Abstract

Konflik antar umat beragama pada dasarnya bukan lagi hal yang baru. Tindakan diskriminasi terhadap kaum minoritas juga merupakan alasan mengapa konflik antar umat beragama itu terjadi. Untuk mencegah terjadinya maka dibuatlah moderasi antar umat beragama. Tujuan adanya moderasi beragama ini ialah untuk membuat setiap umat beragama dapat saling menghargai antar umat beragama dengan cara hidup bertoleransi. Akan tetapi dalam kehidupan moderasi beragama tidak bisa terlepas dari yang namanya masalah. Salah satunya ialah masalah hoax. hoax merupakan berita palsu yang gampang sekali beredar dimedia sosial dan membawa dampak yang buruk terutama bagi kehidupan beragama, karena dapat mengakibatkan konflik dalam beragama. Untuk mengatasi hal ini pendidikan agama Kristen mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan bersama ditengah – tengah perbedaan dengan menekankan pada kehidupan kasih, dengan cara mengasihi sesama sebagai bentuk dari moderasi beragama. Selain tujuan pendidikan agama Kristen juga membantu agar manusia dapat bijak dalam menggunakan IPTEK, dan dapat menganalisis informasi – informasi dengan benar serta dapat menyampaikan informasi yang sudah terbukti keabsahannya. Dengan demikian, hoax dapat dihindari dan kehidupan umat beragama dapat rukun.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the school environment, factors that are inhibiting and supporting the formation of discipline and responsibility character of MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin students. This research uses a qualitative description method and is carried out at MTS Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin. Data collection is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the role of the physical environment of MTS Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin is able to make students disciplined and more responsible because of the availability of facilities and student books. However, the availability of these student books cannot necessarily make students disciplined because they still need guidance. Meanwhile, the social environment is still not supportive for the formation of disciplined character. In contrast to the character of responsibility, the school social environment supports the formation of students' character of responsibility by guiding them to complete the tasks given by the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the mix marketing strategy in increasing students' interest in entering MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. This study uses a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. The subjects of this research are teachers and students. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin has successfully implemented a marketing mix strategy as an effort to recruit students to enter MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. The increase in the number of students is sufficientsignifikan every year by implementing a marketing mix (7P) strategy consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people (HR), physical evidence, and process. The products offered are in accordance with the needs of the community with free education fees. The strategic location is on the Sarangan highway, close to several government agencies. Promotion is carried out in the form of advertising (social media and print media), public relations, word of mouth and direct marketing. The human resources owned are quite qualified and continue to develop by participating in trainings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work-life balance on the performance of lecturers and teaching staff, as regulated by academic supervision. Using an associative approach, the research sampled one hundred lecturers and utilized questionnaires and observations as research instruments. The findings reveal that academic supervision does not moderate the effect of transformational leadership on performance. However, it can moderate the effect of organizational culture on performance, while it does not moderate the effect of work-life balance on performance. This indicates that academic supervision does not entirely attenuate the impacts of transformational leadership, work-life balance, and organizational culture on the performance of lecturers at various tertiary institutions within LLDIKTI III. The implications of these findings are significant for the management and administration of tertiary institutions. Institutions should recognize that while academic supervision is a valuable tool for enhancing performance, its effectiveness is contingent upon the broader organizational context. Tailoring academic supervision practices to align with the specific cultural dynamics of the institution can maximize its positive impact on performance. Moreover, ensuring that lecturers maintain a healthy work-life balance is crucial for sustaining high performance, independent of supervisory practices.

