Abstract

Kiyai has a significant influence among the people despite aligning a dual role as a caretaker of boarding schools as well as a politician. This article examines K.H. Maimun Zubair, the caretaker of the Al Anwar Sarang islamic boarding school and also the Chairman of the Sharia Assembly of the United Development Party (PPP). Holds the highest authority and full authority in determining the direction of party policy as a moral guardian and able to minimize the dynamics of PPP conflicts. Mbah Moen's presence in the PPP still exerts influence in political contestation in 2019. This is evidenced by the PPP's ability to pass political turbulence and be able to pass the 2019 elections by passing the parliamentary threshold. With charisma that is still maintained and the firmness of kiyai in holding the teachings of Al-ghazali, namely religious and state affairs, they must be placed in their respective positions, with good and balanced cooperation, so as to minimize conflicts in political parties. Abstract

Phubbing is one of the negative impacts of technological advances in the digital era. Phubbing tends to occur in a generation that is close to technology, which is Generation Z. The phenomenon of phubbing makes someone comfortable playing a smartphone, causing them to postpone their tasks and responsibilities. The behaviour of delaying work is also called procrastination. This research is important to study because phubbing and academic procrastination have many negative impacts on Generation Z who live side by side with technology. This study used a quantitative method involving 394 Generation Z college students with an age range 18-23 years in Jabodetabek. Online data collection with Google Form was used in this study. The measuring instrument to measure phubbing is Generic Scale of Phubbing (GSP). Meanwhile, the measurement tool used to measure academic procrastination is Academic Procrastination Scale (APS). The results of this study using a simple linear regression show that phubbing contributed 30.5% to academic procrastination in Generation Z college students.

Abstract

The implementation of learning in schools still pays little attention to the potential skills of students. This can be seen from the low quality or quality of students, especially in determining images in rhymes. This study aims to determine the effect of discovery learning on the ability to determine images in rhymes by class XI students of SMK YPK Medan in the 2014-2015 academic year. The research data was taken from a portion of the population, totaling 160 people and a sample of 65 people, 35 people for the experimental class and 30 people for the control class, the sampling method. The method used in this research is experimental, the method of taking samples is carried out in two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class, the experimental class uses the discovery learning model and the control class uses conventional learning models. The results of this study determine that the images in rhymes using the discovery learning model are in the very good category.

Abstract

The development of teaching modules aims to provide teaching tools that can guide teachers in carrying out effective and efficient learning. with good teaching modules when the application process is in accordance with the discussion of the slogan indicators so that they are able to deliver students to the expected knowledge. This article presents an analysis of the module content reviewed from praxeological theory. Based on the analysis required several techniques that are not conveyed so that students' knowledge is limited. In the discussion, an alternative design has been given to the material for adding and subtracting integer operations in relation to everyday life based on the Didactical Situation Theory.

Abstract

Several factors can influence the realization of quality human resources, namely by paying attention to welfare, communication and work facilities. One of the facilities in Agency X to improve employee welfare is by providing Employee Care Center (ECC) services. The purpose of the establishment of the Employee Care Center (ECC) is to improve the psychological well-being, performance and productivity of employees and to maintain a balance between personal and work life. Some of the services available at the Employee Care Center (ECC) include counseling, psychological education, psychological assistance, advisory teams on matters of marriage and divorce and special treatment. To provide counseling services, there are three channels that can be carried out by employees, namely self-referral by coming directly to the Employee Care Center (ECC) room, self-referral through e-counseling, and referrals to superiors or work units. The results of implementing the Employee Care Center (ECC) program service guidance book are to be used in the Employee Care Center (ECC) socialization activities at the head office and all representative offices of Agency X in order to introduce the Employee Care Center (ECC) service to all bureaus and work units in in Agency X, and it is also hoped that with this guidance book, employees at Agency X can use the Employee Care Center (ECC) service to assist in resolving problems that occur and can improve welfare and productivity at work.

Abstract

Cases that have been rife some time ago in Islamic boarding schools regarding sexual violence have become an introspection on Islamic educational institutions, that what is in Islamic boarding schools is not to be taken granted (not a guarantee) as if everything in Islamic boarding schools is fine. There are things that need to be examined and corrected if they are true. The purpose of this research is to analyze sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools. This research approach is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The results of this study can be concluded that there are several factors that cause sexual violence both internally and externally. There is also an impact experienced by students, one of which is the psychological impact. There are preventive efforts towards sex education in order to prevent cases of sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools, both the efforts made by the pesantren and the government. The existence of cases of sexual violence in the pesantren environment will tarnish the good name of the pesantren, however, it is not the pesantren that are at fault but only certain elements who have tarnished the good name of the pesantren. Because in any institution no one wants to create criminal acts such as sexual violence.

