Abstract

Abstract: The use of information technology devices can support students’ learning by providing greater access to information and more flexible academic activities. However, their use still requires appropriate management, particularly in relation to control, discipline, dependency, and social interaction. This study aims to identify patterns of information technology use, predict cluster membership, describe the characteristics of each cluster, and analyze trends in students’ learning outcomes. The study involved 272 students from Pesantren Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang, with data collected through questionnaires and documentation of learning outcomes. The analysis employed a Hybrid Machine Learning approach consisting of K-Means clustering based on nine variables of information technology use, Backpropagation to predict cluster membership, and the C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm to generate rules describing cluster characteristics. The K-Means analysis produced three clusters: light monitoring with 155 students, intensive assistance with 16 students, and targeted guidance with 101 students. The percentages of students with good learning outcomes in these clusters were 86.45%, 93.75%, and 79.21%, respectively. The Backpropagation model achieved an accuracy of 94.55%, while the Decision Tree generated rules that described the characteristics of each cluster. The findings indicate that good learning outcomes are not always accompanied by favorable patterns of information technology use across all dimensions. These results can serve as a basis for providing appropriate guidance on information technology use according to students’ characteristics. Keywords: information technology, learning outcomes, K-Means, Backpropagation, DT.   Abstrak: Penggunaan perangkat teknologi informasi dapat mendukung pembelajaran santri melalui akses informasi dan kegiatan akademik yang lebih fleksibel, namun tetap memerlukan pengelolaan terkait kontrol, disiplin, ketergantungan, dan interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pola penggunaan teknologi informasi, memprediksi keanggotaan klaster, menjelaskan karakteristik klaster, serta menganalisis kecenderungan hasil belajar santri. Data penelitian melibatkan 272 santri Pesantren Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi hasil belajar. Analisis menggunakan pendekatan Hybrid Machine Learning, yaitu K-Means berdasarkan sembilan variabel penggunaan teknologi informasi, Backpropagation untuk memprediksi keanggotaan klaster, dan Decision Tree C4.5 untuk membentuk aturan karakteristik klaster. Hasil K-Means membentuk tiga klaster, yaitu pemantauan ringan sebanyak 155 santri, pendampingan intensif 16 santri, dan pembinaan terarah 101 santri, dengan persentase hasil belajar baik masing-masing 86,45%, 93,75%, dan 79,21%. Model Backpropagation mencapai akurasi 94,55%, sedangkan Decision Tree menghasilkan aturan karakteristik setiap klaster. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar yang baik tidak selalu disertai pola penggunaan teknologi informasi yang baik pada seluruh dimensi. Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi dasar pendampingan penggunaan teknologi informasi sesuai karakteristik santri. Kata kunci: teknologi informasi, hasil belajar, K-Means, Backpropagation, DT.