Abstract

This article discusses the perceptions of Generation Z regarding the role of legal education in shaping anti-corruption awareness. Generation Z, comprised of individuals born between the mid-1990s and early 2010s, is an integral part of a developing society. The role of legal education in shaping anti-corruption awareness becomes increasingly crucial in the context of a constantly changing and interconnected global environment through technology. The article analyzes Generation Z's perceptions of legal education and how legal education can be utilized as a tool to build anti-corruption awareness among them. Through literature review and interviews with various members of Generation Z, the article explores efforts that can be undertaken by educational institutions, governments, and society to enhance the effectiveness of legal education in combating corruption. The findings of this article provide valuable insights into how legal education can be optimally utilized to create a generation more conscious of the importance of integrity and honesty in social and governmental structures.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out how Lazarus and Folkman's theory is applied to stress management in special schools in guiding children with special needs at SLB Purba Adhi Sita Purbalingga. Another focus is to find out how the mindfulness program popularized by Kabat-Zinn can be developed to help students deal with stress related to their special needs and the third is, How self-efficiency theory can be used to increase children's self-confidence. with special needs at SLB Purba Adhi Suta Purbalingga about their ability to deal with stressful situations, as well as how increasing self-efficacy can help them become more confident and more effective in dealing with stress related to their special needs. By implementing appropriate coping strategies in accordance with Lazarus and Folkman's theory, teachers can guide students in achieving learning goals effectively and efficiently. In this research, the interview method is the right step to obtain answers regarding the research focus. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The appropriate data collection method is interviews that will be conducted with the principal, head of student affairs, guidance and counseling teachers, subject teachers and homeroom teachers who have more meeting time with students at SLB Purba Adhi Sita Purbalingga. The three theories above can also be applied to public school management, if obstacles are found in the learning process. The results of this research will certainly add general insight to all educational institutions in Indonesia, both SLB Purba Adhi Sita Purbalingga and state schools.

Abstract

Para orang tua dan guru menghadapi tantangan besar dalam membangun budaya literasi membaca di kalangan siswa. Membaca buku sangat penting, namun minat membaca yang rendah pada siswa dapat berdampak negatif pada hasil belajar mereka. Oleh karena itu, kerjasama antara orang tua dan guru sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan minat membaca siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kolaborasi antara orang tua dan guru dalam mengembangkan literasi membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dari berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat membaca yang rendah disebabkan oleh pengaruh gadget dan kurangnya bimbingan dari orang tua. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh orang tua dan guru untuk meningkatkan minat membaca siswa meliputi program majalah dinding, memberikan motivasi tentang pentingnya membaca, bimbingan dari orang tua, menghadirkan buku di perpustakaan, dan membuat pohon literasi di sekolah.

Abstract

Social media has become an important means for people to express their opinions and criticisms on various issues, including issues related to local government policies. Criticism towards local governments triggers various interpretations in society. Academics in the field of linguistics should respond to such issues by conducting research, one of which is discourse analysis from the perspective of Systemic Functional Linguistics. The purpose of this research is to reveal how speakers express their attitudes, judgments, and emotions through the language they use to convey criticism towards local government policies. This research employs a qualitative design. The data source is derived from the social media platform, TikTok in the form of videos criticizing local government policies. The result of this research indicate that the aspect of judgment dominates in the transcripts of videos criticizing local government policies followed by appreciation in second place and affect in third place. The most frequently used judgment is personal – negative – criticizing – direct. This aligns with the main objective of the videos criticizing local government policies used as data in this research, which is to criticize or evaluate. After judgment, negative appreciation is the second most prevalent. Lastly, negative affect – direct is the least frequently found in the research data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi keterlibatan siswa terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, pengalaman belajar, dan keterampilan akademik siswa SMK Jurusan Teknik Komputer Jaringan. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang berusia 14-17 tahun (10 laki-laki, dan 25 perempuan). Penelitian ini mengkaji empat variabel yaitu keterlibatan sebagai independen, sedangkan dependennya adalah efektivitas pembelajaran, pengalaman belajar, dan keterampilan akademik. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Scructural Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan siswa memiliki koefisien jalur yang kuat dengan efektivitas pembelajaran (0.875), pengalaman belajar (0.864), dan keterampilan akademik (0.768). Validitas dan reabilitas model penelitian ini terbukti baik dengan nilai outer loading setiap item di atas 0.70 dan nilai AVE (Average Variance Extranced) di atas 0.60. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa Kahoot! efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pendidik untuk memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Final-year students often feel anxious about career prospects, indecision, being stuck in difficult situations, and uncertainty about the next steps after graduation, which negatively impacts their emotional state. This phenomenon is known as quarter-life crisis. The aim of this study is to determine the role of emotional intelligence (X) on the quarter life crisis (Y). This research uses a correlational quantitative method with a sample of 63 students aged between 20-25 years. Data collection was conducted using instruments in the form of a Likert scale for the quarter-life crisis and emotional intelligence scales. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using Pearson’s product-moment correlation with the assistance of SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The correlation test results showed a value of -0.500 wich is significant. This value indicates a negative correlation between emotional intelligence and the quarter-life crisis, meaning that individuals with high emotional intelligence tend to experience lower quarter life crises. Conversely, individuals with low emotional intelligence tend to experience a higher quarter-life crisis.
