Abstract

Abstract: Learning the Qur’an and Iqra’ is a fundamental foundation in developing proper and accurate Qur’anic reading skills in accordance with the rules of tajwid. However, in practice, various challenges are still encountered, such as incorrect pronunciation of makharijul huruf, inaccuracies in vowel length, and a lack of reading fluency among learners. This study aims to optimize Qur’an and Iqra’ learning abilities through the tahsin approach as a strategy to improve the quality of recitation. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the systematic and continuous implementation of the tahsin approach significantly improves learners’ accuracy in pronouncing hijaiyah letters, understanding of tajwid rules, and self-confidence in reading the Qur’an. Therefore, the tahsin approach is proven to be effective in optimizing both the process and outcomes of Qur’an and Iqra’ learning. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan berbagai kendala, seperti kesalahan makharijul huruf, panjang-pendek bacaan, serta kurangnya kefasihan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengoptimalkan kemampuan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dan Iqra’ melalui pendekatan tahsin sebagai strategi peningkatan kualitas bacaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan tahsin secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan mampu meningkatkan ketepatan pelafalan huruf hijaiyah, pemahaman tajwid, serta kepercayaan diri peserta didik dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Dengan demikian, pendekatan tahsin terbukti efektif dalam mengoptimalkan proses dan hasil pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dan Iqra’. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an, Iqra’, Tahsin, Tajwid, Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

Abstract: Media suitability, student responses, and learning outcomes are the objectives of this scientific study. The background of the study was based on the decline in learning outcomes for the material. It was found that 33.8% of students reached the Minimum Completion (KKM), and the implementation of the teaching and learning process was still conventional. Development research is a type of development method with the ADDIE approach which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation The research subjects were students of grades VIII-2 (experimental class) and VIII-3 (control class) who had passed the sample selection process by random sampling. The research instruments included non-tests and tests (pretest and posttest). Data identification used media feasibility tests, student response questionnaires, and final scores as non-parametric statistical tests as answers to temporary decisions. The research results proved that the Canva-based Baamboozle teaching material was said to be very suitable for use based on the assessment decisions of material experts and media experts. Most students gave positive responses after implementing the media in the classroom, indicating a reciprocal response and involving learning participation. This resulted in differences in the experimental class that were not found in the control class. The final decision was based on the Mann-Whitney test results <0.000. Therefore, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.  Keywords: Baamboozle, Canva, animal cells, plant cells Abstrak: Kelayakan media, respon siswa, dan nilai belajar adalah tujuan dari kajian ilmiah ini. Latar belakang penelitian berlandaskan pada menurunya nilai hasil belajar terhadap materi tersebut. Diketahui 33,8% siswa mencapai KKM, serta penerapan proses belajar mengajar masih konvensional. Penelitian pengembangan adalah jenis metode pengembangan dengan pendekatan ADDIE yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, penerapan, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII-2 (kelas eksperimen) dan VIII-3 (kelas control)  yang sudah melewati proses pemilihan sample secara random sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi non-tes dan tes (pretest dan posttest). Pengidentifikasian data memakai uji kelayakan media, angket respon siswa, serta nilai akhir sebagai uji statistik non-parametrik sebagai jawaban keputusan sementara. Hasil riset membuktikan jika bahan ajar Baamboozle berbasis Canva disebutkan sangat layak dipergunakan berdasarkan keputusan penilaian validador ahli. Kebanyakan respon positif diberikan siswa setelah penerapan media di dalam kelas yang,menandakan adanya respon timbal balik  serta melibatkan partisipasi belajar. Hal ini menimbulkan adanya perbedaan kelas eksperimen yang tidak dimiliki kelas kontrol. Keputusan akhir diperoleh berlandaskan hasil uji Mann-Whitney <0,000. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the complexity of policies governing conflicts of interest and corruption between Indonesia and Singapore through a normative juridical approach. The study was conducted by examining the regulatory framework, institutions, and legal implementation in preventing the practice of abuse of public office. The results of the study indicate that the Indonesian regulatory framework, although comprehensive, tends to function as a legislative showcase without transformative power because it is trapped in a political dynamic that is permissive towards corruption. Instruments such as the Corruption Law, PP 53/2010, and the code of ethics for public officials are more symbolic than substantive, thus failing to change bureaucratic behavior that is still shaped by a culture of patronage and clientelism. In contrast, Singapore proves that simple but sharp regulations, such as the Prevention of Corruption Act, when supported by an independent anti-corruption agency (CPIB), indiscriminate law enforcement, and integrity-based bureaucratic incentives, can suppress corruption to a minimum level. However, Singapore's system remains subject to criticism, particularly regarding the risk of legal authoritarianism and vulnerability to cross-border global financial issues. Therefore, this study confirms that the effectiveness of corruption eradication is not determined by the number of regulations, but rather by political consistency, independent institutional design, and the internalization of integrity values within the bureaucratic culture. For Indonesia, an important lesson from Singapore is the urgency of simplifying regulations, strengthening the independence of anti-corruption institutions, and fostering a bureaucratic culture that rejects patronage. Keywords: complexity, nurative, legislative showcase, authoritarianism, internalization, bureaucracy Abstrak: Penelitian ini menelaah kompleksitas kebijakan pengaturan konflik kepentingan dan tindak pidana korupsi antara Indonesia dan Singapura melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif. Kajian dilakukan dengan menelaah kerangka regulasi, kelembagaan, serta implementasi hukum dalam mencegah praktik penyalahgunaan jabatan publik. