Abstract

Competition between milk distributor companies has become very tight, so each milk distributor company needs to have a special strategy to deal with competition. Business as it is today requires a marketing concept that is right on target to achieve success for the company. Marketers are expected to meet customer needs, are required to provide quality services that have advantages for their customers, set prices, and promote products and services effectively. Companies must work hard to create new strategic policies in selling their products and services in the face of fierce competition with competitors who can provide greater value to customers. This study was conducted to determine the Influence of Service Quality, Price and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of Milka UHT 200 mL Milk at PT. Main Gold Wing (Case Study on Wholesaler in DC. Mampang). The type of research conducted using a quantitative approach with the research method used is survey research using questionnaires as a basic data collection tool. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. To determine the sample to be used, researchers use incidental sampling techniques. Hypothesis test results .1). Partially, the quality of service has a significant effect on the purchase decision of Milku UHT Milk. 2). Partially, the price has a significant effect on the purchase decision of Milku UHT Milk 200 mL 3). Partially, the promotion does not have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Milku UHT 200 mL Milk

Abstract

Science literacy is an important ability that must be possessed by students in the 21st century. However, several studies show that the science literacy of students in Indonesia still needs to be improved. One approach that is considered effective is through the integration of Project Based Learning (PjBL) and ethnobiology models. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the integration of PjBL and ethnobiology models in improving students' science literacy. The research method used was a pseudo-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of two classes of students, one class as an experimental group that applied the integration of PjBL and ethnobiology, and one class as a control group that applied conventional learning. The results showed that the experimental group that applied the integration of PjBL and ethnobiology had a higher increase in science literacy compared to the control group. Further analysis revealed that the integration of PjBL and ethnobiology had a significant effect on improving students' science literacy, both in the aspects of knowledge, thinking skills, and scientific attitudes. The findings of this study imply that the integration of PjBL and ethnobiology can be an effective learning strategy to improve students' science literacy. The implication of the results of this study is the need for the implementation of innovative learning approaches that connect science with local wisdom and contextual problems in order to improve the quality of science education in higher education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how students see overseas internship programs from the standpoint of an entrepreneur. Qualitative descriptive methodologies are used in this investigation. For this investigation, five specifically chosen students were participated. These are EFL students who have worked in Thailand as foreign interns. Data gathering was completed by carrying out interviews. According to the study's findings, the majority of students thought the program was extremely helpful. Both of them intellectually as well as extracurricularly. From the standpoint of the entrepreneur, it was discovered that students who participated in the Participants in the program were given a wage, access to resources, and hands-on training that helped them become independent. Although there are a number of issues; this is only a technical area that needs improvement.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the motives for using social media as parenting education, the types of social media used, parenting techniques applied through the use of social media, the impact of social media as parenting education for young parents in Grantung Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis methods are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that the motives that encourage young parents are information motives, personal identity motives, social interaction motives and entertainment. Meanwhile, the types of social media that are popularly used by young parents include YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp and also TikTok. The parenting techniques that are applied are discipline techniques, monitoring techniques, reward techniques, daily routines and prearming. positive and negative impacts. The positive impact felt is the ease of interacting, getting information, saving time, and expanding relationships. Meanwhile, the negative impact felt is the occurrence of differences of opinion with fellow parents or also with previous people, the spread of hoax information, and errors in theory.

Abstract

This research aims to overcome the problems that exist in class 3B of SDN 02 Mojorejo, Madiun City, namely the low student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects measuring units of time. This research design uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model with stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection carried out through two cycles. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively and qualitatively. The research results show that mathematics learning using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model assisted by human clock media can be carried out in accordance with the steps in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), students become more orderly and organised, active and enthusiastic in the learning process. The learning outcomes obtained by students also increased, namely from 25 students the average score for pre-action learning outcomes was 67.6%, then in cycle 1 it became 74% and cycle 2 increased to 92%, so it can be concluded that the use of the STAD model with the help of human clock media, it can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class 3B students in time unit measurement material at SDN 02 Mojorejo, Madiun City.

Abstract

This research is motivated by low numeracy literacy skills which are a crucial problem in educational development, especially at SMA Negeri 2 Semarang. This research aims to find out whether the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is effective in improving high school students' mathematical numeracy literacy skills. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method by applying the Kurt Lewin model which includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The subjects of this research were 36 class X.8 students. Data was collected through a numeracy literacy skills test at the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II stages. The results of the research show that the actions taken succeeded in achieving success indicators with more than 75% of students achieving completeness, namely 79.4% or 80%. The implications of this research show that the PBL model can have a positive impact on student learning outcomes in improving mathematical numeracy literacy skills in high school.

Abstract

To improve students' English language skills, innovative educational content is needed which can increase their interest and understanding of English. A way to improve English language skills is to optimize the use of information technology through various video sharing channels such as YouTube platform. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The research results showed that 39 students (40.2%) of YouTube use the YouTube platform several times a week to learn English. Furthermore, it is known that the respondent's assessment criteria for the variable ability to use the internet is at 78.76 with "Good" criteria. The ease variable obtained from learning videos on the YouTube platform had an answer value with "good" criteria. What needs to be done to improve students' ability to obtain learning content on the YouTube platform that is easy to understand and relevant to students' learning needs is to start following English learning channels and create a playlist of learning materials that suit their level and interests, then take advantage of the YouTube Live feature from service providers to interact directly to practice English language skills.

Abstract

This research is about "Analysis of Personal Selling Strategies in Marketing Communication Activities to Efforts to Improve Product Purchasing Decisions on CV Entrepreneur Muda Indonesia ". The type of research carried out is qualitative with informants or sources in this research in the form of strategic parts in the sales division of Indonesian Young Entrepreneur CVs. . Research data will be displayed using SWOT analysis with the EFAS and IFAS methods, and the SWOT Matrix, to determine the personal selling strategy carried out by CV Entrepreneur Muda Indonesia. Based on the SWOT diagram through various strategies that have been arranged in the SWOT table. Three alternative strategies were chosen according to Quadrant I conditions based on the SWOT Diagram, namely; Adding new features that are not available, Reorganizing the Sales Team so that it acquires equally/focuses on a category, Evaluating the form of promotions and their results to create new promotions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the mathematical concept understanding abilities of male and female students in solving mathematical problems on composition and inverse functions in Grade XI of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 36 students from Grade XI Marketing 1 of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang, with 2 male and 2 female students selected. The data collection techniques used in this study were written tests and documentation. The subjects were analyzed based on indicators of students' mathematical concept understanding abilities. The data analysis technique involved stages of analysis before and after fieldwork, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that male students have superior mathematical understanding abilities in using, utilizing, and selecting certain procedures or operations and applying concepts or algorithms for problem-solving compared to female students.

Abstract

Social Science and Social Studies are two interrelated disciplines that have an important role in shaping people's understanding of social, cultural, economic and political dynamics. The method we use in this research is literature study. The technique we use in analyzing data is qualitative analysis. Qualitative research is Qualitative analysis is used for non-numerical data that is textual or narrative in nature. Although often considered similar, they have fundamental differences in approach and objectives to be achieved. Social Science, as an academic field of study, aims to understand and analyze social phenomena through rigorous theoretical and methodological approaches. Meanwhile, Social Studies is a subject taught in schools with the aim of providing students with practical insights and basic knowledge about various aspects of social life. In this article, the topic of discussion is the source or material of Social Science, the relationship between social science and Social Science and also how society is used as a source of Social Science.
