Abstract

Abstract: The utilization of information technology in the administrative management of village governance has become increasingly essential, particularly in handling employee attendance and payroll data. Currently, the Head Office of Puji Mulyo Village still relies on manual processes for recording attendance and calculating employee salaries, which are prone to errors, delays, and lack of data transparency. This research aims to design and develop a web-based employee attendance and payroll information system using the Feature Driven Development (FDD) methodology—an agile software development approach that emphasizes feature-based progress and real user requirements. FDD consists of five main phases: developing an overall model, building a feature list, planning by feature, designing by feature, and building by feature. These phases are implemented iteratively, involving users to ensure the developed system aligns with operational needs in the field. The results of the system development demonstrate that the FDD method enables faster, modular, and flexible system construction while reducing the need for major revisions in the later stages. The resulting system includes key features such as employee data management, daily attendance tracking, automated salary calculation based on attendance and position, as well as attendance and payroll reporting. The implementation of this system enhances administrative efficiency, accuracy, and integration, ultimately supporting improved service quality within the village office environment. Keywords: Feature Driven Development, Information System, Attendance, Payroll, Web-Based, Village Office.. Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam tata kelola administrasi pemerintahan desa semakin menjadi kebutuhan yang krusial, terutama dalam pengelolaan data kehadiran dan penggajian pegawai. Kantor Kepala Desa Puji Mulyo saat ini masih menggunakan proses manual dalam pencatatan absensi dan perhitungan gaji pegawai, yang rawan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan proses, serta kurangnya transparansi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi absensi dan penggajian pegawai berbasis web menggunakan metode Feature Driven Development (FDD), yang merupakan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak berorientasi pada fitur dan fokus pada kebutuhan nyata pengguna. Metode FDD terdiri dari lima tahapan utama, yaitu pengembangan model secara menyeluruh, pembuatan daftar fitur, perencanaan per fitur, perancangan per fitur, dan pembangunan per fitur. Setiap tahapan diterapkan secara iteratif dengan melibatkan pengguna untuk memastikan sistem yang dibangun benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional di lapangan. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa metode FDD mampu mempercepat proses pembangunan sistem secara modular dan fleksibel, serta meminimalkan revisi besar di tahap akhir. Sistem yang dihasilkan memiliki fitur-fitur utama seperti manajemen data pegawai, pencatatan kehadiran harian, perhitungan gaji otomatis berdasarkan kehadiran dan jabatan, serta laporan rekapitulasi absensi dan penggajian. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, proses administrasi menjadi lebih efisien, akurat, dan terintegrasi, sehingga mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di lingkungan kantor desa. Kata kunci: Feature Driven Development, Sistem Informasi, Absensi, Penggajian, Web, Kantor Desa.

Abstract

Abstract: Global climate change has increased the frequency and intensity of droughts that threaten national food security, particularly in rice agriculture sector. This research develops a system for identifying drought stress in rice plants using spectral analysis of multispectral images based on U-Net segmentation. The research methodology includes collecting multispectral images from rice fields, radiometric preprocessing and atmospheric correction, vegetation area segmentation using U-Net architecture, spectral feature extraction through vegetation index calculation (NDVI, NDWI, SAVI), and drought stress level classification. The U-Net architecture is trained to separate rice plant areas from the background with high accuracy, then analyzes the spectral response of plants to water deficiency. Research results show that the system can identify four levels of drought stress (normal, mild, moderate, severe) with an accuracy rate of 87.5%. The output is a spatial map of drought stress distribution that can be used as a basis for decision-making in irrigation management. This system provides significant contributions to precision agriculture and climate change adaptation in supporting sustainable food security. Keyword: Drought Stress, Rice Plants, Spectral Analysis, Multispectral Imagery, U-Net Segmentation Abstrak: Perubahan iklim global telah meningkatkan frekuensi dan intensitas kekeringan yang mengancam ketahanan pangan nasional, khususnya pada sektor pertanian padi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem identifikasi stres kekeringan pada tanaman padi menggunakan analisis spektral citra multispektral berbasis segmentasi U-Net. Metodologi penelitian meliputi pengumpulan citra multispektral dari ladang padi, preprocessing radiometrik dan koreksi atmosferik, segmentasi area vegetasi menggunakan arsitektur U-Net, ekstraksi fitur spektral melalui perhitungan indeks vegetasi (NDVI, NDWI, SAVI), serta klasifikasi tingkat stres kekeringan. Arsitektur U-Net dilatih untuk memisahkan area tanaman padi dari latar belakang dengan akurasi tinggi, kemudian menganalisis respon spektral tanaman terhadap kekurangan air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu mengidentifikasi empat tingkat stres kekeringan (normal, ringan, sedang, berat) dengan tingkat akurasi 87,5%. Output berupa peta spasial distribusi stres kekeringan yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam manajemen irigasi. Sistem ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertanian presisi dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan iklim dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Stres Kekeringan, Tanaman Padi, Analisis Spektral, Citra Multispektral, U-Net Segmentation