Abstract

Abstract: User reviews of the Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) mobile application on app distribution platforms continue to increase in line with the growing use of digital health services in Indonesia. These reviews contain sentiments related to the application, yet they have not been systematically analyzed to reveal user perception and satisfaction toward the JKN application. This study aims to analyze sentiment in JKN application reviews by employing the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method combined with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The review data processing stage began with preprocessing, comprising cleaning, case folding, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming, followed by weighting using TF-IDF to transform textual data into numerical data in accordance with word occurrence frequency. The weighting results then served as input for the SVM algorithm to construct a separating hyperplane between classes, thereby classifying reviews into positive or negative categories. The research dataset consisted of 10,000 JKN application user reviews obtained through scraping from the Google Play Store platform. The testing results showed an accuracy of 99.83%, precision of 99.92%, recall of 99.83%, and an F1-score of 99.87%. These results demonstrate that the combination of TF-IDF and SVM can produce highly accurate sentiment classification of JKN application user reviews. User perception and satisfaction obtained from this sentiment identification serve as an evaluative basis for JKN application administrators to encourage improvements in the quality of digital health services in Indonesia. Keyword: Sentiment Analysis, TF-IDF, JKN, Support Vector Machine, User Reviews.   Abstrak: Ulasan pengguna aplikasi Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) pada platform distribusi aplikasi terus bertambah seiring meningkatnya penggunaan layanan kesehatan digital di Indonesia. Ulasan tersebut memuat sentimen terkait kualitas layanan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kinerja fitur, namun belum dianalisis secara sistematis untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi JKN. Sentimen dalam ulasan pengguna aplikasi JKN dianalisis menggunakan metode Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) sebagai tujuan dari penelitian ini. Tahapan untuk mengolah data ulasan pada penelitian ini merupakan preprocessing (cleaning, case folding, tokenization, stopword removal, dan stemming), disusul pembobotan memakai TF-IDF agar data teks bertransformasi menjadi data numerik selaras dengan frekuensi kemunculan kata. Hasil pembobotan menjadi input bagi algoritma SVM untuk membentuk hyperplane pemisah antar kelas, sehingga ulasan diklasifikasikan ke dalam kategori positif atau negatif. Dataset penelitian berjumlah 10.000 ulasan pengguna aplikasi JKN yang diperoleh melalui scraping dari platform Google Play Store. Hasil pengujian dari penelitian yaitu akurasi sebesar 99,83%, presisi 99,92%, recall 99,83%, dan F1-score 99,87%. Hasil dari pengujian tersebut membuktikan kombinasi TF-IDF dan SVM dapat menghasilkan klasifikasi sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi JKN dengan ketepatan tinggi. Gambaran mengenai persepsi dan kepuasan pengguna diperoleh dari hasil identifikasi sentimen ini untuk bahan evaluasi bagi pengelola aplikasi JKN guna mendorong peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan digital di Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract: Delivery service quality is a crucial aspect of maintaining customer satisfaction with e-commerce services, including SPX Express. However, issues such as delivery delays, difficulty contacting customer service, and suboptimal complaint handling persist. This study aims to analyze SPX Express's delivery service quality, identify service failure risks, and determine improvement priorities. The research employs the E-SERVQUAL method, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). E-SERVQUAL analysis results reveal the three attributes with the largest gaps: ease of accessing customer service when needed (-0.301), ease of contacting customer service (-0.216), and handling of service errors (-0.209). FMEA analysis indicates that the failure mode with the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) is the lengthy resolution of customer complaints (RPN 336). Furthermore, AHP results identify the primary improvement priority as enhancing sorting processes at Hubs and Distribution Centers (DCs) with a global weight of 0.390, followed by providing more accurate delivery time estimates and optimizing shipment monitoring/tracking, each with a weight of 0.305. These findings can serve as a basis for SPX Express to establish improvement priorities focused on increasing distribution speed and enhancing customer service quality.   Keywords: SPX Express; E-SERVQUAL; FMEA; AHP; service quality   Abstrak: Kualitas layanan pengiriman adalah aspek penting dalam menjaga kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan e-commerce, termasuk SPX Express. Akan tetapi, masih ditemukan permasalahan seperti keterlambatan pengiriman, kesulitan menghubungi Customer Service, serta penanganan keluhan yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan pengiriman SPX Express, mengidentifikasi risiko kegagalan layanan, serta menentukan prioritas perbaikan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode E-SERVQUAL, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), dan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil analisis E-SERVQUAL menunjukkan tiga atribut dengan kesenjangan terbesar, yaitu kemudahan Customer Service diakses ketika dibutuhkan sebesar −0,301, kemudahan menghubungi Customer Service sebesar −0,216, dan penanganan terhadap kesalahan layanan sebesar −0,209. Analisis FMEA menunjukkan failure mode dengan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) tertinggi adalah penyelesaian komplain pelanggan yang membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dengan RPN 336. Selanjutnya, hasil AHP menunjukkan prioritas perbaikan utama adalah peningkatan proses sortir pada Hub dan Distribution Center (DC) dengan bobot global 0,390, diikuti pemberian estimasi waktu pendistribusian yang lebih akurat dan optimalisasi monitoring/tracking pengiriman dengan bobot masing-masing 0,305. Abstract

