Abstract

The spread of radicalism has occurred massively in various lines of life, this encourages the need for preventive action, namely by internalizing the value of religious moderation in students in schools. This study aims to analyze the value of moderation in grade 4 textbooks and describe the renewal of the independent curriculum book. The research was conducted using the library research method based on Content Analysis with data triangulation techniques, while the findings in this study showed that the values ​​of religious moderation had been integrated into all 10 chapters of teaching materials in Islamic religious education textbooks and manners for class 4 independent curriculum . The values ​​of moderation are Civilized (ta'addub), Exemplary (Qudwah), Citizenship and Nationality (Muwathanah), Taking the middle way (Tawasuth), Balanced (Tawazun), Straight and firm (I'tidal), Equality (Musawah ), Deliberation (Syura'), Tolerance (Tasamuh) and Dynamic and Innovative (Tathwur wa Ibtikar). What is contained in the various components is in the form of learning achievements (CP), learning objectives (TP), teaching materials, various strategies as well as evaluation and assessment of achievements. The conclusion is that the textbooks published by the independent curriculum contain more moderation values ​​than the previous curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The improvement in students' learning outcomes in IPAS subjects through Jigsaw Cooperative Learning with lapbook media in the fourth grade at SDN Angkasa VI, (2) The enhancement of teacher activities using this method, and (3) The increase in student activities in IPAS learning in the fourth grade at SDN Angkasa VI. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR), consisting of three cycles of instructional improvement in the fourth-grade IPAS subject. The sample includes 41 fourth-grade students. The instruments used are student learning outcome tests, teacher and student observation sheets, and documentation. The conclusions are: (1) An improvement in students' learning outcomes from 7.31% in the pretest to 92.68% in the posttest of the third cycle, (2) An enhancement in teacher activities from 61.25% in the first cycle to 70% in the second cycle, reaching 78.75% in the third cycle, and (3) An increase in student activities from 48.75% in the first cycle to 70% in the second cycle, rising to 76.25% in the third cycle. Thus, the implementation of Jigsaw Cooperative Learning with lapbook media in IPAS learning for the fourth grade at SDN Angkasa VI has proven successful and shows improvement in each cycle.

Abstract

Travel in Marau sub-district is a company that operates in the transportation services sector, which is located precisely in Suka Karya village, Marau sub-district, Ketapang city, West Kalimantan. This company provides travel, car rental and goods delivery services. However, in conducting business, this company has not implemented or involved IS/IT in running its existing business. So, when carrying out company operations, it is recommended to carry out information system strategic planning, this aims to assist in the preparation of information systems so that later they can gain profits and are in line with the company's business objectives. This writing method uses qualitative, with data collection carried out by observation, interviews, observation and research using the Ward and Peppard method and analyzed using SWOT, Value Chain, Five Porter's, Mc Farlan's Strategic Grid. From the results of the research that has been carried out, there are 5 recommendations in the proposed application portfolio, namely. Recording and bookkeeping using Word and Excel which was previously done manually, using a website-based travel service information system to make things easier for consumers, carrying out promotions via social media to reach more consumers, using an Asset Management Information System and cashiers in carrying out management and operations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the emergence of the problem of low student learning motivation because learning resources are often limited to textbooks and materials provided by teachers, which can hinder students' access to wider information resulting in a lack of desire to learn. The aim of this research is to find out and examine the relationship between the application of mobile learning and increasing student learning achievement in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Rongga, West Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The research sample consisted of 32 class IX students for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the intensity of using mobile learning as a learning medium on student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 2 Rongga, West Bandung Regency. The results of hypothesis testing using Simple Linear Regression analysis show the significance of the regression coefficient (t test) of (p-value = 0.002 < 0.05). and the resulting regression model is: Learning Achievement (Y)=3.734+0.002×Intensity of Mobile Learning Use (X) "This means that every one unit increase in the intensity of using mobile learning will increase student learning achievement by 0.002." So it can be concluded that the intensity of use of mobile learning has a significant influence on student learning achievement.

Abstract

The era of disruption is a reality of life that undergoes changes in systems, orders, principles and values in human life. Education is no exception. Education in the 21st century is subject to a complete change. This era demands that humans coexist with information technology with which humans without limitations can access everything, only with their fingers and smartphones. This disruption in some phenomena has become a gift from God, when someone wants to attend a recitation forum he can simply open a smartphone and access it via the internet but in some phenomena, this disruption is also a disaster, because information technology is now a human being without morals, already pitting each other and slander each other. This is where critical reasoning is needed. With Critical Reasoning, humans will not just take it as it comes. They will look for the origin of the phenomena that occur. Humans will not easily conclude an incident that is visible to the eye. With descriptive analysis research method the author will examine the critical reasoning contained in the concept of Transformative education. And how to apply it in Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

This research aims to describe teachers' strategies for instilling the value of honesty in children aged 4-5 years in class a at Al-Adabiy Kindergarten, Pontianak City. This research uses a descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. This research focuses on teachers' strategies for instilling the value of honesty in children, including teacher strategies in planning and implementing learning to instill the value of honesty, as well as the encouraging and inhibiting factors for teachers in instilling the value of honesty in children. The data obtained in this research was collected from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the planning carried out is that the teacher prepares a learning plan which includes activities that can develop the value of honesty and prepares media that can support the values ​​of honesty according to the learning objectives to be achieved. At the implementation stage, teachers apply the values ​​of honesty through learning activities and use exemplary methods and methods of giving advice. The supporting factor for teachers in instilling the value of honesty in children is awareness of the importance of honesty. The inhibiting factor for instilling the value of honesty is the lack of sufficient and effective training to teach and instill the value of honesty.

