Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) pada materi statistika. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan tes. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII D SMP Negeri 1 Takeran yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 77,58 yang meningkat menjadi 85,75 pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa

Abstract

This research discusses the development of curriculum-based learning materials for class XI SMA second semester. The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of learning materials by using the questionnaire method to student representatives in two schools, (School A) and (School B) questionnaires were distributed through google form obtained the results that school A grade 11 as the research subject was dominated by auditory learning therefore, school A grade 11 students are more dominant auditory learning style. Meanwhile, the value of school B is at the bottom. Based on the results of the questionnaire given by the researcher to school B, the quality of learning materials determines the success of the educational process. Good materials must be organized systematically, relevant to the curriculum and tailored to the level of ability and needs of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan menerapkan model Snowball Throwing pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Penelitian ini melibatkan 27 siswa, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing dapat efektif meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model Snowball Throwing dalam proses pembelajaran berhasil meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII E di SMP Negeri 1 Takeran pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika di SMP Negeri 1 Takeran dengan menggunakan model Snowball Throwing. Model ini dapat menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, mendorong partisipasi aktif dan keterlibatan langsung siswa dalam pembelajaran, serta mengurangi kejenuhan dan persepsi bahwa matematika adalah mata pelajaran yang membosankan. Selain itu, model ini juga dapat meningkatkan interaksi antar siswa dan fokus dalam pembelajaran, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pada proses pembelajaran matematika terdapat beberapa siswa terlihat kurang aktif dan tidak terlalu terlibat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Padahal aktivitas siswa baik fisik maupun non-fisik, menjadi kunci dalam mencapai pemahaman dan hasil belajar yang maksimal di sekolah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui penerapan Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) pada materi statistika di kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 3 Madiun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan jumlah subyek sebanyak 32 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) secara signifikan meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas VIII C. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa siswa kelas VIII C menunjukkan dominasi dalam visual activities, seperti memperhatikan penjelasan guru dan membaca materi, yang mengindikasikan efektivitas pembelajaran melalui pengamatan visual

Abstract

This study aims to quantitatively describe the effect of work discipline and employee loyalty on employee performance at Rahma Tulungagung Store both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of Rahma Tulungagung Store with a sample of 73 respondents with saturated sampling technique. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire, with a Likert scale. After that, the instrument test and the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test were carried out. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS Version 21 for windows program. The test results show that Work Discipline and Employee Loyalty affect Employee Performance at Rahma Tulungagung Store both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study can be used for employee policy making suggestions at Rahma Tulungagung Store.

Abstract

The 21st century is a time of globalization, signified by the rapid development of technology and communication. This has led to a growing need for interactive learning media in educational activities. A research project has been conducted to make Indonesian language learning more engaging. The research method used the Research and Development (R&D) approach, specifically referring to the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages of implementation. The research employed validation sheets from media and material experts, as well as a questionnaire to assess student responses, involving 14 students from SDN 3 Margomulyo. The results of the study show that interactive media created using the Articulate Storyline 3 application for fourth-grade Indonesian language subjects is highly valid, receiving an average approval rating of 91% from media experts and 92% from material experts. The field trial also resulted in a high student response rating of 92.6%, indicating the media's high validity. As a result, the development of interactive media through the Articulate Storyline 3 application is deemed highly viable for use as an interesting and innovative learning tool for Indonesian language subjects in fourth grade at SDN 3 Margomulyo.

Abstract

The curriculum has an important role in the educational process, the growing needs of society make the curriculum dynamic. In 2024 the government officially announces that the independent curriculum will become the national curriculum. This research aims to analyze the independent curriculum further by focusing on learning process standards, namely planning, implementation and assessment through a systematic literature review. The results show that the implementation of the independent curriculum faces a number of challenges and obstacles, such as significant changes in the way teachers teach, especially with the presence of new elements such as the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile. This research proposes several steps for improvement, including training for teachers in various learning strategies, increasing coordination between all related parties, and increasing teacher professional competence in utilizing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM). The conclusions of this research emphasize the need for continuous efforts to improve the quality of learning through teacher training, utilization of resources such as PMM, and collaboration between all relevant parties

Abstract

The development of education has made significant progress along with the changing times. Although there are many innovations today, the learning process still tends to be monotonous due to the limited variety of media that are often used. The purpose of this study is to create a more creative and interesting Indonesian learning media. Using a research and development (R&D) approach that has been modified into six initial stages, this study aims to develop learning media. Three lecturers of the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program verified the media, material, and language validation sheets as assessment instruments. This research was conducted in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 3 Talang Sendang, which consisted of eight students, involving filling out a student response questionnaire. The results showed that the learning media in the form of AI-assisted animated videos in grade V Indonesian language lessons were considered very feasible. The average value of two media experts is 88.5%, from two material experts is 86% and from two linguists 91%. The response of students also showed a very feasible category, with an average of 88.4% from the small group trial and 87.5% from the large group trial. These results confirm that AI-assisted animated videos are innovative learning media that are very suitable for use in Indonesian language lessons in grade V of SD Negeri 3 Talang Sendang.
