Abstract

Penilaian seseorang terhadap sebuah produk adalah berdasar kesan yang tersimpan dalam benak setelah mengenal produk tersebut, baik dari orang lain atau pengalaman pribadi setelah menggunakannya. Seseorang cenderung akan melakukan penggunaan kembali atau bahkan merekomendasikan kepada orang lain produk tersebut ketika image atau citranya baik. Baik buruknya image sebuah brand tentunya dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, salah satunya adalah kepuasan seseorang terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh penjual produk atau jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan kepuasan layanan terhadap keputusan orang tua memilih SD/MI. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah Gunungpring Muntilan, Magelang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan orang tua memilih SD Muhammadiyah Gunungpring Muntilan. (2) Terdapat pengaruh kepuasan layanan terhadap keputusan orang tua memilih SD Muhammadiyah Gunungpring Muntilan. (3) Terdapat pengaruh brand image dan kepuasan layanan terhadap keputusan orang tua memilih SD Muhammadiyah Gunungpring Muntilan.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of character-based student worksheets to increase honesty in Elementary School level for fourth grade elementary school students. This will have an impact on the lack of character of honesty. This research is a quasi-experimental study, with a non-equivalent pretest posttest control group design. This research involved one control class group, and one experimental class group. The research was conducted in class IV A and IV B  Elementary School in Yogyakarta city. Data collection instrument for the character variables of Honesty with a self-assessment scale, to measure the character of honesty. Data analysis used the Independent T Test statistic. The results showed that there were differences between the experimental class and the control class in terms of achieving the characters of honesty. The use of effective character-based worksheets on the honesty character of fourth grade elementary school students. This is evidenced by the results of the experimental class significance test of 0.047 greater than 0.05.

Abstract

Society 5.0 is a society that can solve various social challenges and problems by utilizing various innovations born in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, such as the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data (large amounts of data), and robots to improve the quality of human life. This era is a new opportunity and a challenge for students to enhance soft skills in preparation for the future. The curriculum is the "soul" of Education. The curriculum needs to be evaluated dynamically and periodically following the times, especially science and technology. The curriculum is also prepared by considering the competencies the community and graduates need. The Merdeka Curriculum is one of the new policies of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, which is centred and follows students' needs (student-centred) and aims to realize an innovative learning process. The 21st century generation is expected to have 4C skills: critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study were obtained from a review of several literatures. The study results explain how the Independent Curriculum implementation prepares the 21st-century generation to welcome the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

Students need speaking skills to flow their ideas and thoughts. This study aims to develop a flannel board doll as an attractive and easy-to-use medium in the speaking learning process. The research was conducted using research and development methods using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The sample of this study was 23 students of class IV MI Roudlotul Ulum—data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results of the validation of media products meet the very valid criteria, with the value of the material validator being 90, the media design validator 90, and the learning expert validator 96. This media is equipped with various components that are easy to reach and use, so it gets a student response of 91.99% with the criteria very positive. Overall, using a flannel board doll in the speaking learning process can make it more engaging, provide a visual and tactile aid, and create a supportive and low-pressure environment for students to practice their speaking skills. By incorporating this medium into language learning activities, teachers can help improve their students' speaking skills and overall language proficiency. By using a flannel board, learning becomes more enjoyable and less monotonous.

Abstract

This study aims to create digital educational resources centered around Augmented Reality (AR) that focus on plants' various parts and functions, with the intention of enhancing critical thinking abilities. The study follows a development research approach, utilizing the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) research design. Data was gathered through expert evaluations, teacher assessments, test questions, student worksheets, and student response questionnaires. The data was then quantitatively analyzed descriptively. The findings revealed that the teaching materials received high ratings from experts, with a score of 96% and a CVR and CVI of 0.95. Before using the teaching materials, students' critical thinking skills were measured at 62.55, significantly improving to 87.55 after implementing the materials. The increase in students' critical thinking skills was measured at 65.55. Additionally, 91% of students strongly agreed with the effectiveness of the Augmented Reality (AR)-based digital teaching materials. This research encourages technology developers to create more AR-based educational content that suits the needs of the curriculum and the target skills they want to improve, such as critical thinking.