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that impacts children's physical growth and development and is a public health challenge in Indonesia. This study integrates Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and K-Modes Clustering to map the nutritional status of toddlers in stunting cases in Asahan Regency. EDA was used to explore data distribution, identify relationships between nutritional status indicators, and identify risk factor patterns, while K-Modes was used to group toddlers based on shared categorical characteristics. The dataset used included sociodemographic variables (gender, age category, parental education and occupation) and nutritional status indicators (weight/age, height/age, weight/height). The analysis results showed a moderate positive correlation between weight/age and height/age (0.32) and a strong negative correlation between weight/age and weight/height (-0.50), indicating a link between stunting and wasting. The application of K-Modes resulted in three main clusters: Cluster 0, dominated by female toddlers with normal nutritional status but low parental education; Cluster 1 consists of infant girls with low weight for age and short height for age, despite most parents having a high school education; Cluster 2 contains infant boys with very low weight for age and very short height for age, and relatively low maternal education. The profile of each cluster was analyzed to identify dominant characteristics relevant for intervention. This integrative approach demonstrates that the combination of EDA and K-Modes is able to provide a comprehensive picture of variations in toddler nutritional status, thus serving as a basis for planning more targeted promotive and stunting prevention strategies at the regional level.

Abstract

Abstract: Civil Servants (PNS) have an important role as public servants who must provide fair and quality services. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to have human resources (HR) who have the capability to carry out their duties effectively, efficiently, productively, and professionally. The current employee performance assessment process is sometimes still subjective, this can be seen from the low productivity of employees in government agencies and the results of employee performance measurements have not been utilized optimally. One way is to use the Clustering technique with the K-Means algorithm which has a high level of accuracy in measuring objects. The final result of this study is a system that can cluster performance quality into 3 parts where the Best Performance Quality consists of 8 people, Fair Performance Quality consists of 1 person and Poor Performance Quality consists of 6 people. Keywords: Public Service, Service Quality. Abstrak: Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah membekali para pengambil keputusan dengan perangkat pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat. Sistem komputer yang terintegrasi dengan pengetahuan ahli telah membentuk metode yang efektif untuk pengolahan data dan penyajian informasi, yang penting untuk pembuatan kebijakan. Evaluasi penilaian kinerja pegawai sangat penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi, dan Badan Kepegawaian Provinsi Bengkulu memerlukan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang akurat. Metode evaluasi konvensional seringkali tidak efisien, sehingga memerlukan sistem yang terstruktur dan objektif. Metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment membantu meminimalkan kekurangan evaluasi dengan menentukan kombinasi kriteria yang optimal. Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode System Development Life Cycle. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan adalah evaluasi penilaian kinerja pegawai menggunakan Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment dapat dilakukan dengan baik dan untuk objektivitas serta peningkatan pengambilan keputusan dalam manajemen kepegawaian Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Penilaian

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the Carbon Monoxide (CO) Air Pollutant Standard Index (ISPU) and its impact on public health in Padang City. With the increasing number of motorized vehicles and industrial activity, air quality in Padang City has declined, potentially endangering public health. The CO ISPU data was obtained from the Air Quality Monitoring System (AQMS) installed in Padang City during 2024. The results showed that the average CO concentration was in the "Good" category (0-50 ppm) from January to November, with December recording an increase to 54 ppm, which falls into the "Moderate" category (51-100 ppm). Although air quality was generally considered good, community interviews revealed mild health symptoms such as fever, cough, headache, and nausea, which may be related to exposure to CO and other pollutants. This study concluded that although the CO ISPU indicates relatively safe air quality, mild health impacts are still felt by the community, especially vulnerable groups. Therefore, it is recommended that the government increase air quality monitoring and outreach regarding the impacts of air pollution to protect public health. Keyword: Air Pollutant Standard Index, Carbon Monoxide, Air Quality, Public Health, Padang City. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara (ISPU) Karbon Monoksida (CO) dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan masyarakat di Kota Padang. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan bermotor dan aktivitas industri, kualitas udara di Kota Padang mengalami penurunan, yang berpotensi membahayakan kesehatan masyarakat. Data ISPU CO diperoleh dari alat Air Quality Monitoring System (AQMS) yang terpasang di Kota Padang selama tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata konsentrasi CO berada dalam kategori "Baik" (0-50 ppm) dari bulan Januari hingga November, dengan bulan Desember mencatatkan peningkatan menjadi 54 ppm, yang masuk dalam kategori "Sedang" (51-100 ppm). Meskipun kualitas udara secara umum tergolong baik, wawancara dengan masyarakat mengungkapkan adanya gejala kesehatan ringan seperti demam, batuk, sakit kepala, dan mual, yang mungkin terkait dengan paparan CO dan polutan lainnya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun ISPU CO menunjukkan kualitas udara yang relatif aman, dampak kesehatan ringan masih dirasakan oleh masyarakat, terutama pada kelompok rentan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pemerintah meningkatkan pemantauan kualitas udara dan sosialisasi mengenai dampak polusi udara untuk melindungi kesehatan masyarakat. Kata kunci: Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara, Karbon Monoksida, Kualitas Udara, Kesehatan Masyarakat, Kota Padang.