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerangka regulasi Indonesia, meskipun komprehensif, cenderung berfungsi sebagai legislative showcase tanpa daya transformasi karena terjebak dalam dinamika politik yang permisif terhadap korupsi. Instrumen seperti UU Tipikor, PP 53/2010, maupun kode etik pejabat publik lebih bersifat simbolik daripada substantif, sehingga gagal mengubah perilaku birokrasi yang masih dibentuk oleh budaya patronase dan clientelism. Sebaliknya, Singapura membuktikan bahwa regulasi yang sederhana namun tajam, seperti Prevention of Corruption Act. Jika ditopang lembaga antikorupsi independen (CPIB), penegakan hukum tanpa pandang bulu, dan insentif birokrasi berbasis integritas, mampu menekan korupsi hingga level minimal. Meski demikian, sistem Singapura tetap menyisakan kritik, terutama terkait risiko otoritarianisme hukum dan kerentanan terhadap isu keuangan global lintas batas. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas pemberantasan korupsi tidak ditentukan oleh banyaknya regulasi, melainkan oleh konsistensi politik, desain kelembagaan yang independen, serta internalisasi nilai integritas dalam budaya birokrasi. Bagi Indonesia, pelajaran penting dari Singapura adalah urgensi menyederhanakan regulasi, memperkuat independensi lembaga antikorupsi, dan menumbuhkan budaya birokrasi yang menolak patronase. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to deeply analyze the role of technology in driving the development of the digital product entrepreneurship sector. Using a mixed methods approach combining quantitative and qualitative methods, this study examines how the adoption of technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and other digital platforms affects the innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness of digital entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The results show that technology plays a significant role in accelerating the product innovation process, expanding market access, reducing operational costs, and increasing business scalability. Key challenges include the digital literacy gap, limited access to funding, and technological infrastructure readiness. Keywords: Technology, Digital, Entrepreneurship, Product Innovation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam peran teknologi dalam mendorong perkembangan sektor kewirausahaan pada produk digital. Dengan pendekatan mixed methods yang menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana adopsi teknologi seperti cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, dan platform digital lainnya mempengaruhi inovasi, efisiensi, serta daya saing pelaku usaha digital di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi berperan signifikan dalam mempercepat proses inovasi produk, memperluas akses pasar, menekan biaya operasional, dan meningkatkan skalabilitas usaha. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi kesenjangan literasi digital, keterbatasan akses pendanaan, serta kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the axiological foundation of sustainable management for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and its role in building competitive advantage in the global economic era. Using a qualitative approach with a multi-case study design, this study explores how intrinsic values (business ethics, intergenerational justice, environmental preservation) and extrinsic values (profit, consumer loyalty, market access) form the philosophical basis for adopting sustainable practices. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), observation, and document studies involving MSMEs that have implemented sustainability principles. Thematic analysis reveals that the internalization of axiological values encourages the operationalization of the Triple Bottom Line and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks in business strategies. The integration of these values proves to be a significant source of competitive advantage for MSMEs, manifested through green brand image differentiation, operational efficiency, access to new ethical markets, and increased business resilience. This study contributes theoretically by enriching the discourse on sustainable management with a value-based philosophical perspective, specifically within the MSME context. Practically, it provides recommendations for MSMEs, policymakers, and facilitators in the form of a contextual implementation roadmap, integrated training programs, and supportive policies to accelerate the inclusive and sustainable transformation of MSMEs. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis landasan aksiologi dari manajemen berkelanjutan bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) serta perannya dalam membangun keunggulan kompetitif di era ekonomi global. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi multi-kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai intrinsik (etika bisnis, keadilan antargenerasi, kelestarian lingkungan) dan nilai-nilai ekstrinsik (profit, loyalitas konsumen, akses pasar) membentuk landasan filosofis bagi adopsi praktik berkelanjutan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observasi, dan studi dokumen yang melibatkan UMKM yang telah menerapkan prinsip keberlanjutan. Analisis tematik mengungkapkan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai aksiologis mendorong operasionalisasi kerangka Triple Bottom Line dan ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) dalam strategi bisnis. Integrasi nilai-nilai ini terbukti menjadi sumber keunggulan bersaing yang signifikan bagi UMKM, yang diwujudkan melalui diferensiasi citra merek hijau, efisiensi operasional, akses ke pasar etis baru, serta peningkatan ketahanan usaha. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memperkaya wacana manajemen berkelanjutan dengan perspektif filosofis berbasis nilai, khususnya dalam konteks UMKM. Secara praktis, penelitian ini menyediakan rekomendasi bagi UMKM, pembuat kebijakan, dan pendamping dalam bentuk roadmap implementasi kontekstual, program pelatihan terpadu, serta kebijakan pendukung untuk mempercepat transformasi UMKM yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher competence, work motivation, and work environment on teacher performance at SD Strada Cabang Bekasi. The study used a quantitative approach. The study population was teachers of SD Strada Cabang Bekasi with a sample of 54 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using Google Forms and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of the study showed that partially teacher competence and work motivation had a significant effect on teacher performance, while the work environment did not have a significant effect partially. However, based on the simultaneous test (F test), teacher competence, work motivation, and work environment together had a significant effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination value of 0.706 indicates that 70.6% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by these three variables, while 29.4% is influenced by other factors outside the study. This study concludes that improving teacher performance needs to be done in an integrated manner through strengthening competence and work motivation, and supported by a conducive work environment. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi guru, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SD Strada Cabang Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SD Strada Cabang Bekasi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 54 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan google form dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi guru dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Namun, berdasarkan uji simultan (uji F), kompetensi guru, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,706 menunjukkan bahwa 70,6% variasi kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sedangkan 29,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru perlu dilakukan secara terpadu melalui penguatan kompetensi dan motivasi kerja, serta didukung oleh lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low entrepreneurial intention among university students despite having participated in an entrepreneurship development program. One psychological factor suspected to play a significant role in shaping entrepreneurial intention is grit, which is an individual's perseverance and resilience in achieving long-term goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between grit and entrepreneurial intention among university students participating in the P2MW program in Semarang. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study subjects were 147 university students participating in the entrepreneurship development program, with data collection conducted through an online questionnaire. The results showed a strong and significant relationship between grit and entrepreneurial intention, with a correlation coefficient of 0.801, indicating that grit has an 80.1% correlation with students' entrepreneurial intention. Students with high levels of grit, characterized by perseverance, resilience in the face of obstacles, and consistent interest, tend to have stronger intentions to start, maintain, and develop a business. This study concludes that grit is an internal factor that plays a significant role in strengthening students' mental readiness and commitment to entrepreneurship. Therefore, grit development needs to be a priority in the implementation of entrepreneurship development programs to encourage the sustainability of student businesses after the program ends. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya intensi berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa meskipun telah mengikuti program pembinaan kewirausahaan. Salah satu faktor psikologis yang diduga berperan penting dalam membentuk niat berwirausaha adalah grit, yaitu ketekunan dan ketangguhan individu dalam mencapai tujuan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara grit dan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa peserta P2MW di Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 147 mahasiswa peserta program pembinaan kewirausahaan, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara grit dan intensi berwirausaha, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,801, yang mengindikasikan bahwa grit memiliki keterkaitan sebesar 80,1% terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Mahasiswa dengan tingkat grit yang tinggi, ditandai oleh ketekunan, ketahanan menghadapi hambatan, dan konsistensi minat, cenderung memiliki niat yang lebih kuat untuk memulai, mempertahankan, dan mengembangkan usaha. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa grit merupakan faktor internal yang berperan penting dalam memperkuat kesiapan mental dan komitmen mahasiswa terhadap kewirausahaan, sehingga pengembangan grit perlu menjadi perhatian dalam pelaksanaan program pembinaan kewirausahaan guna mendorong keberlanjutan usaha mahasiswa setelah program berakhir. Abstract

Abstract: This Community Service Program (Penelitian kepada Masyarakat /PKM) aimed to develop and implement a tauhid-based play-based learning model to enhance the spiritual intelligence of early childhood learners at TPA Nurul Islam Tanjung Aman. The program was initiated in response to the predominance of conventional learning approaches that are less aligned with the developmental characteristics of young children, resulting in low learning motivation and limited engagement in religious learning activities. A qualitative approach was employed using four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participants consisted of children aged 2–6 years attending learning activities at TPA Nurul Islam. The implementation of the play-based learning model involved various educational play activities, such as hijaiyah letter cards, puzzles, Islamic songs, and creative tasks integrated with tauhid values. The results indicated an increase in children’s enthusiasm, active participation, and learning motivation in recognizing hijaiyah letters and understanding Qur’anic learning materials. Furthermore, the integration of tauhid values within play activities contributed positively to the development of religious attitudes and spiritual awareness from an early age. Therefore, the tauhid-based play-based learning model can be considered an effective, enjoyable, and relevant alternative learning strategy for improving the quality of religious education for early childhood learners in TPA. