Abstract

The research study in this journal to analyze the business strategy of the Floor Mattress Home Industry based on a competitive strategy using Porter's generic analysis and by using SWOT analysis. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The research sample used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used data analysis from various sources as a whole, data reduction, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that with Porter's generic business strategies that can be developed in the home Floor Mattress Industry include a low-cost strategy, namely by reducing production costs to a minimum so that selling prices are low, the second is product differentiation Floor mattresses that are developed especially differentiation in product quality and the third a narrower market segmentation focus on middle to lower consumers, sales are made to traditional markets and small-scale shophouses. Based on the SWOT analysis, namely IFAS, EFAS and the SWOT matrix, the strategy for developing the Floor Mattress Home Industry in Sukorejo Pasuruan sub-district is to create a distinctive feature or differentiator from other floor mattress businesses using the S and T strategies

Abstract

The research study to analyze the business model and development strategy of Sanggar Alam Batik Kec. Sukorejo Kab. Pasuruan based on BMC and SWOT analysis. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected and then analyzed based on Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis and SWOT analysis. BMC is used to describe Sanggar Alam Batik's business conditions, while SWOT analysis is used in the formulation of business development strategies that are applied to new business models. The results of research on applying the right strategy in business development at Sanggar Alam Batik are SO strategies which consist of 1) finding a strategic place and creating a batik gallery. 2) Create a website as a marketing medium and expand the network in various marketplaces and social media. 3) Expanding market share to the global market. While the adjustment of Sanggar Alam Batik's business model provides an overview of nine model blocks including 1) customer segment, 2) value proposition, 3) customer relationshiip, 4) channell, 5) revenue stream, 6) key resources, 7) key activities, 8) partnerships key, 9) a cost structure that is expected to be able to develop 1) service quality, 3) human resource competence, and 4) support the achievement of clearer targets. The results of the BMC and SWOT evaluations provide an illustration that Sanggar Alam Batik needs a strategy to improve its business by adding eight blocks, including 1) customer segment, 2) customer relationships, 3) channels, 4) revenue streams, 5) key resources, 6) key activities, 7) key partnerships, 8) cost structure

Abstract

This study aims to develop strategies of human quality improvement in internet services by providing training and professional certification especially MikroTik. And also provide guidelines about implementation in professional training and certification that can support the achievement of business scale up in internet services. The result is 19 out of 24 computer network administrators and technicians have successfully passed the certification and have the opportunity to take their competence to the next level. And from the results of discussions with trainers, several things that can be done to scale up is increasing the bandwidth gradually according to the turnover of each DataNet partner. Then periodically add access points in new areas that have potential markets. And what is no less important is gradually increasing the competence of computer network administrators and technicians because the level of difficulty and complexity of service is certainly different from before so that service to consumers is also getting better and improving.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the forms and values of multicultural education in Islamic religious education learning at SMP IT Al-Miftah, Karawang Regency and to find out the Implementation of Multicultural Education in Islamic religious education learning at SMP IT Al-Miftah, Karawang Regency. This study uses qualitative data. Research data obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique uses inductive and deductive methods. The results showed that teachers of SMP IT Al-Miftah, Karawang Regency had implemented multicultural education in Islamic education materials. The application is through adding themes or incorporating multicultural values in Islamic religious education material that already exists at SMP IT Al-Miftah, Karawang Regency. And the teaching is done in a thorough and in-depth way. Thus, multicultural education in Islamic religious education material is very important to apply. This is to anticipate the reality of pluralism that exists in society. Where the application of values in Islamic religious education material is carried out in order to help create peace or tolerance in the midst of the plurality of society itself.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of school principals as managers in improving the quality of education, principals as leaders in improving the quality of education, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as solutions to facing inhibiting factors in improving the quality of education. In this study the authors used a qualitative research method, namely a method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine natural object conditions, where the researcher was the key instrument, purposive sampling of data sources, collection techniques by triangulation (combined), analysis the data are inductive/qualitative in nature and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. This type of research is field research and library research. Using primary data and secondary data, qualitative research instruments with data collection techniques Primary data obtained from interviews with SMAS KARTIKA X_1 South Jakarta and filling out questionnaires with the relevant informants are collected and processed in advance to simplify the data. The results of this study are that the principal has a major role in improving the quality of SMA. With a clear vision, effective pedagogical leadership, good resource management, collaboration with stakeholders, coaching and staff development, as well as comprehensive monitoring and evaluation, school principals can bring about significant changes in improving the quality of education at SMA Kartika X-1 Jakarta South.