Abstract: The development of technology is now progressing very quickly, as well as the ability seiringnya human children now. Would that we could detect the ability or interest and talent from an early age for the smooth development of future technologies. With computer applications and innovation that led to the revolution in science, especially in the technology of artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence). With the development of the intellect and the power of human intelligence (especially humans in Indonesia) so when this man was to create a computer that is useful to assist and facilitate all activities and daily activities. Expert systems are a branch of Artificial Intelligence (Artificial Intelligence), which makes extensive use of a particular knowledge to solve problems of human expert level. Abstract

Abstract: Kepok banana (Musa acuminata) stem waste was mixed with rice bran to make compost, aiming to return organic matter to the soil and increase fertility. This study examined the effectiveness of EM4 activator and rice washing water in composting banana stem waste. There were four treatments: banana stem, bran (BD), banana stem, bran, rice washing water (BDA), banana stem, bran, EM4 (BDE), and banana stem, bran, EM4 and rice washing water (BDAE). The results showed that the addition of EM4 and rice washing water increased the composting speed within 30 days, using a C/N ratio reaching 20.76%, according to SNI standards. The nutrient content of the compost also met SNI 19-7030-2004 standards, using analysis providing levels of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, organic C, and water content suitable for use. This study recommends further development to produce Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC). Keyword:  Analysis of Nutrient Content in Compost from Kepok Banana Stems (Musa                 acuminata) with EM4 Activator and Rice Washing Water. Abstrak: Limbah batang pisang kepok (Musa acuminata) dicampur memakai dedak untuk dibuat kompos, bertujuan mengembalikan bahan organik ke tanah serta menaikkan kesuburan. Penelitian ini melihat efektivitas aktivator EM4 serta air cucian beras dalam pengomposan limbah batang pisang. Terdapat empat perlakuan: batang pisang, Dedak (BD), batang pisang, Dedak, Air cucian beras (BDA), batang pisang, Dedak, EM4 (BDE), dan  batang pisang, Dedak, EM4 dan   Air cucian beras (BDAE). Akibat menyampaikan bahwa penambahan EM4 dan  air cucian beras meningkatkan kecepatan pengomposan pada waktu 30 hari, memakai rasio C/N mencapai 20,76%, sesuai standar SNI. Kandungan hara pada kompos juga memenuhi standar SNI 19-7030-2004, memakai analisis membagikan kadar Nitrogen, Fosfor, Kalium, C organik, dan  kadar air yang layak digunakan. Abstract

Abstract: The development of information technology has encouraged business actors to utilize transaction data as a valuable source of information. One approach that can be used is data mining with the Association Rule method to find patterns of association between products purchased simultaneously. This study aims to apply the Apriori algorithm in analyzing sales transaction data at the Elshanum Store in order to obtain association rules that can support decision making in marketing strategies, such as product arrangement and bundling promotions. The data used is a history of sales transactions during a certain period which is then processed through the preprocessing and analysis stages using the Apriori algorithm. The results of the study indicate a number of product purchasing patterns that often appear together with significant support and confidence values. These findings can be the basis for increasing sales effectiveness and understanding consumer behavior at the Elshanum Store. Keywords: data mining, association rule, apriori algorithm, transaction analysis,                 Elshanum Store Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong pelaku usaha untuk memanfaatkan data transaksi sebagai sumber informasi yang bernilai. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah data mining dengan metode Association Rule untuk menemukan pola keterkaitan antar produk yang dibeli secara bersamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan algoritma Apriori dalam menganalisis data transaksi penjualan pada Toko Elshanum guna memperoleh aturan asosiasi yang dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam strategi pemasaran, seperti penataan produk dan promosi bundling. Data yang digunakan merupakan riwayat transaksi penjualan selama periode tertentu yang kemudian diproses melalui tahapan preprocessing dan analisis menggunakan algoritma Apriori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya sejumlah pola pembelian produk yang sering muncul bersamaan dengan nilai support dan confidence yang signifikan. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam meningkatkan efektivitas penjualan serta pemahaman perilaku konsumen di Toko Elshanum. Kata kunci : data mining, association rule, algoritma apriori, analisis transaksi,                      Toko Elshanum.

Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to compare the accuracy between time series forecasting methods, namely Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) and Double Moving Average (DMA), in forecasting ground coffee sales at Lopo Mandheling Coffee, an MSME in the beverage sector. The sales data used is monthly data from January 2024 to March 2025. The analysis was carried out by calculating the accuracy of each method using the MAPE, MAD, and MSE indicators. The results show that the DMA method provides more accurate forecasting results than the DES method for both types of coffee (Specialty and Premium). DMA has lower MAPE, MAD, and MSE values, so it is more recommended for use in sales forecasting in this MSME. This study provides a practical contribution for MSME actors in improving operational efficiency through a data-driven forecasting approach. Keyword: Sales forecasting; double exponential smoothing; double moving average;                 ground coffee; MSME Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai perbandingan akurasi antara metode peramalan deret waktu, yaitu Dpuble Exponential Smoothing (DES) dan Double Moving Avarega (DMA), dalam meramalkan penjualan kopi bubuk di Lopo Mandheling Coffee, sebuah UMKM di sektor minuman. Data penjulan yang digunakan merupakan data bulanan dari Januari 2024 hingga Maret 2025. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghitung akurasi masing-masing metode menggunakan indikator MAPE, MAD, dan MSE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode DMA memberikan hasil peramalan yang lebih akurat dibandingkan metode DES untuk kedua jenis kopi (Specialty dan Premium). DMA memiliki nilai MAPE, MAD, dan MSE yang lebih rendah, sehingga lebih direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam peramalan penjualan pada UMKM ini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui pendekatan peramalan berbasis data. Kata kunci: Peralaman penjualan; double exponential smoothing; double moving average; kopi bubuk; UMKM

Abstract

Abstract: Diabetes is a chronic disease with a steadily increasing number of suf Mutia Arifah ferers every year, including in Pidie Jaya Regency. Early detection and clustering of sufferers are crucial to support effective disease management, personalized care, and more targeted allocation of health resources. This study aims to cluster sub-districts based on the number of diabetes sufferers using the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method. This method was chosen because it can flexibly group data by calculating the degree of membership of each data item within each cluster. The data used is secondary data on the number of diabetes sufferers from 12 sub- districts in Pidie Jaya Regency during the 2021-2024 period. The clustering process is carried out through several stages: parameter initialization, random creation of an initial partition matrix, calculation of cluster centers, degree of membership, and iterative evaluation of the objective function until convergence. The results show that Fuzzy C-Means successfully divides the data into two clusters: high and low clusters. Subdistricts such as Trienggadeng and Meureudu are in the high cluster, while Cubo and Jangka Buya are in the low cluster. The objective function value decreased significantly and reached convergence at the 13th iteration. The results of this study are expected to assist local governments and health agencies in developing more targeted policies based on the geographic distribution of diabetes sufferers in the Pidie Jaya region. Keyword: Diabetes, Clustering, Fuzzy C-Means. Abstrak: Diabetes merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis yang jumlah penderitanya terus meningkat setiap tahun, termasuk di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Deteksi dini dan klasterisasi penderita sangat penting untuk mendukung manajemen penyakit yang efektif, personalisasi perawatan, serta alokasi sumber daya kesehatan yang lebih tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklaster wilayah kecamatan berdasarkan jumlah penderita diabetes menggunakan metode Fuzzy C-Means. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu mengelompokkan data secara fleksibel dengan memperhitungkan derajat keanggotaan setiap data terhadap masing-masing klaster. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder jumlah penderita diabetes dari 12 kecamatan di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya selama periode 2021, 2022, 2023 hingga 2024. Proses klasterisasi dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu inisialisasi parameter, pembuatan matriks partisi awal secara acak, perhitungan pusat klaster, derajat keanggotaan, dan evaluasi fungsi objektif secara iteratif hingga konvergensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fuzzy C-Means berhasil membagi data menjadi dua klaster, yaitu klaster tinggi dan rendah. Kecamatan seperti Trienggadeng dan Meureudu termasuk klaster tinggi, sedangkan Cubo dan Jangka Buya termasuk klaster rendah. Nilai fungsi objektif menurun signifikan dan mencapai konvergensi pada iterasi ke-13. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah daerah dan instansi kesehatan dalam membuat kebijakan yang lebih tepat sasaran berdasarkan distribusi geografis penderita diabetes di wilayah Pidie Jaya. Kata kunci: Diabeter, Clustering, Fuzzy C-Means.