Abstract

The integrated IPS equation with basic IPS is one of the differences in subjects at school. Several schools make social studies subjects to increase understanding of the social environment, nature and circumstances surrounding the climate. There is a difference in teaching in the integrated IPS family with basic IPS from the learning methods and achievement of the subjects taught by teachers in different schools. There are some students who cannot understand social studies learning at the junior high school level. The purpose of this study is to provide social studies teaching equations in an effective and efficient way with the hope that students are able to take part in classical learning in social science classes with high cognitive aspects. The research methodology uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Case study research design on 2 class VII students as the main informants and 1 social studies teacher class VII as a supporter. The results of the study describe that increasing students' understanding of climate conditions in Indonesia by introducing online maps and globes or Google maps provides the latest and easiest way to understand lessons in the social field broadly. There is no limitation of students in studying social sciences. Freedom in understanding the type of social science learning is the key to the success of innovative methods to achieve student indicators in classroom learning.

Abstract

This official school was first established with the FTA 170 Project agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on December 19, 1979. In an effort to meet the qualification needs in the field of river and lake transportation traffic, the River and Lake Transportation Training Center was formed (BPL LLASD) based on MENPAN Decree No. 537/5/MENPAN/10/87 dated October 5, 1987 and MENHUB Decree No. 231/HK.602/Phb-87 dated October 21, 1987 which only held short courses for students. In 1990, he received the Diploma III program in River, Lake, and Ferry Transport Traffic (LLASDP). Education and training as well as counseling are held through various training and counseling programs according to needs so that the programs implemented can run efficiently, optimally and effectively. One thing that is very important to realize the development of human resources is through the maximum participation of educational institutions, especially in the field of transportation. With the determination of the organizational structure, of course, we refer to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards. The progress of Polytechnics has increased from year to year so that we have recruited cadets from one study program to 3 study programs, namely the D-III MTPD Study Program, the D-III Ship Engineering Study Program and the D-III Nautical Study Program. From the results of this increase, there is still a lack of infrastructure in the placement of cadets, especially in terms of class facilities with an imbalance between students and cadet facilities.

Abstract

The business plan wantto introduce people to the culinary word with a variety of traditional and modern foods and beverages packed with quality flavors that can be accepted by all walks of life at affordable prices. In running this business using several analyzes includings PEST analysis, %F analysis, Value Chain analysis, 3C analysis, SWOT analysis, and 4P analysis. This analysis is an important aspect in building a business. Break Event point in the Cokorasa Bakery business to get big profit with a large amount of capital. Cokorasa Bakery is located in Tarakan and has a strategic location because Tarakan is a student city in North Kalimantan and business opportunities can be more advanced with lifestyle changes that are increasingly developing in increasingly modern times, and this business plan can open job opportunities for the community and can be a tourist attraction creative economy. As a tool for promoting this business by using social media and colaboration between government and educational institutions as well as SMEs to introduce various kinds of culinary products.

Abstract

This research is an analysis of the form and description of the meaning of the song Uli by Bram Tobing. This study used qualitative research methods. The development of popular music in Indonesia is due to the influence of technology and rapidly growing electronics. It is easy and cheap to produce music and record music using the audio Midi (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) application, the many digital music platforms and social media networks to publish musical works, have made popular regional music very developed at this time. Bram Tobing is one of the musicians who carry out the process of creating, recording and publishing independently (Indie) without involving sponsorship or collaboration from any music label. Uli's song is one of the songs that was created, recorded using an application, Midi audio, and published through digital platforms and social networking media. The result in analyzing Uli's song using Prier's theory is a 3-part song form consisting of A (a and a'), B (b and b') and C (c and z). Then there are intros, verses I and II, transitions, choruses, interludes and song repetitions. In describing meaning, the writer uses theory using Ferdinand De Saussure's theory. The meaning contained in the song Uli is about the first sight of a man who falls in love with a woman and has the desire to build a relationship together, both in joy and sorrow.
