Abstract

Tamimatul Qomariyah Karim Asya. O100190012. "Inculcating Character Education through Religious Activities at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi High School Surakarta". Thesis of the Master of Islamic Education Study Program. Graduate School of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Advisor I Dr. Mutohharun Jinan, M. Ag., Advisor II Dr. Muthoifin, M. Ag. The purpose of this study was to describe the cultivation of character education through religious activities at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi High School Surakarta. This research method uses a qualitative method using a case study approach. The research design applied is sociological. Research data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique this in this study was through data reduction, data presentation, and data withdrawal and testing. The result of this research is that the planning of character education planting through religious activities at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi High School Surakarta has been very well coordinated. Planning for daily and annual activities is carried out before the new school year begins. Planning is made jointly by involving the research and development (R&D) team. The activities development are detailed with the person in charge and the coordinator of the activities. The implementation of character education through the cultivation of character education, religious activities carried out include reading prayers before and after learning and performing dhuha prayers, the habituation has been carried out in an orderly and good manner. Students already have a high awareness of carrying out activities at school with various consequences. Keywords: Moral Degradasi, Character Education, Religious Activities

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality improvement of elementary schools through total quality management. This study uses a qualitative approach and the data collection technique used is the interview method. The result of the research is that Total Quality Management at SDN Kregenan 2 is one of the methods used to improve services to the community. Improving the quality of institutions there are three parts that must exist in the education, namely: (1) Input (input), (2) Process, and (3) Output. Efforts made at SDN Kregenan 2 in improving the quality of schools include focusing on customers, formulating a clear vision and mission, teamwork, and training all teachers to develop their potential.

Abstract

The burden of learning achievement in the history of Islamic civilization in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education (PAI and BP) in the 2013 curriculum is quite heavy. Because learning achievement must reach four dimensions of achievement indicators (spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, knowledge, skills), this condition became one of the backgrounds for implementing the 2022 prototype curriculum. This study aims to identify and analyze the burden of learning achievement of the history of Islamic civilization in PAI and BP subjects in the 2013 and 2022 prototype curricula. The research library with the primary data sources being "2013 curriculum policy" and "2022 prototype curriculum policy". This study uses content analysis which finds that learning material on the history of Islamic civilization in PAI and BP subjects in the 2022 prototype curriculum is not forced to achieve four achievement indicators but is adjusted to the type of material in each phase. In addition, it was also found that the learning material for the history of Islamic civilization in PAI and BP subjects in the 2022 prototype curriculum was more comprehensive than the 2013 curriculum. Thus, the 2022 prototype curriculum could recover the problems of the 2013 curriculum

Abstract

In its historical development, Pesantren has proven to be an Islamic Educational Institution that is very consensual in maintaining the values of religious moderation. This fact makes the Islamic pattern in Indonesia tend to be more tolerant, inclusive and strong in facing differences of opinion. This article aims to discuss how the process of Islamic boarding school education is carried out from the perspective of Islamic education psychology. The data in this study was collected through interviews and observations, and document tracking. Thisenelitian uses the Spradley model analysis technique known as taxonomic analysis. This study found that the values of moderation taught in the Roudlotul Muta'abidin Islamic boarding school include: tasamuh, tawasuth and upholding nationalism. In addition, from a psychological perspective, the strengthening of religious moderation in pesantren is strengthened through the stages of knowledge (cognitive) and habituation (habitus). Both are oriented toward students having the personality of being moderate Muslims.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the values of character education according to the Nusantara mufassir. Character education has become a model of education offered to overcome the moral problems of children in Indonesia. This is related to the increase in juvenile delinquency in society. Ulama' Mufassir Nusantara has contributed to building human resources in the archipelago through his book of interpretation. This research is a qualitative research in the form of literature study. The object of the research material is the book of interpretation by Ulama' Tafsir originating from the archipelago. The method is to determine the verses related to the values of character education, namely the Qur'an surah al-‘Alaq [96] verses 1-5. The results of the study show that the first verse was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW., in line with the values of character education, namely the command to love reading, humans have the character of hard work, independence, and high curiosity. And the verse in question includes the character values needed by the Prophet Muhammad. as an initial provision in his missionary mission. These verses should also be instilled in all of his people.

