 091349 Tigarunggu was stated to be very practical with a score of 90%. 3) Student responses in carrying out the pre-test and post-test during field trials using Bulletin Board Display media were declared effective with an N-Gain Score of 1 percentage of 71%

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of flash card learning media in learning on theme 8 sub-theme 1 learning 3 in class IV SD Negeri 010100 Bangun Sari T.A 2022/2023. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using a 4-D model which consists of four stages, namely the defining, designing, developing, and disseminating stages. The subjects in this study were 12 class IV students at SD Negeri 010100 Bangun Sari. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, questionnaires, and pretest and posttest question sheets. The results of this study were (1) the flash card media validity test obtained a value of 87% with very valid criteria, and the material validity test obtained a value of 85% with very valid criteria, (2) the flash card practicality test obtained a value of 88% with the criteria very practical, (3) the effectiveness test of flash cards showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes before and after using the media in learning, and by calculating the effectiveness of the product, it obtained 83% with very effective criteria. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the development of flash card learning media using the Canva application on theme 8 sub-theme 1 learning 3 meets the criteria of very valid, very practical, and very effective.

Abstract

Active student learning in the learning process can stimulate and develop their talents, think critically and be able to solve problems in everyday life. The activeness of students affects their success in learning and their learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze student learning activeness with differentiated learning strategies in fourth grade students at SDN Plamongansari 02. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were class teachers and fourth grade students at SDN Plamongansari 02. The research data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research conducted, it was found that differentiated learning in the content of science lessons in class IV SDN Plamongansari 02 which was carried out could foster students' active learning towards science subject matter. The application of learning with a differentiated learning approach to the content of science lessons obtained good learning outcomes and positive responses from fourth grade students at SDN Plamongansari 02 even though there were obstacles that occurred in the learning faced by the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' conceptual understanding of inheritance by using worksheets. This type of research is descriptive. It was carried out in the second semester of Academic Year 2022/2023. The subjects were the students of Grade IX at SMPN 2 Selat in Academic Year 2022/2023. The research was conducted with five (5) learning stages they were Pre-LKS, LKS, Post-LKS, Discussion, and Post-Discussion. Research data were obtained by using tests given to students at the Pre-LKS, Post-LKS and Post-Discussion stages. The results of the study show the changes in students' understanding of concepts as follows: : (1) Indicator 1 explains the role of genetic material in determining traits, the average number of students who answered correctly was 46.38% at the pre-worksheet stage, 81.16% at the post-worksheet stage, increased to 82.61% in the post-discussion stage. (2) Indicator 2 determines the results of monohybrid crosses through diagrams according to the laws of inheritance, the average number of students answering correctly was 33.04% in the pre-worksheet stage, 37.39% in the post-worksheet stage, increasing to 60.00% in the post-worksheet stage discussion. (3) Indicator 3 makes a cross chart according to the data that has been presented, the average number of students who answered correctly was 45.65% in the pre-LKS stage, 56.52% in the post-LKS stage, increasing to 70.72% in the post-LKS stage discussion. The data of this study indicate that the use of media assisted worksheets can improve students' conceptual understanding of inheritance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop the abilities of high school students by using Website-based Indonesian language learning media with the ADDIE development model. The effective use of this learning media can increase active learning interactions. The purpose of this research is to increase student motivation in learning Indonesian. The results of this development research , it is recommended to be consistent and follow the instructions given. based on the results of the questionnaire trials distributed to students it reaches a rating of 4.6 with the "very decent" category.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: (1) to determine the process of developing E-Handout teaching materials for Indonesian subjects, (2) to determine the level of effectiveness of E-Handout teaching materials in the learning process, (3) to determine the validity and reliability of the effectiveness of E-Handout teaching materials Handout, (4) knowing the level of students' motivation in learning. This research is Development Research (R&D). After the teaching materials were prepared by the researcher, several steps were carried out, including: Testing the validity of the material, the validity of the language, and the validity of the design. Based on the research findings, product trials involving subject matter experts yielded an average score of 91% with Very Eligible criteria, while trials involving linguists produced an average score of 98.8% with Very Eligible criteria. Product trials involving design expert validators also resulted in an average score of 98.8% with Very Eligible criteria. Then the results of testing the effectiveness of the E-Handout teaching materials to students were 32 students with a percentage of 96.01% with the criteria, and based on the test results using the SPSS 17.0 For Windows application, all statement items are valid, which means r count > r-table with probability Bartlents test sig 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) and questionnaire reliability test on the effectiveness of E-Handout teaching materials with SPSS 17.0 For Windows in the Reliability Statistics column with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.763 (0.763> 0.6), thus it can be concluded that Material Development Teaching Indonesian E-Handout to Increase Student Learning Motivation in Schools is very practical and feasible to use.

Abstract

Although learning Indonesian is a required topic at school, many students despise the subject since the learning process is so tedious. A way to raising students' interest in learning about Indonesian language subjects is the availability of a learning model based on local wisdom. The feasibility test results for the research and development (R&D) development model obtained an 87% percentage and a 97% practicality test result, indicating that it was practicable to apply this learning model.

Abstract

Mudharabah is a profit sharing from the cooperation between two parties, the first party (shahibul maal) provides one hundred percent of the necessities, while the second party becomes the one who manage the necessities and share the profits in accordance with the mutual agreement agreement. In mudharabah contract, the financier or investor is not allowed to interfere in managing the business, when the mudharabah contract has been enforced. The research method used is descriptive research. Researchers conducted interviews with several street vendors to get information from sources directly. In addition, research evidence was carried out with documentation containing photos during observation and interview activities.