Abstract

Hadrah is a traditional Islamic music performance art that integrates singing in the form of praises and veneration to the Prophet Muhammad SAW with accompaniment from a percussion music ensemble. Percussion instruments such as rebana, bedug, kecrek, and others play the main role in this performance. This research conducted in the city of Medan focuses on analyzing the specific playing techniques used in the hadrah percussion music ensemble, especially the interlocking technique where the rhythmic patterns played by each instrument interlock with one another, creating a distinctive rhythmic complexity that characterizes the hadrah performance art. Hadrah performances are usually held during Islamic religious celebrations such as the Prophet's Birthday, Isra' Mi'raj, religious study gatherings, and other commemorations. The interlocking technique in hadrah percussion music performances shows similarities with the way traditional Indonesian percussion instruments are played. This research employs an ethnographic approach relevant for observing, analyzing, and understanding the interlocking playing technique and the function of hadrah musical instruments within the context of Islamic religious performances and rituals in Indonesia, specifically in the city of Medan. Through direct observation, the researcher aims to capture the essence of the hadrah performance art as an expression of the cultural identity of the Muslim community in the city of Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore information about the use of Haji Ismail Mundu's biography as a history lesson at SMA Pelangi Nusantara. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then use the stages of data analysis in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification / conclusion. The results showed the role of Hajj Ismail Mundu as Mufti, making it a forum for the public to ask questions about religious problems that came from various royal circles and from both the general public. Then there are three stages in the use of the biography of Haji Ismail Mundu, namely: the planning stage, the application stage and the Evaluation. The use of Haji Ismail Mundu's biography in its planning is adjusted to local historical material as well as the needs and understanding of the learners. Teachers use discussion and lecture methods. Before inviting students to discuss, the teacher provided material identifying the figure of Haji Ismail Mundu with the aim that students get an idea of the figure of Haji Ismail Mundu. The form of evaluation given to student participants is a description of the material presented. Based on the results of this study, several obstacles were found such as limited learning time on this local history material because it was not included in the basic competence content, the solution carried out by the teacher was to apply the group discussion method, this could save time so that all material could be studied.

Abstract

The root problem of the research is the lack of understanding of the students of national songs and national heroes, where the students are more likely to know and love modern songs than the Indonesian national songs. The purpose of this research was to find out the students’ nationalism attitude through PPKn learning, to find out the obstacles faced by the teacher in applying the nationalism attitude and to find out the effective strategy in applying the nationalism attitude on Grade VIII Students of State Junior High School (SMPN) 1 Mekar Baru. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research and the data collection techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. The research results showed that State Junior High School (SMPN) 1 Mekar Baru in applying the nationalism attitude was not maximal, the obstacle is the limitation of means and facilities in schools, and the strategy to optimize the attitude of nationalism of students is to provide motivation and interesting learning about nationalist attitudes. It can be concluded that the efforts of teachers in applying the attitude of nationalism to the pupils involve consistent training, giving motivation that the importance of nationalist attitudes, cooperation with parents, and the use of various interesting learning strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kelayakan pengembangan Media Strip Story dalam pembelajaran IPA untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V di Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan kedua adalah untuk menilai keefektifan Media Strip Story tersebut dalam konteks meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tanggapan dan respons baik dari guru maupun siswa terhadap penggunaan Media Strip Story dalam pembelajaran IPA, dengan fokus pada upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau sering disebut Research and Development (R & D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Purworejo 02 sebagai suatu sampel untuk analisis kebutuhan produk. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 4 bulan mulai dari bulan Maret 2024 hingga bulan Juni 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian yang digunakan adalah SDN Purworejo 02. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas V SDN Purworejo 02 yang berjumlah 18 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pengembangan mencakup pendahuluan tentang produk atas hasil perencanaan, revisi produk berdasarkan pendapat dari ahli materi dan ahli media, uji coba produk, dan penyempurnaan produk berdasarkan hasil uji coba. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media Strip Story dengan materi IPA pada topik "Harmoni dalam Ekosistem: Makan dan Dimakan" dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Proses pengembangannya melibatkan langkah-langkah analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Media ini telah melewati validasi dari ahli media dengan skor 82%, kriteria valid; ahli materi dengan skor 95%, kriteria sangat valid; dan ahli bahasa dengan skor 82%, kriteria sangat valid. Selain itu, angket respon siswa memberikan skor rata-rata 88,5% dan angket respon guru 92%, menunjukkan kepraktisan yang baik dari produk ini. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, baik uji coba terbatas maupun uji coba luas, rata-rata skor mencapai 88,45%, yang masuk dalam kategori "sangat valid" atau "sangat layak". Kesimpulannya, Media Strip Story ini dinilai "sangat layak" karena berhasil meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA.
