Abstract

The policy on developing the mu'adalah pesantren curriculum as outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia number 31 of 2020 emphasizes the importance of being tailored to the characteristics of each pesantren. Management, which consists of planning, implementation, and evaluation, is a crucial aspect of this process. This has a significant impact on the students. The management of the mu'adalah pesantren curriculum development at Trubus Iman Islamic Boarding School focuses on planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Planning of the Mu'adalah Pesantren Curriculum Development refers to the vision and mission of Trubus Iman Islamic Boarding School by enriching the curriculum content that integrates knowledge, faith, and practice. There is a close integration between religious and general knowledge in the curriculum, which is designed in the context of intra-curricular, extra-curricular, and co-curricular activities. The Implementation of the Mu'adalah Pesantren Curriculum Development begins with a curriculum orientation stage for the subject teachers. The mu'adalah curriculum program is developed by adopting learning processes inside and outside the classroom, reflecting the characteristics of Trubus Iman's integrative, comprehensive, and independent education system. The Evaluation of Curriculum Development involves supervision activities that include guidance, monitoring, and controlling the implementation of the curriculum.

Abstract

Teknologi digunakan sebagai salah satu inovasi media pembelajaran (alat peraga) dalam bidang Pendidikan. Website Genially adalah salah satu yang dapat kita gunakan dalam hal media berbasis teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis game dengan berbantuan Genially terhadap peningkatan sikap nasionalisme di era global pada generasi digital native. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian kuasi eksperimen Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media pembelajaran game dengan berbantuan Genially memiliki korelasi sebesar 0.845 terhadap sikap nasionalisme dengan perolehan nilai tes awal (pretest) sikap nasionalisme di era global peserta didik di kelas eksperimen berada di kriteria sangat rendah yaitu 39.30, setelah adanya perlakuan (treatment) meningkat pada hasil tes akhir (posttest) dengan kriteria sangat tinggi yaitu 78.93. Hasil perolehan nilai tes pada pengukuran awal (pretest) sikap nasionalisme di era global peserta didik di kelas kontrol berada di kriteria sangat rendah yaitu 43.74, setelah adanya perlakuan (treatment) meningkat pada hasil tes akhir (posttest) hanya saja tidak signifikan dan berada pada kriteria sedang yaitu 54.32. Hal ini deperkuat dengan salah satu teori yaitu Reinforcement theory, yang menyatakan bahwa perilaku sosial didorong oleh peristiwa eksternal dan bukan aspek internal. Proposisi sentral dari teori ini adalah bahwa individu cenderung menunjukkan perilaku tertentu ketika diikuti oleh peristiwa yang menyenangkan, atau menghilang ketika diikuti oleh peristiwa yang tidak menyenangkan. Game memberikan kepuasan dan kesenangan tersendiri, ini dibuktikan dengan respon peserta didik yang sebagian besar 63,6% sangat setuju bahwa media game dapat meningkatkan sikap nasionalisme di era global.

Abstract

One of the objectives of vocational school education is to produce graduates who have adequate competence as indicated by the achievement of good learning achievement indicators. To get good learning achievement is influenced by many factors, including students' creative thinking ability and achievement motivation. From the results of this study using multiple regression analysis, it was found that the regression equation was Y = 6.929 + 0.053 X1 + 0.110 X2. Creative thinking ability and achievement motivation have a positive relationship with student learning outcomes. In other words, to improve student learning outcomes, students must have high creative thinking skills and high achievement motivation as well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi hasil observasi peneliti di Kabupaten Nganjuk, Dari hasil observasi tersebut diketahui bahwa pada pelajaran IPA khususnya materi Sistem Pencernaan pada Manusia, ditemukan permasalahan dari hasil belajar peserta didik. Masih banyak peserta didik yang nilainya di bawah KKM yakni 55%. Diketahui guru hanya menyampaikan materi dengan metode ceramah dan menggunakan buku cetak LKS sehingga peserta didik kurang minat, kurang tertarik, mudah bosan dan tidak fokus belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Researcd and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang mencakup dari tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Penelitian ini menggunakan uji kevalidan berupa validasi ahli materi dan ahli media. Uji kepraktisan menggunakan angket respon guru dan siswa. Uji keefektifan menggunakan 2 test pre test dan post test pada uji luas dan terbatas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Media pembelajaran vidio animasi SISPENPAM mendapatkan rata -rata 89,8% dan dapat dikatakan dalam kategori sangat valid. (2) Media pembelajaran vidio animasi SISPENPAM, respon guru mendapatkan presentase skor 94% sedangkan respon siswa mendapatkan presentase skor 97% yang artinya dapat diktakan sangat praktis. (3) Media pembelajaran vidio animasi SISPENPAM dinyatakan sangat efektif karena pada uji terbatas nilai pre test mendapatkan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 33% dan post test 83,3% sedangkan uji luas pre test mendapatkan kentutasan klasikal 20% dan post test 90%.

