Abstract

Umumnya guru bimbingan konseling pada suatu lembaga menjadi pusat pengendalian kecerdasan emosional dan menangani konflik perilaku siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode induktif dengan alur tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data (data display) dan menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa, strategi guru dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa melalui pendidikan agama Islam (a) Sikap-sikap terpuji siswa di dalam kelas seperti mampu memecahkan masalah dengan baik, memiliki kepedulian dan empati dengan sesama, dan saling mengingatkan kewajiban belajar, (b) Sikap-sikap terpuji siswa di luar kelas seperti tidak mudah tersinggung saat di bully dan mampu mengontrol diri untuk berkata jelek. Kata Kunci: Strategi Guru, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Kecerdasan, Spiritual, Emosional.

Abstract

This article discusses several problems of PAI teachers during the learning process in the classroom, such as problems found in students, namely lack of interest in learning, lack of concentration in student learning, various student characters and the teacher's lack of ability in technology in implementing the learning curriculum, and what solutions teachers should implement in addressing this problem. This observation aims to find out the problems or complaints of teachers who teach, especially PAI teachers, in the era of implementing the Merdeka curriculum, whether the achievement of learning objectives has met the target or not. So it is important for teachers to have good creativity and it is also important for a teacher to know the character and background of students to make it easier to take an approach that suits the integrity of the student. Therefore, the author raised this problem into an article using a qualitative approach that describes the information available in the field.

Abstract

Penelitian Konsep ta’dib KH Hasyim Asyari: aktualisasi kebijakan sistem pendidikan nasional bertujuan; 1)memerinci konsep ta’dib KH Hasyim Asy’ari dalam kitab Adabu ‘Alim Wal Muta’allim, 2)menganalisis dan memperpadukan konsep ta’dib KH Hasyim Asy’ari sebagai aktualisasi kebijakan Sisdiknas. Metode penelitian kualitatif studi pustaka menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian: 1)prinsip-prinsip konsep ta’dib KH. Hasyim Asy’ari; menitikberatkan pada pendidikan; keutamaan ilmu, ulama, dan proses belajar mengajar. Konsep ta’dib bagi peserta didik; ta’dib peserta didik terhadap dirinya, pendidik, dan proses pembelajaran. Konsep ta’dib bagi pendidik; ta’dib pendidik terhadap dirinya sendiri, kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM), dan peserta didik. Konsep ta’dib terhadap literasi dan tradisi ilmiah. Hal ini ditekankan antara pendidik dan peserta didik pentingnya adab sebelum ilmu dan hubungan harmonis antara pendidik dan peserta didik. 2)konsep ta’dib sangat relevan dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional yang diatur dalam UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003. Sehingga kebijakan pendidikan karakter tidak hanya berfokus pada penguasaan akademis, tetapi juga pada pembentukan kepribadian yang mulia, moralitas, dan tanggung jawab sosial, sejalan dengan pilar-pilar Gerakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK). Serta aktualisasi dengan melakukan tradisi ilmiah dan memperkaya literasi; yakni membentuk jiwa pembelajar tidak hanya di peruntukan kepada peserta didik saja namun pendidik juga dituntut untuk selalu menggali dan mengasah kemampuan dan keahliannya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse curriculum development at the Arabic Language Excellence Course (KUBA) Malang City. The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with Ustadz Ahmad Ubaidillah as the director of KUBA, as well as documentation in the form of teaching materials, learning media, and evaluation. Data analysis was conducted using the theory of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, through the steps of data condensation, narrative presentation, and verification of conclusions. The results showed that KUBA developed a modern technology-based curriculum with an interactive learning approach. Innovations include the use of animated videos, educational games based on digital flashcards, and online quizzes. The curriculum also integrates the book Arabiyah Baina Yadaik which is relevant to local learning needs. Evaluations are conducted regularly to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective, with success measured through web-based exams and feedback from teachers. The findings underscore KUBA's commitment to creating Arabic language learning that is engaging, applicable, and in line with the demands of the digital age.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of differentiated instruction on students’ learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMAN 19 Garut. The empirical gap identified is the lack of diverse teaching methods in PAI, which affects student engagement and motivation, especially in understanding abstract concepts. This study aims to analyze the impact of differentiated instruction by adjusting teaching strategies based on students’ readiness, interests, and learning styles. A quantitative descriptive method with simple linear regression was applied, collecting data through a Likert-scale questionnaire with high validity and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha: 0.945 for differentiated instruction and 0.941 for motivation). The findings indicate a significant positive effect, with a regression coefficient of 0.633 (p < 0.001) and an R² value of 35.8%, demonstrating that this method substantially enhances students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. This research contributes practical insights for educators to implement adaptive teaching strategies, particularly in abstract subjects like PAI, through group discussions, project-based learning, and multimedia integration. The study also supports the Merdeka Curriculum framework in fostering more engaging and student-centered learning environments

Abstract

Every human being must have different characters. From these different characters can also make a difference that can lead to division. However, if the character differences can be harmonized with the formation of characters that are continuous and are continuous. Because of the formation of characters that are only half-done, it will make someone not only misunderstood but understand wrong. Based on the results of the data obtained stating the character of the santri can be formed with several attitudes to make it towards moderate character. As with applying the attitude of love of God, and all its creation, honesty / trust, respect and courtesy, tolerance, please help and mutual cooperation / cooperation, fairness, the spirit of nationalism, love of peace. The attitude is applied in the daily activities of the santri, the weekly activities of the santri, the monthly activities of the santri, the annual activities of the santri and activities that are incidental.

