Abstract

e capital market has a fairly strong role in increasing economic stability in a country, because the capital market is used as a means of business funding and as a means for the public to invest. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of Return on Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Market Value Added (MVA) on Stock Returns in Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (IDX). This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period, namely 44 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling method, and obtained a sample of 12 companies. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation studies and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show: partially Return on Investment (ROI) and Market Value Added (MVA) have a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, Earning Per Share (EPS) has no effect on Stock Returns, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a negative and significant to Stock Return. Meanwhile, simultaneously Return on Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Market Value Added (MVA) have no effect on Stock Returns.

Abstract

Pasar modal memiliki peran yang cukup kuat dalam meningkatkan stabilitas ekonomi di suatu negara, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran ICARE berbantuan permasalahan matematika realistik terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa ditinjau dari keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitiannya menggunakan desain faktorial 2´2. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 9 Denpasar dengan sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes keterampilan berpikir kritis dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis varians (ANAVA) dua jalur. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran ICARE berbantuan permasalahan realistik lebih baik daripada kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. 2) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. 3) Pada siswa dengan tingkat keterampilan berpikir kritis tinggi, kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran ICARE berbantuan permasalahan realistik lebih baik daripada kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. 4) Pada siswa dengan tingkat keterampilan berpikir kritis rendah, kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional lebih baik daripada kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran ICARE berbantuan permasalahan matematika realistik.

Abstract

Behavioral intentionhas many benefits for companies, one of which is that consumers become loyal online shopping for the products or services they use. The aim of this study was to determine the factors that influence behavioral intentionto shop online at the Tiktok shop. The method in this research is quantitative. Data processing and hypothesis testing used SPSS version 18. This research was conducted on Islamic Economics Postgraduate Students in 2022. Simple Random Sampling was used for sampling. The total population of Postgraduate Islamic Economics students in 2022 is 35 people. The results of this study are that e-service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. It is proven that e-service quality has a significant effect on attitude towards the website. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on attitude towards the website. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioral intention. significant to behavioral intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Validity, Practicality and Effectiveness of designing an online exam system with the mysql database at SMK Negeri 9 Padang class X Even Semester 2021/2022 Academic Year. This study uses research development methods (research & development). The research subjects were 30 people. The research model used is the 4D development research model consisting of 4 main stages, namely: Define Design, Develop and Disseminate. The results showed that: The results of the validity test by the experts as a whole the validator test assessment of the Web-Based Online Examination Website in class X students of SMK Negeri 9 Padang was 96.00%, so the validity level can be interpreted as very valid to use. The results of the practicality test assessment as a whole practicality assessment of the Web-Based Online Examination Website in class X students of SMK Negeri 9 Padang 89.31%, so that the level of practicality can be interpreted as very practical to use. The results of the overall effectiveness test assessment of the effectiveness of the Web-Based Online Examination Website for class X students of SMK Negeri 9 Padang amounted to 87.43% so that the level of effectiveness can be interpreted to be used very effectively.

Abstract

Pancasila values are needed in the learning process so that they can be instilled in students. The purpose of this study was to describe the teacher's efforts in implementing Pancasila student profiles for students at SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. This study uses a qualitative method. The effort that has been made by teachers/educators at SMA Negeri 2 Palembang in instilling Pancasila values is by using the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project.

Abstract

Changes in the quantity demanded due to changes in price occur through two complementary effects, namely the substitution effect and the income effect. This effect also affects the theory. behavior _ k consumption in islam and based on law Islam. Difference this concern score core in the lower theory, motive and purpose consumption, technique choice and allocation budget consumption. This research uses quantitative methods. Data processing and hypothesis testing used SPSS version 18. This research was conducted on Postgraduate Students in Islamic Economics Class A and B Class of 2022. Sampling used Simple Random Sampling. The total population of Postgraduate students in Islamic Economics Classes A and B Class of 2022 is 35 people. The results of this study, obtained several conclusions which are briefly presented as follows. Based on the F test, the independent variables consisting of (Price and Income) together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Consumption).

Abstract

The violence and sexual harassment that occurs a lot in college makes sex education chosen as an alternative to preventive measures. Student sex behavior is one of the causes of sexual violence / harassment in addition to support from social media content that does not have editorialization. This study aims to investigate the relationship between students' understanding of sex education and sex behavior and self-esteem. SEM-PLS is used as a complex data analysis technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire filled out by 174 students of Siliwangi University by proportional random sampling. The results showed that there was a relationship between students' understanding of sex education and sex behavior and self-esteem.

Abstract

Islamic education is very important for Muslims themselves because they can learn science dan others. Islamic education always has a role in creating an Islamic society that has dimensions of faith dan sharia which encourage humans as individuals to have freedom dan human rights. It is also inseparable that Islamic education also plays a role as cultural socialization. Regarding the method used in this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, with a type of literature research. Because this research is a qualitative type dan was conducted in a library, the authors discussed content analysis, namely unitizing, sampling, recording, reducing, abductively inferring, dan narrating. The results of this study are that there are 4 (four) roles of Islamic education as social culture dissemination, namely; a) media for disseminating the values of religious teachings, 2) maintaining religious traditions, 3) forming morals dan personality, dan 4) bastion of national morality. Thus, Islamic education is the right method for changing attitudes dan guiding community members to accept dan initiate social cultural change.

Abstract

To build a civilization that is able to understand, develop, manage, and apply science and technology, education is a very important instrument. Due to low self-efficacy, educational outcomes cannot be adapted to contemporary demands, which has a negative impact on student achievement. Learning outcomes in question, especially in mathematics, must require an understanding of the various factors that influence learning success. In general, both internal and external factors—which come from students—have an influence on how well they learn mathematics. Self-efficacy, curiosity, and study habits are just a few examples of the psychosocial elements that students bring themselves. Because elementary school children are very lazy to learn to count by using media such as origami to learn natural numbers, teachers have low self-efficacy in influencing students' mathematics learning. In this study, classroom action research (PTK) was used to conduct research on increasing students' self-efficacy by using fourth-grade children in the city of Medan as research subjects. The self-efficacy questionnaire was used as a research instrument. student observations on math exams. The planning phase, the promotion phase, and the observation phase are all used in data analysis. This implies that a scientific approach can increase student success and self-efficacy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the facts found in the field that there are still many teachers who do not master teaching skills, especially skills in carrying out a variety of learning methods, so the researcher intends to discuss teacher problems or obstacles in carrying out various methods in teaching and learning activities and what efforts teachers can make in conducted a variety of methods in elementary schools, especially grade 3. Based on the research that had been conducted by the researchers through a qualitative descriptive research method with the research subject being class III teachers at SDN A and class V teachers at SDN B in Bandung City, various teacher problems were found in carrying out variations on learning methods. These obstacles are: (1) not all students can follow the teacher's learning strategies and methods; (2) the teacher's busyness in several activities; (3) the teacher's lack of knowledge regarding the selection of appropriate methods and strategies for students; (4) as well as the lack of facilities and infrastructure in schools.