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih dominannya pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak usia dini, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi belajar dan keterlibatan anak dalam kegiatan pembelajaran keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek kegiatan terdiri atas anak-anak berusia 2–6 tahun yang mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di TPA Nurul Islam. Implementasi model play-based learning dilakukan melalui berbagai aktivitas permainan edukatif, seperti kartu huruf hijaiyah, permainan puzzle, lagu-lagu Islami, serta kegiatan kreatif yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai tauhid. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan antusiasme, partisipasi aktif, dan motivasi belajar anak dalam mengenal huruf hijaiyah serta memahami materi pembelajaran Al-Qur’an. Selain itu, integrasi nilai-nilai tauhid dalam aktivitas bermain memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan sikap religius dan kesadaran spiritual anak sejak usia dini. Dengan demikian, model play-based learning berbasis tauhid dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif, menyenangkan, dan relevan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan keagamaan bagi anak usia dini di TPA. Abstract

Abstrak: The development of educational technology requires schools to carry out digital transformation to support hybrid learning that integrates face-to-face and online learning. This research aims to analyze the digital transformation management process in schools through a descriptive qualitative approach. The research focus includes digital planning, implementation of technology infrastructure, developing teacher competencies, as well as school leadership strategies in managing change. Data was obtained through literature study, document observation, and interviews from previous relevant research. The study results show that effective digital transformation requires digital strategy planning, infrastructure readiness, digital literacy of educators, adaptive school culture, and visionary leadership. Digital transformation is not just the provision of devices, but also a change in school management paradigm. This research provides implications for policy makers and school leaders in managing digital transformation sustainably in the hybrid learning era. Keywords: digital transformation, education management, hybrid learning, digital leadership, educational technology. Abstract : Perkembangan teknologi pendidikan menuntut sekolah melakukan transformasi digital untuk menunjang pembelajaran hybrid yang mengintegrasikan tatap muka dan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses manajemen transformasi digital di sekolah melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Fokus penelitian meliputi perencanaan digital, implementasi infrastruktur teknologi, pengembangan kompetensi guru, serta strategi kepemimpinan sekolah dalam mengelola perubahan. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi dokumen, dan wawancara dari penelitian-penelitian relevan sebelumnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital yang efektif memerlukan perencanaan strategi digital, kesiapan infrastruktur, literasi digital pendidik, budaya sekolah adaptif, serta kepemimpinan visioner. Transformasi digital bukan hanya penyediaan perangkat, melainkan perubahan paradigma manajemen sekolah. Penelitian ini memberi implikasi bagi pengambil kebijakan dan pimpinan sekolah dalam mengelola transformasi digital secara berkelanjutan pada era pembelajaran hybrid. Kata kunci: transformasi digital, manajemen pendidikan, pembelajaran hybrid, kepemimpinan digital, teknologi pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract: Inventory information systems play an important role in supporting inventory management and ensuring smooth company operations. CV. Multi Sarana Packindo has implemented an inventory information system; however, several issues are still encountered in its implementation, such as discrepancies in stock data, delays in information updates, and a system interface that does not adequately support user needs. This study aims to evaluate the performance and quality of the inventory information system at CV. Multi Sarana Packindo using the PIECES Framework and McCall’s Software Quality Model. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The PIECES framework is used to assess the operational aspects of the system, while McCall’s model is applied to evaluate the technical quality of the software. The results indicate that the inventory information system has not yet operated optimally. The PIECES analysis reveals weaknesses in the performance, information, efficiency, and control aspects. Meanwhile, the McCall analysis shows low quality in terms of correctness, reliability, efficiency, and usability. Therefore, comprehensive improvements to both the system and business processes are required to enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of inventory management. CV. Multi Sarana Packindo telah menerapkan sistem informasi inventory, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan permasalahan seperti ketidaksesuaian data stok, keterlambatan pembaruan informasi, serta antarmuka sistem yang kurang mendukung kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan kualitas sistem informasi inventory pada CV. Multi Sarana Packindo menggunakan PIECES Framework dan McCall’s Software Quality Model. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. PIECES digunakan untuk menilai aspek operasional sistem, sedangkan model McCall digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas teknis perangkat lunak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi inventory belum berjalan secara optimal. Analisis PIECES mengungkap adanya kelemahan pada aspek performance, information, efficiency, dan control, sementara analisis McCall menunjukkan rendahnya kualitas pada aspek correctness, reliability, efficiency, dan usability. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan menyeluruh pada sistem dan proses bisnis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan.
