Abstract

This study aims to describe the correlation between learning discipline, learning activities and student learning outcomes in thematic learning class V SD Negeri 29 Pontianak kota. The method used in this research is descriptive in the form of a correlation study. The population of this study were all fifth grade students at SD Negeri 29 Pontianak Kota, totaling 29 students. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling with a sample of 29 fifth grade students at SD Negeri 36 Pontianak Selatan. Data collection techniques use indirect communication to collect data on learning disciplines, learning activities and documentary study techniques for learning outcomes. The collection tool is a questionnaire. Data analysis technique uses Product moment. The correlation between learning discipline and learning outcomes is 0.440, between learning activities and learning outcomes is 1.405, and between learning disciplines and learning activities with learning outcomes is 1.406, in the high category. rtable of 0.367 with a significance level of 5%, then 1.406 <0.367. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because there is a correlation between learning discipline and learning activities with student learning outcomes in class V SD Negeri 29 Pontianak Kota

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of applying the problem-based learning model to improve problem-solving skills in social studies learning about problems that occur in the environment around fifth grade elementary school students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted at SDN Kampung Bulak 03, Pamulang District, South Tangerang City. The subjects in this study were all students of class V B at SDN Kampung Bulak 03 with a total of 27 students. With a total of 12 male students and 15 female students. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the problem-based learning model could improve problem-solving skills in social studies learning for fifth grade elementary school students. And the teacher succeeded in applying the problem-based learning model according to the syntax or learning steps. This can be seen from the enthusiasm and activeness of students in solving problems in learning activities.

Abstract

This research is intended as an effort to explain the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the theme of energy transformation in improving teacher teaching skills, student learning activities, and students' critical thinking skills. This research was carried out on grade IV students of SDN Sukamulya through the use of research subjects totaling 22 students, through two cycles. This study contains the independent variable, namely the Problem Based Learning model, then for the dependent variable, namely the ability to think critically. This research data was analyzed quantitatively, with data collection through test and non-test techniques through the use of measuring instruments in the form of criteria tables. The results of the research on teacher skills in cycle I got a score of 75 and cycle II with a score of 90. Results of research on student learning activities in cycle I got a score of 73 and cycle II with a score of 88. Meanwhile, the results of research on critical thinking skills in cycle I got an average classical 74 with less critical criteria and predicate need guidance and cycle II worth 87 with critical criteria and good predicate. In conclusion, The PBL learning model can be useful in improving students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a supplement to Ebook Teaching Materials Based on Local Wisdom in West Kalimantan with Character Values. This study uses research and development (R&D) methods with a mixed methods approach. While the model used is the Borg & Gall model with 7 steps that have been modified. Quantitative data was obtained from the results of product assessments by the validator and the results of filling out the practicality questionnaire by teachers and students. Qualitative data were obtained from suggestions and notes by validators, teachers and students. Research instruments in the form of interview guidelines and questionnaires. The level of product feasibility is based on the results of an assessment by the design, material and language expert validator. While the practicality level of the product is based on the results of the assessment by teachers and students. The results of validation by design experts with the criteria of "valid" which means that they have achieved the qualification of "proper" for use. The results of validation by material experts with the criteria of "very valid" which means that they have achieved the qualification of "very feasible" for use. The results of validation by linguists with the criteria of "very valid" which means that they have achieved the qualification of "very feasible" for use. The results of the feasibility and practicality of Ebook Teaching Materials Based on Local Wisdom in West Kalimantan on a small scale and large scale with very practical and very feasible criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the CTL (contextual teaching learning) learning model and inclined plane learning media on the physics learning outcomes of class X IPA students at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong. This type of quasi-experimental research, research design with the provision of pretest and posttest. The research population was 252 students while the research sample was 72 students. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument uses a test. Data analysis with the -T test using SPPS 24. 00 for windows. Data from hypothesis testing for the influence of the CTL (contextual teaching learning) learning model and inclined plane learning media with a sig = 0. 000 <0. 05 and a tcount of 53. 70 > ttable 1. 688. So that the conclusion drawn is that there is an influence of the CTL learning model (contextual teaching learning) and inclined plane learning media on the physics learning outcomes of class X IPA students at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of independent factors (employee behavior and work environment) on the dependent factor (employee efficiency) both separately and together, with employee commitment acting as the mediating factor. The participants for this study were chosen through a saturated sampling method, including the entire population, and consisted of seventy educators. The theoretical framework for this research was evaluated using path analysis methods, considering the previously conducted correlation and regression analyses. The findings of this study indicate that employee conduct has an influence on employee loyalty, workplace atmosphere has an influence on employee loyalty, employee conduct and workplace atmosphere collectively impact employee loyalty, employee conduct has an influence on employee productivity, workplace atmosphere has an influence on employee productivity, employee loyalty has an influence on employee productivity, employee conduct, workplace atmosphere, and employee loyalty collectively influence employee productivity, employee conduct affects employee productivity through employee loyalty, and workplace atmosphere affects employee productivity through employee loyalty.

Abstract

Every parent enjoys seeing their child's ideal development on the physical and psychological levels. The truth is that certain kids, including those with autism spectrum disorder, sometimes known as autism, are born with physical or mental disabilities. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effects that the Parent Training Program has on the psychosocial development of autistic adolescents and how those effects are perceived. This study was carried out in one of schools in Indonesia. With the goal of determining the impact of the Parent Training Program on the psychosocial development of students with autism spectrum disorder, this study employs a descriptive qualitative research method using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Based on the research findings and the technical triangulation findings, it is clear that the Parent Training Program has an effect on the psychosocial development of students with autism. Parents who have participated in the Parent Training Program and put it into practice in their parenting can support their children's developmental stages effectively, allowing children to experience development in psychosocial aspects.

Abstract

Our human life in this world ends in death. The mystery of this death becomes a scary thing. However, for those who believe in God in Christ, death is the path to complete salvation. Sin causes humans to experience death. However, through Jesus Christ, God saved mankind from the destruction of death. It does not mean that humans will not die, but after going through death, God provides complete salvation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the problem-based learning model on the creative thinking ability of students in understanding mathematics learning grade V SDN 33 Palembang. The research method used is quantitative type of experiment with the form of true experimental design and posttest only control design. The population in this study amounted to 112 students consisting of class V A which amounted to 29 students as an experimental class, V B which amounted to 28 students as a control class, V C which amounted to 27 students, and V D which amounted to 28 students. The sample in this study used a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques use t tests (independent sample t test). From the results of research data processing with the help of the SPSS application, a value of tcount = 5.112 and a value of ttable = 1.673 with α = 0.05 and df = 55, then 5.112 ≥ 1.673 thus tcount ≥ ttable. In accordance with the prerequisites of the hypothesis test, the H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. This shows that there is an influence of the problem-based learning model on the creative thinking ability of students in understanding grade V mathematics learning at SDN 33 Palembang.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between giving rewards on student learning outcomes in Civics subjects at SDN TalangLeban. This type of research is quantitative research with correlation using techniques sampling total to get class III, totaling 15 students as the research sample. This data collection technique uses questionnaires and tests. The results showed a significant value between the questionnaires reward and test about learning outcomes with the results of the correlation test rxy= 0.876 > 0.5140, the coefficient of determination is 75%, meaning that the donation reward on learning outcomes has a "strong" effect while 25% by other factors and the t-test obtained is 6.272 means Ha accepted and H0 rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a gift reward that provides a significant relationship to the learning outcomes of Civics at SDN Talang Leban.