Abstract

The problem faced today is that the teaching and learning process in schools only focuses on the knowledge aspect. While the affective aspects and psychomotor aspects are less attention. In the learning process, educators focus on how to only explain, not so that they pay less attention to how students' soft skills are. While the soft skills in question are the attitudinal competencies possessed by students during and outside learning. This study aims to determine 1) the implementation of teachers in improving the competence of students' social attitudes. 2) To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of teachers in improving the competence of social attitudes in students. This research was conducted in 2021. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that: the strategy of inculcating students' social attitudes was carried out in learning activities that were carried out repeatedly and continuously so that they could indirectly instill social attitudes into students. The habits applied in this madrasa are as follows: 1) planning by the teacher in the form of preparing lesson plans, choosing active learning methods, preparing learning materials, inviting students to express opinions, inviting students to remind each other in doing assignments, reminding to speak politely, reminding to do assignments on time, giving penalties to students who come late, getting children to do 3S (smiles, greetings, greetings) when meeting with teachers, giving reprimands to students who often don't do assignments and don't take lessons. 2) The factors for inculcating students' social attitudes are supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include Awareness, Student Willingness, Teacher Responsibilities, a conducive environment, students' daily interactions. While the inhibiting factors include different student backgrounds, the community environment. Limitations in inculcating social attitudes.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the emergence of the phenomenon of moral degradation in elementary school children, which is expected to have a negative impact in the future. Al Azhar Syifa Budi Solo Elementary School is a national school with an international perspective that uses a spiritualization and education science system. The purpose of this research is to determine (1) the design of the scientific curriculum for the education subjects of Al Azhar Syifa Budi Solo Elementary School, and (2) the implementation of the scientific curriculum for Islamic religious education subjects at Al Azhar Syifa Budi Primary School Solo. The research method used in this study was qualitative descriptive research. The research was conducted at Al Azhar Syifa Budi Elementary School in Solo, from June to August 2021. In the field of curriculum, the subjects were members of the central Al Azhar Syifa Budi Balitbang and deputy principal of Al Azhar Syifa Budi Solo Elementary School. Daily implementers, principals, and PAI subject teachers at Al Azhar Syifa Budi Elementary School Solo were the study's informants. Data collection methods rely on observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, triangulation technique is used for data validity. Data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and verification are all used in the data analysis technique. The study's findings indicate that: (1) the scientific curriculum in Islamic religious education subjects at Al Azhar Syifa Budi Elementary School Solo is designed to use the scientific method approach, namely using a scientific or scientific approach in religious learning (Qur'an, hadith, or wisdom from both). (2) At Al Azhar Syifa Budi Elementary School, the scientific approach to Islamic religious education subjects is implemented both inside and outside the classroom. (3) Students are supervised through control books such as the iqro report book, obligatory prayer implementation report book, prayer and tadarus report book, general skill requirement book (SKU) in the religious field, and link book in order to support and assist the school in overseeing the program that has been created.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the character development of students through Islamic boarding school-based education in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging, Mojokerto Regency, where the majority of these students are santri mukim in Islamic boarding schools so that there is collaboration between education in schools and education in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach because the data presented is in the form of an explanation or narrative. Informants in this study consisted of principals, teachers, and students. The data collection technique is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of research related to education based on Islamic Boarding Schools in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging Mojokerto Regency it can be concluded that the character development of students through education based on Islamic Boarding Schools in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging Mojokerto Regency, it can be concluded that the character of students in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging can be well formed as evidenced by the behavior and daily activities of those who are accustomed to maintaining discipline, courtesy, exemplary, responsibility, and istiqomah in carrying out religious activities as has been implemented in schools.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore and interpret the role of teachers in the implementation of the Ki Hajar Dewantara Trilogy towards the formation of student character in MA Roudlotul Muta'abbidin Solokuro Lamongan. Using a qualitative approach, this study uses data mining techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation, the results of this study, describe the role of teachers in the implementation of the Ki Hajar Dewantara trilogy towards the formation of student character in MA Roudlotul Muta'abbidin into three components, namely in the capacity as Ing Ngarsa Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, and Tut Wuri Handayani in student formation. The three will be detailed in this study as the spirit of the Ki Hajar Dewantara trilogy and based on the findings of data in the field.
