Abstract

Abstract: The student master book is an important document in the school administration system that functions as the main archive of personal, academic, and student history data during their education. At SMA Swasta Persiapan Stabat, recording of master book data is still done manually using printed forms and simple spreadsheet applications. This causes various obstacles such as data duplication, difficulty in searching for information, risk of data loss, and low work efficiency of school administration staff. To overcome these problems, a web-based master book information system is needed that is able to digitize and automate the process of managing student data in a structured, integrated, and secure manner. This study uses the Waterfall model system development method which consists of five stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built using the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL database. The main features provided include student data input, data search based on certain categories, data updates, printing master books, and automatic backup systems. System testing is carried out using the Black Box method to ensure that all functions run according to user needs. The results of this study indicate that this web-based master book information system is able to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of student data management. In addition, the system also makes it easier for schools to provide valid data that can be accessed quickly when needed. This system is expected to be the first step in digitalizing administration in the school environment. Keywords: Information System, Master Book, Web, Private High School, School Administration, CodeIgniter Abstrak: Buku induk siswa merupakan dokumen penting dalam sistem administrasi sekolah yang berfungsi sebagai arsip utama data pribadi, akademik, dan riwayat siswa selama menempuh pendidikan. Di SMA Swasta Persiapan Stabat, pencatatan data buku induk masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir cetak dan aplikasi spreadsheet sederhana. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti duplikasi data, kesulitan dalam pencarian informasi, risiko kehilangan data, serta rendahnya efisiensi kerja tenaga administrasi sekolah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem informasi buku induk berbasis web yang mampu mendigitalisasi dan mengotomatisasi proses pengelolaan data siswa secara terstruktur, terintegrasi, dan aman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem model Waterfall yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu: analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework CodeIgniter, serta database MySQL. Fitur-fitur utama yang disediakan antara lain input data siswa, pencarian data berdasarkan kategori tertentu, pembaruan data, cetak buku induk, dan sistem backup otomatis. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi buku induk berbasis web ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan pengelolaan data siswa. Selain itu, sistem juga mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam menyediakan data yang valid dan dapat diakses dengan cepat saat diperlukan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal digitalisasi administrasi di lingkungan sekolah. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Buku Induk, Web, Administrasi Sekolah, CodeIgniter, Waterfall.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the distribution of teaching load of teachers at SMKN 1 Stabat using the K-Means Clustering method. The main problem faced is the imbalance in the number of teaching hours between teachers which can affect the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities. The data used is the total weekly teaching hours of each teacher, which is taken from the document on the distribution of teaching tasks for the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The K-Means method is used to group teachers into three categories of teaching load: light, medium, and heavy. The grouping process is carried out by determining the number of clusters (K = 3), initializing the centroid, calculating the distance of each data to the centroid, and updating the position of the centroid until the results are stable. The final results show that most teachers are included in the medium load cluster, while a small number are in the light and heavy categories. This shows that the distribution of the teaching load is not yet completely even. The application of K-Means has been proven to be able to provide an analytical picture of the distribution of teacher work, as well as support data-based decision making in education management. Keywords: K-Means Clustering, Teaching Load, Teacher Schedule, Data Clustering, SMKN 1 Stabat Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembagian beban mengajar guru di SMKN 1 Stabat dengan menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah ketidakseimbangan jumlah jam mengajar antar guru yang dapat memengaruhi efektivitas kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Data yang digunakan berupa total jam mengajar mingguan dari setiap guru, yang diambil dari dokumen pembagian tugas mengajar semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode K-Means digunakan untuk mengelompokkan guru ke dalam tiga kategori beban mengajar: ringan, sedang, dan berat. Proses pengelompokan dilakukan dengan menentukan jumlah klaster (K=3), menginisialisasi centroid, menghitung jarak masing-masing data ke centroid, serta memperbarui posisi centroid hingga hasil stabil. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru tergolong dalam klaster beban sedang, sementara sebagian kecil masuk kategori ringan dan berat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa distribusi beban mengajar belum sepenuhnya merata. Penerapan K-Means terbukti mampu memberikan gambaran analitis terhadap distribusi kerja guru, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam manajemen pendidikan. Kata kunci: K-Means Clustering, beban mengajar, jadwal guru, pengelompokan data, SMKN 1 Stabat

