Abstract

Management of infrastrucuture and Facilities is one of many fields of quality that need to be improved. Infrastructure is one of the supporting factors in the learning process. In the concept of The Juran Trilogy or commonly called the Juran Trilogy can be applied in schools as an effort to improve the quality of educational services. The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe the planning of infrastructure facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, (2) to describe the control of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, (3) to describe the improvement of infrastructure facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. While the data collection techniques used include: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participant observation, and (3) documentation study. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, data verification. While the data validity technique uses credibility, triangulation, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that: (1) the planning of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta aims to determine the infrastructure so that the vision and mission of the school can be achieved, (2) the control of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta is carried out by inventory, storage, maintenance. (3) improving the quality of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta is carried out by preparing schedules, prioritized activities, time/schedule for use, assignments/appointments according to expertise.

Abstract

This research is based on the ability of qualified school principals to improve the quality and progress of schools. The existence of good principal management can make the school a conducive organizational climate. A conducive organizational climate certainly requires a strong role for the principal in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising its management. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze principal management related to planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in creating a conducive organizational climate in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Observations, interviews and documentation were used as data collection techniques in this study. Analysis of the data in this study through steps including data collection, data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions. The research results obtained are the ability of the principal's management in planning a conducive organizational climate at SDN Rancamanyar 01. The ability of the principal's management in organizing a conducive organizational climate at SDN Rancamanyar 01 is in accordance with applicable procedures. In addition, the ability of the principal's management in implementing a conducive organizational climate has been going well and the ability of the principal's management in supervision to create a conducive organizational climate by conducting monitoring and evaluation has also been carried out well. From this, it can be concluded that the management of the school principal can be stated that the head of SDN Rancamanyar 01 has been able to create a conducive organizational climate.

Abstract

In today's technological era, innovation in learning is very important. The rapid development of technological progress must be utilized as best as possible by educators, especially Islamic religious educators. This paper is specifically focused on innovative ideas for learning PAI in schools in the face of disruptive innovation in the digital era. In the learning process the use of appropriate and effective technology is a must so that the learning process is not stagnant and rigid. Islamic religious education learning innovations must also be carried out immediately so that they can quickly develop in a better direction, produce quality output, especially in learning methods. The internet as an alternative medium for innovating Islamic religious education learning methods, can be done in the form of e-learning, or applications that facilitate the delivery of learning material, so that the learning process has an increasingly existence to attract attention, not be boring and can improve the quality of education. The method used in compiling this journal is a data collection method by means of library research, carried out by collecting data that is significantly related to problems related to Islamic Religious Education learning innovations to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The main problem in education in Indonesia is the low learning outcomes of students in schools. This happened at SMP Negeri 3 Palibelo. So far, mathematics learning in schools is still focused on teachers and teachers do not provide opportunities for students to construct mathematical concepts / principles according to ability through interaction between students. In learning activities, the emphasis of this aspect can be applied by cooperative learning of the type of giving questions and getting answers. This study aims to describe the results of learning mathematics through a cooperative model of giving questions and getting answers. The type of research carried out is Classroom Action Research with research instruments using learning outcome tests and observation sheets for student learning activities every cycle. The results obtained were in the form of qualitative data that showed an increase in learning activities in the first cycle, the average student learning activity score of 2.8 and an increase in cycle II of 3.8, an increase in learning outcomes in cycle I the average student score of 65.22 increased to 86.96 in cycle II as well as classical completeness in cycle I reached 65.22% increased to 86.96% in cycle II. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of a cooperative model of giving questions and getting answers can improve student mathematics learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-confidence on students' mathematical creative thinking skills through GCR-assisted PBL learning. This research method is quantitative research. The research design used in quantitative research is quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental), namely a research design that involves two groups (experimental and control). This quasi-experimental study used a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at SD Negeri in Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Pati. The planned research implementation time will be carried out in the second semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The data collection technique is using a description test, while the analysis technique in this study is using a simple linear regression test. In this disclosure, it shows that the results of students' self-confidence have an effect on students' mathematical creative thinking abilities quantitatively which are very good by looking at the value of the coefficient of determination R-Square = 0.160 (16%) meaning that the ability to think creatively mathematics affects self-confidence by 16%. The coefficient value of the creative thinking test results is 0.156 which shows an increase of 15.6% and the coefficient value is positive meaning that between students' self-confidence and students' mathematical creative thinking abilities have a positive relationship and influence each other towards a balanced and balanced increase.

