Abstract

Penelitian ini mengulas pemikiran KH. Ahmad Dahlan, seorang ulama terkenal dalam khasanah pendidikan Islam, terutama dalam merumuskan adab dan tugas-tugas guru yang menjadi pedoman bagi para pendidik. Kode etik guru menurut KH. Ahmad Dahlan menjadi fokus utama dalam pendidikan di Indonesia, diatur oleh Kode Etik Guru Indonesia (KEGI). Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pemikiran KH Ahmad Dahlan tentang guru dan relevansinya dengan Kode Etik Guru di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pandangan KH. Ahmad Dahlan tentang guru serta hubungannya dengan Kode Etik Guru di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dengan fokus studi tokoh. Teknik penulisan yang diterapkan adalah analisis inti, di mana data dari pemikiran para tokoh pendidikan, termasuk KH. Ahmad Dahlan, dipilah, dideskripsikan, dibahas, dan dikritik. Data kemudian dianalisis untuk mendapatkan informasi yang konkret, sebagai langkah menuju kesimpulan terhadap rumusan masalah. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa etika guru dalam pendidikan Islam menurut KH. Ahmad Dahlan adalah menjadikan profesi sebagai pengabdian kepada Allah SWT dan negara, dengan sikap ikhlas berbagi ilmu tanpa mengharapkan imbalan. Guru juga diharapkan memiliki sifat terbuka dan demokratis. Kode etik guru yang dikemukakan oleh KH. Ahmad Dahlan memiliki relevansi yang kuat dengan konsepsi dan cita-cita pendidikan nasional saat ini, serta sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada, seperti PP. No. 74 tentang Guru, Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen, dan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Dalam konteks pembelajaran, pengajaran yang disampaikan oleh KH. Ahmad Dahlan sesuai dengan definisi pembelajaran dalam peraturan pendidikan nasional saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of Madrasah Principal in building a religious culture MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin . This research uses descriptive qualitative research. data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects used in the study were the Head of Madrasah, teachers and students. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of the Madrasah Principal used in building a religious culture in MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin is to apply the 5S (culture of smile. greeting, greeting, politeness and courtesy), conducting morning apples by reading and memorizing Tahfidz Al-Qur'an, before starting learning to get used to reading prayers before learning, performing dhuha and dhuhur prayers together, reading and memorizing yasin and infaq every Friday with the aim of instilling the values contained in the Al-Qur'an to students in implementing a religious culture,

Abstract

Angklung music education material has a variety of types that are adapted to the level of education and availability of angklung musical instruments. This research is about angklung music education material which is applied in non-formal learning and formal learning at elementary, middle school, high school and college levels. The aim of the research is to describe the educational material for the art of angklung music. The method used is the method in this article using library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. The results of the research show that educational materials have different terms but have the same meaning, such as the terms teaching materials, learning materials, teaching materials and learning materials. The angklung music education material that is applied has benefits in students' musical intelligence, numeracy, love of local culture, and angklung playing skills.

Abstract

Various problems in the educational process of elementary school students create significant challenges for teachers who are responsible for their learning. Intensive efforts are required as there are many factors involved. The solutions implemented by the teacher during learning are very important. Researchers used a library research approach by investigating a number of national journal sources and articles relevant to the research topic. The analysis shows that educational problems in elementary schools are influenced by internal factors of students and external factors from the environment. To overcome the learning challenges of children at primary school age, basic learning design is needed that involves appropriate methods, models and media so that learning objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

In the first trimester of pregnancy, expectant mothers may experience nausea and vomiting, known as emesis gravidarum. Nausea and vomiting occur in 60% to 80% of primigravida mothers and 40% to 60% of multigravida mothers. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy on the intensity of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Work Area. The study design was a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consisted of all pregnant women experiencing nausea and vomiting in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Work Area from June to December 2022, totaling 76 people. The sample for this study consisted of 15 individuals, selected through random sampling. The research instrument used the PUQE Score to assess the intensity of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. The results showed that lavender aromatherapy had an effect on the intensity of nausea and vomiting in first-trimester pregnant women in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Work Area, with a P-value of 0.000 (P-value < 0.005). It is hoped that first-trimester pregnant women experiencing nausea and vomiting can implement lavender aromatherapy as an effort to reduce these symptoms.