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to classify patients' health conditions based on six indicators: systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, normal blood glucose, cholesterol level, and uric acid level using the K-Means Clustering method. The optimal number of clusters was determined using the Elbow Method and Silhouette Score, which resulted in five as the optimal number of clusters. The results show that the manual approach produces a more stable distribution that closely aligns with the clinical interpretation of cluster categories: Healthy (C1), Safe (C2), Alert (C3), Moderate (C4), and Severe (C5). Visualization was performed for each indicator through scatter plots and color mapping against normal value thresholds, aiding in the understanding of the distribution of patient conditions across clusters. The analysis reveals that even if a patient has one or more indicators within normal limits, they are not automatically classified into the Healthy or Safe clusters. Discrepancies in other indicators can place them in higher-risk clusters such as Alert, Moderate, or Severe. Therefore, this clustering approach provides a comprehensive view of health conditions based on a combination of features, rather than a single parameter. This research is useful in supporting early diagnosis and data-driven decision-making processes and can be integrated into health information systems for automatic risk classification of patient populations. Keywords: K-Means, Clustering, Health, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, Uric Acid, Data Visualization Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan kondisi kesehatan pasien berdasarkan enam indikator, yaitu tekanan darah sistolik, tekanan darah diastolik, kadar gula puasa, kadar gula normal, kadar kolesterol, dan kadar asam urat menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering. Penentuan jumlah klaster optimal dilakukan dengan metode Elbow dan Silhouette Score, yang menghasilkan lima klaster sebagai jumlah optimal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan manual menghasilkan distribusi yang lebih stabil dan mendekati pemaknaan klinis dari kategori klaster, yaitu: Sehat (C1), Aman (C2), Waspada (C3), Sedang (C4), dan Berat (C5). Visualisasi dilakukan untuk setiap indikator melalui scatter plot dan pemetaan warna terhadap batas nilai normal, yang membantu dalam memahami sebaran kondisi pasien pada masing-masing klaster. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun seorang pasien memiliki satu atau lebih indikator dalam batas normal, tidak secara otomatis tergolong dalam klaster Sehat atau Aman. Ketidaksesuaian pada indikator lainnya dapat menempatkan pasien ke dalam klaster yang lebih tinggi risikonya, seperti Waspada, Sedang, atau Berat. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan clustering ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh terhadap kondisi kesehatan berdasarkan kombinasi fitur, bukan hanya pada satu parameter. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk mendukung proses diagnosis awal dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, serta dapat diintegrasikan dalam sistem informasi kesehatan untuk klasifikasi risiko populasi pasien secara otomatis.Kata kunci: K-Means, Clustering, Kesehatan, Tekanan Darah, Gula Darah, Kolesterol, Asam Urat, Visualisasi Data

Abstract

Abstract: Efficient and accurate payroll management is a crucial aspect in supporting the operations of a company, including in the health and beauty service sector such as JA Medical Skincare. The payroll system, which is still carried out manually, often leads to various problems such as delayed payments, salary calculation errors, and difficulties in recording attendance and overtime data. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based payroll system using the Web Engineering method to optimize the payroll process in a systematic and structured manner. The Web Engineering method was chosen because it accommodates the needs of web-based system development in an organized manner through stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The requirements analysis was conducted through observation and interviews with relevant personnel at JA Medical Skincare. The results of this analysis were used to design a payroll system that includes features such as employee data management, salary calculation based on attendance and overtime, payslip printing, and payroll reporting. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as the database. System testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure that all functions operate according to user requirements. The test results indicate that the system improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the employee payroll process. With this system, JA Medical Skincare management can manage the payroll process more quickly, systematically, and with minimal errors, as well as facilitate reporting and documentation processes. Keywords: Payroll System, Web Engineering, JA Medical Skincare, CodeIgniter, Web-Based Information System Abstrak: Pengelolaan penggajian karyawan yang efisien dan akurat merupakan aspek krusial dalam menunjang operasional suatu perusahaan, termasuk di sektor pelayanan kesehatan dan kecantikan seperti JA Medical Skincare. Sistem penggajian yang masih bersifat manual seringkali menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterlambatan pembayaran, kesalahan perhitungan gaji, serta kesulitan dalam melakukan rekapitulasi data kehadiran dan lembur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem penggajian karyawan berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode Web Engineering guna mengoptimalkan proses penggajian secara sistematis dan terstruktur. Metode Web Engineering dipilih karena mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan pengembangan sistem berbasis web secara terorganisir melalui tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Dalam proses ini, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait di JA Medical Skincare. Hasil dari analisis tersebut digunakan untuk merancang sistem penggajian yang mencakup fitur pengelolaan data karyawan, perhitungan gaji berdasarkan kehadiran dan lembur, cetak slip gaji, serta laporan penggajian. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode black box untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam proses penggajian karyawan. Abstract