Abstract

The shooting technique is a hard kick with the aim of scoring goals in a soccer game called shooting or shooting. The basic skill that must be possessed by a soccer player to be developed in order to be able to score a goal kick is to kick hard and accurately. Controlling technique is an attempt to stop the ball that is going fast when playing soccer. Many learning methods in schools are used by teachers when learning. This can help students improve their ability to master the basic techniques of soccer, but in field practice there are still many students who do not master the modules that are informed by the teacher and cannot reach their learning outcomes. By using the sports education model of education, students are expected to be more enthusiastic and active, because using the right method gives a pleasant impression and students will find it easier to talk with their friends. The purpose of this research is to find out how useful the Sport Education Model in the Independent Curriculum is on Knowledge of the Game of Football for SMP 268 Jakarta students. The research uses a quantitative approach to experimental procedures with a one group pre-test post-test design. There are also those who are the population in this research, namely students of SMP 268 Jakarta. The sample in this research was students of class VII G, totaling 32 students. The results of the hypothesis test using the t-test It is known that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test. In learning the basic technique of passing football to students it is acceptable. The peer teaching learning model is declared effective because the overall N-Gain average score in the N-Gain improvement test is 0.56, or the increase is in the effective category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out a framing analysis (frame or delivery of news), which uses two mass media including detik.com and cnnindonesia. To find out the comparison of the two-mass media, the researcher used framing analysis according to the theory of Zhongdan Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. In this theory there are 4 structures, namely syntax, script, thematic, rhetorical. In addition, this study also uses a qualitative descriptive method, which collects data in terms of observing and noting. The news on 19 December 2022 discussed the inauguration of the TNI Commander, Admiral Yudo Margono, who was appointed by President Joko Widodo, so that General Andika Perkasa was honorably discharged.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of learning short stories in a multiliteracy perspective. As a multiliteracy learning model that is able to stimulate and develop student creativity. This study aims to critically describe the current obstacles to learning short stories in the Indonesian language and literature education study program at the Madiun Residency, the weaknesses and opportunities for improvement with the multiliteracy learning model. This study uses a qualitative form with a descriptive-interpretative approach. This approach is considered capable of describing opinions or views that exist in the object of research. The results of this study include: 1) learning short stories in the Indonesian language and literature education study program at the Madiun Residency currently has several obstacles, namely the unbalanced literature courses in the curriculum in the Indonesian language and literature education study program at the Madiun Residency, 2 ) students' interest in literature courses, especially writing short stories, is very low which is influenced by student background factors, view factors of learning literature, especially poetry, are not important, and the low culture of reading literature for students, and 3) the need for a multiliteracy learning model from interview data illustrates that teaching staff really need learning models that are new, practical, and easy to understand.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the application of project based learning learning models with a contextual approach to product promotion media material for Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Babadan. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) class observation research with 2 cycles, where each cycle has 4 stages (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. Data collection is done through observation, tests and documentation. In cycle 1, 14 students achieved the KKM while the other 11 students had not been able to reach the KKM. The highest score obtained was 83 while the lowest score was 52. The percentage of students who achieved KKm was 56%. While those who have not reached the KKM is 44%. In cycle 2 the number of students who achieved the KKM was 21 students (83%). While students who have not reached the KKM are 4 students or 17%. For this reason, it was concluded that there was an increase in student learning outcomes by 27%. Thus it can be said that the application of a project-based learning model with a contextual approach to craft and entrepreneurship subjects has succeeded in achieving the desired goals in learning.

Abstract

ASN neutrality in elections actually does not cause a loss of political rights either to run as a candidate or to vote. ASN neutrality is more likely for limited involvement of the bureaucracy in socializing or campaigning for certain candidates or political parties. This is intended to make ASN still able to separate its position as ASN which has an important position as a state administration officer. Considering that ASNs are carrying out their duties to serve the needs of the community in relation to certain parties, including in elections or local elections, this has the potential to influence or even pressure the community to follow the direction of support. Apart from that, of course there are concerns about prohibiting support for the opposing party Law Number 5 of 2014 Concerning State Civil Apparatus (UU ASN) does not include the offense of violating ASN neutrality in the prohibition nomenclature but is regulated in principles (principles) and obligations, however principles and obligations can also be interpreted as prohibitions because anyone who is subject to a definite obligation also subject to restrictions to comply with these obligations. Apart from not formulating a prohibition offense, the ASN Law also does not formulate in too much detail the principles or obligations that bind ASN. The formulation of offenses in the ASN Law is still very general in nature and requires details of the derivative regulations, therefore the author invites readers to look at the derivative regulations, including Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010, which was amended to Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline and Regulations Government Number 42 of 2004 concerning the Development of the Corps Spirit and Code of Ethics for Civil Servants, and other derivative regulations issued by the government, the President and by ministries.