Abstract

Currently in Indonesia, there are numerous tahfizh institutions that cater to individuals seeking to commit the Quran to memory. Muslims are obligated to memorize the Quran. Memorization, as defined in the Indonesian dictionary, originates from the root term "hafal," denoting the act of internalizing material and being capable of reciting it without reliance on external sources such as books or notes. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of student activities on Quran memorization capacity, specifically at the Tsanawiyah Madrasah of Darul Kutub El-Gontori Islamic Boarding School in Pagar Alam City, and to identify the extent of this influence. This study employs a quantitative approach and utilizes purposive sampling. Common data collection methods encompass observation, interviews, documentation, and surveys. The findings indicate that student activities have a favorable and significant impact on the ability to memorize the Quran, as evidenced by the hypothesis test results with a significant value of 0.001 (<0.05). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination test reveals that student activities account for 37.7% of the impact on the ability to memorize the Quran at the Tsanawiyah Madrasah of Darul Kutub El-Gontori Islamic Boarding School in Pagar Alam, with the remaining influence attributed to other factors.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of student ethics on learning outcomes at SD Negeri 30 Pagar Alam using a quantitative survey methodology. Quantitative research involves larger samples and a systematic approach throughout. Data was collected from 222 students, with a sample size of 22, using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression hypothesis testing, and questionnaire score examination. The findings show a significant relationship between student ethics and learning outcomes, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.494 and a significance level of 0.019 below 0.05, indicating a strong correlation. The reliability test for variable X yielded 0.6200. The t-test result (2.543) exceeded the t-table value (2.086), demonstrating a significant impact of student ethics on learning outcomes, thus rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho) and accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Factors influencing student ethics include individual characteristics, personal interests, concentration in studying, and the peer environment.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the concept of second language acquisition theory according to Krashen and provide information about criticisms of Krashen's theory of second language acquisition. This research method employs a qualitative approach to delve into the concept of second language acquisition theory according to Krashen and criticisms thereof. The subjects of the study include literature sources encompassing theories of second language acquisition, works by Krashen, critical research on his theories, as well as insights from experts and practitioners. Data collection techniques involve literature analysis and expert interviews. Data will be thematically analyzed, involving steps such as identifying key concepts, reviewing criticisms, identifying components, analyzing main hypotheses, and searching for patterns in the data. The goal is to provide an in-depth understanding of Krashen's theory and its implications in second language education. The research findings indicate that Krashen's Theory of Second Language Acquisition consists of five main components that form five primary hypotheses. Firstly, the Acquisition-Learning hypothesis distinguishes between the acquisition and learning systems in understanding language acquisition. Secondly, the Natural Order hypothesis states that children acquire grammar structures in a natural order. Thirdly, the Monitor hypothesis explains the relationship between acquisition and learning and their influence on each other. Fourthly, the Input hypothesis emphasizes the importance of comprehensible input for language acquisition. Lastly, the Affective Filter hypothesis highlights the role of attitude towards language speakers in the second language acquisition process. However, there are several criticisms of these hypotheses. Firstly, the Acquisition-Learning hypothesis is questioned for its lack of evidence-based support. Secondly, the Natural Order hypothesis is criticized for neglecting the significant influence of the first language on second language acquisition. Thirdly, criticisms of the Monitor hypothesis include the impossibility of proving the role of the learning system as a monitor. Fourthly, the Input hypothesis faces criticism due to the lack of a clear definition of comprehensible input. Lastly, the Affective Filter hypothesis fails to address questions about the role of affect in individual variations in second language acquisition.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop media in the form of modules with a group guidance approach to role playing techniques to increase the self-awareness of class XI students at SMAN 1 Kramatwatu. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses a Likert scale. The results of the feasibility test obtained an overall result of 90% with a very feasible category with the provisions of the material and media feasibility test obtaining a result of 86%, the language feasibility test of 94% and the practitioner feasibility test of 93% and to strengthen the effectiveness of the services provided the N-Gain percent result was 57.61%, namely quite effective with a score of 0.57 in the medium category. From the results of this management, the module was declared suitable for use by guidance and counseling teachers in providing understanding to students regarding self-awareness.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum, launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2022, brings a new paradigm to Indonesian education. Its implementation in Elementary Schools (SD) is focused on developing character, literacy, skills, technology, and strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile. This article examines the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Elementary Schools, discussing Learning Achievements, Learning Objectives, Flow of Learning Objectives, Teaching Modules, the Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles, supporting and inhibiting factors, policies and strategies for implementing the independent curriculum. This article aims to describe the implementation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools. This research is library research and is included in the descriptive qualitative research approach