Abstract

In the first trimester of pregnancy, expectant mothers may experience nausea and vomiting, known as emesis gravidarum. Nausea and vomiting occur in 60% to 80% of primigravida mothers and 40% to 60% of multigravida mothers. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy on the intensity of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Work Area. The study design was a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consisted of all pregnant women experiencing nausea and vomiting in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Work Area from June to December 2022, totaling 76 people. The sample for this study consisted of 15 individuals, selected through random sampling. The research instrument used the PUQE Score to assess the intensity of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. The results showed that lavender aromatherapy had an effect on the intensity of nausea and vomiting in first-trimester pregnant women in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Work Area, with a P-value of 0.000 (P-value < 0.005). It is hoped that first-trimester pregnant women experiencing nausea and vomiting can implement lavender aromatherapy as an effort to reduce these symptoms.

Abstract

Carrying out multiple roles for some working women is a tough, tiring and challenging role. On the one hand, as a mother you are required to be able to complete household tasks satisfactorily for yourself and your family. On the other hand, as an employee a mother is also required to be engaged in her work to show maximum performance. One of the factors that contributes to work engagement in women who play multiple roles is social support. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of social support on work engagement of working women who play multiple roles. This research method is a quantitative-causality type with a purposive sampling technique, involving 201 working and married mothers in Indonesia. The social support measuring tool refers to the theory of Sarafino & Smith (2011) with 35 valid items and reliability (α) = 0.915. The work engagement scale uses the Utrecht Employee Engagement Scale (UWES) from Schaufeli and Bakker (UWES) which was adapted from Titien (2016) with 28 valid items and reliability (α) = 0.922. The results of this research show that there is an influence of social support on work engagement in working women who play dual roles with a significant (p) value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), with a simple linear regression equation Y = 0.372 + 0.062. Social support give a quite large contribution of 54.4% to work engagement.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to identify the types and forms of illocutionary speech acts present in the interactions between sellers and buyers at Cipaku Batik House. The data employed in this study are conversations between sellers and buyers. The primary data source is comprised of 15 data sets. The qualitative descriptive method is employed in this research. The results indicate that there are five types of illocutionary speech acts in the interaction between sellers and buyers at Cipaku Batik House, as proposed by Searle. These are assertive, commissive, directive, expressive, and declarative. The stage with the highest frequency of occurrence is assertive, with 49.62% of the total occurrences (262). Directive speech follows with 19.88% (105). The data indicates that the frequency of occurrence of expressive speech is 123 times, representing 23.29% of the total. In contrast, commissive speech is present on five occasions, representing 0.95% of the total, while declarative speech is present on 33 occasions, representing 6.25% of the total. The sentence forms of illocutionary speech acts obtained in this conversation are declarative, imperative, and interrogative. The research focuses on the identification of the types and forms of illocutionary speech acts present in the interaction between sellers and buyers at Cipaku Batik House. Abstract

This research discusses the emotional intelligence of Class VIII Students at Pontianak State Middle School. The problem in this research is which aspect of emotional intelligence is most dominant in students, what factors influence students, and what are the negative impacts of low emotional intelligence. The aim of this research is to describe and describe the characteristics of emotional intelligence of students at school, to find out aspects of emotional intelligence in students, to find out the factors that influence students, and to find out the negative impact of low emotional intelligence in students. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, while the type of research is a survey. The sample in this study amounted to 64 students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The technique used in this research is indirect communication technique, while the data collection tool uses a questionnaire.The results of this research show that the Emotional Intelligence of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak is in the Fairly Good category with a percentage of 75%. Knowing yourself is in the Fairly Good category with a percentage of 66%. Managing emotions is in the Fairly Good category with a percentage of 62%. Self-motivation is in the Fairly Good category with a percentage of 75%. Recognizing other people's emotions is in the Fairly Good category with a percentage of 73%. Building relationships is in the Fairly Good category with a percentage of 68%.

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative with descriptive methods. This research aims to analyze students' environmental care attitudes through the Adiwiyata program. The population used was all UPT SD Inpres Bisara students. The sampling technique used in this research was a random sampling technique in which a sample of 58 people were randomly obtained from classes IV, V, and VI. Data collection techniques consist of questionnaire sheets, interview sheets, observation sheets and documentation sheets. Data validity testing consists of extended observations, conducting member checks, using reference materials. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. Research procedures consisting of research planning, data collection, data analysis and interpretation and presentation of results. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that students' attitudes towards the environment are quite good, with 72.414% of students' behavior showing a high level of concern for the school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the urgency of the integration of integrity zones and public services in Indonesia. This type of research uses normative legal research methods. The approach to this research is carried out with a legislative approach combined with a conceptual approach. The result of this research is that the regulation of integrity zones in Indonesia has undergone several changes, because with the development of this integrity zone, not only as a prevention and eradication of corruption but also public services which initially had many overlapping processes, the quality of human resources that was relatively low, the occurrence of abuse of authority, and supervision that is not optimal is better. The integrity zone is an obligation, not just an option. This will be an integrity zone as a success in the bureaucratic reform program in Indonesia, especially in the physical public service sector.