Abstract

The use of the question and answer method is not only intended to create direct communication between teachers and students so that there is a direct reciprocal relationship between teachers and students or even students and students, but also makes students have a deep understanding or understanding of the facts they are learning. This study aims to determine how the teacher's efforts to streamline Islamic religious education learning through the question and answer method and the factors that support and inhibit the effectiveness of Islamic religious education learning through the question and answer method at the "FAVORIT" Vocational School Pungging Mojokerto. This qualitative descriptive study with a sample of 39 students resulted in the conclusion that efforts to combine or modify the use of the question and answer method with other methods in Islamic religious education learning activities, questions that are not rote in nature, Supporting factors provide equal opportunities for students who are active and not active, while the inhibiting factor is limited time, students are indifferent to the lesson.

Abstract

Learning outcomes in learning reading skill there are 31 students who are still under the KKM. This is because the teacher still uses the lecture method and tadribat only, so that in focused learning with books that can cause students to feel bored and students are still not able to understand the meaning or information contained in the Arabic text. The objectives of this study include; to find out how to use the card sort learning strategy, and to find out how the effect of the card sort learning strategy on improving the learning outcomes of reading skill. This research is a quantitative research type of pre-experiment. The method used is one group pretest-posttest design. The results of this study show that card sort learning strategies have an effect on improving student reading skill learning outcomes. This can be seen from the fact that the calculation is greater than the ttabel, namely 11,614 > 2,030 and Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence on the use of card sort learning strategies on improving the learning outcomes of reading skill students of Junior High School Darut Taqwa 02 Sengonagung Purwosari.

Abstract

The family environment is the first place for children to develop their education and intelligence, especially spiritual intelligence. The assumption of society is that parents who work as factory workers have little time to care for and interact with their children so that spiritual intelligence is considered less well-achieved. The purpose of this study was (1) to determine the form of parenting pattern for factory workers in Wonosari Village (2) to determine the impact of factory worker parenting on the spiritual intelligence of children in Wonosari Village. The approach used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data. The type of research used is Natural setting. The results of the study are that there are 3 types of parenting styles in Wonosari Village, namely (1) Authoritarian, namely the type of parenting that makes parents the center of child control (2) Democratic, namely the type of parenting in which parents provide space for children to control and do what he wants but still with parental consent. (3) Permissive, namely parents who do not care and are reluctant to control their children. The impact of authoritarian parenting patterns on children's spiritual intelligence is the impact of spiritual intelligence from the form of parents with authoritarian parenting patterns that are slightly weak, because of the pressure and limitations of thinking that hinder the development of spiritual intelligence. The impact of spiritual intelligence from the democratic form of parenting is good because parents fully support the child's potential and the impact of spiritual intelligence of children from the permissive form of parenting is very weak because parents do not care about the child's condition.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest coffee exporting countries in the world. Increasing the competitiveness of small and medium coffee industry clusters is a strategic issue that needs to be considered. The small and medium coffee industry in Indonesia can become a mainstay commodity for export to foreign countries. However, the small and medium coffee industry still has many obstacles, including low human resources capabilities, difficulty in penetrating access to capital, and low levels of technology adoption. This study was conducted to determine the strategy model for increasing the competitiveness of relevant small and medium industry clusters of coffee processing. One methodological approach alone is not enough to strive to increase the competitiveness of the small and medium coffee industry in Indonesia. Comparing strategic management is a choice of an alternative approach to able to increase optimal competitiveness. By comparing the structural equation model and SWOT analysis, it is hoped that the right program recommendations will be found to increase the competitiveness of the sustainable small and medium coffee industry.