Abstract: Air pollution has become a serious problem in densely populated urban areas such as DKI Jakarta. To mitigate its negative impacts, an accurate air pollution prediction system is necessary. This study compares the performance of two deep learning models, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM), in predicting PM10 concentration using air quality data from DKI Jakarta between 2016 and 2019. The research process includes data collection and preprocessing, model training, and model evaluation. Both models were tested with various parameters such as the number of hidden neurons, dropout rate, epochs, and batch size. The results consistently show that BiLSTM outperforms LSTM, achieving lower Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) values across 54 testing scenarios. The best BiLSTM configuration, with 64 hidden neurons, 0.2 dropout rate, 50 epochs, and batch size 16, yielded an RMSE of 9.311401. Meanwhile, the best LSTM configuration, with 128 hidden neurons, 0.1 dropout rate, 100 epochs, and batch size 16, produced an RMSE of 9.330554. The advantage of BiLSTM lies in its ability to process data bidirectionally, making it more effective in capturing temporal patterns for air pollution prediction compared to LSTM. Keywords: air pollution prediction, pollutant, deep learning, LSTM, BiLSTM Abstrak: Pencemaran udara menjadi masalah serius di wilayah perkotaan padat seperti DKI Jakarta. Untuk mengurangi dampak negatifnya, diperlukan sistem prediksi polusi udara yang akurat. Penelitian ini membandingkan performa dua model deep learning, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) dan Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM), dalam memprediksi konsentrasi PM10 menggunakan data kualitas udara DKI Jakarta tahun 2016-2019. Proses penelitian mencakup pengumpulan dan praproses data, pelatihan model, serta evaluasi model. Kedua model diuji dengan berbagai parameter seperti jumlah hidden neuron, dropout rate, epoch, dan batch size. Hasil menunjukkan BiLSTM lebih unggul secara konsisten dengan nilai Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) lebih rendah melalui 54 skenario pengujian. Konfigurasi terbaik BiLSTM menggunakan 64 hidden neuron, dropout rate 0.2, 50 epoch, dan batch size 16 menghasilkan RMSE 9.311401. Sedangkan konfigurasi LSTM terbaik pada 128 hidden neuron, dropout rate 0.1, 100 epoch, dan batch size 16 menghasilkan RMSE 9.330554. Keunggulan BiLSTM terletak pada kemampuannya memproses data dua arah, sehingga lebih efektif dalam menangkap pola temporal untuk prediksi polusi udara dibandingkan LSTM.  Kata kunci: prediksi polusi udara, polutan, deep learning, LSTM, BiLSTM

Abstract: Office buildings play a crucial role in supporting economic activities, particularly in business management. This research uses Plaza BRI Surabaya as a case study, given its position as an icon of Surabaya City that focuses on office space rentals with various hospitality facilities and services. In addition to understanding the operational effectiveness of building management in providing services and its impact on marketing, this research seeks to analyze the needs and preferences of businesses that wish to rent offices. This study adopts a quantitative method with surveys to collect data regarding tenant preferences, satisfaction levels, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Statistical analysis is used to identify patterns and relationships between variables. This research also applies a qualitative method through in-depth interviews with tenants and building managers to gain a deeper understanding of their experiences and expectations. This research is expected to contribute significantly to the development of effective and comprehensive office building rental marketing strategies. Keyword: Building Management, Office building, Marketing Strategies. Abstrak: Gedung perkantoran memainkan peran krusial dalam menunjang kegiatan ekonomi, terutama dalam pengelolaan bisnis. Penelitian ini menjadikan Plaza BRI Surabaya sebagai studi kasus, mengingat posisinya sebagai ikon Kota Surabaya yang fokus pada penyewaan ruang kantor dengan berbagai fasilitas dan layanan hospitality. Selain memahami efektivitas operasional manajemen gedung dalam pemberian layanan dan dampaknya pada pemasaran, riset ini berupaya menganalisis kebutuhan dan preferensi bisnis yang ingin menyewa kantor. Studi ini mengadopsi metode kuantitatif dengan survei untuk mengumpulkan data terkait preferensi penyewa, tingkat kepuasan, dan efektivitas strategi pemasaran. Analisis statistik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan keterkaitan antar variabel. Penelitian ini juga menerapkan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan penyewa dan pengelola gedung untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai pengalaman dan harapan mereka. Riset ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi signifikan pada pengembangan strategi pemasaran penyewaan gedung kantor yang efektif dan menyeluruh. Kata kunci: Manajemen Gedung, Gedung Perkantoran, Strategi Pemasaran.