Abstract

verbal abuse is abusive behavior in verbal form, one of which is misuh. Verbal abuse, msuh have become a phenomenon in Jatimenok, Rejosopinggir Tembelang Jombang among the general public and children. This phenomenon can be in many places. It is done by children to express their feelings to their colleagues or parents. One of the factors is the bad environment. An environment teaches them to do misuh, sometimes from parents who are used to misuh and parents around them. the child utters abusive verbal, hate it. So environmental conditions are unfavorable due to low levels of education, minimal religious knowledge, and awareness of social morals and the impact of verbal abuse on children's emotional development which has greater consequences in the form of damage to social order which must be repaired from an early age, through Islamic parenting to provide knowledge and insight. to parents about the urgency of morals and the negative impact to spiritual intelegence as moral decadency and disrespect to parents and society as well as assistance to parents to be positive role models for children and be wise in reprimanding them when they commit verbal abuse, abuse without intimidation.

Abstract

Children's communication skills start from the reaction to the sound or voice of their father's mother, even at the age of 2 months the child can show a social smile to everyone to interact. At the age of 18 months, children begin to be able to understand and express 20 meaningful words. Starting at the age of 2 years began to be able to say 1 sentence consisting of 2 words "mama go". Of these 3 aspects, if the child cannot do it, it is said to be late in speaking (Speech Delay). The main purpose of the study was to detect the growth and development of Speech Delay students in MI Darul Hikmah Prasung. The obstacle that occurred in this study was that they had difficulty in understanding hijaiyah letters. The type of research used is qualitative research. The results of research on the process of implementing Qur'an Hadith Learning in Students Speech Delay Hijaiyah Letter material must use a loud and repetitive voice so that students focus more on what has been conveyed by the teacher. If the delivery of material to Speech Delay students is not appropriate, then the student is less focused on receiving the material and gets bored quickly. So that in the implementation of learning, teachers use several approaches and use learning media to attract more attention to speech delay students, namely with the media of hijaiyah punctuation balls. From this media has competency standards used in the implementation of learning, namely: (1) Direct Method (direct method), (2) Repeatation (repeated). (3) Sincere affection.

Abstract

The background of this research emerged as a response to the rapid development of the current situation in the era of society 5.0, which had a significant impact on the education and character of students. As stakeholders in education, it is important for us to respond to this because the purpose of education is to shape the morals of students. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of uswatun hasanah in Islamic education in the era of society 5.0 based on the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study. The data collection technique uses dpkumentasi with content analysis. The results of the research show that Islamic education is an attempt to develop human potential in order to achieve a level of perfection. Clearly, Islamic education aims to enable humans to fulfill their role as creatures of Allah SWT who are faithful, knowledgeable, and have good morals. In the context of Islamic education, the exemplary method (uswah hasanah) has an important and significant role in creating a moral, spiritual and social ethos in students. The concept of exemplary or modeling has been taught in the Al-Qur'an, such as QS. Al-Ahzab verse 21 and Al-Baqarah verse 44, as well as several hadiths as evidence that educators should apply this method by providing positive examples that students can emulate. The example shown by educators has a significant influence on children's education. In the context of Islamic Education, educators play the role of warasatu al-anbiya, whose mission is to be a mercy to all nature. This mission involves inviting humans to submit and obey God's laws. The mission was then expanded to cover personality development that is monotheistic, creative, charitable, and has a noble character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan teori perkembangan kepribadian Erik H Erikson. (2) memaparkan teori perkembangan kepribadian Ibnu Khaldun. (3) mendeskripsikan perbedaan dan persamaan teori Erik H Erikson dan Ibnu Khaldun (4) mendeskripsikan kontribusi teori pengembangan kepribadian Erik H Erikson dan Ibnu Khaldun terhadap Psikologi Pendidikan Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library study). Data yang diperoleh dari perpustakaan ini berupa data primer dan sekunder, data primer berupa buku-buku karangan Erik H Erikson dan Ibnu Khaldun serta data sekunder berupa buku-buku pendukung dan jurnal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat delapan tahapan perkembangan kepribadian manusia dalam konsep Erikson, yaitu bayi, anak usia dini, usia prasekolah, usia sekolah, remaja, dewasa muda, dewasa dan usia tua. Berbeda dengan Erikson Ibnu Khaldun, manusia terdiri dari dua bagian, yaitu jasmani dan rohani, yang masing-masing dilengkapi potensi melalui indera. Kedua konsep tersebut dikemukakan oleh Erik H. . Tanpa organisasi ini, keberadaan manusia tidak akan sempurna.

Abstract

The brain is a unique thing that functions as the centre of thought and also the birth of ideas that humans have. The brain is a discussion that must be dissected, of course, so that the brain can develop properly. So that education will not be separated from the role of the brain that each student has. This research uses library research, which uses the initial steps of searching for data sources, analysing and providing conclusions so that researchers can find gaps in previous research. Brain-based learning and the theory that underlies it, the importance of applying brain-based learning in Islamic education, using brain-based learning in Islamic education. Brain-based learning utilises the way the brain works in compiling knowledge and skills. Train brain development and students' potential in connecting the brain, mind, heart, soul and mind so that they can maximise their brain abilities related to the spiritual brain (SQ), rational brain (IQ), and emotional brain (EQ) so that participants Students can humanise humans and the ability to learn cognitively, affectively and psychometrically.
