Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of the regional financial accounting system, human resource competence and internal control systems on the quality of financial reports at the Jayapura Regency Social Service, both partially and simultaneously. This research was carried out at the Jayapura Regency Social Service office. The research will be carried out for more than 1 month. The source of data in this study is in the form of primary data obtained directly from the respondents or the samples in this study and data secondary sourced from information at research sites, scientific journals, sites or documents related to research objects. Data analysis in this study used quantitative data analysis, descriptive statistics, tests classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing with simultaneous tests (F-test) and partial tests (T-test) and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS application. The number of samples used were all employees, totaling 35 respondents. The results of the study proved that partially the regional financial accounting system had a significant effect on the quality of the social service financial reports for the Jayapura district, the competence of human resources did not have a significant effect on the quality of the financial reports for the Jayapura district social service and the system internal control has no significant effect on the quality of the financial reports of the Jayapura district social service. Simultaneously, the regional financial accounting system, human resource competency and internal control systems affect the quality of social service financial reports jayapura district.

Abstract

Acceleration of improving public services using a digitalization approach in the industrial era 4.0 is something that is no longer commonplace. The government as a public service provider is expected to be able to take advantage of these technological advances, to increase its ability to process, manage, distribute and distribute information and public services. The implementation of this electronic-based government is carried out to improve the quality of public services that are effective, efficient, transparent and accountable. As a barometer of governance in Papua Province, the City of Jayapura is expected to be a role model in e-Government-based public service governance. Therefore, this study aims to describe the implementation of e-Government in relation to openness of public services in Jayapura City. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. Data analysis used in this study includes data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jayapura city government has made efforts to utilize electronic-based public services, although it has not been maximized.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the spelling errors contained in the online news text on Instagram Cikampek Info. These spelling errors include: capitalization errors, word usage errors and punctuation errors. The subject of this research is online news text as much as 32 data. The object of this study is to analyze aspects of language errors. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study are recommended as teaching materials for junior high school. In this study, it has been described above regarding Indonesian language errors that occur in writing. The form of writing that is packaged in online news on internet or online media, namely the Instagram social media account @Ckpinfo which was published in August 2021. There are several mistakes in Indonesian in terms of spelling. These errors include: 1) the use of letters, including 5 capital letters and 14 italics errors; 2) word writing, including 7 base words, affixes (prefixes, inserts, suffixes and combinations of prefixes and suffixes) 4 errors, 4 rearrangements, 3 combined words, 4 prepositions, 4 particles 2 errors, abbreviations and acronyms of 6 errors, and numbers and numbers of 7 errors; 3) use of punctuation marks, including periods (.) for 5 errors, commas (,) for 7 errors, and hyphens (-) for 1 error. These errors were found in 32 news issues in August 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and brand image on purchasing decisions of azarine cosmetics partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are people who use products from azarinecosmetic. The sample studied has a total of 50 respondents. The independent variables in this study are brand ambassadors (X1), brand image (X2) and the purchase decision dependent variable (Y). This research method uses field research by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS linear analysis. The results of the linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 2.447 + 0.182 X1 + 0.361 X2. Partially, brand ambassadors can influence purchasing decisions by 18.2% and brand image can influence purchasing decisions by 36.1%. Simultaneously, brand ambassadors and brand image can influence purchasing decisions by 75.2%, the remaining 24.8% is given by other variables outside the research. The conclusion of this study is that the partial test of brand ambassadors does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, brand ambassadors and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Pancasila profile has a very important role in the formation of the character of students. The type of research used is literature riview, namely describing the role of the Pancasila profile on the character of students in elementary schools. The data collection model used is a literature study. The results found were in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile which consisted of faith, piety to God Almighty and Noble Morals, Global Diversity, Independent, Mutual Cooperation, Critical Reasoning, and Creative, which really supported the development of students when in the ever-growing field of education.

Abstract

Quality, relevance, elitism, and management are the four main crises that are at the heart of the problem of education in Indonesia. On these four issues, various quantitative indicators have been proposed, including a comparison of the educational situation in Asian countries. In the laws and regulations governing the state education system, Islamic education is a component of national education. This discussion discusses the problems and development of Islamic education as a formulation of the existing problems. A component of the overall state policy is education policy. so that national education in the end must return to its goal, namely to empower the community by returning the community's autonomy to develop themselves. The following are the basic principles of the Islamic education system: 1) Based on the Islamic creed, Islam establishes curriculum principles, methods and educational goals. 2) Faith development should be the focus of education. 3) The aim of education is to bring out the best in everyone and minimize the worst in them while maintaining harmony with human nature. Islamic education is urged to develop new operational strategies and tactics in addition to curriculum and management tools. In pedagogical, sociological, and cultural terms, these strategies and tactics demonstrate their role to the point that they require an overhaul of models and institutions to make them more effective.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data/information and discuss how to increase teacher pedagogical competence in preparing lesson plans through group guidance at SD Negeri 86/III Cupak Odd Semester 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is School Action Research (PTS). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 86/III Cupak, Danau Kerinci District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. SD Negeri 86/III Cupak is one of the schools that the author assisted in this academic year. The research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year. The subjects in this study were teachers of SD Negeri 86/III III Cupak, totaling 5 people. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with four research stages starting from planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques in this study used instrument sheets, observation and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher pedagogical competence in preparing lesson plans through group guidance at target schools at SD Negeri 86/III Cupak Odd Semesters for the 2021/2022 academic year starting from the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II.

Abstract

Integral is material that is difficult to understand for class XII SMA students. The long completion procedure saturates students and takes a long time. The solution to this problem is by applying the Fash Method learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the integral fash method learning design in understanding mathematical concepts. The research method is descriptive research. The results of the research show that the fash method can motivate students to solve problems correctly and quickly.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the character of third-grade students' responsibilities in integrated thematic learning at the State Primary School of Bayan No.216 Surakarta. This research employed a qualitative method with an analytical study approach and utilised descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were students and teachers in the third grade. Sources of data obtained at State Primary School of Bayan No.216 Surakarta include primary data obtained directly through questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers of the third grade. On the other hand, secondary data was collected indirectly through observation. This data was collected using interviews, observation, and questionnaires techniques. Triangulation of sources, techniques, and shorts of data analysis was used to validate data. Miles and Huberman's (2018) cycle model consists of the following steps: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) conclusion. Based on the data analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: The responsibility character of third-grade students at State Primary School of Bayan No.216 Surakarta during integrative thematic learning in class was excellent, with 18 (86%) out of 21 students revealing a high level of responsibility character. On the other hand, 3 students (14%) demonstrated a low level of responsibility character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal pemecahan masalah berdasarkan teori Nolting. jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan subjek penelitian 20 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 25 Buru. Instrumen yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar soal tes. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : siswa yang melakukan Misread-direction errors (Me) sebanyak 8 siswa dengan presentase 40%, siswa yang melekukan Concept errors (Ce) sebanyak 15 siswa dengan presentase 75%, siswa yang melekukan Application Errors (Ap ) sebanyak 4 siswa dengan presentase 20%, dan siswa yang melakukan Test-taking Errors (Te) sebanyak 19 siswa dengen presentase 95%. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, teridentifikasi bahwa dari 3 butir soal tes yang diberikan, siswa secara keseluruhan masih melakukan kesalahan dalam menyelesaiakan soal pemecahan masalah matematis yang berkaitan dengan soal cerita.
