Abstract

This research has the aim of knowing the effect of product quality and variety on consumer buying interest in green argopuro, Sumbermalang sub-district. This study used a sample of 60 consumers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on buying interest (Y) with a t-count value of 2.937 and t-table 2.002 which means t-count is greater than t-table and singnifikasinya 0.004 produl variations have a significant effect on consumer buying interest with a t-count value of 5.507 and t-table 2.002 and a significance value of 0.000. And the variables of product quality and product variety simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer buying interest in green argopuro, Sumbermalang sub-district with the F value obtained is 74.371 which is greater than f table 3.16 and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that the variable quality and variety of products have a significant influence partially or simultaneously on consumer buying interest in green argopuro sub-district Sumbermalang. Abstract

This research is motivated by the significance of marketing strategies in enhancing service quality, particularly in service-based businesses such as Jiandy Wedding Organizer in Leppangeng Village. The purpose of this study is to identify the marketing strategies implemented by Jiandy Wedding Organizer to improve customer service quality. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Nvivo 12 application to systematically group themes and organize categories based on the interview results. The findings reveal that Jiandy Wedding Organizer effectively applies the 4P marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion), including offering a variety of wedding packages, competitive pricing, promotion through social media, and fast, friendly service. In conclusion, the implemented marketing strategies have successfully increased customer satisfaction and strengthened the business image amid competition from similar service providers.

Abstract

Knowing how product quality, product price, and service quality affect consumer interest in buying from Fell Offset printing is the purpose of this study. The population of the study is printing clients from purchases during a three-month period. There are 60 respondents in the research sample with accidental sampling techniques. A number of tests, including testing research instruments and testing classical assumptions were carried out before the data was processed using the SPSS 24.0 application for Windows. Model Y = 7.934 - 0.195 X1 + 0.239 X2 + 0.693X3 e was generated using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques. Quality, price, and service quality are known to contribute significantly to the percentage of consumers interested in making a purchase, and the findings of the analysis support the realism of the study model. The independent variable explains 64.6% of the dependent variable, other factors affect 36.4%.

Abstract

Kondisi perekonomian suatu wilayah merupakan gambaran keberhasilan pemerintah setempat dalam menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan ekonomi. Selain itu, keberhasilan suatu wilayah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan ekonomi makro, dapat dilihat dari tingkat pertumbuhan ekonominya. Keberhasilan dalam pemulihan ekonomi pasca pandemi covid-19, dapat dilihat dengan indikator laju pertumbuhan ekonomi tahun 2021 dan 2022 yang terus mengalami peningkatan. Selain itu, indikator jumlah pengangguran pada tahun 2022 juga mengalami penurunan. Namun pada tahun 2022 laju inflasi justru mengalami kenaikan yang sangat signifikan. Kenaikan laju inflasi yang terjadi secara terus menerus, akan menyebabkan kemampuan daya beli masyarakat yang menurun sehingga akan berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kembali prosentase penduduk miskin. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui seberapa besar keterkaitan antara variabel inflasi, pengangguran dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kota Kediri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh inflasi, pengangguran dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kemiskinan di Kota Kediri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kota Kediri, sedangkan tingkat pengangguran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kota Kediri. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa inflasi, pengangguran dan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara bersama – sama berpengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kota Kediri.

Abstract

An organization is established based on a program designed with the intention of achieving predetermined goals, so that a quality HR role is needed. Organizations in improving HR require elements, namely guaranteed financial compensation, regular training, knowledge sharing that supports the formation of employee performance quality. A population of 50 employees of PT. Amartha Mikro Fintek was used as a sample of around 50 respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Multiple regression analysis was employed. Training, financial compensation, and knowledge sharing all have a substantial impact on employee performance, according to the results gathered from these factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Disclosure on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019–2023. This study uses a quantitative approach with the panel data regression method and the Random Effect Model (REM) model, and involves 14 banking companies that meet the ESG data criteria based on GRI standards. The dependent variables used are Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), while the independent variables consist of the combined ESG score and each component E, S, and G, with company size and leverage as control variables. The results of the study show that simultaneously ESG disclosure does not have a significant effect on ROA or ROE. However, partially, only the environmental component (E) shows a positive and significant effect on ROE. In contrast, the social and governance components do not show a significant effect. In addition, company size is proven to have a positive effect on financial performance, while leverage does not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that ESG has not fully become a determining factor in the financial performance of banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kualitas Audit, dan Profitabilitas pada sektor financial yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2024 (Studi Kasus Perusahaan Perbankan) secara persial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Perusahaan perbankan sektor financial periode 2019-2024 dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistic, dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 26 perusahaan perbankan sektor financial periode 2019-2024 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan kesimpulan yang telah penulis uraikan, maka untuk memperbaiki manajemen laba penulis menyarankan bagi perusahaan perbankan sektor financial lebih memperhatikan bagaimana kondisi dari pperusahaan tersebut

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and perceived usefulness on behavioral intention with attitude toward using as mediation on BRImo mobile banking users in Jepara City. The research method used is quantitative with purposive sampling of 137 respondents, and data was collected through an online questionnaire based on Google Form. Data analysis using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results showed that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on, while perceived risk did not have a significant effect on attitude toward using. Perceived ease of use and perceived risk had a positive effect on behavioral intention, while perceived usefulness did not have a significant effect on behavioral intention. Attitude toward using also had a significant positive effect on behavioral intention. In the mediation test, Attitude toward using only mediated the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention marginally or could be interpreted as weak.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, hedonic lifestyle, and financial distress on the financial behavior of accounting students at the University Muhammadiyah Palopo. Students often face challenges in managing personal finances, especially when consumerist lifestyles and financial pressure become dominant factors. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing quetionnaires to 53 students as respondents, selected through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistic tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing through IBM SPSS Statistic software version 27. The finding indicate that financial literacy, hedonic lifestyle, an financial distress positively contribute to students’ financial behavior. These findings highlight the importance of financial literacy, hedonic lifestyle, and financial distress, which have a complex impact on financial behavior in the region, particularly in Palopo city,with implications for improving more responsible financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parents' education level and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class XI students of Accounting Subjects of SMK Negeri 1 Kandis. The type of research used is survey research with quantitative research methods. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Kandis with the total population in this study were 61 students, from class XI AKL 1 and AKL 2 with sampling techniques using a census. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation to obtain student learning outcomes and questionnaires to obtain data on parents' education level and learning motivation. The collected data were then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. The descriptive research results show that the level of parental education is in the middle category and learning motivation is in the high category while student learning outcomes are in the excellent category. The results of this study indicate that the level of parental education and learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes with the regression equation Y = 79.121 + 1.472X1 + 0.177X2 + e and contributes to student learning outcomes by 39.7% and 60.3% is influenced by other variables not studied.