Abstract: A total of 41 picking error incidents were recorded at PT XYZ’s biscuit raw material warehouse between January and June, with operator inaccuracy identified as the primary cause (43.9%). These errors were driven by a wide variety of raw materials, similarities in physical product characteristics, and the absence of a structured error-prevention mechanism. This study integrates Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) using the HEART method, Dedicated Storage, and Poka-Yoke to identify, quantify, and mitigate picking error risks. FMEA was used to prioritize risks based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN), while HRA-HEART was employed to measure the Human Error Probability (HEP). FMEA results revealed four high-priority failure modes: retrieving expired materials (RPN 400), placing materials in incorrect locations (RPN 392), selecting the wrong raw materials (RPN 392), and non-compliance with FIFO procedures (RPN 378). HRA results indicated the highest HEP values ​​in the tasks of issuing materials to production (72.8%), raw material retrieval (65.9%), and material placement (53.8%). Improvements were implemented using Dedicated Storage—based on the throughput-to-space requirement ratio—and Poka-Yoke measures, including barcode verification, a FIFO physical lock system, and a color-coded visual management system. These improvements reduced the RPN of all high-priority failure modes to below 100 and lowered the raw material retrieval HEP from 65.9% to 13.2%. Thus, the integration of FMEA, HRA, Dedicated Storage, and Poka-Yoke proved effective in mitigating picking error risks and enhancing warehouse operational reliability. Abstrak: Kesalahan pengambilan barang (picking error) di gudang bahan baku biskuit PT XYZ tercatat sebanyak 41 kejadian selama Januari–Juni, dengan ketidaktelitian operator sebagai penyebab dominan sebesar 43,9%. Kondisi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh tingginya variasi bahan baku, kemiripan karakteristik fisik produk, serta belum adanya mekanisme pencegahan kesalahan yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) dengan metode HEART, Dedicated Storage, dan Poka Yoke untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengurangi risiko picking error. FMEA digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas risiko berdasarkan Risk Priority Number (RPN), sedangkan HRA-HEART digunakan untuk mengukur Human Error Probability (HEP). Hasil FMEA menunjukkan empat failure mode prioritas tinggi, yaitu pengambilan bahan kedaluwarsa (RPN 400), penempatan bahan tidak sesuai lokasi (RPN 392), salah pengambilan bahan baku (RPN 392), dan ketidaktaatan FIFO (RPN 378). Hasil HRA menunjukkan HEP tertinggi pada tugas pengeluaran bahan ke produksi sebesar 72,8%, pengambilan bahan baku 65,9%, dan penempatan bahan 53,8%. Perbaikan dilakukan melalui Dedicated Storage berdasarkan rasio throughput/kebutuhan ruang dan Poka Yoke berupa verifikasi barcode, FIFO Physical Lock System, serta Visual Management System berbasis kode warna. Hasil perbaikan menurunkan seluruh failure mode prioritas tinggi menjadi RPN <100 dan menurunkan HEP pengambilan bahan baku dari 65,9% menjadi 13,2%. Dengan demikian, integrasi FMEA, HRA, Dedicated Storage, dan Poka Yoke efektif dalam mengurangi risiko picking error dan meningkatkan keandalan operasional gudang. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop and evaluate Canva AI-based animated video learning media focused on the topic of "Respecting Diversity" for fifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Langsa. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which encompasses Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Product evaluation covers two primary aspects: media feasibility and practicality. Feasibility was assessed based on content, media, and language dimensions using expert validation sheets, while practicality was measured via response questionnaires involving one teacher and 28 students. Feasibility assessment results showed scores of 96.92% for content, 96% for media, and 100% for language, placing all dimensions in the "highly feasible" category. Practicality testing yielded scores of 92.00% from the teacher and 94.00% from the students, indicating that the media falls into the "highly practical" category. Based on these results, the Canva AI-based animated video media developed using the ADDIE model demonstrates a high degree of feasibility and practicality, making it a promising tool to support Pancasila Education instruction on the topic of respecting diversity. Keyword: ADDIE; Canva AI; instructional media; appreciating diversity.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi media pembelajaran video animasi berbasis Canva AI pada materi Menghargai Keragaman untuk siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Langsa. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Evaluasi produk mencakup dua aspek utama, yaitu kelayakan dan kepraktisan media. Kelayakan media dinilai berdasarkan dimensi materi, media, dan bahasa menggunakan lembar validasi ahli, sedangkan kepraktisan diukur melalui angket respons yang melibatkan 1 guru dan 28 peserta didik. Hasil penilaian kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa dimensi materi memperoleh 96,92%, media 96%, dan bahasa 100%, sehingga seluruh dimensi berada pada kategori sangat layak. Hasil pengujian kepraktisan memperoleh nilai 92,00% dari guru dan 94,00% dari peserta didik, yang menunjukkan bahwa media berada pada kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media video animasi berbasis Canva AI yang dikembangkan melalui model ADDIE menunjukkan karakteristik sangat layak dan sangat praktis secara signifikan, sehingga berpotensi digunakan sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila pada materi menghargai keragaman. Abstract