Abstract

This research aimed to explore the most common errors made by students when applying the simple past tense in their writing, as well as to investigate the factors contributing to these inaccuracies. A qualitative approach was employed, as the researcher sought to analyze learners’ difficulties in using the simple past tense. Based on the findings, it was revealed that these errors primarily stemmed from the students’ lack of comprehension regarding the simple past tense material.

Abstract

The digital economy transformation challenges the relevance of the Permanent Establishment principle in Indonesia’s tax system. As a response, the Significant Economic Presence (SEP) concept was introduced to tax foreign digital entities without physical presence. This study aims to examine the conceptual and legal challenges in implementing SEP in Indonesia. The method used is normative-juridical with statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings reveal that SEP implementation faces legal uncertainty, conflicts between domestic and international norms, and lacks clear technical parameters. While SEP holds potential for promoting fiscal justice, its ambiguous legal basis risks creating discrimination unless supported by regulatory reform and international cooperation. This study highlights the urgency of harmonizing tax laws and strengthening institutional capacity to meet global digital taxation challenges.

Abstract

Pemilihan umum yang bebas dan adil merupakan landasan utama bagi sistem demokratis yang kuat. Dalam konteks Indonesia, Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) memegang peran sentral dalam memastikan integritas proses pemilihan umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Bawaslu dalam mencegah dan menangani pelanggaran pemilu, dengan fokus pada Pemilihan Umum 2024 di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kerangka kerja konseptual yang melibatkan peran Bawaslu dalam melakukan pencegahan pelanggaran pemilu, jenis-jenis pelanggaran pemilu, dan dampaknya terhadap integritas pemilihan umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bawaslu Kabupaten Aceh Tengah telah aktif dalam mencegah dan menangani berbagai pelanggaran pemilu, termasuk penanganan pelanggaran kode etik ad hoc dan manipulasi data. Studi kasus Pemilihan Umum 2024 di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah menyoroti tantangan unik yang dihadapi dalam menjaga integritas pemilihan umum di tingkat lokal. Meskipun demikian, langkah-langkah yang diambil oleh Bawaslu, seperti pengawasan yang ketat, pelatihan pemilih, dan kerja sama dengan pihak terkait, telah membantu mengurangi dampak dari pelanggaran tersebut. Kesimpulannya, peran Bawaslu dalam mencegah dan menangani pelanggaran pemilu sangat penting untuk memastikan proses pemilihan umum yang transparan dan adil. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk memperkuat peran Bawaslu dalam menghadapi tantangan yang berkembang, termasuk peningkatan kapasitas, penguatan kerjasama dengan lembaga terkait, dan penegakan hukum yang tegas terhadap pelanggaran pemilu.

Abstract

This istudy aimed to explore how marketing communications are implemented at the Fairfield by Marriott Bali Legian Hotel and to analyze how these efforts influence the hotel's brand image. The research used a quantitative method through simple linear regression analysis, supported by a qualitative approach involving structured interviews. The findings show that the hotel has implemented its marketing communications strategy very effectively. In particular, the use of Instagram has generated strong engagement from followers on the official account, @fairfieldbalilegian. This is further supported by an increase in the account’s performance metrics, as measured using the website phlanx.com. Data analysis reveals that marketing communication plays i a significant i role i in enhancing i the hotel’s brand image. The simple regression analysis produced a constant value of 13.420 and a regression coefficient of 0.777, indicating that for every one-unit increase in marketing communication efforts, the brand image improves by 0.777 units. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) was found to be 0.794. This means that 79.4% of the hotel’s brand image is influenced by marketing communication activities, while the remaining i 20.6% is affected by other i factors