Abstract

Reading interests are very important to have mainly on students. Reading interests can come through support or without support is from inside someone's own heart. Student reading interests need to be resurrected from the age of elementary school, Surely the support and effort of teachers is essential in instilling reading interests. The research uses a type of qualitative research with case study designs. Data collection techniques use interviews, Observation and documentation. Data validity checks are performed through the source triangulation and engineering triangulation process. The data that's been obtained then reduced, presented, and the conclusion of the research suggests that the utilization of the reading corners in the SDN 1 Kemasan Sawit. In instilling an interest in reading is the use of teachers to make it easier for students to engage in literatory activities inside the classroom, is used for discussing and searching for material reference material students as well as for filling free time or during empty hours at class lesson in class. The management of the reading corner is done through four stages of planning, setting on motion, management and evaluation.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning method to poetry writing skills in elementary school students. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This research was carried out by collecting data using various journals related to the required research variables. The data source used in this research is a journal or scientific article related to the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning method to poetry writing skills in elementary school students using the classroom action research (PTK) method. It shows that the results of research in cycle I average value The students' average was 74.71 and in cycle II the students' average value increased to 81.71, so that the results of research using experimental research methods (quasi-experimental) based on the results of hypothesis testing can be seen tcount > ttable or 2.7936 > 1, 68, so Ho is rejected. The indicators for poetry writing skills are title/theme, word choice (diction), rhyme, imagination, message, imagery, language style and typography. Thus, the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning method has a significant influence on elementary school students' poetry writing skills. The implications of this research are very effectively applied using the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning method for poetry writing skills.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is a hot topic in education today. In the Merdeka curriculum, teachers must use differentiated learning in the classroom. Therefore, it is important to understand how differentiated learning is implemented in mathematics subjects. This descriptive qualitative research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The Systematic Literature Review research procedure refers to eight steps with three main stages: Planning the review, Conducting the review, and Reporting the review. The literature sources of this research used various articles from Google Scholar, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, and ScienceDirect. The results show that implementing differentiated learning positively affects students' mathematics academic achievement; besides that, differentiated learning increases self-efficacy, self-confidence, and motivation in learning mathematics, which can support the achievement of mathematics subject objectives. Differentiated learning effectively provides direct learning opportunities tailored to the conditions, learning styles, characters, and deficiencies of students in learning.

Abstract

Developing learning media is one of the teacher's efforts to achieve learning goals. In developing a learning media, appropriate procedures are needed to produce a product in the form of valid and effective learning media. The development of pop-up book media for science subjects was conducted to determine its feasibility based on the assessment of material experts and media experts, as well as wanting to know the effectiveness of pop-up book learning media for science subjects. This research uses development research with development procedures following the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation steps. The research was carried out at MIN 1 Bener Meriah by taking samples from class 3. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and tests. Data analysis techniques include qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The findings of this research are: first, from the validity test by material experts, the results were 4.1 in the valid category, and second, from media experts, the results were 4.4 in the very valid category. Second, based on the effectiveness test using pretest and posttest techniques, the N-Gain test results were obtained at 0.61 with a moderate level of effectiveness, so it can be stated that the pop-up book learning media for science subjects is effective for use in learning. This research and development is still limited to MIN 1 Bener Meriah, so further research must be implemented in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Currently, environmental damage has become a global issue that urgently needs to be resolved. One of the ways to prevent environmental damage is to develop environmental awareness within students. This strategy requires strong collaboration between schools, parents, and the community. The aims of this study was to find out the collaboration between schools, parents, and the community in developing students' environmental care attitudes. This study employed case study design. The process of collecting data using semi structured interview, non-participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis through several stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was obtained through source and method triangulation and member checks. The results of the study show that schools, parents and the community take on their respective roles according to their main duties and functions. At the planning stage, the school acts as an initiator, parents and the community help provide suggestions. At the implementation stage, the school acts as the primary responsibility, parents as student assistants, and the community as school partners. At the evaluation stage, the school organizes the process and parents help through the behavior checklist sheet. Finally, at the follow-up stage, schools and communities collaborate to improve program quality, while parents accompany students during follow-up activities.