Penentuan dosis bahan kimia pada instalasi pengolahan air minum di Indonesia umumnya masih bergantung pada pengalaman operator sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan inkonsistensi kualitas pengolahan antar shift. Penelitian ini mengembangkan modul Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis web pada sistem operasional PT Adaro Tirta Brayan, instalasi berkapasitas 500 liter per detik yang mengolah air baku Sungai Deli. Sistem mengintegrasikan metode Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani berkonsekuen singleton untuk rekomendasi dosis PAC, klorin, dan soda ash, serta metode Weighted Moving Average (WMA) untuk prediksi kualitas air baku dua jam ke depan dan kebutuhan dosis bulanan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan Laravel 11, Livewire, dan MariaDB, lalu dievaluasi menggunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) terhadap 5.472 data shift operasional periode April 2025 hingga Juni 2026. Pengujian menghasilkan bobot WMA [1, 3, 30] untuk prediksi air baku dan [1, 1, 20] untuk prediksi dosis bulanan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan MAPE rekomendasi Fuzzy Mamdani sebesar 11,28% untuk PAC dan 12,86% untuk klorin. Prediksi WMA menghasilkan MAPE pH 1,04%, TDS 8,10%, dan turbiditas 32,86%, sedangkan prediksi dosis bulanan menghasilkan MAPE PAC 8,71% dan klorin 23,4%. Integrasi kedua metode mampu menyediakan acuan kuantitatif bagi operator dan mendukung perencanaan kebutuhan bahan kimia secara lebih terukur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dan keefektifan penggunaan buku ajar kimia SMA berbasis masalah terhadap motivasi, hasil belajar, dan respon siswa pada materi kesetimbangan kimia kelas XI SMA Negeri 18 Medan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik random sampling, melibatkan kelas XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI MIPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket motivasi, tes hasil belajar (pretest-posttest), angket respon siswa, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, Paired Samples T-Test, dan Independent Samples T-Test pihak kanan pada data N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (88,23 > 41,67) dengan nilai Sig. < 0,001, sehingga terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Rata-rata posttest hasil belajar kelas eksperimen juga lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol (82,5 > 68,17). Uji Independent Samples T-Test menghasilkan t = 2,803 dan Sig. (1-tailed) = 0,0035 < 0,05, yang menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan. Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran memperoleh persentase rata-rata 87,57% dengan kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Motivation, Job Stress, and Incentives on Employee Performance at Nadarya Aviation Center Medan. The aviation industry requires high professionalism, necessitating proper human resource management to maintain performance stability. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample consisted of 115 respondents selected through total sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The partial test results (t-test) show that Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance ( 5.294 > 1.981), Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on performance ( 5.428 > 1.981), and Incentives have a positive and significant effect on performance ( 7.454 > 1.981). Findings indicate that job stress in this environment acts as eustress that stimulates precision. Simultaneously (F-test), the three variables have a significant effect with 45.314 > 2.69 and a significance value of 0.000. The R-Square value of 0.667 indicates that Motivation, Job Stress, and Incentives contribute 66.7% to the variation in employee performance. In conclusion, the synergy between internal drive, pressure management, and financial reward schemes is the key to optimizing employee productivity at Nadarya Aviation Center

Abstract

Employee performance plays a crucial role in maintaining service quality and operational effectiveness in the restaurant industry. This study aims to examine the effects of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Hangry Restaurant Medan. A quantitative associative approach was employed, involving all 31 employees as respondents through total sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 2.604; p = 0.015), while job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect (t = 6.616; p < 0.001). Simultaneously, motivation and job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance (F = 31.846; p < 0.001). The adjusted R² value of 0.673 indicates that both variables explain 67.3% of the variation in employee performance. These findings demonstrate that strengthening employee motivation and fostering job satisfaction are important elements in improving employee performance and supporting effective human resource management in the restaurant industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup modern dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap minat beli makanan siap saji melalui aplikasi online food delivery pada Generasi Z di Kelurahan Dwi Kora Medan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 96 responden yang dipilih sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup modern berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat beli, sedangkan E-WOM tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat beli. Secara simultan, gaya hidup modern dan E-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,134 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan minat beli sebesar 13,4%, sedangkan 86,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Dengan demikian, gaya hidup modern menjadi faktor yang lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan minat beli Generasi Z terhadap makanan siap saji melalui aplikasi online food delivery.
